Here's the scenario..

On the morning of 9-11, all principles are conveniently missing in action.

Richard Clarke activates the Continuity of Government Plan. The E4B Command and Control plane is the air and the plan is live operational -

Colin Powell, the Secretary of State is down in Lima Peru waiting to sign the Inter-American Democratic Charter - an act of treason both in intent and deed.

Colin Powell said in interviews that when he heard of the attacks, he went immediately to the airport to come back. That version of events is in direct contradiction to an account of the events as documented by Canadian Foundation for the Americas (Focal).

Virtually obscured was the historic agreement reached that day in Lima by the foreign ministers of the
Organization of American States (OAS) on the Inter-American Democratic Charter. Designed to protect and strengthen the democratic process in the Americas, its tangled story is illuminating, and its content and significance worthy of retrospective attention and analysis.

The OAS foreign ministers met scarcely an hour after the terrorist attacks. As they gathered in Lima the
previous evening, there was apprehension that one or more of them might introduce wording that
would blunt some of the Charter’s teeth. By the time the meeting was underway, it was clear that the
terrorist attacks had removed that concern. Instead of departing immediately for the airport, Secretary
of State Colin Powell delayed his return flight to Washington for several hours in the hope that he
could leave with a strong and unanimously approved Charter. In a dramatic but subdued intervention, he invited his colleagues to accept the fairly robust draft that had been referred to this Special Assembly of the Organization by the OAS Permanent Council.

While giant TV screens outside the hotel replayed the tumbling towers, the Charter was adopted by acclamation and Powell left for the airport. He had rightly judged the impact that his decision to remain even briefly at the meeting would have on the other foreign ministers. On the first day of the
terrorist crisis, Powell had given priority to multilateralism."

Question: Was Colin Powell the acting President under the COG plan of the day?

Did they use that narrow window of unconstitutional authority to commit treason against the people of the United States by subverting U.S. sovereignty to a foreign power - OAS as an organization of the COMMUNIST United Nations?

Did Dick Cheney know that the WTC hit was real or did he think it was a drill?

Did he know that the COG plan had been activated in real time.

Bush landed someplace and then was summoned to Offutt Field in Omaha Nebraska - where Warren Buffet is entertaining CEO's who would normally have been in the WTC.

Did Buffet deliver the news to George Bush that the United States as a sovereign nation had just been dissolved for all intents and purposes?

We need to have answers to these questions - on the record.
