Love For Life
We all want freedom but we have introduced selfishness to our notions of freedom; we interpret freedom as financial freedom, personal freedom, freedom to choose who to love, and the freedom to choose how to harm ourselves, others and the earth. We have forgotten that the way to freedom for ourselves lies in the creation of freedom for everybody. The way to freedom lies in the constant acts of love that we create daily.
Our acts of love are creation and we cannot own them, just as we cannot own others or the earth. When we lovingly thread our lives into the fabric of the wave of creation, that wave keeps rolling along, sustaining and nourishing those riding it.
If we choose to pull our thread out of the fabric of the wave of creation and sit on the shore, separated from love, to watch the wave roll past, we are no longer part of creation and become part of the chaos of greed, selfishness, power, control and violence that is our world today. As more and more people separate their threads, the wave of creation of acts of love flattens out to become a trickle, unable to make an impact on chaos.
Wherever there is harm being done, there are no acts of love being created, and while there are no acts of love in your life, you will not find acts of love when you die. You will remain entwined in the mesh of chaos that you have created throughout your life. While we choose to remain separated from love, we are choosing to support the harm being created by our laws, our politics, our businesses, our education, our poisons and chemicals, our pollution, our viruses, our buildings, our cars, our jobs, our beliefs, our religions and our recreation.
Instead of ‘fighting’ for freedom, we need to create acts of love. When we take care of love, love takes care of freedom, peace, abundance, health, happiness, relationships, family and community. We do not need to go within; when we breathe out through our acts of love, we can breathe in the acts of love of others around us.
Is our world full of acts of love?
Is the wave of creation rolling along over our planet creating freedom for everyone or has it slowed to a trickle as most of us struggle for survival, with our struggles benefiting only a few fat cats at the top?
When are you going to make your life an act of love, so we can all create freedom for all?
Love For Life is for the constant creation of acts of love that create freedom for everyone and for our earth forever.

Standing and winning
"Standing is Winning"
For years, the "Judges" have been taking "Silent Judicial NOTICE" that the Government/Plaintiff is "Holder in Due Course" in their Courts.
In their "Commerce Jurisdiction", the definition of the "Holder in Due Course" is "the Party that takes the Instrument free from all claims and all defenses from all Parties". That Party has "Standing", - and in their commercial Court, he is KING! Any other Party, - "has failed to state a claim upon which relief can be granted". (Because they are NOT the "Holder in Due Course") No wonder we have been losing.
In order to defeat or overcome their "Presumption" (Silent Judicial NOTICE), we must have a "properly" drawn and "Perfected" "SECURITY AGREEMENT / INDEMNITY BOND / FINANCING STATEMENT" which has been correctly filed and Recorded, so that ours takes "Priority" over all other claims. The government's claims are never property filed or "Perfected" and can never take "Priority", - once we challenge by having the judge take "Judicial NOTICE" of our "Perfected" and "Priority" claims. Depending upon the Nature of the collateral described in the AGREEMENT, they must be "Filed / Recorded" in different places.
Evidently, people in 17 States, filed UCC-1 forms, which were refused, rejected, and retured as incorrect. Two State "Attorney's General" wrote "Attorney General Opinions" as to why the UCC-1's were deficient. Evidently, a UCC-1 is a "Flag" or "NOTICE OF" that there is a "Security Agreement" already on file somewhere. They were rejected because there was NO "back-up" or "validating" agreement on file.
The "Peoples Rights Research Group" obtained copies of these two "Opinions", and analyzed them to detect what the UCC-1 deficiencies were. They now have drawn-up a "SECURITY AGREEMENT" which incorporates an "Indemnity Bond" agreement. , - in which the ALL CAPITAL LETTER "nom-de-guerre", "TAXPAYER", "Straw man", "DEFENDANT", "DUMMY CORPORATION", (fictitious entity with similar name as yours), has to reimburse you (as former surety, co-signer, agent, guarantor) for any monies which you may have expended on it's behalf in the past (indemnify you / me). Now, (after this "Agreement / Indemnity Bond / Financing Statement" is properly filed / recorded), YOU, (the real live man / woman) are the "Holder in Due Course" because your "Claim" is "Perfected" and takes "Priority over ALL others". It is you, who are "KING" in their Court, and it is the other Party that "has failed to state a Claim upon which relief can be granted", because they are NOT the "Holder in Due Course".
This "Reverses" the "Standing" of the Parties. Now, YOU "Win" and the "Other Party" (government agencies) "Loses" - regardless if the issue is a "Traffic Ticket", IRS, Mortgage Foreclosure, or any "Debtor Behavior" Code Title and Section number, claim.
In one recent case, there was a "Bank Forclosure" action action in which this new "Security Agreement / Indemnity Bond / Financing Statement" was introduced, and the Judge was asked to "Read the Defendant's Exhibit", in which the Judge announced to the Bank, "This Case is Dismissed. Because (after reading this "Security Agreement"), the issue before the Court is now Title, (or True Title) this (Administrative) Court lacks "authority" (Jurisdiction). However, if the Plaintiff Bank wishes, it can re-file it's claim with the "State Supreme Court", which DOES have authority to adjudicate issues of "True Title" " . The bank immediately fired the two Veterans Administration Attorneys and it's own Attorney, in the Court, on the spot, on the Record.

Try as I might I cannot help but wonder whether you would be as dedicated to your dreams outlined above if you had not experienced the misfortune of loosing everything else you had????
You talk about back to nature and loving environments yet you state you have two cars????
You talk about "the law" and yet you willingly accept parenting payments from the government to fund your dreams????

To me your ideals represent the ramblings of a mad man that makes no sense and are full of inconsistencies. I cannot fathom how you expect people to buy into (and I use the word buy quite literally)! You portray yourself as self obssessed, dictatorial and insane and whilst your basic ideals of love and harmony are certainly worthy ones you do not deserve the right to represent them.

When you look at life from the perspective of Doing No Harm through feelings, thoughts, words or deeds there is no desire whatsoever to attack anothers character or personality (which one are you attacking here Fiona, Arthur, Jasmin, Emma, Frances, Xanthe ? or all of us), particularly a stranger, a family you no almost absolutely nothing about, have not lived with them or learnt about their daily living circumstances etc.
A stranger who happens to be a family of 2 adults and 4 young kids. But you find it so very easy in you, to post a heavy duty Doing-Harm Message of abuse as an anonymous stranger. Would you still say what you have said about us or one of us if you had posted your full name and full contact details as well?
Every family has its circumstance and every family will encounter a transition period like the one we are going through. The thing is this, We turned over many millions of dollars in our businesses for almost twenty years, paid huge amounts of taxes over those years, we are natural born citizens of Australia, we employed many hundreds of staff over the years, most of them were trained from scratch (with no skills whatsoever) that enabled them to finally have a career and further on their lives and dreams. We worked our buts off working long-hours throughout most of those years and we paid our dues to this country.
All we have to show for all of this now, is with Fiona receiving Centerlink parenting payments of $1200.00 per fortnight and Arthur receives nothing. Arthur has not earnt one razoo because he works 7 days per week unpaid on the court case (mainly research), the Love For Life Website and Email/Mailing/Network list, dealing with heaps of phone calls coming in, creating the Do No Harm Community and together we help support many other victims (many are families) coming and going out of our lives all the time.
Out of the $1200.00 fortnight payment, Fiona has to pay $580.00 per fortnight in rent and the family has only $620.00 to cover food, car, maintenance, clothes, school, gas, electricity, telephone, internet etc etc etc etc.
We live in a rural region, 75 minutes outside of Sydney. Fiona has 4 young children to look after everyday (one a baby), school, shopping, outings etc. Arthur works almost 7 days per week often apart from the family, traveling to and from Sydney when we have to deal with court matters etc. How are we doing all this, don't bother asking, its been a miracle thus far. We have received a few tiny gifts of donations over the past 18 months or so but generally it has been a huge challenge to make things work and still be happy about our lives as is.
Finally, someone like you (a stranger) who can create and direct only harmful feelings, thoughts, words and deeds towards us, is not worth listening to for advice. You had hardly anything loving or encouraging to say. You offer nothing constructive. You offer no direction that will make a diiference in peoples lives. Where is the LOVE (Your Love) compassion, kindness, generosity of spirit, empathy and conscience? What can we do with this horrible garbage of yours but ignore it and throw it all in the rubbish bin where it belongs.
It is a team effort that will make our/your dream come true. We cannot do this on our own. With a strong united and bonded community (700 to 1000 Adults) we can make that shift together where we all win together. We crawled as babies before we walked, currently we drive two old cars and receive the payback of 20 years of tax payments until community is up and running and we can leave our old lives behind as well as this old dying system of govern-men-t.
You are not a loving team player but a destroyer of loving team players and its unloving people like you, completely apart from being a loving team player, that has the world on the crest of immense cataclysmic diasaters. Thanks for revealing your most horrible ugliness. You have shown yourself up as a coward and a gutless unloving wimp. Lets hope that you will find it in you to change your ways, sooner rather than too late.

Brilliant site. Although you might want to go easy on the people that think you're crazy, it takes time and research before people might see things clearly enough to make an informed comment.
Haven't yet had time to study your family circumstances in full, however I am fully aware of the depth of corruption in the banking system, and the politicians/judges that support them. And nothing would surprise me now. I spent many years working as an employee earning over $110,000 per annum, paying over $30,000 in taxes every year without ever realizing what was really going on.
I always knew something wasn't right and was dumbfounded after discovering just how corrupt the whole system is, from banks to judges, to politicians. I mean everyone knows there's a certain level of corruption, but not one in a million can see what's really going on right before their eyes, unless they're shown (myself included). After seeing the whole picture, and how simple it all is, it's mind numbing!
If I had have seen this site two years ago, I would have called you crazy too. But now I'm donating $10, thanking you for the great work and hope you continue the site.

"ATO & "person" definitions
Having worked for years in justice administration, and with substantial practical experience in interpretation of legislation, your proposed argument around the definition of 'person' as defined in the Income Assessment Act 1997 has substantive flaws.
Where the Act reads 'person includes company', this does not mean a person IS ONLY a company, much as a definition of a car would include wheels, but the wheel is not the car.
Take the Acts Interpretation Act to heart.
This is not to say that there are not loopholes in the Income Assessment Act. There are. Tax IS optional if one can present the case properly.

I'm afraid you're legal interpretation is completely wrong, and "Inclusio unius est exclusio alterin” does preclude the inclusion of other entities?
You're example of the car including more than just wheels holds perfectly true for standard English, but falls short for a legal, legislative definition. In which case defining " 'Car' includes wheels" would in fact be stating a car is a wheel, and vice versa. This is just another way words are used to do harm and deceive people, including you and me.
In addition, why would the writers go to great lengths to include "natural persons" in other definitions (individual). Why not simply state, "person" includes a natural person, a company .... ? They are either grossly incompetent, or trying to hide something.
Can you provide your reasonings as to why you believe a "person" according to the Income Assessment Act 1997 can include "natural persons"?
Note: "Inclusio unius est exclusio alterin” holds that “to express or include one thing implies the exclusion of another, or of the alternative”.

This doctrine decrees that where law expressly describes [a] particular situation to which it shall apply, an irrefutable inference must be drawn that what is omitted or excluded was intended to be omitted or excluded." (Black's Law Dictionary 763 (6th Ed. 1990).)
Is a natural person the same as a wise fool, or a free slave?
Hi Natural Person. What is an unnatural person? I know the gradual temptation is to rebut what has been created as a term to lock men and women into statutes, however saying you are a natural person is an oxymoron (contradiction in terms-e.g. wise fool, female man etc). A person is by definition unnatural or artificial, so even in their statutes/acts they try to reason that natural person is a man or woman, but nothing can be further from the truth. Why did they not say man/woman in the statutes? Because they cannot tax our labour, only the fiat money created by our (mankind’s) energy via our “person”. Same as human being. The definition is a monster. Are we monsters? Look into first in law definitions of words we now take for granted and assume their meanings.
