At the beginning of this big file, some things were not clearly explained due to the fact that it was translated by my 12 year old daughter at the time. Once parts of this file had been typed, we never went back to edit it. However, the further down you go, the more years went by and so the file is better explained.

In the beginning, I always spoke of my political problems thinking this is where most of the problems were coming from. However, since the file was badly carried out, we realized it was sabotage by someone in the highest level of the CIA, either a spy or a corrupted person. In the end, you can understand that the political problems never interested them but it was especially the children they wanted to destine for sexually perverted people.

Also, keep in mind that when we use the term "Secret Service" or "Secret Service Agencies", what we really mean is Intelligence Agencies such as the CIA, KGB, DST, etc... This is the term used in Europe. Unfortunately, here in the United States the Secret Service has nothing to do with intelligence operations, they simply protect the President.

Introduction

Welcome to our website and the discovery of this incredible story --- a real family tragedy, rarely found throughout the world. The political persecutions in this story occurred in France and in the United States, two countries fighting over the title "Champion of Liberty and Human Rights." Many of our pictures and documents have disappeared from our archives. Yet, we have tried to present to you as much as possible, to show to you the authenticity of this file, and to prove that it is not just the simple work of a paranoid person. This file was never written as an easy-reading novel, but as a documentary, always written in moments of extreme urgency. My daughter, Corinne, who was 12 years old at the time, translated the first draft from French to English in 1990. In August of 1990, we personally presented it to the White House; and later, from time to time, as necessary, we added events as they occurred.

To minimize any confusion, it is necessary to advise you that this file is sometimes narrated by my daughter, and at times, by me. The text accompanying the pictures was narrated by me. I am not ashamed to tell you our story, for it is not our shame, but that of the political powers and the United States government who have demonstrated to us their barbarism. This text was never intended to be addressed against the citizens of any country. If at times you feel touched or hurt, I apologize; but, please put yourself in my position, and ask yourself what you would have done or said if the same had been done to you and your family. At the end of this file, you will find explanations and my own conclusion of this whole affair. I hope that one day this file will attract the attention of the FBI, an honest and intelligent police force, who is quite capable of putting an end to the abuses of all kinds committed against us by the C.I.A.

This story was first published on the Internet June 1998, on WWW.DESPOTOVIC.COM. Our Internet hosting company immediately prohibited us from promoting it. Despite the existence of several companies, who engage in the promoting of websites, all found excuses to refuse accepting ours. This forced us to open WWW.DESPOTOVIC.NET and have it hosted by a company in India. I thank the Government of India for giving us the freedom to express ourselves. Thousands of foreigners come to the United States every year in the hope of finding political asylum or a better economic situation. Very quickly, they become victims of an organized Mafia, which kid-naps their children for trafficking of all sorts. Without knowledge of the language and lack of economic means, they have very little chance of defending themselves, and their cases go totally unnoticed. My case is one of thousands and great in serving as an example for thousands of others, who are preparing to ask for political asylum here in the United States. Very often, they are better off staying in their own country, rather than exposing themselves to unforeseeable dangers and becoming victims of propaganda. May my case serve them as an example.

FBI & White House Silent

Today, Tue Oct 4, 2005 our protest started its 75th day and nothing has moved forward a single step for us. Therefore, I am obliged to present a new explanation in general of our case. A lot of people cannot believe that we've been present since July 22, 2005 and that the Government has done absolutely nothing. For a lot of people including us, it is very difficult to understand. We're going to try to present certain information that we've gathered on the Internet. This information will explain to a certain point the reason why the government has been silent and indifferent. However, the whole truth and reasons we will only know in 10, 15, or 20 years from now.

On the FBI website, the following article was found in their "History" section:

Vasilli Zubilin

On August 7, 1943—62 years ago this month—FBI Headquarters received an anonymous typewritten letter in Russian. Our interest was piqued, and we quickly translated the letter.

Talk about intrigue: the writer accused more than ten Soviet diplomats in the U.S. of being spies, including the Soviet Vice-Consuls in San Francisco and New York and the Second Secretary of the Soviet Embassy in Washington—Vasilli Zubilin.

The charges were hard to believe. The Russians—our country's allies in World War II—spying on the U.S.?

At the time, we'd only just begun investigating the extent of Soviet operations here. Our resources were heavily dedicated to Axis espionage and sabotage cases.

Now, this letter. What to make of it? Parts of it were strange and unbelievable, but other parts confirmed things we already knew or suspected. It was clear that its author was well versed in Soviet intelligence in the U.S. and credible.

For example, four months earlier, our agents had learned that Zubilin had spoken with—and slipped money to—a Communist Party official named Steve Nelson. Zubilin's aim? To infiltrate a Berkeley, California, lab doing work for the Manhattan Project, America's secret atomic bomb program. We passed what we learned about Zubilin's spying to the War Department, which had primary investigative jurisdiction on the project. In the meantime, we had a predicate to take a closer look at Soviet espionage. We launched a major investigation to discover the potential interrelationships of Soviet diplomats, the Communist Party of the United States, and the Communist International party, also called the "Comintern." Through the case—called COMRAP, for "Comintern Appartus"—we learned that the extent of Soviet spying was significant.

The upshot? We were more prepared for the Cold War to come. In the next few years and beyond, the FBI and its intelligence partners identified hundreds of Soviet spies and helped protect vital American secrets from coast to coast.

Due to the fact that I grew up in more than one European country, I learned to think differently. I analyze this story the way I see it. The FBI was surprised that Russians - "their allies" was spying on them. Since the world existed, allies have constantly been created and destroyed; even if they have different interests. Today, West European allies of the U.S. do not share the same point of view on their relations with East European countries. West European countries find their advantages to have political and economic cooperation with East European countries.

One of the main reasons today that the French Government isn't doing anything about Corinne's disappearance is because when we arrived here in the United States in 1982, the French Government/DST sent all sorts of false and ridiculous information about us to the United States. It is also why they are keeping French newspapers from publishing anything about us.

The second factor is despite information they received in the letter, they hesitated to investigate the charges. They always need someone to tell them or send them information. I sure would like to hear of cases where the FBI themselves discovered and investigated spies here in the U.S. Today, a quantity of Yugoslav agents navigate and travel with all liberty through the United States under the cover of "cooperation".

On seriously written books in Europe about counter-intelligence, you can find lessons such as:

There are no big or small spy agents, important or non-important countries. Every country and agent is dangerous to the same level because we don't know where collected information goes and who gets a hold of it in the end. Here today in the U.S., we are negligent of every other danger because we are only protecting ourselves against "terrorism".

A last remark, try to call any FBI office in the country. Tell them you have a letter you wish to fax them. They will ask you "Who are you faxing it to?" If you don't know the name of the agent, they will tell you your fax will go straight to the garbage. In East European countries, an anonymous letter received by authorities is automatically placed in a file and set aside. They read the letter, analyze it, and even when nothing is found to be important at the moment, it is still kept aside because in the future it may end up useful. I am going to stop here. The FBI in American does what it want, I'm not the one to be teaching them anything.

President Nikita Khrushchev of Russia said "I'll take American without a gun"?!?

On the morning of June 29, 1989, pandemonium erupted in the corridors of power in the nation's capital. ``Homosexual Prostitution Probe Ensnares Official of Bush, Reagan,'' screamed the front-page headline of the Washington Times with the kicker ``Call Boys Took Midnight Tour of White House.''

The Times reported, ``A homosexual prostitution ring is under investigation by federal and District authorities and includes among its clients key officials of the Reagan and Bush administrations, military officers, congressional aides and U.S. and foreign businessmen with close ties to Washington's political elite.''

The exposeé centered on the role of one Craig Spence, a Republican powerbroker known for his lavish ``power cocktail'' parties. Spence was well connected. He celebrated Independence Day 1988 by conducting a midnight tour of the White House in the company of two teenage male prostitutes among others in his party.

Rumors circulated that a list existed of some 200 Washington prominents who had used the call boy service. The Number Two in charge of personnel affairs at the White House, who was responsible for filling all the top civil service posts in the federal bureaucracy, and Secretary of Labor Elizabeth Dole's chief of staff, were two individuals publicly identified as patrons of the call boy ring.

Two of the ring's call boys were allegedly KGB operatives, according to a retired general from the Defense Intelligence Agency interviewed by the press. But the evidence seemed to point to a CIA sexual blackmail operation, instead. Spence's entire mansion was covered with hidden microphones, two-way mirrors and video cameras, ever ready to capture the indiscretions of Washington's high, mighty and perverse. The political criteria for proper sexual comportment had long been established in Washington: Any kinkiness goes, so long as you don't get caught. The popular proverb was that the only way a politician could hurt his career was if he were ``caught with a dead woman or a live boy'' in his bed.

These affairs seem to be pretty popular in American life. Let's not illusion ourselves. It is most probable that today just about all our high government officials and authorities are either corrupted or held back with blackmail. This is why they aren't in the measure of helping us. It's not imaginable that in the year of 2005, not enough high officials and politicians are capable of coming to our aid even after two months of protesting. Introduction

This is meant to be a "beginner's guide and introduction" on subliminal messaging. Getting an understanding on how this works will allow a lot of us to understand further. A lot of you may already know that in order to get movement (Video) on your TV set, so many pictures (frames) have to be played back on your TV screen to create the movement. Such is the case with cartoons, but the same thing happens when watching the news, a movie, or anything on your TV for the matter. A traditional TV typically throws out about 29 frames a second on your TV screen. Therefore, when you are watching your television set, say the news for example, as far as you're concerned, you are watching "Video". However, about 29 frames/images a second are coming at you on your tv screen. The same is true for your computer screen. However, your computer screen (actually your Monitor) usually displays about 60-80 frames a second. For further reference, we will use the term "frame" from now on because a frame is just an image or picture. Call it what you like.

Where Subliminal Messages Come In

What would happen then if we were to write a certain message on just one of those frames every second or couple of seconds? For example, to use a classical example, "Drink Coke". If we were to write "Drink Coke" on just one frame out of 29 of them that are played in a second, would you be able to see it? The answer is no, you will not be able to see it. There is no way that your conscious can pick up a message that "blinked" on the screen so fast. On top of that, researchers say that these messages can be made to show on the screen for about 1/60th of a second or faster. As you can see, this is very fast! Too fast in fact for you to perceive anything at all. However, your subconscious sees - and hears all.

Definition of a Subliminal Message

Here is a definition from Wikipedia: "A subliminal message is a signal or message designed to pass below (sub) the normal limits of perception. For example it might be inaudible to the conscious mind (but audible to the unconscious or deeper mind) or might be an image transmitted briefly and unperceived consciously and yet perceived unconsciously. This definition assumes a division between conscious and unconscious which may be misleading; it may be better to say that the subliminal message (sound or image) is perceived by deeper parts of what is a single integrated mind."

They further state: "The most common ways of making one of these messages are playing a string of images each lasting 1/3000th of a second, words scrolling across a screen just fast enough so the viewer can only pick out one at a time, and using pictures to provoke the primal instincts in the viewer. Primal instincts are those which promote reproduction and survival. Words used to invoke these instincts include: SEX, FUCK, KILL, and DIE."

Therefore, if your subconscious perceives these hidden images and acts to them, then this is a sort of hypnosis. You can be watching a movie and through the whole length of the movie, a message can be "flashing" and no matter how good you look, you won't be able to see it. You CAN'T see it, but your subconscious CAN!

How is this technology used?

A lot has been written about subliminal technology. Subliminal messages, images, and even sounds, are used in advertisements, music, CDs, videos, etc... However, the same holds true for computers. Your monitor is in a way just like your TV set. It plays a bunch of frames on your screen. Hundreds of different subliminal messaging software programs already exist on the Internet at this time. Most of them are advertised in the sense of "self-hypnosis". This is true because these hidden messages, hypnotize you. Technically, whatever you can get over to your subconscious then that you will be. Therefore, if you want to stop smoking, lose weight, etc.. then if you can get it to your subconscious, then you will stop smoking or lose weight, etc.. whatever the case may be. Most of these programs also claim to be very effective and most promise results in less than a week.

The Wrong Use of Subliminal Technology

Now that we have a better understanding of subliminal messages, pictures, sounds, etc... we can ask ourselves one question. If Ms. X was sitting in front of the computer all day, could we somehow have one of these subliminal programs running invisibly on Ms. X's computer displaying messages that we want? The answer is yes, not only on Ms. X but also on Mr. X, and Mr. Y, and Ms. Z, etc... Most of us have at some point had a virus on our computer or at least we have heard of a friend that had one. Most people respond by "how did it get in my computer in the first place?". In filtering a program remotely on someone's computer is an easy matter indeed for those that know how. Making it run invisible is even easier. Any computer programmer and/or network specialist can confirm this.

With the development of the Internet, the secret service agencies are taking advantage of the vast possibilities to manipulate millions of people throughout the world. Millions of computers are in homes throughout the world, and millions are connected to the Internet. The Internet gives them a way to "hypnotize" people at a distance. Sadly, more than often, they use this to control personal lives of people and to manipulate them. Any pretext is good. Subliminal messages are very hard to prove (see articles below). On top of that, laws (few as they are) are hardly enforced. Anyone sitting at home (or at work) in front of the computer is at the mercy of these people. The difference between computers and TV is that TV is meant to be more "mass manipulation" where as computers can treat individuals. However, with digital decoder boxes for cable and satellite TVs, they're probably able to focus on individual homes since each decoder box has its own I.D. The possibilities are endless.

As bad as that seems, it doesn't stop there. The technology is becoming more and more easily accessible to individuals. For example, a man at work may want a lady who hates him or has no liking for him. Installing one of these subliminal programs on her computer can change her feelings very quickly. She will even place the guilt on herself as she was the one that had the first intention of approaching that man out of her "own will". The same can happen over the Internet especially in chat rooms. Love isn't the only thing that can be accomplished. You can render a person nervous, depressive, or even to the point of suicide. A lot of these programs circulate between students in colleges. They are much more widely in use than what we can imagine. Many refuse to speak what they know about this so they don't appear "crazy" in the public eye.
