Thanks Tammy,

MSG is a big culprit behind diabetes that is plaguing us today. When I test people on my Tracer machine and they have never cleansed before at the cellular level and are eating the standard American diet, they test positive for both groups of food additives. There are so many additives that there are 2 vials that have to be tested to find them all and then eliminate them. Isn't that interesting?

This is one of the big reasons eating out in restaurants is dangerous to your health ( besides parasites) for the food is loaded with additives and the most unhealthy people today are those who eat out all the time, eat prepared foods and do not eat any of their own home cooked meals.
We know the best way to stay healthy is to raise your own healthy food and prepare it yourself just like the water that you drink, purify it yourself and don't let anyone else provide food and water for you.

Letting others feed you is dangerous to one's health and take a look at America today - letting someone else other than themselves feed and water them - need I say more? When our people left the family farm and became dependant on someone else to feed them, then our health problems really started to escalate. Now we are so dependant upon someone else to take care of our needs that we don't know how to do it ourselves nor are we capable, ie. a country.

Sad, sad situation when you think about all the negative side effects on the food issue let alone all the other issues we have allowed to have someone else do it for us. Bad, bad idea and see where it has gotten us. Now we are in so deep we can't dig ourselves out!
Yahweh bless,
Dr. Nipps

TAMMY’S TIDBITS - JULY 2006

I have worked with quite a few people who have high blood pressure. Two natural ways of working at lowering it would be eating more apples (remember – an apple a day keeps the doctor away?) and using dill to add flavor to breads, salads, etc.

MSG is quite the killer and, since it is in processed foods, we tend to overlook it as the cause of many ailments. Monosodium glutamate is the long form, and has other names, such as hydrolyzed vegetable protein, hydrolyzed plant protein, natural flavor, Kombu extract, autolyzed yeast, sodium caseinate, or calcium caseinate. There is absolutely no nutritional value in MSG. It is a natural flavoring from animal blood or other decaying protein sources. It is then put into concentrated hydrochloric acid at about 200* F for 4 – 6 hours. Sodium Hydroxide (sold as Drano) is then added to neutralize the solution. (And USDA approves this?)

It has been implicated in damage to the central nervous system, endocrine organ disorders, cardiac distress, and illness in other parts of the body. Some reported effects of ingesting MSG include headaches, nausea, diarrhea, mood changes, sleep problems, flushing of the skin, excessive sweating, chest pain, facial pressure, and hyperactivity.

There is a natural occurring glutamate, however, which does not cause any side-effects. These foods include peas, tomatoes, mushrooms, and cheese.

If you are one of the sensitive ones, and you tend to eat out a fair amount of time, you may want to get test strips from your pharmacist. You insert strip into the food to see if MSG is present. It will change color if it is, and no change occurs if there is no MSG.
