Video: German Scientist Exposes Chemtrails as Military Operations

A TV news report from Germany confirms that the German Military is manipulating the climate in Germany. As a result scientists have filed a lawsuit against the government for climate manipulation.

The video concludes, "We can state with a 97% certainty that we have on our hands chemical trails (chemtrails) comprised by fine dust containing polymers and metals, used to disrupt radar signals."

The purpose of chemtrails, which are well documented over the United State and other parts of the world, according to researchers, is to manipulate the weather. Karsten Brandt, German meteorologist states, "The Federal Army is Manipulating the Meteorological maps."

The disruption of radar signals is the main purpose theorizes Mr. Brandt in the interview. "I was surprised that this artificial cloud was so wide-spread. The radar images are stunning considering the needed tons of dispersed elements although, the federal army claims that only small amounts of material were propagated. The military heads claim that the substances used are not harmful."

Johannes Remmel, German Green party representative states, "The government must provide explanations to the unsuspecting population." While radar is tracking suspicious aircraft, the Germany Military then uses counterfeit satellite imagery to hide their operations.

In Germany, weather manipulation is prohibited, and I would likewise believe that it is prohibited in the U.S. as well.

Since chemtrails are so widespread, I would rule out the idea that this is just military performing operations to disrupt radar signals as part of some sort of drill.

The forefront of these operations in the United States appears to be the US Navy, as detailed in "Death in the Air: Globalism, Terrorism & Toxic Warfare," by Dr. Len Horowitz. Many government watchdogs claim global depopulation, the targeted reduction of the worlds population by two-thirds, is secretly the reason behind chemtrail spraying.

An alternative theory to explain chemtrails, would be that a new weapon related to controlling the weather is being deployed. By creating droughts and thus famines, large populations could be easily controlled or eliminated. Other countries could be easily controlled and brought to their knees by a global power if the weather could be controlled or altered.

For a while I was confused between chemtrails, and contrails. Contrails are the exhaust of an air craft, it leaves a trail in the sky and the trail rapidly dissipates. With chemtrails, they initially look identical to contrails, but rather than the trail dissipating, the trail expands and then starts to look like a cloud. Over the Silicon Valley where I live, I daily witness these chemtrails starting and stopping from airplanes. In other words, the plane has control over the chemicals it is releasing. Also, I have noticed on some days the area is filled with a gray hazy muck, and the mountains almost disappear. This is highly unusual especially when just one day before, the mountains were totally clear.

Part of the undercurrents, at least in the United States, is the concept being marketing through radio, television and schools, that the earth is overpopulated. The idea of overpopulation, as the cause of our problems, was something that I had believed in for a time.

I believed in that idea until I realized the abundance of nature. Just seeing the amount of food produced by one healthy tree, and the millions of acres of unused land in central California, helped me understand Natures abundance.

The creator did not put humans on earth to suffer, to starve and to die. The creator of life gave us vast resources from which to be healthy. Humans are grossly misusing earths delicate resources, and thus we have created an experience of lack and deprivation. The lack we experience is not natural, but a reflection of our disconnection from the source of life.

An Apology: This Video was titled "Radio Tracked Chemtrail Pilots", I realised there would be alot of local small aircraft traffic to decipher, this was a mistake but from this mistake I've learnt tons of new info and that can only be a good thing to help us all further in this research. Local traffic like Cessna's, R22s Helicopters etc that are not really capable of chemtrails I thought! but I was wrong!, I have footage on this channel that shows from the BBC cloud seeding and or chemtrailing from aircraft of the same size as the mid sized Cessna's if you do a Google Image search for Cessna you'll see they are not all 200bhp small 2 seaters, although these were used and still are for crop spraying with pesticides since the 60s.

There is no reason why Small Cessnas couldn't still be used for short runs to test the latest chemical bio hazard say over the south east 20-40miles, now I know how some of the trails burn like slow burning fireworks on a daisy chain of tubes strapped to the wings, they can last for ages and not take up much weight at all looking at the BBC video from Knuggets of Truths (channel suspended) in my video uploads. I have been able to decipher what "1101" is to do with current air pressure at the tower so thanks to comments showing my lack of aviation knowledge but thats what I wanted to know!, i did ask honestly in the video, and have not accused any one pilot directly, so thanks to all comments constructive or otherwise, I have been able to eliminate most of the air traffic, and next time will be more accurate!

For all those activists who have been investigating and reporting on clandestine government operations around the world to manipulate our weather patterns, this news from Germany is groundbreaking.

This is a very significant development in the battle to find out why our governments are spraying chemicals into our atmosphere, however it is only the tip of the iceberg. As far as researchers have been able to conclude, chemical spraying by our governments have been in full operation since mid-to-late 1990’s (possibly earlier). Right now we can only speculate as to what type of chemicals are used in these operations, however one thing is certain, if we saw a car driving down the road, spewing out a plume of smoke the way these planes are doing we would be very concerned.

Considering that half the species in the world could be wiped out due to global warming, the least we could do is to demand that our governments explain what it is that they are spraying us with, specially if military heads are claiming “that the substances used are not harmful”. As we know, when the militaries of the world say we have nothing to be concerned about then we have everything to be concerned about. Keep in mind that chemtrails have been categorized as an “exotic weapons systems” by the 107th CONGRESS of the United States in House Bill H. R. 2977.

Abstract

A method for artificially modifying the weather by seeding rain clouds of a storm with suitable cross-linked aqueous polymer. The polymer is dispersed into the cloud and the wind of the storm agitates the mixture causing the polymer to absorb the rain. This reaction forms a gelatinous substance which precipitate to the surface below. Thus, diminishing the clouds ability to rain.

What is claimed is:

1. A method for artificially modifying weather by seeding a rain cloud comprising: forming an aqueous solidifier material capable of retaining over three hundred times its own weight in water, wherein said aqueous solidifier material is a cross-linked aqueous based polymer; dispersing said material into a suitable cloud formation, wherein the wind generated by the storm causes said solidifier to mix with rain to form a gel like substance; said gel like substance being of sufficient weight to precipitate to the surface below thereby diminishing the velocity of the cloud.

2. The method of claim 1 wherein said dispersion of aqueous solidifier is from an aircraft traversing the cloud.

3. The method of claim 1 wherein said dispersion of aqueous solidifier is from the surface below.

4. The cross-linked aqueous polymer of claim 1 wherein said polymer is a cross-linked modified polyacrylamides.

5. The cross-linked polymer of 1 wherein said material is between 50 and 4000 microns.

6. The method of claim 1 wherein the amount of said aqueous solidifier needed is precalculated based upon the size of the storm and the absorption properties of said aqueous solidifier.

7. The methods of claim 1 wherein said aqueous solidifier is biodegradable and nonhazardous.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

This invention relates generally to weather modification and in particular to the use of polymers to absorb aqueous solutions capable of modifying a weather situation.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Hurricanes, tropical storms, typhoons, and the like weather patterns can cause severe damage to land, buildings, and living creatures. The resulting damage from even an isolated event can be billions of dollars as evidenced by Hurricane Andrew.

Cloud seeding is a known process for artificially modifying the weather by injecting a composition into a cloud for formation of an ice freezing nuclei. Silver iodide is a well known substance used for cloud seeding. Ice freezing nuclei have the effect of creating rain, reducing hail, and possibly preventing rain by overseeding.

U.S. Pat. No. 5,174,498 discloses a cloud seeding material useful for seeding supercooled clouds in order to augment rainfall. The material used in seeding is defined as a aliphatic long-chain alcohol.

U.S. Pat. No. 4,600,147 discloses a cloud seeding method of inserting liquid propane from a rocket. The liquid propane is used to generate large numbers of ice crystals in supercooled clouds.

U.S. Pat. No. 5,357,865 discloses yet another method of cloud seeding. This invention includes the use of a pyrotechnic composition such as potassium chlorate or potassium perchlorate which act as nuclei for precipitable water drop formation.

U.S. Pat. No. 4,096,005 discloses a pyrotechnic cloud seeding composition comprising silver iodate and a fuel from the consisting of aluminum and magnesium.

Thus, the prior art teachings are directed to methods of creating rain. What is lacking in the art is a method of lessening the wind velocities of a storm.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The instant application discloses a method of modifying weather by seeding storm clouds with a polymer. The storm clouds are seeded by dispersing a superabsorbent polymer into the cloud in sufficient quantities to cause a large absorption of water. The reaction of the water with the polymer creates a gel-like substance that precipitates to the surface. Thus, causing an internal constriction with the cloud to lessen storm velocities.

A superabsorbent polymer is a resin capable of absorbing water up to several thousands times as its own weight. These superabsorbent polymers are prepared from water-soluble polymers, but have cross-linking structures which render the polymers water-insoluble. By taking water-soluble ethylenically unsaturated monomers which readily undergo vinyl polymerizaton, such as acrylamide, with the use of cross linking agents, a polymer can be produced that is of uniform small size, has a high gel capacity, is highly insoluble, but highly water swellable i.e. a superabsorbent polymer. (Gel capacity refers to the property of the water swollen polymer to resist viscosity changes as a result of mechanical working or milling.)

Superabsorbent polymers can be dehydrated to a powder. When the powder is added to an aqueous solution and agitated, the polymer is able to absorb many times its weight of the water molecules and a gel-like substance is formed. Superabsorbent polymers are particularly suited for uses where rapid asorption of aqueous fluid is desired or for uses where the swelling properties in water are employed.

Accordingly, it is an objective of the instant invention to present a method for artificially modifying weather wherein a polymer is used to cause wind dissipation by heaving weighting condensation with the clouds.

It is another objective of the instant invention to present a method for seeding a rain cloud with a cross-linked polymer such that the wind of the storm provides the agitation for the reaction of the polymer with the water.

It is an additional objective of the instant invention to present a method for modifying storms such that the solid end product is biodegradable and nonhazardous.

Other objectives and advantages of this invention will become apparent from the following description wherein are set forth, by way of example, certain embodiments of this invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a method for artificially modifying weather by solidifying portions of a cloud in a storm such as a hurricane, by introducing polymers into the cloud. This method utilizes "superabsorbent" aqueous based polymers, preferably cross linked modified polyacrylamides which can be used in any application where aqueous solidification is permissible. An example of a superabsorbent aqueous based polymer is manufactured by JRM Chemical Inc. under the trademark H-series.

In the present invention, a solid form of the superabsorbent polymer, such as a powder, is introduced into the rain clouds of a storm in a suitable manner, for instance a aircraft may traverse the storm and release the polymer seeds or they may be released from a seeding flare delivered from the surface or from an aircraft. The amount of polymer needed is predetermined based upon the size and severity of the storm along with the absorption capacity of the polymer used. The wind of the storm provides the agitation that causes the polymer to bind with the water forming a gel-like substance. As a result of this method, wind based water storms can be artificially modified.

The use of a biodegradable polymer allows for safe use of the ocean wherein the high salinity of the water will expedite the degradation of the material. Various biodegradable superabsorbent polymers include carboxy-methylcellulose, alginic acid, cross-linked starches, cross-linked polyamino acids and a cross-linked modified polyacrylamides.

In a dry state the preferred polymer may be considered a particle having a diameter less than 4000 microns but greater than 50 microns. In a swollen state the particle may have a diameter greater than three hundred times its weight. In a totally water-swollen state, the particles contain up to about 99.98 weight percent of water and a little as about 0.1 weight percent of polymer. Thus, such particles could hold from ten to thousands of times their own weight. By seeding a leading edge of a violent storm, such as a hurricane, the winds cause a mix of the material wherein moisture is absorbed by the material causing a shearing effect. The shearing effect causes the polymers to absorb, lose, and reabsorb water countless times. During this exchange, the weight of the water being transferred allowing for wind shearing that assists in lessening the velocity of the wind.

The shearing forces are affected by the nature of the interactions between the particles during such collisions. When attractive forces dominate, the particles will aggregate and the dispersion may destabilize.

Example: A hurricane is seeded with approximately 30,000 lbs of a superabsorbent aqueous based polymer by use of a transport plane flying through the leading edge of the storm. Within twenty seconds the polymer will obtain over 70 percent of its absorption capacity or nearly three hundred times its weight. The winds of the storm will continue to disperse the materials causing a form of internal flocculation disrupting the feeding nature of the storm. When presented close to land, the storm will not have sufficient time to reform to its previous strength.

Commercial patent #4,686,605 claims that directed energy beams of more than one-billion watts can be used for “altering the upper atmosphere wind patterns using plumes of atmospheric particles as a lens or focusing device” to disturb weather thousands of miles away.

HUGHES AEROSPACE FILES WELSBACH SEEDING PATENT
A patent is filed by Hughes aircraft company for the “Stratospheric Welsbach Seeding for Reduction of Global Warming”. Environmental consultant Mike Castle later discovers the primary purpose behind chemtrails by reflecting incoming sunlight with Welsbach oxides of metals capable of converting heat trapped by greenhouse gases near the Earth's surface into far-infrared wavelengths, which then radiate into space. Cautioning that the resulting white skies may be unpopular, the Hughes patent nevertheless suggests that these very tiny metal flakes could be “added to the fuel of jet airliners, so that the particles would be emitted from the jet engine exhaust while the airliner was at its cruising altitude.”

Aluminum oxide can withstand temperatures far higher than jet engine exhausts. While highly abrasive in larger sizes, a former Alcoa aluminum engineer told this reporter that aluminum in the 10 to 100 micron sizes called for in the sunscreen patent would simply polish jet turbine blades without harming them. (A human hair is about 100 microns across). The engineer added that this “very fine, talcum-like” aluminum powder would appear as a “pure white plume” in the sky.

NAS GEOENGINEERING STUDY
National Academy of Science $80, 944-page report on the “Policy Implications of Greenhouse Warming” includes chapters on “mitigation” describing geoengineering schemes championed by the late Edward Teller and others: “Cloud stimulation by provision of cloud condensation nuclei appears to be a feasible and low-cost option capable of being used to mitigate any quantity of CO2. Perhaps one of the surprises of this analysis is the relatively low costs at which some of the geoengineering options might be implemented.

During this International Year of the Indigenous People, Hopi elders are invited to address the United Nations in New York. The Hopi Prophecy Message - “Cry of the Earth” - is delivered by Thomas Banyacya, Dan Evehama and Martin Gashwaseoma to the UN General Assembly. Gashwaseoma, who informs representatives of the world's governments that Hopi prophecies foretold how people would become corrupt and turn away from their Creator and abuse the sacred Earth.

“We must act swiftly to save land and lives,” Banyacya tells UN Secretary General Boutros Ghali. “The Guardian Spirits of the land have begun to act as we warned, i.e. earthquakes, fires, floods, arctic freezes, big winds, violence erupting, incurable diseases and more.”

Banyacya adds, “We were warned long ago that this time would come!” Many ancients Hopi prophecies foretelling the coming of railroads, freeways, the atomic bombing of Hiroshima, and the international space station have come true. Now the Hopi elders inform the world that the Great Purification will be signaled by “cobwebs spun back and forth in the sky.”

U.S. Air Force research study, "Weather As A Force Multiplier: Owning The Weather in 2025" outlines how HAARP and aerial cloud-seeding from tankers could allow USAF “Weather Force Specialists” to fly “aerial obscuration” missions spraying chemicals to form “cirrus shields”. EDWARD TELLER'S CALL FOR AERIAL “SUNSCREEN” OPPOSED BY TOP CLIMATE MODELER
As the first “Category 6” hurricane ever recorded packs sustained winds of 200 mph, Antarctica warms 10-times faster than the global rate, and flagship insurer Lloyds of London is taking on water after losing almost $11 billion in just four years, “Father of the H-Bomb” Edward Teller addresses the International Seminar On Planetary Emergencies. Why not spray a protective chemical “sunscreen” into the upper atmosphere, Teller urges. Read his "Sunscreen For Planet Earth"

Computer simulations conducted at Lawrence Livermore show that if enough reflective particles can be suspended in the atmosphere to deflect just 1% of incoming sunlight, an expected doubling CO2 emissions would result in no net warming over at least 85% of Earth's surface. This chemical cloud cover will also greatly reduce levels of potentially lethal ultraviolet rays.

But climate modeler Ken Caldeira worries that this massive aerial spraying of reflective particles will further cool the stratosphere by diverting incoming sunlight, creating CFC ice-clouds that “could destroy the ozone layer.”

The Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory scientist later tells Columbus Alive, “We originally did this study to show that this program shouldn't be done.”

“Why not?” asks reporter Bob Fitrakis.

Because of negative health effects, Caldeira replies.

WILLIAM THOMAS ON ART BELL AS EMERGENCY ROOMS OVERFLOW ACROSS USA
William Thomas makes his first of eight appearance on Art Bell's “Coast to Coast” radio show with news of something he calls “chemtrails”.

The Philadelphia Daily News reports that Emergency Room patients were overflowing into the hallways at West Jersey Hospital in Berlin, New Jersey “as a wave of respiratory illnesses swept the area.”

There is a 24-hour waiting period to get into New York State hospital. In San Francisco, TV stations report that paramedics are being diverted to help handle swamped ERs. A person in Portland “heard on the radio that the hospitals in Portland are jammed up with people coming in. Plus in Eugene it seems like everyone is coming down with something. And my wife and I saw some rainbow-colored clouds yesterday. We are calling them chem-clouds.”

A local family physician says that “a nameless virus is bringing at least 10 patients a day into her office and driving some into the hospital, but laboratory tests show only a few are suffering from Type A or other identifiable strains of influenza.” [Lake Havasu Today's News Herald Jan 31/07]

Hospitals are full across the country. In Castle Rock, Colorado, the emergency room is filled with people and the prescription line is out the front door. A woman doctor told a patient it is a new bacteria that they can't fight. She says, “Your sickness will last for up to three months.” How does she know?

One month after I am assigned by the Environment News Service to cover the strange sky patterning, seven Kentucky counties close all the schools because of sick children with “flu-type” symptoms. In Youngstown, Ohio, a doctor tells a patient, “The hospitals were filled with patients having severe problems.”

On February 15, an Akron, Ohio resident reports, “The trails above our home are lower and wider. How long has this been going on? Our kids are coming up with throat, lung, and upper respiratory ailments that no one can figure out. My husband started with the sore throat last week. Also, my elderly neighbor across the street is now in a hospital on a ventilator. She came down with what they thought was pneumonia, then decided it wasn't that. It's a thick lining growing in her lungs, and they do not know how to get rid of it or what it is. A local hospital is leasing an entire floor and it's growing into a hospital company who specializes in upper-respiratory diseases.”

On a morning in late March, observers in Spokane count 33 chemtrails in two and half hours. One says, “We have a police scanner, and we are hearing so many rescue calls for people with breathing difficulties.”

A Chandler, Arizona resident reports that after heavy chemtrail activity, “The doctor's offices and hospitals were totally packed the next week, and one of the nurses I spoke to said they didn't know what was wrong with everyone.”

Lab tests for influenza keep coming up negative. Robert Page, director of the Chemung County Health Department in Elmira, New York, tells reporters, “We know there's a lot of sickness, but our diagnosis shows that it's not the flu.”

MDs across North America tell the New York Times and other newspapers:

“This is the worst crisis I have seen.”

“We have people double- and triple-parked in the ER on stretchers.”

“Respiratory and gastrointestinal illnesses are filling up the beds.”

“It was surprising to me how sick they got and how quickly it happened.”

“The increase in respiratory infections may not be due to the flu.”

“We know there's a lot of sickness, but our diagnosis shows that it's not the flu.”

“We've seen a lot of cases that you can't typically classify as flu.”

FIRST CHEMTRAILS REPORT ISSUED ON WORLDWIDE WIRE SERVICE
“Mystery Contrails May Be Modifying Weather” by William Thomas (ENS

U.S. Air Force aerial tankers may be causing and seeding clouds to modify the weather… Tommy Farmer, a former engineering technician with Raytheon Missile Systems, has been tracking patterns of jet contrails phenomena for more than a year. Farmer has "positively identified" two of the aircraft most often involved in the aerial spraying incidents as a Boeing KC-135 and Boeing KC-10. Both big jets are used by the US Air Force for air to air refueling.

Farmer has collected samples of what he calls "angel hair" sprayed by the mystery aircraft on six occasions since February, 1998… Farmer urges caution to collectors after becoming ill after his first contact with the "angel hair."

Strands of extremely fine polymers could be sprayed into the upper atmosphere to be heated by HAARP. Bernard Eastlund wrote to say, “The experiments described by Thomas seem technically feasible. Recent work on polymeric additives for microwave absorption has been done for commercial curing applications so the polymer fibers are available.”

HAARP's inventor supplied addresses for two producers of polymer capable of being heated by intensely focused Radio Frequency beams. “The heat generation occurs by adding magnetic iron oxide powder to the polymer,” Eastlund explained. FREQUON-B-20 and F-5 PPS polymers “are sensitive in the 1-50 MHz regime. HAARP transmits between 2 and 10 MHz.”

CARNICOM'S ATMOSPHERIC STUDY SHOWS SKY PLUMES CANNOT BE CONTRAILS
Clifford Carnicom correlates atmospheric readings by NASA's Climate Diagnostics Center with 21 days of heavy “chemtrail” gridding over Santa Fe, New Mexico. At altitudes where persistent white plumes criss-cross the usually cloudless New Mexico sky, Carnicom finds 30% humidity or less-less than half the moisture needed to form contrails.

SENATOR LIEBERMAN WRITES TO EPA INQUIRING ABOUT “TOXIC SPRAYING”
Senator Joseph Lieberman writes to EPA head Carol Browner regarding constituent concerns “about the possible release of toxic chemical substances from jet contrails” and “reports of toxic spraying over populated areas in 41 states.” In calling for a response from the EPA, Senator Lieberman notes, “My constituents further point out recent outbreaks of flu-like symptoms and other sicknesses in Connecticut and other states that may possibly be linked to jet fuel exhaust fumes.”

The EPA does not reply to the senator.

ESPANOLA, ONTARIO RESIDENTS PROTEST SPRAYING
Residents describe “frequent spraying” over Espanola, Ontario. In Espanola, where spray sometimes falls as visible, flesh-stinging particles thick as snow, lab tests of rainwater falling through extensive chemtrail plumes reveals levels of aluminum seven-times higher than existing provincial safety limits for drinking water.

Microscopic quartz particles predominate in the Ontario chemtrail analysis, with one fallout sample taken from a car windshield showing an 80% quartz component. Used by Nikola Tesla in his high-energy experiments, the electrical properties of quartz raises speculation that the chemtrails laid down over Espanola may have been connected with HAARP.

By July, mounting public pressure compels the provincial Ministry of Environment to dispatch an air monitoring van. At a raucous August 10 town meeting, environment officials pronounce the air “safe”-but reportedly refuse to make public the actual air sampling analysis. On August 29, 1999, CBC Newsworld reports from Espanola: “Residents of a small town west of Sudbury, Ontario are anxious. They think they're getting sick, and they think they know why. It involves the U.S. military, the government and strange planes overhead.”

The US Air Force denies flying its planes over Espanola. Residents counter with eyewitness reports and photos of USAF tankers spreading broad white plumes over the region. Canada's national news network notes, “Tempers at the Espanola town council run high. Residents want to know what's flying over their community. Shelly Jordan thinks strange planes might be making her kids sick…In fact, many in the community have reported respiratory problems and strange aches and pains. Town council heard that some believe military jets are dropping material over the town as part of a weather experiment.”

Provincial lab analysis find traces of mica and large quantities of highly reflective quartz grains.
The lab does not classify any of the 1600 molds/fungi found in the rainwater, reporting only that “no one species was dominant.”

The level of aluminum in the chemtrail-contaminated sample is .53 (ppm): 7-times over the previous “safe” threshold set by the Ontario government for drinking water.

One resident notices “a lot of depressed people in Espanola.”

In addition, “A lot of people here in town are complaining of short term memory loss.” People can't remember simple errands, or where they parked their cars. It's become, he added without humor, “a running joke.”

Blaming the chemtrail spraying for widespread respiratory problems and strange aches and pains that were suddenly endemic over a 50 mile area, more than 550 residents of this small Ontario community petitioned to parliament to “ban all cloud-seeding activity by civil or military aircraft, foreign or domestic.”

“AIRCRAFT EMISSIONS” PETITION TABLED IN CANADIAN HOUSE OF COMMONS
On behalf of his Ontario constituents, Member of Parliament Gordon Earle tells the House of Commons: “The petitioners call upon parliament to repeal any law that would permit the dispersal of military chaff or of any cloud-seeding substance whatsoever by domestic or foreign military aircraft without the informed consent of the citizens of Canada thus affected.”

The Department of National Defense eventually replies: “It's not us.”

MEAT TRUCKS AGAIN USED AS MORGUES IN BRITAIN
This season, the number of acute care patients who actually test positive for the flu declines, while refrigerated lorries are once again being used by the National Health Service as temporary morgues in a grim repetition of scenes outside hospitals last winter. Hospitals on Britain's south coast are forced to store bodies in trailers after nearly 40% of elderly victims of pneumonia contracted from an Influenza-Like Illness die. [London Telegraph Jan 8/00]

I experience severe pain in my left elbow after heavy chemtrail spraying over my remote hillside home following my first appearance on Art Bell's radio show. I also endure an annoying and worrisome twitching left eyelid following heavy chemtrail spraying over my relocated residence off Canada's west coast. Like the pain in my elbow, this symptom of neurotoxin exposure eventually goes away. Gushing nosebleeds are a common chemtrail symptom, along with gastrointestinal problems Other symptoms include disorientation, depression, inexplicable anxiety, and an inability to concentrate.

CHEMTRAILS VANISH AFTER TANKERS GROUNDED
when the Associated Press reported that hundreds of KC-135s had been grounded to fix problems in their tail feathers.

The next day, the chemtrail tracking center in Houston reported that daily spraying over the U.S. had suddenly dropped from 24 to just two locations - where KC-10s had most likely taken over. When the big jets were returned to service the following week, Chemtrail sightings climbed right back to previous levels.

GREENPEACE “AWARE” OF CHEMTRAILS ISSUE
Greenpeace Switzerland's Climate and Transport expert Cyrill Studer has written an internal memo to his colleagues, stating: “I have heard of the chemtrails phenomenon… For the present, Greenpeace… will not be following up the theme of chemtrails. There is not a sufficiently solid scientific basis… Greenpeace is not an organization that can undertake the verification of a supposed phenomenon.”

Now, a startling admission from GP Canada comes in reply to this letter sent on August 16, 2000:

Hi, could you please let me know about all this UFO aircraft spraying out all these trails that plume out to large thin clouds, after-effects stinging eyes, congestion. FEDERAL AIRPORT OFFICIAL LEARNS CHEMTRAILS NOT SPREAD BY AIRLINERS
At the Victoria International Airport in British Columbia, Canada, unsuspecting aviation Environment Manager Terry Stewart responds to a call the previous day from a local resident demanding to know why intense aerial activity left lingering X's, circles and grid-like plumes over the British Columbia capitol on December 6 and 7.

Stewart's brief reply ends the “airliner” argument:

“Mark, it's Terry Stewart, Victoria Airport Authority. Just calling you back from your comment. From what I gather, it's a military exercise; U.S. and Canadian air force exercise that's goin' on. They wouldn't give me any specifics on it. Hope that helps your interest. Very odd. Thanks a lot. Bye-bye now.”

CENTRE POINT SCIENCE TEXTBOOK TEACHES KIDS TO ACCEPT CHEMTRAILS
A is for Apple. B is for Boy. C is for Chemtrails. At least this is what one American father finds. While checking out his children's science book, SMT is astonished to find seventh graders being taught about chemtrails, and geoengineering the planet.

The chemtrails section is found in the Centre Point Learning Science I Essential Interactions science book. Under “Solutions for Global Warming” section 5.19 features a photo of a big multi-engine jet with a familiar orange/red paint scheme. The caption reads: “Figure 1- Jet engines running on richer fuel would add particles to the atmosphere to create a sunscreen.” The logo on the plane says: “Particle Air”.

Helping habituate children to a life of lethal sunshine and “protective” spray planes, its authors are referring to a sunscreen spread across the sky. “Could we deliberately add particles to the atmosphere?” asks the text, before helpfully suggesting that “Burning coal adds soot to the air.”

In a country whose self-appointed regime routinely censors scientific studies, at least some 7th grade science are more focused on indoctrinating kids with risky techno “quick-fixes” than conscious conservation and common sense. Where are the picture, wonders one parent, “of people planting trees, or turning down thermostats, or bicycling, or any of the other ways not to add to the problem?”

SMALL PARTICLES FORM BIG OVERCASTS -NCAR
''Conspiracy nonsense,'' snorts Kenneth Sassen, an atmospheric scientist at the University of Utah. ''These things are at 30,000 to 40,000 feet in the atmosphere. They're tiny particles. They're not going to affect anyone. The cloud-forming contrails that conspiracy theorists find so ominous are perfectly natural. The odd grid and parallel-line patterns are easily explained as contrails blown together by the wind." USA Today interviews me extensively, but cuts my evidence from reporter Tracy Watson's story. At the National Center for Atmospheric Research in Boulder, Colorado, Al Cooper studies the tiny particles that become nuclei for clumping clouds and raindrops. Spread a few extra nuclei like silver iodide into highly humid air and rainfall results. But in air not already swollen with moisture, especially in near-drought conditions, introducing too many particulates into the atmosphere to compete for a small amount of moisture can act like a sponge, resulting in decreased rainfall.

Vincent Schaefer, a Naval postgraduate who invented iodine cloud-seeding techniques in 1946, (as well as Joseph Moran's contemporary textbook, Meteorology) agree that clouds form when water vapor accretes around particles of grit acting as attracting nuclei. Recent NOAA and NASA atmospheric studies such as TARFOX, ACE-Asia, ACE-I and II, INDOEX and Project SUCCESS have confirmed that the only way to form artificial clouds under conditions of low humidity and less than ideal temperatures is by dispensing additional particles from aircraft.

In other words, when atmospheric conditions prevent the moisture-attracting nuclei left by aircraft engine exhausts from forming contrails, chemicals added to the fuel can leave enough extra particles to create clouds when relative humidity is less than 70%.

Modeled by Paul Demott at Colorado State University's Department of Atmospheric Science, the principle factors determining cirrus cloud development are temperature, relative humidity, and aerosol size. The last variable is of primary importance and may be supplied by high-flying aircraft. The smaller the size of each added nuclei, the faster the rate of cirrus cloud formation.

S.T. BRENDT INTERVIEWS AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL MANAGER, “DEEP SKY”
In remote rural Maine, radio reporter S.T. Brendt and her partner count 30 big jets in 45 minutes. She finally reaches an Air Traffic Control Manager for the entire northeastern seaboard, who tells her that of the nine jets on his radarscope, she should be able to see only one from her location. Brendt calls the assistant WMWV news director, who takes the news staff outside. Together they count 370 lines in skies usually devoid of aerial activity.

Over three taped interviews, the federal ATC manager we dub “Deep Sky” reveals that chemicals sprayed by specially designated USAF tankers degrade Air traffic Control radar returns. When asked whether the air force spray tankers cross into Canadian air space, he replies “yes.”

When asked the purpose of these missions, the FAA official says he was told “weather modification” after a “higher civil authority” ordered him to divert incoming trans-Atlantic airliners around military formations flying over 37,000 feet on March 12, 20 and 21, 2001. The explanation told to controllers across the nation is later defined as “climate modification”.

CHEMTRAILS ON CABLE TV PROVOKES CANADIAN AIR FORCE INTO COSTLY LIE
With funding from a concerned businessman, I illustrate a short “Chemtrails 101” script with local chemtrail photos and take the package to a major cable TV company. The resulting advertisement runs around the clock for a month on the “menu” channel of TV listings in Victoria, British Columbia capitol - as well as the viewing area around the country's Canadian Forces air base at Comox. Cable watchers deluge the mainstream media for coverage, and I began getting calls from newsrooms that have ignored the plumes being spread over their heads for years: “Our phones are ringing off the hook, Mr. Thomas. We have to interview you.”

Local newspapers are also pulled into the story. Provoked into addressing the issue, the Comox brass goes ballistic, angrily denouncing the “hoax” on local radio. But this move backfires when the Vancouver Courier runs a story featuring Terry Stewart, who reveals that his information of a “military operation” being conducted by USAF tankers in local skies came from the Comox airbase. Comox air force radar techs confirm tracking the spray planes.

DYN-O-MAT TEST TAKES OUT THUNDERSTORM
Entering a thunderstorm 10 miles off West Palm Beach, a B-57 Canberra jet bomber chartered for one million dollars releases some 9,000 pounds of improved Dyn-O-Gel capable of 10-times stronger water absorption. Miami's Channel 5's weather radar shows the huge thunderhead losing moisture. Within seconds, the buildup vanished as one side of the cloud collapsed “like an avalanche”, according to a chase plane cameraman. [Sun-Sentinel July 20/01]

NASA atmospheric scientist Dr. Patrick Minnis takes advantage of the nationwide airline groundings to collect data on "contrails" that formed what he termed an aerial "shield" - a term is used by U.S. Air Force weather modification specialists flying the spray planes.

Dr. Minnis reports that this "shield of cirrus clouds" spread by just nine military aircraft covers "over 24,000 square miles." But NASA's own website states, "contrails persist for one hour only."

Meanwhile, ground observers across the United States are not seeing clear skies in the wake of the groundings.

On September 12, 2001 Caroline has just returned from northern Saskatchewan after 11days, to find “they've got 'em just like we do. I don't think you can find a corner or crevice in North America that doesn't have this crap dumped on them. Anyways it really puzzles me with all of the air traffic today supposedly at standstill, yet we're still getting chemtrailed to bits.”

Still reeling from images of a massacre in Manhattan, Rosalie writes from Chicago: ”A lot of planes today, I noticed about 4 pm, some planes lower than others, the low ones you could see that the emission was from the rear of the plane. They were in two's and three's, seemed to be centering overhead, some were circling back. We are 40 miles south of the quad-cities at the river, and about 100 miles southwest of Chicago… I am wondering why the trails would be overhead here today.”

Also from Chicago: “Last night between 1:15-1:30 a.m. I saw no less than 10 chemtrails overhead in the classic grid pattern, two of which were parallel heading south and then hard banked to the east. These were big, big trails. The following day, Bonnie writes from Maidstone to report, “On September 12, 2001, when all air traffic was supposed to be grounded, they were right over my house in Maidstone, Ontario spraying those chemtrails.”

Reporting for Chemtrail Tracking USA in Houston, Lorie Kramer discloses that on September 12, with the grounding order still in effect, chemtrails were observed over Maidstone, Ontario as well as Indianapolis and Fort Wayne, Indiana; Lexington, Kentucky; southern Illinois; Detroit, Baltimore, Maryland; Eugene, Oregon and Houston, Texas: “Between 4-6 am skies became filled with wispy chemtrails could not see planes during this time. Planes sighted about 25,000 ft up making CT's at 5:57 am: two X's made over skies in northwestern suburbs. One plane made one X and two planes made the second X. They then turned off the sprays and increased altitude and flew out of area going west. X's remained in skies till at least 7:45 am. At 8:30 - 9 am two planes spotted over Livonia area making a chemtrail in shape of a circle.”

In Houston, Texas: “Heavy grid spraying north of Houston. I could easily hear these planes fly directly overhead. What's wrong with this picture? There are trails being laid in semi-circle patterns to the southwest of town. Call into area officials. “I saw the plane! No, this is not normal air traffic, because there is not supposed to be any air traffic.”

In Los Angeles: “As you all know, the airport here is shut down as well as a lot of other stuff. When the marine layer broke this morning there was an immense HAARP cloud canopy above it from horizon to horizon. Apparently offshore spraying was going on big time all night and probably right up until the attacks took place…It's my under-standing that the ban only applies to commercial air traffic, and this definitely appeared to be a military jet, going N to S directly over Santa Monica at 7:10 pm.

In Eugene, Oregon: “After watching the horrors on TV yesterday, I at least thought that our skies would be clear here in Eugene, Oregon. Not so. Although I saw no direct overflights, the sky was filled, all day with long clouds that moved in from upwind. The clouds early today look highly suspect.”

In Indianapolis, Don went outside to go to work Wednesday morning: “I look up as I usually do, but this time thinking there would be no Chemtrails because for the first time none of the 4,000 daily flights would be up there. I was absolutely floored when most of the sky was covered with Chemtrails. I know the characteristic tendrils and patterns of Chemtrails, and these were them! They also were about 3-4 hours old for the most part because I also know how long Chemtrails take to reach certain stages of spreading. If you ever needed proof for government planes causing the Chemtrails, this is it! It was impossible for these to be contrails from commercial planes, because there were zero commercial planes. They must have felt the need to spray during the night, because people would have been alarmed if they saw aircraft flying when all flights were grounded… It's ironic that bin Laden would be the one to provide positive proof of spraying…”

CHEMTRAILS “HOAX” -USAF
A public disinformation paper released by the USAF calls chemtrails a “hoax” perpetrated by people confused over contrails. It states, “The Air Force is not conducting any weather modification experiments or programs and has no plans to do so in the future.”

Ever since Project Storm Fury and Vietnam's “Operation Popeye” the United States Air Force continues to be very much into weather mod-as they claim on the same official website: www.au.af.mil.

HR 2977 BILL SEEKS TO BAN “CHEMTRAILS”
Introduced into Congress by Ohio Representative Dennis Kucinich, Space Preservation Act HR2977 calls for the peaceful uses of space, and a ban on 'exotic weapons'. Section 7 seeks specifically to prohibit chemtrails. Kucinich tells Columbus Alive that despite official denials, as head of the Armed Services Oversight Committee he is well acquainted with chemtrail projects. Kucinich states, "The truth is there's an entire program in the Department of Defense, 'Vision 2020" that calls for 'dominance of space, land, sea and air'.

EDMONTON ATC TRACKS U.S. SPRAY TANKERS ON RADAR AND VISUALLY
Puzzled by lab tests showing extremely high electrical conductivity in city soils stunting and killing plants, Edmonton landscaper Dave Dickie wonders if there is a connection with the persistent chemical plumes he's seeing overhead. At the Edmonton airport on Father's Day 2002, Dickie and an excited group of 12 year-olds watch two KC-135 tankers dubbed “Petro 011” and “Petro 012” being tracked by radar as “HA” (High Altitude) targets flying at 34,000 and 36,000 feet - “One to the south, and one to the north of the city.”

Both USAF tankers have flown south out of Alaska. As Dickie, the kids and the controllers watch, the big jets began making patterns over Edmonton - “circuits” the controllers call it. Both Stratotankers are working alone in “commanded airspace” from which all other aircraft are excluded. And they are leaving chemtrails.

“The signature is significant,” comments a radar operator, pointing to a trail clearly visible on the scope that extends for miles behind the KC-135. In contrast, a JAL flight on the display leaves no contrail. Going outside, Dickie and several controllers scan clear blue skies. They easily locate the KC-135 leaving a broad and lingering white plume signature. They also clearly see the JAL airliner at a similar flight level. It's leaving no contrail at all.

WRIGHT PAT CHEMTRAILS SCIENTISTS SPEAK
Two Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory scientists working at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio tell reporter Bob Fitrakis that they are involved in two aerial spraying experiments. One involves aluminum oxide spraying related to global warming. The other involves barium stearate and had to do with high-tech “over the horizon” military communications, 3-D mapping and radar.

Known as the “Tesla Center”, Ohio's Wright Patterson Air Force Base is the reputed repository of that energetic inventor's prodigious papers and patents. One of the chemtrails scientists reveals that HAARP is used to guide low-pressure systems “picked up” over Canada, and guided south over the Midwestern United States.

AS SKY PLUMES INCREASE, NASA STUDY REVEALS DECREASE IN CONTRAILS
A NASA study of Contrail Frequency charts air traffic densities over the United States every five-minutes at 40-kilometer intervals. The Pacific Northwest has the most contrails. Other regions of high contrail frequency are central Canada and Midwestern USA, which see twice the number of contrails as the continental average.

But in December 2001 the distribution and magnitude of potential contrails “changed dramatically” NASA reports, as a result of radical, unexpected changes in weather patterns. In Portland and Seattle regions, contrail sightings plunge. But plumes in those skies remain heavy. [10th Conference on Aviation, Range, and Aerospace Meteorology]

Contrails are not “safe”. Jet emissions linger in the clear, cold, calm of the stratosphere, modifying Earth's atmosphere about 100-times longer than when released near the ground. NOx exhaled by high-flying jets cause 30-times more atmospheric warming than nitrogen oxides emitted on the ground. Even though aircraft account for only three-percent of all human-produced NOx emissions, they contribute as much to global warming as all car emissions worldwide.

As jets climb higher into the stratosphere, their nitrogen oxide emissions begin consuming ozone. The disintegrating ozone layer stops retaining heat, causing stratospheric temperatures to plunge. As Caldeira feared, the resulting concentrations of ozone-damaging chemicals locked in those stratospheric ice clouds dramatically thin Earth's solar radiation shielding. Unfortunately, notes Airbus Industries , major European manufacturer of commercial jets , “there is no alternative to our atmosphere.

The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change has calculated that supposedly “harmless” contrails spread across the world's skies by 12,000 civil airliners contribute as much to global warming as the carbon burnt in their jet engines.

The higher temperatures needed to boost fuel combustion and efficiency produce more NOx emissions-further eroding an already tattered ozone layer that interacts with the weather-causing lower troposphere while protecting all life from increasingly fierce nuclear reactions on the surface of the sun. Despite stunning gains in fuel efficiency from 1977 to 1988, rising passenger volumes fueled a 37% increase in fuel consumption.

With contrails down sharply, photographs and eyewitness reports of persistent white plumes left by high-flying jets flood the Internet. From Las Vegas up to Reno, over to Sacramento, up to Portland, Oregon, and then over through Idaho and down through Wyoming into Denver and back to Las Vegas… “And every bit of the way, they were spraying. The range of the spraying was just phenomenal. We covered six states in four days and saw them everywhere,” reports a Leslie. After becoming “very, very sick” it took almost two months for this schoolteacher's lungs to clear from something “that turned out to be a lung fungal infection.”

Contrails cannot form behind aircraft unless the atmosphere is very cold. As NASA explains, “Contrails only form at very high altitudes (usually above 8 kilometers) where the air is extremely cold (less than -70°F).” NASA, NOAA and other scientific cloud-gazers also agree that a relative humidity of 70% or higher is necessary for cloud and contrail formation. If the air is very dry, contrails do not form behind airplanes,” states the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.

Ice crystal condensation trails do not cause fungal infections in the lungs. But airborne colonies of mutated molds and fungi brought down from the irradiated upper atmosphere by chemtrails could certainly cause symptoms experienced by Leslie and tens of thousands of North Americans following chemtrail exposure.

CHEMTRAILS COULD BRING “STRATO BUGS” TO EARTH
An NCAR bulletin says that microscopic bacteria and algae aloft in the upper atmosphere apparently “play a key role in the processes that create clouds and trigger rainfall.”

A surprising series of balloon flights made high above the U.S. during the 1960s collected stratospheric samples swarming with live bacteria and fungi, as well as viruses bigger than any known at the time. This three-quarters water world is brimming with the bugs, with coastal seawater containing as many as ten million large virus-like “nannobac” particles per quart. The most populous organisms on Earth are about one-tenth the diameter and 1/1000 the volume of ordinary bacteria.

The sub-microscopic strato-bugs could play an important part in triggering rainfall and altering climate. Inadvertently precipitating these living nuclei out of the sky with large quantities of free-falling chemical aerosols could cause drought. [New Scientist Aug 26/00]

Professor Emeritus in the Department of Geology at the University of Texas at Austin, Dr. Robert Folk figures that these ultra-tiny creatures are “possibly an order of magnitude more abundant” than normal bacteria that swarm everywhere. Folk chooses a lightweight metal as a matrix to grow more bugs. Under electronic magnification, Folk sees many diverse kinds of swarming nannobac. The bacteria are feasting - he calls it “metabolizing” - on… aluminum.

“Fungi just love metals,” says one researcher.

EDMONTON LAB TESTS CHEMTRAILS SAMPLE
Dave Dickie's World Landscapes company performs contract landscape work for the City of Edmonton. Soils analysis come back with a high EC rating 4-7 (toxic). Other soil sources are rejected of course because they do not make any sense. City specifications call for a reading no higher than 1.

A $33 lab test of snow samples collected in a sterilized container confirmed elevated levels of aluminum and barium. Norwest Labs lab report #336566 finds:

A Lawrence Livermore press release warns, “There are many reasons why geoengineering is not a preferred option for climate stabilization.” These proscriptions include risks of global “system failure” and the “unpredictable responses” of Earth's climate system to large-scale human intervention.

ATC FLIGHT CENTERS ACROSS UNITED STATES CONFIRM CHEMTRAILS
An increasingly worried “Deep Sky” begins calling his colleagues at FAA flight centers across the United States to ask them if they are seeing what he was seeing on his own radar scopes. They are. Controllers at Chicago's O'Hare (still the busiest airport in America), all three New York City area airports, LA's LAX, San Francisco, Jacksonville, Cleveland, San Diego, Dulles, Washington DC and the nation's biggest airport in Atlanta all report tracking unusual formations of particle-emitting Air Force tankers on their scopes.

So are controllers at smaller municipal airports.

Every controllers contacted by Deep Sky is being told to divert commercial traffic below formations of tankers flying strange patterns said to be “routine”. The controllers have never seen so much “clutter” or artificial “cloudiness” obscuring their radars. At least one concerned controller working in America's heartland visits a local hospital after heavy tanker activity to find the emergency room jammed with acute respiratory cases.

RUSSIAN DUMA SEEKS HAARP BAN
Carried on the front page of Pravda, an article by Duma deputy Yuri Solomatin describes how the Russian Federation State Duma spent nearly a year considering the global threat posed by HAARP. Calling HAARP a “weapon,” Solomatin warns, “The operators of such a weapon are able to program floods, tornados storms and even earthquakes in any region of the planet. It is also possible to paralyze civil and military electronic surveillance systems, and even to affect the psyche of entire nations.”

The Russian government further alleges that “the scientifically incomprehensible apathy of entire peoples in the post-Soviet territories can be connected to testing by the USA of such geophysical weapons at low power.” Referring to the 1970 convention signed by the USA prohibiting atmospheric modification, the Russian parliament is seeking a global ban on all HAARP tests.

CANADIANS DEMAND ANSWERS
A story in the Bancroft Times catches the eye of a new reader in Brighton, Ontario. The lawyer fires off information requests to three federal departments - Environment Canada, the Privy Council and Transport Canada. Her letters question parallel, simultaneous flights over Lake Ontario, and include photographs with the times of day and the number of flights observed on those dates. The Ontario lawyer wants to know the identity of planes flying in such close proximity, what chemicals might be present in the plumes they were trailing, what health warnings might have been issued to residents, the purpose of the spraying and under what statute the flights were conducted. The responses she receives are characterized as “evasive or incomplete.”

In Alberta, the Bancroft Times further reports, a man has sent his queries to the Alliance Party's environment critic, MP Bob Mills, who passes it upstream to Environment Minister David Anderson. In his letter to Anderson, Mills attaches "several inquiries" his office has received about chemtrails, and asks the Minister for "the government position on the chemtrail question." The Member of Parliament also wants "a reply from Ottawa addressing the environmental and health damage that chemtrails purportedly cause." [Bancroft Times Jan 29/03; Straight Goods.com]

In a story headlined, “Scientists Uneasy: Dangerous Experiments In The Greek Skies”, the Greek newspaper Ethnos reports that the town council of Aigina Island has voted to ask the Greek government to give an explanation of what is happening in the skies overhead.

FORMAL CANADIAN PETITION NUMBER 372-1644 PRESENTED TO FEDERAL GOVERNMENT
Canadians have also acted to stop chemtrail spraying over their neighborhoods by the United States Air Force. Following an earlier petition by the citizens of Espanola, Ontario to the federal government in 199, on June 3, 2003 Member of Parliament Mr. John Herron addresses the House of Commons in Ottawa:

“Mr. Speaker, I am presenting a petition on behalf of Mr. Brian Holmes of Ontario regarding aerial spraying. Mr. Holmes has collected signatures from across the country from concerned Canadians who believe that chemicals used in aerial sprayings are adversely affecting the health of Canadians. The petitioners call upon Parliament to stop this type of high altitude spraying. The petition has been duly certified by the clerk and I present it at this time.” [37th PARLIAMENT, 2nd SESSION HANSARD • NUMBER 110]

The Minister of State and Leader of the Government in the House of Commons eventually responds through his Parliamentary Secretary. The “spin” he relays from the federal ministries of Health and Environment are frustratingly familiar to many chemtrails petitioners on both sides of a border ignored by the spray planes:

“I am informed as follows:

“ENVIRONMENT CANADA:
There is no substantiated evidence, scientific or otherwise, to support the allegation that there is high altitude spraying conducted in Canadian airspace. The term "chemtrails" is a popularized expression, and there is no scientific evidence to support their existence.

“Furthermore, weather modification experiments carried out over Canadian airspace legally require that Environment Canada be notified. We have no information of any such efforts. On the other hand, it is our belief that the petitioners are seeing regular airplane condensation trails, or contrails. Contrails are long white trails made up of ice crystals left behind by jet-propelled aircraft flying at high altitude…

“The increase in air traffic, compared with 10 to 20 years ago, has inevitably caused an increase in the number of visible contrails in the sky. Also, the paths of aircraft at various altitudes can criss-cross each other. This explains why contrails sometimes form unusual patterns. Since contrails are composed primarily of water, they do not pose health risks to humans.”

[According to this spin, normal contrails have increased in frequency over the past 10 to 20 years - despite U.S. government studies showing a decrease in contrails over heavily trafficked air routes. If true, this statement indicates that a sudden massive increase persistent patterns of plumes appearing virtually overnight in many locations cannot be contrails, which supposedly took decades to increase. As for “harmless” contrails: Since normal condensation trails left behind more than 5 million annual airline flights are dimming skies worldwide, obscuring the sun and trapping its heat in what has been scientifically determined to be causing a significant increase in global warming - and since these contrails condense hot engine exhaust moisture around particles of jet fuel residue known to contain extremely carcinogenic compounds such as benzene and toluene - and since the nitrogen oxide particulates in high-altitude contrails retain 200-times more atmospheric heat than CO2, and since these same compounds are known to destroy Earth's already tattered solar radiation shielding known as the ozone layer - contrails, as well as chemtrails, are extremely hazardous to the human species.]

The reply continues:

HEALTH CANADA
“High altitude aerial spraying of pesticides does not occur in Canada and any spraying that is currently done in Canada does not encompass the use of large military type jet aircraft. Aerial spraying of pesticides in agricultural areas is usually accomplished using small fixed wing or rotary aircraft, both of which allow the pilot the required manoeuvrability. To maximize on-site deposit and minimize drift, these aircrafts typically fly at 2-3 metres, above the crop. Due to the large areas to be sprayed, aerial spraying in forestry does utilize larger rotary and fixed wing aircraft; however, normal aircraft heights are typically less than 50 metres above the canopy…. (blah blah etc.) Best management practices for aerial spraying of pesticides recommends these typical flying heights as high altitude aerial spraying of pesticides results in poor on-site deposit and excessive offsite drift.

[In fact - and in direct contradiction to this bafflegab - a federal government representative at the Victoria International Airport has received formal acknowledgement of this aerial activity, which is officially characterized as a “joint military operation.” (Hear Stewart clip above.)]

A skeptical friend of John Kostura hears a radio program about chemtrails. “One thing mentioned in the radio program was that usually two days following heavy spraying in an area, an ad will appear in the local newspaper asking for volunteers for a respiratory study," Kostura says. “Sure enough one day he saw the sky covered by odd contrails and two days later the ad appeared in his local news paper. ITALIAN CHEMTRAILS FILMMAKERS VISIT CANADA, USA
Vincent Gambino and Duccio Benvenuti, fly in from Rome to interview William Thomas. The two Italian filmmakers are questioned in turn after showing recent video from their 3,500-year-old village in northern Italy.

"We wake up some days and the whole sky is filled with trails, and there is no good explanation of this," Vincent says.

Their digital footage shows extensive criss-crossing plumes spreading out to obscure Italian skies-the unmistakable sign of chemtrails. Pointing to the extensive sky grids, Vincent says simply, "Impossible."

Vincent relates how a protest last year among airport workers at Fiumicino received prominent media coverage after a USAF tanker Vincent referred to as another “famous white plane” landed and taxied to a cordoned off section of Rome's international airport. "No one was allowed close for two or three days," Vincent recalls. Airport workers were angry at the secrecy surrounding the American air force plane, he said,

The Italians are especially concerned over HAARP. Despite the EU's diplomatic dissing of HAARP several years ago, the monster with electronic claws continues to grow.

Video of small white orbs filmed pacing chemtrails are also identified as advanced robot drones originally developed by the Italian military's 'Project Cipher'. The program, says Vincent, was sold to the US military after funding ran out in the 'Seventies.

INEXPLICABLE "GLOBAL DIMMING" SHOCKS SCIENTISTS
It is learned that sunlight reaching the Earth's surface has declined more than 10% in the three decades since air traffic took off. Levels of solar radiation reaching parts of the former Soviet Union have gloomily darkened almost 20% between 1960 and 1987. According to its discoverer and scientists who have confirmed his results, “Global Dimming” could be masking more drastic climate change, while stunting sunlight starved crops. TINY AIRBORNE PARTICLES POSE GRAVE HEALTH THREAT
Tiny air-delivered particles don't just mess up the weather. The EPA reports that sub-micron particles bypass lung filters and enter the blood stream, triggering high blood pressure that can cause heart attack within two hours of inhalation. Researchers document "a significant increase" in the number of stroke victims when PM pollutant levels rise. [Idaho Observer May/04]

Harvard School of Public Health and the American Cancer Society has already found strong links between high levels of small particles and a rise in death rates. Particles in the lower size range called for by the Hughes aluminum oxide spray patent are “most strongly tied to illness and early death, particularly in people who are already susceptible to respiratory problems.”

The EPA says that particulate fallout 10 microns or smaller results in a 5% increased death rate within 24 hours. Teller and the Welsbach “chemtrail” patent calls for spraying 10 million tons of sunlight-reflecting aluminum oxide, 10 microns across.

Particulate Matter is thought to “initiate and/or exacerbate respiratory disorders, such as asthma and airway hyper-responsiveness and is epidemiologically associated with causing death in the elderly and those with pre-existing respiratory, or cardiopulmonary disease," the LA Times reports. “After they reach the heart, the particles are thought to cause a stress reaction in cells, producing inflammation that contributes to heart disease. GERMAN PARLIAMENTARIAN ADMITS CHEMTRAILS
A serving board member of Greenpeace Germany from 1984-1990, and now chair of the Committee for Culture and Media of the Federal German Parliament, Monika Griefahn replies to a letter from two chemtrail activists, stating: “I am in basic agreement with your concerns. Instead of making a concerted and determined effort to reduce greenhouse gas emissions throughout the world, experiments of various kinds are being carried out in the earth's atmosphere in order to cure the symptoms… I share your concern over the use of aluminium or barium compounds which have a considerable toxic potential. However, so far as I am aware the extent of their use is so far minimal.”

HURRICANES FRANCES AND IVAN SPRAYED
Just before Hurricane Frances hits Florida, its central eye suddenly expands from the usual 20 miles across to 70 nautical miles wide. “That is just unbelievably large,” exclaims a CNN affiliate out of Jacksonville. “And it's moving unbelievably slow. If it's going five, they say eight miles an hour, it could take 10 hours for the eye to go through. I mean that's crazy.”

It takes 13.

On hurricane watch at Juno Beach just north of West Palm Beach, WFOR-TVs Dave Malkoff is drawn to something on the water. “Gel foam down here on the ocean,” Malkoff tells viewers. “Once these waves crash, you're going to see something interesting. Once the waves crash they instantly mix with foam-watch! That's the foam right there. And it instantly turns into like a foam that you would have in your bathtub, and it blows away like a solid. Instantly, this foam that's coming off the ocean mixes with the sand and is blowing down this way.”

Soon afterwards, a CBS-affiliate reports from Pompano Beach: “White foam all across the water. And it is not blowing away.” The news reports remind me of an item posted on Moonbow Media: “On July 19, 2001, ABC News reported a similar story of gelatinous 'goo' again washing up on beaches in West Palm Beach, Florida. This time it turns out the substance was identified as Dyn-O-Gel.”

As for Ivan, TV commentators call it “strange” when this new hurricane abruptly turns away from making direct hits on Jamaica and the Caymans. As Ivan approaches the US Gulf Coast, a “dry air incursion” opens a wide boulevard into the eyewall, causing it to collapse. As the eye reforms and the storm wobbles toward the east, Ivan's entire southwestern quadrant becomes jagged, misshapen and devoid of rain.

The previous month, the US Air Force admitted to CNN that it had broken up a storm over the Atlantic using products made by a company called Dyn-O-Mat.

WEATHER MODIFICATION ACT INTRODUCED IN CONGRESS
Introduced into the lst session of the 109th U.S. Congress, Weather Modification Operations and Research Bill 2995 seeks to “develop and implement a comprehensive and coordinated national weather modification policy and a national cooperative Federal and State program of weather modification research and development.”

Fearing major liability issues, the controversial bill is not passed.

AIR APPARENT GOES PUBLIC IN TORONTO
In Toronto, a media release on World Meteorological Day, March 23, 2005 announced the birth of “Air Apparent” - a citizen's action org with “eyes wide open” that wants to know:

* What is being released or sprayed in the sky over Toronto?
* Who is releasing these substances
* Why?

Publicly wondering, “Who will help answer that question?” the group vowed to publish five dialogues with the Mayor of Toronto, the Canadian Environmental Law Association, Toronto's Environmental Alliance, as well as the federal Department of National Defence and Environment Canada. Toronto's Air Apparent “has gone to great lengths to study the known physics and science of contrails and concludes that these different substances are absolutely not contrails!

ASTHMA RATES SKYROCKETING
Incidence of Asthma has tripled in young women and doubled in young men since the chemtrail spraying started in the mid 1990's. The number of children suffering from asthma has shown a massive rise in the past eight years: 23% of them have suffered from the breathing disorder at some point in their lives-compared to 13% of children when a previous study was carried out in 1992. 28% of children cough at night, compared to 16% in the previous study. CANADIAN ACTION PARTY CONDEMNS CHEMTRAILS
The Canadian Action Party is the first Canadian federal political party to go public on chemtrails. An August 22, 2005 press release by CAP leader Connie Fogal “condemns the use of aerial spraying of aluminum and barium and whatever else in the sky for weather modification purposes and/or whatever other undisclosed purposes.”

Pointing to my online article, “Chemtrails Out Of The Closet?” the courageous Connie Fogal tells the press, “This is a serious health issue fraught with untold and unknown effects on all life forms. That our government and Parliamentarians have refused to admit the occurrence of chemtrails or to inform citizens on this potentially life threatening experimentation is another example of their refusal to exercise our sovereignty, and the abrogation of their duty to the citizenry.”

With a fundamentalist Prime Minister pushing Canadian sovereignty into deeper integration with his White House counterparts, Ms. Fogal adds, “Our government should refuse access to the United States to Canadian airways for aerial spraying of chemicals for such experimentation.”

AIR FORCE PILOT ADMITS SPRAYING
People continue to become ill as high levels of chemicals show up in random testing of soil and water supplies, after witnesses photograph KC-135s and KC-10s outfitted with what appears to be a “spraying device.” The circular device is obviously not a refueling probe. A former Air Force pilot tells a reporter, “Yeah, we have them, but were not supposed to talk about it.”

The South Coast Air Quality Management District tentatively identifies the powder wafting down from the sky as "cedar pollen." But a biologist retorts that December is not the season when cedar pollen normally appears. And when pollen appears in the spring, it does not “explode.” Several witnesses saw a yellow cloud “exploding” in the skies over the Lake Arrowhead area.

According to a press story, community after community continue to report that hundreds of people are becoming ill at the same time-usually following heavy chemtrail activity. Three physicians report an increasing number of patients being seen for similar illness.

“Persistent hacking coughs, upper respiratory and intestinal distress, pneumonia, extreme fatigue, lethargy, dizziness, disorientation, splitting headaches, elevated arthritis symptoms and unexplainable nosebleeds are just a few of the symptoms these doctors have described. These doctors have said they are seeing larger numbers of patients with these complaints during or within days after the times that the physicians themselves have observed a larger number of chemtrails in the skies above mountain communities.”

Pharmacist Ed Burrows is sick himself. Since early December he has been suffering from a respiratory ailment that has includes a “gooey phlegm” that, despite his best efforts, he has been unable to relieve. Burrows said the issue is raising “high concern” for him that his health may be “jeopardized.” Burrows says he “feels that it is directly related” to recent chemtrail activity.

“Our government's refusal to level with the people indicates that whatever it is they are polluting our environment with must be dangerous and/or unhealthy. There is no need to be secretive if what you are doing is beneficial,” he says. “As the former owner and pharmacist of the Lake Gregory Pharmacy for more than two decades, this is the first time in those 22 years I've witnessed so many in our community suffering with respiratory ailments with no apparent cause… ” [Alpenhorn News Dec 7/05]

BROTHERS CREATE A CHEMTRAIL “NO FLY ZONE” OVER BRITISH COLUMBIA CAPITOL
Angry over constant chemtrailing and determined not to take it any more, two brothers have turned the city of Victoria into a No-Fly Zone for chemtrail aircraft.

On Friday April 17th, Ben called the Victoria International Airport to complain about large aircraft flying in close proximity to each other over this busy capitol. He told the airport manager, “You've got a bunch of hot dog pilots crisscrossing all over the place. It looks like the Snowbirds.” (The Canadian Air Force eight-plane aerobatic team).

The official told him he had no proof.

“We've got five hours of tape,” Ben corrected him. “We've got to four jets on tape flying within ten seconds of each other. They are billowing out exhaust all over the place, and they are endangering public safety.”

The official then said, “I don't know whose planes those are.”

“You guys should know who's flying over Victoria airport,” Ben chastised. “That means you have no control of the planes.”

“That's not true,” the official said, a bit more heatedly.

“I thought you just said that you don't know whose planes those are,” Ben reminded him. “It's a circus. If this keeps occurring to go to have a class action lawsuit on your hands.'

“That scared them,” Ben told me.

His brother James confirmed that no spray planes have overflown Victoria since their conversation with the airport authority.

But the brothers didn't stop there. During the spraying, a freak hailstorm turned to rain. James a rinsed out his plastic cup and collected some rainwater pouring off the roof of his van. Holding the cup under a light, the brothers saw the bottom of the cup covered in shiny silver particles.

When they took it to a water-testing lab for analysis, two lab technicians took a quick look and said, “That amount shouldn't be there.”

Both lab technicians were aware of - and angry about - chemtrails. They gave Ben and James proper lab containers, along with instructions on how to take two separate samples for analysis at a bigger lab in Vancouver.

The brothers strongly recommend that when placing a call to local airport officials, don't use the word “chemtrails”.

“I acted like I didn't know what was going on,” Ben told me.

His complaint centered solely on “public endangerment” from aircraft flying to close together. This is illegal over populated areas. And their videotape evidence was the clincher.

“They didn't like to hear about a class action lawsuit,” Ben said. The brothers also complained about what appeared to be “heavy pollution” coming from the tightly spaced jets.

The videotape evidence of four large aircraft flying within ten seconds of each other is enough to take to court.

Controllers say that airliners at cruising altitude are not allowed to fly to within twenty minutes of each other. Except for landings and take-offs, airliners at cruising altitudes cannot fly close together in time or space.

Military aircraft are also prohibited from discharging fuel or other pollutants over populated areas. Nor are they allowed to endanger people on the ground.

NBC AIRS “TOXIC SKY”
NBC-4's Paul Moyer hosts a two-part series called “Toxic Sky”.

Moyer: Tonight a community in the San Bernardino mountains has a real mystery on its hands. The official explanation here is that jet contrails are causing strange lines in the sky and that it's pollen making people sick on the ground. But others are convinced it is something else. And they ask: “Is the government experimenting with our weather?”

A huge dust cloud covered the entire Cedar Glen area-a cloud of dust leaving a sticky yellow slime all over car(s). It happened again last February. And calls began pouring in to the local Alpenhorn newspaper.

Denis Labadie: “And they had a tremendous upsurge of children that were not going to school at that point.”

Pharmacist Ed Burows says it is the most mysterious illness he's seen in twenty-two years on the mountain: “A lot of eye infection problems, upper respiratory problems, nose bleeds.”

The nearby March Air Force Base says it didn't come from them.

Rosalind Peterson of California Skywatch says Health Department records show a sharp increase in both chemicals in the water supply of Northern California, dating from the time the huge contrails first appeared over her home in Mendocino County. “And what I found was unusual spiking since the early 1990s, and barium, aluminum.”

“I went and got all the tests and all these things in the same test would be up way over state and federal standards. This had to be airborne because how could it get to such diverse regions of our county. We have jets going in every direction. Xs, east-west, north-south, circles. There is something going on in the air. I don't know exactly what but I think there is some experimentation… I don't know because we haven't had a public discussion.” [holmestead.ca

CHEMTRAILS BASES IDENTIFIED
Las Vegas reporter Marcus Dalton writes that an archeologist working throughout Nevada began noticing “all white unmarked aircraft” preparing for take-off at Nellis AFB, and at the Mancamp Complex near Tonopah in the late-90s.

“It was these unmarked planes that were constantly laying down the criss-crossing X patterns of lingering chemical-spray trails over Southern Nevada,” the archeologist stated. When he asked the military escort accompanying his civilian research team into “sensitive” areas around Nellis, about the planes, he was strongly advised, “You didn't see anything.” [Tribune Media Group June 26/06]

Outside Dobbins Air Base in Marietta, Georgia, another observer writes: “We drove up to a light and saw the runway, and saw a large, white plane, with a blue stripe, no markings at all, taxiing to take off.”

A delivery person at Tinker AFB states “I have seen more than 30 of these white, KC-135s parked on the tarmac. I have seen six to 10 take off, one after another. They are, indeed, white with no markings.”

The white planes have also been spotted at a former AFB near Phoenix, and at the previously closed George AFB in the Mojave Desert.

One correspondent claims to have personally seen the spray planes taking off from and landing at McGuire AFB in New Jersey. Active in the Canadian military “since my birth,” Bryan says, “What I have noticed is that unusual trails have been coming from white USAF KC-135s heading to Shiloh, Alaska.
