Victoria Police Deputy Commissioner Kieran Walshe has refused to be drawn on media reports that a top-secret spy plane was used in the hunt for missing State Government minister Tim Holding.

Yesterday Premier John Brumby said he had expected Mr Holding to be found alive on Mt Feathertop because his torchlight and body heat had been spotted on the mountain on Monday night.

The lost bushwalker was eventually located by helicopter crews at around 10:00am on Tuesday.

Reports today say the Monday night sighting was made by a mystery plane equipped with either infra-red or thermal imaging equipment. Through our education from history lessons and the media, we are taught that wars are an unfortunate but inevitable part of our existence. Race against race, culture against culture, creed against creed, country against country, we pit ourselves against one another. But behind ALL the wars are the shadowy figures of the Establishment for whom wars between us serve several purposes; besides the obviously massive gains in wealth those at the top make everytime they send in their lackeys to sell arms to both sides, loan money to both sides and then move in to offer rebuilding, rehabilitation, more loans at extortionate interest rates, etc, etc etc, all at vast profit to themselves, they also get to try out all their latest technology, developed under the guise of defending us from the enemy, whether another country or the ever-dreaded terrorists, in preparation for their final war - the war against US.

This is the real end game.

Of course they have always used their intelligence services and technology against us when it has suited them but now we are nearing the time when their control will become overt rather than covert. Any one who still thinks they can slip "off the radar" and live quietly without being noticed can think again. All those planning on slipping off and forming communities need not hide - they can find you any time they want! And they are clearly ready to let us know this, hence the very public rescue of a government Minister by a "secret" plane. Not so secret anymore!

In addition to this "special" plane, they are also manufacturing stealth helicopters outside Brisbane, helicopters so quiet you can't hear them until they are literally on top of you and you can't hear them as soon as they have passed over you. In other words, you have absolutely no warning they are coming to get you.

This technology, along with Swine Flu vaccinations, global pandemics, chemtrails, HAARP, 100,000+ poisons and chemicals circulating and saturating earth and MAN, processed/destroyed food and water, man-made weather warfare (includes tsunamis & earthquakes), police states, military curfews/laws, social-political-civil unrest/wars, global economic collapse and possibly a UFO/Alien invasion, amongst others, is all part of their agenda to depopulate the earth to "manageable" levels (probably around 500 million) and maintain control. And lets not forget the Fema Camps/Private Prisons and Detention Centres (under the present guise of holding camps for illegal immigrants) to be used for all the freedom/truth rebels not kowtowing to establishment guidelines and their dictatorial rulership.

The sublime arrogance of those behind the British Empire (includes all the royal houses of Europe) started off by invading the native tribes on the lands they cared for and using brutal force (murdering hundreds/thousands of millions and traumatising those left into forgetting who they really were and what they are really part of) to bring about their submission. They then gradually moved from overt power and control to covert power and control as they "allowed" conquered people and immigrants/settlers to gain "independence", moving out physically but leaving their esoteric and occultic systems of government, law, history, religion, science, new age and education behind (a fairytale called "The Western World Civilisation Of Commerce"), in other words, all the tools of brainwashing and force (the sedatives) required to keep the locals under their thumb, under the "Rules Of Their Divide".

Based on the triune abominations of sacred geometry/geometry, mathematics and all read and write alphabet languages, the building materials of all esoterics and occults, the British Empire left behind a Freemasonic shadow world government to prop up and administer the affairs of its copyrighted fairytale (the prescripted medication), and without providing full disclosure, they conned billions of us into not only believing in their fairytale but also to be the willing actors in costume with titles......... under contract to them (the copyright holder). Now they realise that the contracted medication is wearing off and we are starting to wake up from the fairytale, starting to remember who we really are and what we are really part of so, in their sublime arrogance, they are preparing to move back to more overt methods of power and control.

Time to take your fingers out of your ears, folks, and get growing those veges before they starve us all into submitting to their vaccines, their microchips and their dictatorships.

Oh, and before we forget, we feel this secret technology scans for the living DNA register/frequency of MAN, which stands out from everything else of life. This secret technology is far more powerful, direct, reliable, foolproof and invasive than thermal imaging and infra red technology. It is far ranging and not restricted or blocked by anything in between it and its subject, e.g. buildings, mountains, trees, caves, clouds, oceans, etc.

Victoria Police Deputy Commissioner Kieran Walshe has refused to be drawn on media reports that a top-secret spy plane was used in the hunt for missing State Government minister Tim Holding.

Yesterday Premier John Brumby said he had expected Mr Holding to be found alive on Mt Feathertop because his torchlight and body heat had been spotted on the mountain on Monday night.

The lost bushwalker was eventually located by helicopter crews at around 10:00am on Tuesday.

Reports today say the Monday night sighting was made by a mystery plane equipped with either infra-red or thermal imaging equipment.

Deputy Commissioner Walshe acknowledged that 'an offer' had been made for assistance to find Mr Holding, but he would not elaborate.

"I don't want to make any comment. I made it very clear yesterday that an opportunity came to me which I accepted, and that activity resulted in us being able to clearly identify the area where Mr Holding was.

"I don't want to say any more about that."

Deputy Commissioner Walshe denied that Mr Holding, who is expected to be released from a Melbourne hospital today, was treated any differently to other hikers who have been lost in the Victorian Alps.

He told the ABC's 774 Morning Show with Jon Faine that Mr Holding was not favoured because he is a politician.

"We used the same sort of opportunities, the same resource availability that would have been used, it doesn't matter who it would have been," he said.

"If we had any individual who was lost anywhere in the state and required assistance and required to be located and recovered, we would do exactly the same again."

He says he decided to coordinate the search because a minister was involved.

"I took the decision that because Mr Holding does have a standing within the government of the state, that it was appropriate for me to be there to be up there to ensure that things were going the way they should have gone," he said.

"I took that choice, because I thought it was important to do so.

"Now if it was somebody from the other parts of the state, I don't know whether I would be there, I don't know whether I wouldn't be there.

"It's something that I would make a value judgment on at the time, as to whether I think it is appropriate for me in my role as deputy commissioner for public safety, whether it be appropriate for me to be there."

Mr Brumby concedes that senior police only became involved in the operation because of Mr Holding's media profile.

"Kieran Walshe was sent up there I guess because Tim is a high profile person who's known, and you needed that level of coordination particularly with the media," he said.

"But apart from that, in all other way, shape, form and dimensions he's had exactly the same support as would any other Victorian or Australian who is lost in the snow."

Deputy Commissioner Walshe says he has not costed the search, and rescue operation costs are met by the Victoria Police budget.

"From my perspective that's not a priority for me. The priority for me was to ensure that we conducted a search that resulted in the safe recovery of Mr Holding," he said.

"We did that, and that's the success of the operation. What the cost is to me is not something I'm going to rush into to find out."

Victoria Police, SES and dozens of volunteer bushwalkers took part in the search for Mr Holding.

Meanwhile a State Opposition MP has labelled Mr Holding, a "super-dill" for not carrying an emergency beacon on his solo hike up Mount Feathertop.

Liberal MP Bernie Finn says Mr Holding acted foolishly.

"The ordinary Joe from the suburbs who goes walking by themselves in winter in such an area is a dill, for a minister of the Crown to do it is just super-dill - that is just ridilulous for anybody to even think about that," he said.

What type of plane was it that spotted Victorian Water Minister Tim Holding stranded in the Victorian Alps?

This isn't the plane that spotted Tim Holding, cause we don't know what kind of plane it was.

In a statement on their website this morning the Victorian Police stated that an Australian Federal Police plane had spotted a light from Holding’s makeshift camp.

Yet this afternoon Victorian police have contacted news organisations telling them to remove any reference to the plane being an AFP plane with the reference taken out of the media release: http://www.vicpolicenews.com.au/more-news/1409-police-continue-search-fo... - What is going on here and who owns this plane?

According to the original statement on the police media website an AFP plane located a possible camp site overnight.

The possible site gave searchers a narrowed-down area to investigate this morning.

A camera from the Victoria Police helicopter confirmed Mr Holding’s position on the mountain.

But if Victorian Police have now contacted media outlets telling them to take out a mention of the AFP plane for “security reasons.”

So if it is an AFP plane then why all the secrecy? Well The Punch can find no mention in the AFP’s annual report: http://www.afp.gov.au/about/publications/annual_reports.html#afp that they have a plane, so if they do have a plane it doesn’t appear to be on the public record.

Of course the plane may not be owned by the AFP at all.

It could be an Air Force plane, but then why not just come out and say it was an airforce plane unless it was an Air Force plane we’re not supposed to know about.

At the risk of sounding conspiratorial, we could be talking about another Commonwealth organisation that owns planes and doesn’t talk about it - say one of our spy organisations.

The point here is not whether the plane should have been used in locating Mr Holding, obviously any way they could have found him is a good way.

The question is why can’t we know about it given that we’ve funded the search? And secondly, would the same plane be used if you or I were lost in the bush? Is this a plane brought out for Ministers who manage to get lost in the bush.

The General Atomics MQ-1 Predator is an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) which the United States Air Force describes as a MALE (medium-altitude, long-endurance) UAV system. It can serve in a reconnaissance role and fire two AGM-114 Hellfire missiles. The aircraft, in use since 1995, has seen combat over Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bosnia, Serbia, Iraq, and Yemen. In addition, since 2005, U.S. Customs and Border Protection uses the aircraft (unarmed) for border patrol within the U.S. It is a remote-controlled aircraft.

The MQ-1 Predator is a system, not just an aircraft. The fully operational system consists of four air vehicles (with sensors), a ground control station (GCS), and a Predator primary satellite link communication suite. In the overall U.S. Air Force integrated UAV system the Predator is considered a "Tier II" vehicle.[2]

The Predator system was initially designated the RQ-1 Predator. The "R" is the Department of Defense designation for reconnaissance and the "Q" refers to an unmanned aircraft system.[3] The "1" describes it as being the first of a series of aircraft systems built for unmanned reconnaissance. Pre-production systems were designated as RQ-1A, while the RQ-1B (not to be confused with the RQ-1 Predator B, which became the MQ-9 Reaper) denotes the baseline production configuration. It should be emphasized that these are designations of the system as a unit. The actual aircraft themselves were designated RQ-1K for pre-production models, and RQ-1L for production models.[4] In 2005, the USAF officially changed the designation to MQ-1 (the "M" designates multi-role) to reflect its growing use as an armed aircraft.[5]

As of 2009[update] the U.S. Air Force’s fleet stands at 195 Predators and 28 Reapers.[1]

More than one third of all deployed Predator spy planes have crashed. 55 were lost because of "equipment failure, operator errors or weather". Four of them were shot down in Bosnia, Kosovo and Iraq; 11 were lost in combat situations, such as "running out of fuel while protecting troops under fire."[1]

Federal Police admit confirm aircraft's role in Tim Holding rescue

UPDATE 12.08pm: FEDERAL police today confirmed that one of their aircraft was used in the search for Mr Holding on Mt Feathertop.

In a statement released this afternoon, the AFP said they "provided aerial support" to Victoria Police with their search operation and "routinely lease aircraft to support operational activity across the country".

"This capability has been utilised previously in a search capacity," the statement read.

The spy plane revelation - posted on the Victoria Police media website yesterday - was a breach of national security.

In today's statement, the AFP said they were unable to discuss their assistance publicly.

"When certain operational assets are engaged, the AFP is constrained in the public comments they can make in relation to their use and deployment," the statement read.

"No further comment will be made in relation to the deployment of any operational assets of the AFP."

The plane, equipped with the latest surveillance gear, was flying high above severe weather on Mt Feathertop when a torch light was seen inside Mr Holding's tent about 10pm on Monday.

When the cloud lifted the next morning a police rescue helicopter took to the air knowing exactly where the MP was.

A Channel 7 news chopper saw him first, but the police cavalry was close behind.

The plane is not mentioned by the AFP in its annual reports.

It is believed to have been tested last year and has start-of-the-art surveillance equipment.

Sources said the plane's main purpose was anti-terrorism operations.

AFP chief Mick Keelty, on his second last day in the job, offered the use of the plane to search for Mr Holding.

Victoria Police mentioned the plane on its website when it announced a campsite used by Mr Holding was seen on Monday night by a plane using sophisticated night vision equipment.

"Police located minister Tim Holding just after 10am this morning after an AFP plane located a possible camp site overnight," the statement said.

The statement was later amended to remove all mention of the AFP.

Victoria Police media head Insp Richard Reid contacted media organisations to request that the information be removed.

Police Chief Commissioner Simon Overland denied the search for Mr Holding was given the highest priority because he was a minister.

"The resourcing is no different. I mean, a life is a life so we take anyone missing, anyone at risk, as a serious issue and we resource that appropriately," he said.

Premier John Brumby said any search for any missing person was treated with the same care.

He did not request the plane and became aware of its use only after the rescue.

"If anybody is ever lost in the mountains they get the same standard of care and the same standard of search that was applied in this case," he said.

Yesterday, neither Victoria Police or the AFP would answer questions about the mysterious plane.

But sources said that it could be a Cessna 208 Grand Caravan or a Britten Norman Defender, which had been heavily modified to conduct covert operations at high altitude.

The AFP did not deny it operated the plane, but refused to answer questions about when it had been acquired, what it was used for, or if it had been used in previous rescue operations.

The AFP also refused to comment on speculation that the aircraft was a Cessna 208 Grand Caravan.

"The search-and-rescue mission undertaken to locate Victoria government minister Tim Holding was co-ordinated by Victoria Police. All media inquiries should be directed to that organisation," yesterday's AFP statement said.

Amberley prepares for take off

A hi-tech defence and aerospace hub at Amberley in Brisbane’s western corridor is seeking clearance for take-off – and 3000 jobs could be on board.

Minister for Infrastructure and Planning Stirling Hinchliffe has announced that, with the support of the Commonwealth Department of Defence, a development application for the proposed Aerospace and Defence Support Centre at Amberley will today (THURSDAY 16 July) be formally lodged with Ipswich City Council.

“Council’s approval of the development application will clear the way for a defence and aerospace hub to be developed on 183 hectares of land adjoining the RAAF base at Amberley on the Cunningham Highway,” Minister Hinchliffe said.

“This proposed Aerospace and Defence Support Centre is a hi-tech industrial park with a focus on providing a major regional facility for the defence and aerospace industry.

“It has the potential to become a major economic powerhouse for the Ipswich region with the creation of up to 3000 jobs.

“What’s proposed is a $100 million one-stop shop for aero-engineering excellence, an industrial precinct focused on the development of advanced aviation technology.

“It could also be home base for firms seeking contracts to service and maintain the RAAF aircraft stationed at Amberley.

“With more and more defence personnel calling Amberley home, the development of an Aerospace and Defence Support Centre is an investment in the future and a down payment in local hi-tech know-how.

“Queensland companies are already involved in major defence force projects for the delivery of the Tiger and MRH90 helicopters, Airborne Early Warning and Control aircraft and air-to-air refuelling planes.

“By having a centre of aerospace innovation next door to the Amberley base, we’re aiming for the sky and launching the framework for even more hi-tech jobs.”

“It’s likely 135 of the site’s 183 hectares would be used for the Aerospace and Defence Support Centre, with the remainder becoming an open space parkland buffer, effectively adding to the nearby Warrill Creek environmental corridor as well as providing much needed local open space facilities.

“Once it receives all the necessary approvals from Ipswich City Council, the aerospace park could be ready for construction in 2011.”

AVIATION FIRM SPREADS ITS WINGS INTO 50TH YEAR OF BUSINESS

A leading Brisbane-based aviation firm supporting some of the world’s most cutting edge military and civil helicopters continues to soar to success in its 50th year of operations.

Minister for State Development John Mickel today visited Pinkenba-based Helitech, a division of Sikorsky Aircraft Australia, to congratulate the firm on five decades in the Smart State.

“Helitech provides world class technical and logistical support in Australasia and South East Asia for operators of Sikorsky and Bell helicopters,” Mr Mickel said.

“Its history in Queensland traces back to 1956 in Brisbane. Since that time Helitech has grown significantly and established itself as a major provider of a range of aviation services.”

The company was originally based on the site of the old Domestic Airline Terminal at Eagle Farm Airport, adjacent to the Doomben Race Course and to make way for the proposed Gateway motorway extension the State Government encouraged its relocation to a new site.

Mr Mickel said the seeds of the company’s foundations were sown by Brisbane entrepreneur Sir Frank Sharpe who was knighted for his services to the aviation industry.

“Sir Frank and his team obtained the Australian dealership for Bell Helicopters in Queensland and went on to supply more than 250 aircraft to the domestic market,” Mr Mickel said.

“After a period of ownership by Bell Helicopter and private parties, the business was acquired in 2003 by Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (a subsidiary of United Technologies), and it continued to expand and diversify while remaining at the forefront of aviation innovation.”

Mr Mickel said Helitech provided maintenance, repair and overhaul services for a number of significant military fleets, including the Australian Defence Force’s Sikorsky Black Hawk and Seahawks, as well as Bell’s Iroquois and Kiowa helicopters.

“In addition to its major defence contracts, Helitech supports civil helicopter operators involved in off-shore oil and gas operations, chartering, search and rescue, as well as emergency medical services.

“The Helitech Technical Training Centre has skilled hundred of students over the years and it’s one of 10 Queensland-based helicopter training schools of the 16 that are established in Australia.”

Helitech managing director Glen Battershill said the company’s purpose-built 6,000m2 facility in Pinkenba near the Brisbane International Airport was established in 1999.

“Helitech today employs more than 200 staff, including 15 apprentices,” Mr Battershill said.

SMART STATE WINS MAJORITY OF HELICOPTER CONTRACT

New York. Queensland Premier and Minister for Trade, Peter Beattie, said today that he welcomed the announcement in Canberra that 8 new troop lift helicopters will be built for the Australian Army in Brisbane, providing further endorsement of the Smart State's aviation industry.

"Our aviation industry is world class and this is now the second major Defence contract for the company's Brisbane Airport facility," Mr Beattie said.

"Our goal of becoming a major aviation hub for the Asia Pacific has in recent times become a reality."

Mr Beattie also welcomed the news that the helicopters would be based with a new squadron at Townsville.

Australian Aerospace in Brisbane is already assembling 18 Tiger Armed Reconnaissance Helicopters for the Australian Army.

Australian Aerospace is a subsidiary of the Eurocopter, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of EADS in France.

It is the only helicopter producer in Australia.

The helicopters will be used by a new squadron based at Townsville, which will increase the Army's troop lift capability by more than half and give the Army the ability to move more soldiers further and faster.

Australian Aerospace was attracted by the Queensland Government to the Smart State in 2001 after winning the Defence Department contract to supply the ARH Tiger helicopters.

The total value of the latest helicopter contract is $1 Billion involving at total of 12 helicopters, with eight of them being built in Brisbane.

The first helicopter for the new squadron at Townsville will be delivered in 2007, with all 12 aircraft expected to be delivered by 2008.

Smart State Set To Double Its Helicopter Industry

Queensland would continue building on its position as the helicopter capital of Australia, Premier Peter Beattie told the Heli-Pacific 2005 Conference today (Tuesday) at the Hyatt Regency Coolum.

"The Smart State is an appropriate venue for this conference, because we're home to 500 helicopters, or 42 per cent of the national fleet of 1,200 civil helicopters," Mr Beattie said.

"In addition, our position as the leading helicopter state is reinforced by the fact that 110 of the Australian defence force's 160 helicopters are based in Queensland.

"It's estimated that our helicopter fleet has doubled in the past ten years and the industry believes it will double again in the next six years - a remarkable rate of growth.

"Once again we're leading Australia in many aspects of the aviation and aerospace industry and rapid growth is predicted.

"Since my government was elected in 1998, we've created more than 6,000 new jobs in the aviation industry. Doubling the size of the helicopter industry is likely to create hundreds more jobs.

"We've established in Queensland a strong aviation training industry - 10 of Australia's 16 helicopter training schools are based in this state.

"Queensland is also home to Australia's only helicopter producer, Australian Aerospace, a subsidiary of Eurocopter which is owned by EADS of France.

"Australian Aerospace recently won a contract to build eight new troop lift helicopters here in Brisbane, part of a $1 billion contract to build 12 of these aircraft, which will be based at Townsville in north Queensland.

"The company is already assembling 18 Tiger Armed Reconnaissance Helicopters for the Australian Army.

"Here on the Sunshine Coast, Heli-Centre at Caloundra has invented the world's first "black box" for helicopters.

We have aviation sectors at Archerfield and Ipswich, on the Sunshine Coast, in the north at Townsville and the far north at Cairns where growth over the past year has been unprecedented.

"Australian Helicopters introduced a world-first commercial helicopter training simulator designed by local firm GeoSim Technologies.

"We've also achieved some smart breakthroughs in this international industry, among them a helicopter flight simulator that reduces flying time training costs and has introduced significant operating and learning benefits.

"We saw the launch of the Cairns Aviation Skills Centre, the announcement of a new $7.6 million maintenance facility for Hawker Pacific and the continued growth of Australian Airlines, which has created 400 jobs in the region alone over the past four years.

"Singapore Flying College is about to launch a new $25 million flight simulator on the Sunshine Coast, Becker Helicopters is now offering an on-line technical training course for pilots worldwide and Jabiru at Bundaberg is producing 100 airframes and 360 of their Model '2200' engines a year.

"Skilling the aviation sector continues to be a high priority.

"My Government has committed more than $15 million to Aviation Australia at Brisbane Airport.

"This is a purpose built training facility that has already provided training to over 1000 people from 50 organisations and 20 countries, in addition to students from all Australian states and territories.

"We intend also to establish Queensland as a world centre for research and development of unmanned aerial vehicles, a project that involves a number of organisations, including the Queensland Government and Boeing, whose Australian operations are based in Brisbane."

Stealth Helicopter: MH-X Advanced Special Operations Helicopter

The U.S. Army and CIA developed what could be considered a stealthy helicopter during the Vietnam War. There, they were primarily interested in reducing the amount of noise that the helicopter generated, and they named the helicopter The Quiet One. Light, quiet and stealthy helicopters could be used for clandestine missions, quick in-and-out assignments without being noticed. A Special Forces A-Team performing an extraction could grab their target, climb a rope, and be extracted by a stealth helicopter. Other stealthy helicopter has focued on reducing detectability by radar and infra-red sensors, including the suppression of hot engine exhaust gases.

In the 1980s, Hughes and other American aircraft manufacturers investigated concepts for the construction of radar-evading "Stealth" helicopters. The US designed stealthy helicopter-type aircraft. One program was the McDonnell Douglas X-wing. Stealth features of this hybrid craft included using the stalled blades, when in aeroplane mode, as radar reflectors, and using McDonnell Douglas NOTAR (no tail rotor) technology to eliminate tell tale tail rotor radar signature. The X-wing project had an unclassified counterpart, which allowed components of the 'black' X-wing to be obtained under cover.

According to one report, a classified stealth helicopter was being tested at the Groom Lake Air Force base as early as 1990. The code name for the helicopter as "T.E.-K," standing for "Test and Evaluation Project K." The F-117 stealth fighter was reportedly known as "T.E.-A," and the B-2 stealth bomber, known as "T.E.-B." The 2/6/95 issue of Aviation Week & Space Technology reported that the Air force had a silent NOTAR helicopter and a stealth helicopter inside Area 51.

For the conventional helicopter, there are two fundamental systems that contribute to the generation of near-field and far-field noise, the main rotor and the tail rotor. Each rotor emits unique and recognizable sounds due to its highly individualized operating condition. Engine noise is typically of secondary significance.

A helicopter main rotor generates primarily low frequency noise and, in certain operating regimes, high amplitude low-to-mid-frequency noise modulated at the blade passage frequency. The low frequency rotor noise is made up of basic loading noise and broadband turbulence noise, each a function of lift and rotational speed. These sources are present in any lifting rotor.

Additional sources, such as Blade Vortex Interaction (BVI) noise and High Speed Impulsive (HSI) noise, become dominant in specific operating regimes, namely in descents and at high forward airspeeds, respectively. BVI noise can be the most significant contributor, because it occurs during a helicopter’s approach to the landing area.

Operational noise reduction modifications involve the use of known low noise techniques and modifications to flight paths in an attempt to minimize the noise “footprint.”

Current technology for noise reduction employed in new rotorcraft designs, must ensure that the cost, performance, and other impositions on the design are met in concert with reduced noise.

Control of main rotor noise has traditionally been accomplished by the judicious selection of rotor blade configurations and rotational tip speed. Airfoils, blade planforms, and tip shapes are chosen which mitigate the effects of HSI noise and BVI noise. For a given design gross weight, increasing the blade chord and changing the number of rotor blades are means of reaching an acoustically desirable rotational tip speed. The blade number change also alters the frequency distribution of the sound generated.

The most direct method of controlling BVI noise is by reducing or diffusing the tip vortex. Tip shapes such as the sub-wing, Ogee tip, and others have been shown to cause measurable reductions in BVI noise by modifying the vortex structure.

Conventional means of noise reduction, e.g., tip speed reduction, tip shapes and airfoil tailoring, are inferior to several innovative design concepts: modulated blade spacing and x-force control when used to significantly reduce noise with minimal performance degradation and no vibration increase.

Helicopter main rotors have historically been designed with equally spaced blades. This equal spacing from one blade to the next translates to a main rotor acoustic spectrum characterized by a single fundamental blade-passage frequency and its harmonics. As many as 20 or 30 harmonics are commonly present in a main rotor's acoustic spectrum, each of which is a multiple of the fundamental blade-passage frequency. In a typical spectral plot, these frequencies appear as pronounced, ordered “peaks” spread evenly across the acoustic spectrum.

Since the acoustic frequencies associated with the rotating blades are directly related to the blade spacing, intuitively the use of unevenly spaced blades holds the potential of lower sound levels and less perceptibility. The acoustic effect of uneven or modulated blade spacing is to generate several blade-passage frequencies, one for each unique angle between blades. Each blade passage frequency, in turn, generates its own set of harmonics. The total acoustic energy is thereby spread over a broader range of frequencies, rather than being concentrated at one blade-passage frequency and a single set of harmonics.

Main rotor designs that incorporate modulated blade spacing have reduced peak noise levels in most flight operations. X-force control alters the helicopter's force balance whereby the miss distance between main rotor blades and shed vortices can be controlled. This control provides a high potential to mitigate BVI noise radiation. A main rotor design, incorporating the modulated blade spacing concept, offers significantly reduced noise levels and the potential of a break-through in how a helicopter’s sound is perceived and judged.

The advantages of the modulated blade spacing concept are many: it has minimal impact on performance and potentially reduces vibration; it reduces sound levels and improves sound quality when incorporated on tail rotors; it lessens perceptibility; and it potentially has aural detection benefits. It is believed that the lower source frequencies associated with a main rotor can be altered similarly to those of a tail rotor.

One configuration studied had five blades, a radius of 19.5 feet, a thrust weighted chord of 12 inches, and a rotational tip speed of 665 feet per second. This rotor incorporated modulated blade spacing with angles between blades of 72, 68.5, 79, 65, and 76.5 degrees. If incorporated on the baseline helicopter, the rotor results in a 16 percent payload penalty for the full fuel case. The cruise airspeed would be reduced by 6.2 percent and the maximum airspeed by 17.2 percent. The reduction in peak noise levels is predicted to be 4, 8 and 4 dBA during takeoff, flyover and approach, respectively. The noise reductions up-range (15-20 seconds before overhead) are even greater: 16, 16 and 9 dBA during takeoff, flyover and approach, respectively.

In new R&D acquisitions, were the Government is trying to develop a new weapon system, such as a stealth helicopter, and then enter into production but has no previous experience with the program objectives, is a good candidate for a CPFF contract type. This is to share the technical and resulting cost risk with the contractor. This allows the contractor to concentrate on the job at hand (i.e., to try and prove that the idea can be developed into a working model by solving the technical problems they are facing) versus focusing on how much money they have spent to date under the contract.

I have just finished mowing my lawn and sat down to cool off.

Suddenly I heard "a helicopter" almost directly overhead. I did not hear "it" approaching. Looking up, I saw FIVE BLACK HELICOPTERS with no
markings visible, flying in single file very fast. The sound of all five was no greater than a single chopper. As soon as they passed my location, any noise they created was no longer heard. Many helicopters fly over my house daily, but I have seen none like these, which were virtually silent. They clearly were neither military nor civilian ones to which I am very accustomed.

Has anyone heard of development of "stealth" helicopters?

China to drive Australia military upgrade - paper

CANBERRA, April 25 (Reuters) - China's growing military strength and strategic competition among Asia's great powers will drive a huge upgrade of Australia's military in a new defence blueprint, a newspaper report said on Saturday.

Australian defence planners will next week outline a A$100 billion ($72 billion) upgrade of the close U.S. ally's military, including doubling its submarine fleet and building powerful new surface warships with ballistic missile defence, the Australian newspaper said.

The defence white paper, which will guide Australia's strategic planning for coming decades, could upset China.

Beijing has plans to develop a so-called blue water navy to help secure access to vital resource routes, including sea lanes to energy and mineral suppliers in Australia.

Australia has also signed a security pact with China-rival Japan, linking both countries into annual defence talks with the United States and which China has criticised as an attempt at strategic confinement.

Australia has already begun a A$60 billion upgrade of the military, including new air warfare destroyers, stealth fighter aircraft, amphibious assault carriers, tanks and helicopters.

But with the country teetering on the brink of recession, the centre-left government has been under pressure to rein-in spending amid market expectations that cumulative borrowings could reach A$300 billion in the May 12 budget.

The military would be largely spared from budget cuts at the insistence of China-expert Prime Minister Kevin Rudd, the Australian said.

But the purchase of 100 F-35 stealth fighter aircraft from Lockheed Martin Corp (LMT.N) would be delayed by a year to 2014-15, it said, while the military would have to find reductions to offset the large equipment shopping list.

The strategy document would double Australia's submarine fleet to 12 from 2025 to allow seven boats at any time to be on station in the country's north, close to key maritime straits running through the Indonesian archipelago.

It would also allow for construction of eight 7,000 tonne warships equipped with ballistic missile defence systems, as well as a new fleet of long-range maritime surveillance aircraft.

Australia's military should be capable of taking the lead security role in Australia's neighbourhood, particularly the South Pacific, as well as having the ability to deploy military forces further afield, the report said. ($1=1.391 Australian Dollar)

The Australian Government released "Defending Australia in the Asia Pacific Century: Force 2030" on 2 May 2009. This is a detailed policy document ("white paper") , the unclassified version being 143 pages (PDF 1.83 Mb). The most notable proposals are for 12 long range submarines and 100 stealth fighter bombers. The document is deficient in not discussing the role automation will have in changing defence by 2030. Also the report fails to plan for the use of ICT in defence, which could provide significant savings to pay for the proposed equipment.

There has been concern from commentators over the $100B cost of the proposals and $20B in savings the Government plans to obtain from Defence to pay for them. As a former official in the ADF HQ I can understand that such savings will be difficult to achieve. However, a greater problem may be finding the increased numbers of highly trained personnel to operate all of the proposed equipment and to pay for their training and salaries.

Unmanned Vehicles

A major failing in the white paper is the lack of recognition of the role of automation in reducing the cost and extending the capability of military equipment. While Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV), are known in the popular press, there are also now also robot submarines: Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUV) , and robot tanks: Unmanned ground vehicles (UGV).

The Australian Government plans to acquire seven large high-altitude, long-endurance UAVs in the class of the RQ-4 Global Hawk. Underwater and land based autonomous vehicles are less developed and currently only short range add-ons to manned platforms, but this likely to change before 2030.

Eight new Future Frigates, are envisaged to embark a combination of manned naval combat helicopters and maritime Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV). However, apart from that and the long-endurance UAVs, there is no mention of the role of automation in Australia's defence.

Submarines

The paper proposes 12 new longer range submarines. Using conventional technology these vessels will require larger crews that the current submarines, for which the RAN is already having difficulty finding personnel. There are ways in which the submarines to be ordered could be operated with smaller crews. Australian designed and built Joint High Speed Vessels could also extend the range of the submarines.

In addition to automation of the submarines to reduce crews they can have their capabilities extended with Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUV), which are essentially torpedo shaped robot submarines. Australia has expertise in this area, with the Australian National University developing a miniature short range AUV and CSIRO operating "gliders" which can operate for 30 days, covering 200 km and relaying data by satellite.

Aircraft Carriers

Australia has already ordered two "Landing Helicopter Dock" (LHD) ships, to be be named HMAS Canberra and HMAS Adelaide (Canberra class). The Spanish design has a "ski jump" on the flight deck for operating aircraft such as the F-35B Joint Strike Fighter. The defence department has denied that there are plans to use these ships for other than helicopter transport. However, it would seem to be reasonable for 24 of the Lightning II Joint Strike Fighter aircraft to be the F-35B Short Take-Off Vertical Landing (STOVL) model, so they can operate from the ships.

Cyber Warfare

The white paper appears to have missed the point that computers and telecommunications have revolutionised the way industry and government operate. The words "Internet" and "Web" do not appear in the document at all. The role of computers and telecommunications are discussed only as an infrastructure to be protected from Cyber Warfare, not as a primarily tool for defence planning and operations. A Cyber Security Operations Centre is proposed to be staffed by ADF and DSTO personnel. It will not be possible for the ADF to maintain the needed level of expertise without civilian assistance of organisations such as AusCert. Without outside assistance the ADF will be vulnerable to cyber attack.

The Department of Defence needs to plan to use ICT to improve both its administrative and military operations. This will require giving up the idea that expertise lies within the department and that there is a unique military approach which only defence personnel can provide. One way the proposed $20B savings can be obtained is by making the operations of the department and the ADF more efficient by increased effective use of ICT.

My experience of nine years in Defence ICT was that while the organisation wanted the benefits of ICT, it was not willing to change the way it operated so as to make the ICT effective. The result was that system projects failed or did not achieve the planed results when implemented, because old ways of working were continued with the new systems.

Submarines

9.3 For the reasons spelled out in Chapter 8, the Government has decided to acquire 12 new Future Submarines, to be assembled in South Australia. This will be a major design and construction program spanning three decades, and will be Australia's largest ever single defence project. The Future Submarine will have greater range, longer endurance on patrol, and expanded capabilities compared to the current Collins class submarine. It will also be equipped with very secure real-time communications and be able to carry different mission payloads such as uninhabited underwater vehicles.

9.4 The Future Submarine will be capable of a range of tasks such as anti-ship and anti-submarine warfare; strategic strike; mine detection and mine-laying operations; intelligence collection; supporting special forces (including infiltration and exfiltration missions); and gathering battlespace data in support of operations.

9.5 Long transits and potentially short-notice contingencies in our primary operational environment demand high levels of mobility and endurance in the Future Submarine. The boats need to be able to undertake prolonged covert patrols over the full distance of our strategic approaches and in operational areas. They require low signatures across all spectrums, including at higher speeds. The Government has ruled out nuclear propulsion for these submarines.

9.6 The complex task of capability definition, design and construction must be undertaken without delay, given the long lead times and technical challenges involved. The Government has already directed that a dedicated project office be established for the Future Submarine within Defence, and will closely oversee this project. ...

Air Combat Capability

9.57 On coming to office, the Government commissioned the Air Combat Capability Review to provide advice on aspects of Australia's air combat requirements. That study and its findings were incorporated into the Force Structure Review.

9.58 The Air Combat Capability Review assessed that the squadron of F/A-18F Super Hornets being acquired as a bridging air combat capability is a highly capable 4.5 generation aircraft and, as long as it retains commonality with the planned US Navy development path, will remain effective until at least 2020. The F/A-18F Super Hornet will begin to enter service from the end of 2010.

9.59 The Review concluded that a fleet of around 100 fifth generation multirole combat aircraft would provide Australia with an effective and flexible air combat capability to 2030. A further judgement of the review was that the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) is the preferred solution for that requirement. Other fourth and fifth generation combat aircraft considered by the Review were judged to be less capable of fulfilling Australia's multirole air combat capability requirements.

9.60 The Government has decided that it will acquire around 100 F-35 JSF, along with supporting systems and weapons. The first stage of this acquisition will acquire three operational squadrons comprising 78 Defending Australia in the Asia Pacific Century: Force 2030 Defence White Paper 2009 not fewer than 72 aircraft. The acquisition of the remaining aircraft will be acquired in conjunction with the withdrawal of the F/A-18F Super Hornet fleet, and will be timed to ensure that no gap in our overall air combat capability occurs.

9.61 Australia's future air combat capability will therefore be based on four operational air combat squadrons consisting initially of three JSF squadrons and a squadron of Super Hornet aircraft, which will be replaced by a fourth JSF squadron. Defence will continue to progressively upgrade the systems and airframes of the current F/A-18 aircraft to ensure that they remain capable and sustainable until the JSF enters service with the ADF.
9.62 Maritime strike capability will be provided by the Hornet and Super Hornet fleets using Harpoon missiles, with the Government to acquire a new maritime strike weapon for the JSF. New air-to-air and air-to-surface weapons will also be acquired.

9.63 There has been considerable public interest in the potential acquisition of the JSF. The Government has examined its capabilities very carefully in the context of the Air Combat Capability Review, and remains confident that the JSF's combination of stealth, advanced sensors, networking and data fusion capabilities, when integrated into the networked ADF, will ensure Australia maintains its strategic capability advantage out to 2030.

9.64 The Government has decided that it would be prudent for the ADF to acquire an airborne electronic attack capability. To that end, it has decided that the production arrangements for the second batch of 12 Australian F/A-18F Super Hornets will include wiring those aircraft to enable them, should later strategic circumstances dictate,to be converted to the electronic warfare 'Growler' variant - the EA-18G. Should we acquire this capability, it would provide a potent ability to protect our own communications and electronic systems while jamming, suppressing or otherwise denying an adversary the full use of the electromagnetic spectrum in the area of operations. ...

Maritime Surveillance and Response

9.69 To meet this challenge, the Government will acquire eight new maritime patrol aircraft to replace the current AP-3C Orion fleet. These new aircraft will provide a highly advanced surface search radar and optical, infra-red and electronic surveillance systems. With these systems, along with a high transit speed and the ability to conduct air-to-air refuelling, these aircraft will provide a superior capability for rapid area search and identification tasks. They will also provide a highly advanced ASW capability, including an ability to engage submarines using air-launched torpedoes. After subsequent upgrades, they will be capable of firing stand-off anti-ship missiles.

9.70 We will also acquire up to seven large high-altitude, long-endurance UAVs to supplement the manned maritime patrol aircraft. These large UAVs, with an ocean-spanning range, will markedly expand the surveillance coverage of the maritime approaches to Australia, in both area and duration. They will also have a significant overland capability to provide support to our ground forces in a range of circumstances. Strategic UAVs provide persistent ISR, enhancing our situational awareness in both the land and maritime domains. ...

Cyber Warfare

9.85 In the past decade the growing importance of operations in cyberspace has become more apparent. Our national security could potentially be compromised by cyberattacks on our defence, wider governmental, commercial or infrastructure-related information networks. The potential impacts of such attacks have grown with Defence's increasing reliance on networked operations. Therefore, we must focus on developing capabilities that allow us to gain an edge in the cyberspace domain, and protect ourselves.

9.86 This emerging threat will require significant and sustained investment by Defence in new technology and analytical capability to guard the integrity of its own information and ensure the successful conduct of operations.

9.87 The Government has decided to invest in a major enhancement of Defence's cyber warfare capability. A comprehensive range of expanded and new capabilities will maximise Australia's strategic capacity and reach in this field. Many of these capabilities remain highly classified, but in outline they consist of a much-enhanced cyber situational awareness and incident response capability, and the establishment of a Cyber Security Operations Centre to coordinate responses to incidents in cyberspace.

9.88 The Cyber Security Operations Centre will include a continuously staffed watch office and an analysis team to respond to cyberthreats in a timely fashion. Its staff will include ADF and DSTO personnel. This new Centre will be created within the Defence Signals Directorate (DSD), which already possesses significant cybersecurity expertise.

9.89 While this capability will reside within Defence and be available to provide cyber warfare support to ADF operations, it will be purpose-designed to serve broader national security goals. This includes assisting responses to cyber incidents across government and critical private sector systems and infrastructure. Whole-of-government coordination will be achieved through the appropriate representation within the Centre from relevant Government agencies. Those agencies include the Attorney-General's Department, which has the lead on e-security programs for Government and the private sector, as well as the Australian Federal Police and relevant agencies of the Australian intelligence community.

Through our education from history lessons and the media, we are taught that wars are an unfortunate but inevitable part of our existence. Race against race, culture against culture, creed against creed, country against country, we pit ourselves against one another. But behind ALL the wars are the shadowy figures of the Establishment for whom wars between us serve several purposes; besides the obviously massive gains in wealth those at the top make everytime they send in their lackeys to sell arms to both sides, loan money to both sides and then move in to offer rebuilding, rehabilitation, more loans at extortionate interest rates, etc, etc etc, all at vast profit to themselves, they also get to try out all their latest technology, developed under the guise of defending us from the enemy, whether another country or the ever-dreaded terrorists, in preparation for their final war - the war against US.

This is the real end game.

Of course they have always used their intelligence services and technology against us when it has suited them but now we are nearing the time when their control will become overt rather than covert. Any one who still thinks they can slip "off the radar" and live quietly without being noticed can think again. All those planning on slipping off and forming communities need not hide - they can find you any time they want! And they are clearly ready to let us know this, hence the very public rescue of a government Minister by a "secret" plane. Not so secret anymore!

In addition to this "special" plane, they are also manufacturing stealth helicopters outside Brisbane, helicopters so quiet you can't hear them until they are literally on top of you and you can't hear them as soon as they have passed over you. In other words, you have absolutely no warning they are coming to get you.

This technology, along with Swine Flu vaccinations, global pandemics, chemtrails, HAARP, 100,000+ poisons and chemicals circulating and saturating earth and MAN, processed/destroyed food and water, man-made weather warfare (includes tsunamis & earthquakes), police states, military curfews/laws, social-political-civil unrest/wars, global economic collapse and possibly a UFO/Alien invasion, amongst others, is all part of their agenda to depopulate the earth to "manageable" levels (probably around 500 million) and maintain control. And lets not forget the Fema Camps/Private Prisons and Detention Centres (under the present guise of holding camps for illegal immigrants) to be used for all the freedom/truth rebels not kowtowing to establishment guidelines and their dictatorial rulership.

The sublime arrogance of those behind the British Empire (includes all the royal houses of Europe) started off by invading the native tribes on the lands they cared for and using brutal force (murdering hundreds/thousands of millions and traumatising those left into forgetting who they really were and what they are really part of) to bring about their submission. They then gradually moved from overt power and control to covert power and control as they "allowed" conquered people and immigrants/settlers to gain "independence", moving out physically but leaving their esoteric and occultic systems of government, law, history, religion, science, new age and education behind (a fairytale called "The Western World Civilisation Of Commerce"), in other words, all the tools of brainwashing and force (the sedatives) required to keep the locals under their thumb, under the "Rules Of Their Divide".

Based on the triune abominations of sacred geometry/geometry, mathematics and all read and write alphabet languages, the building materials of all esoterics and occults, the British Empire left behind a Freemasonic shadow world government to prop up and administer the affairs of its copyrighted fairytale (the prescripted medication), and without providing full disclosure, they conned billions of us into not only believing in their fairytale but also to be the willing actors in costume with titles......... under contract to them (the copyright holder). Now they realise that the contracted medication is wearing off and we are starting to wake up from the fairytale, starting to remember who we really are and what we are really part of so, in their sublime arrogance, they are preparing to move back to more overt methods of power and control.

Time to take your fingers out of your ears, folks, and get growing those veges before they starve us all into submitting to their vaccines, their microchips and their dictatorships.

Oh, and before we forget, we feel this secret technology scans for the living DNA register/frequency of MAN, which stands out from everything else of life. This secret technology is far more powerful, direct, reliable, foolproof and invasive than thermal imaging and infra red technology. It is far ranging and not restricted or blocked by anything in between it and its subject, e.g. buildings, mountains, trees, caves, clouds, oceans, etc.

Today, a representative of the New South Wales Jewish Board of Deputies is threatening to close the website down, because they have decided it is anti - Jewish and that we promote racism. What has the New South Wales Jewish Board of Deputies done to end the suffering in the world? Can they show that they are concerned with the suffering of ALL men, women and children AND ARE SEEN TO BE DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT or are they only concerned with Jewish affairs? If so, they, along with all the other religions that only care for their own, are part of the problem, not part of the solution. The man who rang Arthur today was only concerned with Jewish affairs; he was not interested in our intentions or in anybody else, just as most Christians, Muslims, Sikhs, Catholics, etc, are only interested in their own. While we separate ourselves into groups, dividing ourselves from others with rules, regulations, rituals, procedures and conditions, we will never solve our problems.

No matter what we in the Western World Civilisation of Commerce have been promised by our politicians, religious leaders, scientists, educators, philosophers, etc, for the past two hundred years, all we have seen is ever-increasing destruction of men, women and children and the earth. None of the so-called experts and leaders we have been taught to rely on are coming up with a solution and none of them are taking full-responsibility for the fact that they can't handle the problem. All religious books talk about end times full of destruction and suffering but why do we have to follow this program when there is an alternative to hatred, mayhem and death? Why are our leaders following the program of destruction and death rather than exploring the alternatives? It seems that any mainstream politician, priest or academic are only interested in supporting the RULES OF THE DIVIDE, that maintain the haves and the have nots. For 200+ years, 99% of the world population have been so trained to pass on their responsibility for themselves, others and the earth, that the 1% of the population that make up the leaders of the rest of us are making all the decisions leading to the destruction of all of us and the earth. Let's not forget the education system that brainwashes the 99% of the population that we are free and have equal rights while, in fact, we are feathering the nests of those at the top.

At the root of all our problems is self-centredness, an unwillingness nurtured by the Establishment that keeps us concerned only with our own needs rather than the needs of others around us and the Earth. Instead of creating and releasing acts of love for those around us as gifts to benefit them and the earth, we take, take and take, until there is nothing left. The whole point of the Love for Life website is to show people the root of all our problems and to share the remedy. If the New South Wales Jewish Board of Deputies can, after careful examination of our work, prove that anything we are saying is wrong, we will be happy to accept their proof.
