The Microchip Agenda

There is an agenda to have the population implanted with microchips, and ultimately, with brain chips. This agenda was conceived decades ago, and has involved the normalisation of various new technologies - among other things - as a step-by-step tip-toeing towards this goal, all pre-planned in advance. These technologies include the personal computer (along with the internet) and the videogames console, the mobile phone, the iPod (and its predecessors) and RFID and the microchip itself.
It takes years to implement each step properly, and these steps cannot be skipped or missed out. Such long-term goals take decades to bring about and because they come in so gradually over such a long period of time (much longer than the average person’s plans) most people don’t clue in to the fact that it is actually a long-term agenda unfolding. We are now seeing the end stages of this particular long-term agenda. We must fight it.
The brain chip is now ready, and has been for years. There was an international science meeting held at Loyola University a few years ago, at which scientists said that it was ready, and that it is now just a matter of conditioning the public to accept them. They said that one way in which they would do this would be by putting them in movies, books and cartoons for children. Since then we have had The Final Cut, with Robin Williams, and The Stepford Wives, with Christopher Walken, Bette Midler, Nicole Kidman, etc. both featuring brain chips, and James Bond was chipped in the latest Bond movie, although not with a brain chip – yet!
There are many other movies featuring microchip implants (to varying degrees) e.g. Demolition Man, A Beautiful Mind, and other movies featuring brain chips e.g. Johnny Mnemonic. There have also been movies incorporating technology which interacts with the brain to create an alternate reality e.g. eXistenZ, The Lawnmower Man and of course, The Matrix trilogy.
Scientists at the Loyola University meeting also said that when everything is finalised and the people are brain chipped - those who agree to be chipped, possibly out of fear of not being able to function within the system without a chip - it would be more like a hive mind situation. A Japanese scientist said that you would no longer be able to perceive yourself as a distinct, separate individual. He said that you would constantly hear the buzz of thoughts going back and forth between the chips and the regional super-computers (which are also ready now) and you would not be able to distinguish this from your own thoughts. So the importance of fighting this agenda cannot be overstated - ultimately it is about individual consciousness, the enemy of the enemy.
The scientists didn’t discuss politics, as they are well aware that this is an agenda, and it is above politics. They know that politics is nothing more than a wrestling match for the dumbed-down masses.

Experimentation was really taking off in the '40’s and '50’s and '60’s into techniques of mind control by various techniques. A form of microcosm where you have a closed society, a society within a society, which is left alone - that's the psychiatric hospitals. So much could be done there quietly, on an experimental basis, and we've seen the big one, which blew into the public domain - the MKULTRA [see youtube] experiments carried out in Canada by Ewen Cameron. This was happening across the world in other places too.
This odd phenomena of having "chip implants," before anybody heard of a silicone chip, and the remote control of some computer guiding them, was a strange phenomena. If you dig into the old books, you'll find this being queried by different professionals involved at the time, but not as much query as there should have been. Some of these people had been in the military. Some of them had -- in fact, I think they all had minor operations. Other ones had been in hospitals for minor operations, too young for the military, but there's always a common denominator. I'm sure if the public had access to more information it would be very evident that chips were being implanted and tested out on the individuals, who eventually were locked up, often for life. They were studied intensively, because this was "a shape of things to come."
This is something which has been openly discussed, at least semi-openly, at world meetings of scientists paid for by government (taxpayers’ money), concerning chipping the entire population of the planet, like the Loyola University meetings they have. You can still find, at least the abbreviated version, of that particular meeting, held there just three or four years ago. They talked about chipping the entire population, and already said that there were regional computers set-up to manage each individual. In other words, these super computers would program each individual to do certain tasks per day, et cetera, monitor your chemical balance, and no doubt you'd have to take certain drugs, and so on. You'd have no say in the matter because you would not be you anymore. You would simply be an automaton, programmed.
Chipping in the brain. Chipping in the spine, generally was the complaint of these patients back in the '60’s and '70’s. That's exactly where they'd interact with your nervous system if there was a chip implant. Messages could be programmed into your hard-wire system, your spinal system, and your nervous system, right into the brain itself - a two-way street.
We also saw the outbreak of certain teenagers who began the first school shootings at the same time. Back in 1979, Brenda Ann Spencer, who was 16 years old, who went to Grover Cleveland Elementary School (this is in California), and she walked into the school and began to shoot people. I think she killed a few, and this stunned the American population at the time as to this senseless act. What was even more senseless, was the response she had when questioned, as to why she did it. Like all people who are under forms of mind control, which is also similar to schizophrenia, in that the emotions are blunted. The normal responses and the emotional responses, the motive they call it, are blunted. She just said, flatly, that she didn't like Monday's. That's why she did it.

He [Albert Rosenfeld, in his book "The Second Genesis", first published in 1969 (the ISBN number is 0-394-71214-5), in the chapter entitled "Behavior by Pushbutton"] goes on then to talk about a very interesting character who worked for the CIA. He doesn't mention that in his book, of course, but most of these guys who give us these books, and probably this guy himself, the author, worked for the CIA, but this particular one did leak out eventually and it was declassified.
"Dr. Jose M.R. Delgado of the Yale University Medical School, a pioneer researcher in this area of brain research…"
Alan: Well, Delgado worked for the CIA .
"…and found that by remote radio stimulation of certain areas of the brain (whereby the implantation of tiny electrodes surgically implanted), you could set in motion various sequences of activities. Delgado in a lecture at New York's Museum of Natural History described one facet of his work with an experimental monkey named Ludi."
Alan: Now, I hope people are not so far gone that they haven't asked themselves the questions. On all these shows that they've watched on television and the Public Broadcasting Services, are some of the worst, with the nature stuff and the animals. Then they go into this scientific part, where they dissect different animals, stimulate them and shock them. I hope the public doesn’t think that all this research done on frogs, rats, mice and monkeys is because they want to make monkeys, rats and mice a new utopia for themselves. ALL THIS RESEARCH WAS DONE TO BE USED ON HUMAN BEINGS.

So when they're sticking implants in these animals and stimulating the areas of the brain, it was all to do with, ultimately, using it on humans, silly.
This is Delgado:
"After different areas of the brain had been studied under restraint, the radio stimulator was strapped to Ludi, and excitations of the rostral part of the red nucleus were started, with the monkey free in the colony. Stimulation produced the following complex sequence of responses: immediate interruption of spontaneous activities; changes in facial expression; head turning to the right; standing on two feet; circling to the right; walking on two feet with perfect preservation of equilibrium by balancing the arms, touching the walls of the cage, or grasping the swings; climbing a pole on the back wall of the cage; descending to the floor; low tone vocalization; threatening attitude toward subordinate monkeys; changing of attitude and peacefully approaching some other members of the colony, and resumption of the activity interrupted by the stimulation."
Alan: Delgado was made famous by another experiment, to do with a bull, where they went into a bull-fighting ring and the bull had been implanted with remote sensors in its brain. As it charged towards him, he flicked a switch and it stopped dead and turned to the right, and then he flicked another switch and it turned to the left. Very, very impressive, you see, how they can manipulate creatures, and a control freaks paradise, really, because he certainly was one of them. These people have no conscience. Personally, I don't think they are human, if we describe what a human is. They're not humane in any way, whatsoever. They're psychopathic.

"…Though the violent patient usually has a "reason" for his uncontrollable rages, the reason can be incredibly flimsy:"
Alan: Now, what they're doing is putting down, you see, any counter to what they're about to tell you what they do. They go on with – “they help an epileptic.” They don't name the epileptic. I very much doubt if they'll show you one. But they claim they can actually cure an epileptic by implanting a chip in the brain and giving them the switch. So, when they felt it coming on they could flip the switch, and no doubt they had a quiet seizure or something, or maybe they'd have an orgasm, because he goes on about that as well - how they can make you have an orgasm. This guy probably went on to work with the company that makes Viagra.

Alan: Oh, the cops will love that when they've got everybody chipped. If they see anything, which is out of the norm, they can just switch little gizmos and you'll be a little robot again.

On this website, my website, you can find Huxley's speech at Berkeley, and listen to him talk about that too. He said, "Most people you see are unhappy." This is how he tries to rationalize where we're supposed to go. Therefore, what's the problem about putting things in their brain to change their behavior or their moods? That's how he rationalizes it to the public. Mind you, he didn’t talk at any old university. He talked to the Ivy League ones, in more detail, because those guys were going off into government positions, bureaucracies and scientific establishments, or right to the foundations that pay for all of this.
The foundations themselves don't do anything without permission of the dominant minority. Everything in the pyramid comes from the capstone in this system. We have monsters running the world for us. They had solid-state circuitry -- micro-circuitry, microchips back in the 1950’s, before the public had even heard of a transistor, which changed everything from the old tube system in radios and televisions. Then came out the transistor radio and different components, which were soldered into circuit boards. Then the next phase was to go in, eventually in the '80s, into solid state gradually, but they had solid state back in the '50’s. The CIA were using it in equipment that Nick Begich showed on television in Canada. Guess what the technology was doing? These little handheld remotes, they could put thoughts in a person's brain. What a coincidence, eh?
And yet, here's this other character with this book here, not mentioning that aspect of it or the fact that they were even doing that. Maybe, he was unaware of it as his level. Maybe he was in on it, because they must always make the public think, as I say, that you're on the "cutting edge." That's what the news is there to do – to show programs and special documentaries on the “breakthroughs” they're trying to find, and get to, and when we believe that we never figure out, “my God, they're way ahead of all these phases.” That's why you have total control over everything, and power does not share itself. That's why they're so secretive.
Governments across the planet have already admitted they've tested various agents, viral and bacterium, out on their own populations, for warfare purposes and other reasons. Don't think for a minute they did not implant certain people throughout the western world, at least the western world, and tested these chips out long ago, because they did.

Delgado continues:
"But, fortunately, this prospect is remote, if not impossible, not only for obvious ethical reasons, but also because of its impracticability. Theoretically, it would be possible to regulate aggressiveness, productivity, or sleep by means of electrodes in the brain, but this technique requires specialized knowledge, refined skills, and a detailed and complex exploration of each individual, because of the existence of anatomical and physiological variability. The feasibility of mass control of behavior by brain stimulation is very unlikely, and the application of intracerebral electrodes in man will probably remain highly individualized and restricted to medical practice."
Alan: Well, that's all nonsense now, because they can do all the stuff that he said would be impractical back in the '60s.
"But not all scientists share Delgado's optimism about the remoteness of these prospects, especially since ESB is only in its infancy."
Alan: That's what they were telling us then. You can guarantee if this was published and given to the public in the '60s, the higher levels of science had already bypassed all of this.
"The fact that it might be difficult or troublesome (and it could soon become less difficult and less troublesome) to apply ESB on a large scale would not necessarily deter someone who was sufficiently motivated to do it, and had the power to carry out his will. As for the "obvious ethical reasons," that would depend upon the individual ethics of the persons in power—and would of course carry no weight at all with ruthless types who invent their ethics as they go."
Alan: Do we know anyone like that, folks?
"It has been suggested that a dictator might even implant electrodes in the brains of infants a few months after birth—and they would never know that their thoughts, moods, feelings, and all-around behavior were not the results of their own volition. Where then is free will, and individual responsibility? An electrical engineer named Curtis R. Schafer, who made a similar suggestion, added that, "the once-human being thus controlled would be the cheapest of machines to create and operate. The cost of building even a simple robot like the Westinghouse mechanical man is probably 10 times that of bearing and raising a child to the age of 16.
"What does this imply?” asks Robert Coughlan. "One hypothetical possibility: the 100-socket, 600-electrode human being controlled by a transistor-timed stimulator worn perhaps, in the form of a lapel pin by men and of a jeweled broach by women."
Alan: Well really, all they'd have to do today is to put it in a chain that you'd hang from your cheek, your nose or your tongue.
"Each individual's program would be pre-set and tailored to assigned functions and duties, but it could be changed instantly by overriding radio signals sent out by local (75-socket) controllers, who would be controlled by district (50-socket) controllers, who would be controlled by regional (25-socket) controllers, who would be controlled by a Master Controller (no sockets) who, in his wisdom, would control the behavior of everybody."
Alan: That's their check and balance mechanism. You're back to the old hyper, high Masonic idea, even pre-Masonic. Masonic is a recent term for the same mystery religion, with the no-nothings at the bottom and the wiser ones at the top. It goes back to the old utopian idea, that they were going to bring in, and have this peace on earth project, where you couldn't be aggressive and nasty towards people trying to abuse you, because you wouldn't know you were being abused. You just grin foolishly and salivate, and dribble, probably, from your mouth. That's what they call "utopia." Peace will come when you're unable to have any other emotion, regardless of how you're being treated. This is their utopia.

Control. Control, total control, has always been the prime goal of the elite. For their perfect peace, everyone on the planet must be perfectly predictable. That could only be done by reengineering every individual, and tracking, tracing and monitoring them, knowing what conclusions they must come to when given any problem. Complete predictability - that's the peace they'll have. It's so interesting, the world meetings, like the Loyola University's meetings on brain implants for everyone, (and notice I've already talked from this book in the 1960’s, where they talk about regional computers, regional controller checks) and at Loyola University they said that regional computers are already installed to do the programming on those who eventually will be chipped.
You'll always find when announcements are made, the machinery for their plan has already been set-up. It's ready. Just as when they say they're working on something and hope one day to “yada-yada-ya.” It's been done long ago at a much higher level. When Dolly the sheep was coming down or coming along from the bottom “re-ceptors” - that tells you it had already been done at the higher levels. The problems with Dolly with the hyper-allergies, asthmatic problems and so on, had been overcome at the higher levels.
We're kept in the past, always. That's how control never loses power. It's way ahead of us in science. It's way ahead of what we're taught, and the public will always tell you, "They can't do that. They're just working on this thing right now. They could never do this to us. They don't have the ability." That's how they get away with it. Yes, they do have the ability. They tell us stuff and make announcements of findings, which are actually obsolete. Whatever the public is given is obsolete. It's been done along ago. Only the bottom researchers, who don't know and they're not in communication with the top ones - they don't know it's already been done themselves. They innocently talk to the public and boast about their discoveries, not knowing it's already done long, long ago by the higher levels.
It's all to keep us living in the past tense. If you think you're on the "cutting edge" of reality, you're done for. You're a walking fool. No one can tell you. No one can show you because you believe you would know what they're up to. You buy the latest science magazines and so on. That's how simply this trick works. We're living in the past.

When Bell was authorized with the patent for the telephone systems, they were listening into conversations from the very beginning of telephone. It's no different even with your written mail. There's nothing new in opening letters, resealing them in new envelopes, shoving stamps on them and passing them back to you. We've never lived in a free society. A powerful system doesn't even allow the chance of that happening –any sort of breakthrough. They do their best to cover all bases.
Brzezinski said himself, in one of his books, that shortly a system would be given to the public, of communication, that would unite the whole world and create a common understanding. He's talking about common indoctrination. That's why the mandate is that every child must have a computer, worldwide, just like the television was a fantastic tool for conditioning people. The computer takes over. In its present form it's only here for a short time. It's a step-by-step program to train us to go along to the next step, to the next step and the next step.
You have the “iPods.” They've already told you that they have the ability to make things smaller. Small isn't the problem. The problem is, literally, in making it small and still keeping it utilitarian, when it's so small you need pins to punch buttons, the obvious step is an implant, that's the next step. They had this all planned many, many years ago, because the sciences are so far ahead of your Popular Science magazine on the shelves, or Popular Mechanics, or any talking head they bring on television to make you believe you're on the cutting edge of everything.

We won't need entertainment. We won't need even training for work. You'll be programmed so easily and quickly, and even altering your programs, whenever it suits your masters. You'll be more like an insect. If you watch ants or bees, you know an ant is just a wingless bee. One lives in a colony; one lives in the hive. The ant is programmed, in its genes, for its task. It doesn't have to watch mommy and daddy, even if it could find either. Even it could think to look for either, and it's terribly efficient. We can look around us at all of nature, all these wonderful nature programs they show us all time, into the mammals and the higher mammals, to realize that it seems our goal is to work all the way to where we are now—to have the ability of communication, language, memory, abstract thought, emotions, all of those higher things, just to get rid of it all—and become a worker bee. What a goal, eh? What a goal.
The rest of them started that way, programmed through their genes. No, we work towards it, into a stage of "non-think," "non-me," "non-you," just numbers, like Seven-of-Nine (from Star Trek). What a goal to work towards! They call it progress. When the brain chip is offered and marketed to the public, we'll be all under such stress of, “oh my goodness, impending terrors, fears, plagues, earthquakes, wars, famines,” all the old recycled stuff—fear of poverty, the economy, terrible relationships. We’ll be offered this thing that is going to make everything “just nice.” “All the pain will go away.” That will be the pressure that's built up to bring that point around.
I've had it from people, working in the inside, who have told me they've had think tanks working on this for quite a few years, how to even market “snob appeal” into the chip. “What type do you have? What class of chip do you have?” Platinum, gold, silver, bronze or copper maybe. At least, copper's up these days, the price of it. They've already trained the public to be walking billboards, to advertise the makes of whatever they've bought. You buy the item, whether it's a running shirt, pants, a cap or whatever, and you advertise the company that made it; but you buy it. They used to hire people, to wear billboards on the street, to do this kind of thing.
Now they’ve given it snob appeal. People are terrified to go out, within their own peer group, without wearing it. They might be looked down upon. That's how bad it's become. They are totally conditioned, totally trained—no individuality there. Everyone is terrified of being an individual. What a sad way to be. That's not living. That's following your program, the one that's been authorized as acceptable, by the establishment above you.
I was on the Vyzygoth Radio this morning, The Grassy Knoll, and I don't know if he's got it up yet on his site, because I just got word that he's now being slammed with viruses and problems with his computer. It seems like, as I start going around, they're trying to scare the people off, who are in contact, or the other shows that will put me on as a guest. Maybe that's because I never got my flu shot; I'm passing it everywhere. However, this is the whole thing though, they terrify those and try to isolate people through fear and intimidation.
In the mid-'90’s, BILLS were passed in both Canada and the U.S., and I'm sure in every other country, which stated that EVERY COMMUNICATIONS DEVICE, from telephone, fax, computers, MUST HAVE A BUILT-IN CHIP which ALLOWS ACCESS by ANY GOVERNMENT AGENCY. THAT'S LAW.
I've often said, “Since they want us so desperately to have the computer”—and I've said this, even with the television set, long, long ago—“they should give us it for free. Just hand it out for free,” but if they did that it would be kind of suspicious. When we buy things, we think it's ours. That's why they gave it the name "personal." It's your personal “whatever.” This is the conditioning process that everyone's gone through.
We're given obsolete technology, always, because power could never maintain power and share the latest of anything, with anyone else, and still retain power. Whatever you’re given is obsolete and made as a tool, which is a two-way street, for them to use on you. However, it still shouldn't scare people off, when at least they're still using standard methods of intimidation, as opposed to what’s coming down or compared to what's coming down the road.
I have no doubt you will, like the Soviet system, have a whole slew of diagnosis for every politically incorrect opinion you might have, which will probably warrant lobotomy or a special chip or something. Generation-by-generation we've been conditioned to do all this, but we've also accepted it. We've ACQUIESCED by our SILENCE, as specialized NGO (Non-Governmental Organizations) supposedly championed different rights, for the silent masses, which were intended to dehumanize us all. They put the value of life down, beginning with abortion.
You can't knock the pillars away that hold up your roof, because the first one weakens all the rest. Now they've got the extra burden, until after a few pillars, the whole lot comes down anyway. You cannot allow yourself, but most have done it—through nature programs, science, Darwinism, all the massive propaganda—you've been dehumanized into just a “higher animal.” Once you accept that, then they can do with you as they please; and they have been.
In Ontario, in Canada (I'm sure it's similar in many other places), they fly in teams if you happen to end up in hospital, with what they say is a particular slim chance of pulling through. They're after your organs. They fly in a team of specially trained negotiators to talk to the relatives, who make the decisions then, whether to let them harvest you while you're still alive. You see, when everything's dead and the blood stops flowing, there's always a little bit of necrosis, et cetera, death, tissue which causes problems. When they start, it's always the same story, innocently, in a sense, or “for good reasons.” “It's helped so-and-so” or “this saved their life,” and we all say, “Oh isn't that nice. A life that was gone saved another.” Now they're not waiting until you're dead. They want you to still be breathing when they remove the organs.
We've watched what once was sacred being trashed. Many people have participated in it. Many people adopted those opinions, because they parrot the propaganda, and they can't think through things critically, with logic, for themselves, until we're at the stage where we're at today, where they want to chip you in the head with a little injection. The injection itself, no matter how little it is, is going to destroy tissue. The old saying is that "the road to hell is paved with good intentions."

The system, in fact, doesn’t allow you to have peace. It's not meant to give you peace. PEACE MEANS THAT THOSE WHO CONTROL THE SYSTEM LOSE CONTROL. When you have peace it's hard to make you do something. When you're used to grazing in the same area, it's hard to get you moving into a new direction. When you're kept stampeded throughout your life, then stampeding cattle don't see where they are going; they just follow those in front. We know they're lead by the front, by the nose, as they say.
To those who follow conspiracy theories as a hobby, I tell them to go to the other sites that deal with theories, and they can let their imagination roam forever, like some strange little quirk you're into that excites you. THE ELITE GAVE OUT THE TERM "CONSPIRACY THEORY". Many of them involved in checking out the truth have adopted the term quite naturally, thinking it's natural. Well they've just signed themselves out, to be taken with any form of credulity.
To those who have broken through, individually, and come to the realization they're living in a mental prison, a social prison, I tell them, “Don't panic. I know it's difficult to find people who understand, but they are out there.” They are definitely scattered all across the whole planet, and so you're never really alone.
The war isn't really on the general public. Those who have never thought for themselves are of no problem to the elite—the general public. It's always the thinking ones who are the problem, in the present era and past eras. It's always the same thing. The energy that can be put out by a single thinking person is phenomenal. I'm sure, those who have woken up, and broken through the different layers, have experienced the synchronicities that begin to happen in life. There's a process that people go through, and you cannot do it for others. You don't get tied up with all the theories anymore, and all the stuff that's put out to distract you, and make it a new kind of hobby, like looking for reptiles under your bed, or Big-Foot, or any of that kind of stuff. There are realities behind and beyond the realities we're given.

One of the earlier books on persuading people in the marketing industry at least made available to the public was called "The Hidden Persuaders". I think it was Vance Packard but you can check it out for yourselves and he wrote a couple of books on techniques that you don't even realized are used in all the supermarkets and all the stores and how even your pupil dilation is monitored by little cameras to see what colors the customer likes when you go up the isles looking at various products. I think it was back in the '50s that even made that book, the '50s or '60s. There's nothing new here. It's done surreptitiously, covertly and then it's used by governments too all this information because governments must always control. That's their job. They want to control. That's why it attracts the type of personality that needs to control. Needed data on how to be more efficient in control -- control freakdom, planet earth.
Nothing is ever as it seems especially when you turn on the magic box called television. There's not an item and a picture even a still that lasts two seconds to the side of a foot, to the side of an arm wherever it isn't debated and psychologically prepared to project a permanent photograph deep within your subconscious. That's why so much money -- so much money goes into advertising. It works and there is nothing they would not stoop to if allowed which they wouldn't use.
The terminology they use concerning the public or the customer is degrading but to them it's efficient and it's practical. The terms like "mousetrap" -- they build a better mousetrap to bring you in whether it's a credit card or whatever. A better mousetrap and all these kind of terms. Even have categories in investing called "wolves" for themselves and then the lesser breeds below them down to the sheep at the bottom that reads the newspaper and follows the major investors. These are the terms that they use because the ones at the top are psychopathic you see. A psychopath lives on pure ego. They are what they believe. They believe they are winners. They must be winners. They're very bad losers. Very bad. They'll take the whole world with them if they could.
These traits are well known to psychopaths -- I mean to psychologists. I was going to say that there's many psychologists who are also psychopaths and that's true. You have the ones at the bottom beginning to recognize the psychopathy within our society which runs society and their only starting to realize that the big boys at the top hire psychopathic psychologists to explain how to control the people down below them so there's no doubt about it. There are many psychopaths in different areas of control and it's only natural they would use those who study people in order to utilize techniques to control people on a grand scale.
What a wonderful world we live in. I hope you excuse this rushed blurb but it's been a very rushed day. There's so many things to remember, do and it's not so easy when you're making up books yourself. You're burning discs yourself. Sticking on the labels yourself. Answering the phone. Doing all the email when I'm uploading this kind of stuff but this is our window of opportunity before that slams shut too. I'd rather have an open window then a chip in my brain and that will never happen I can guarantee you that no matter how bad things are made to be.
We must hang on to that which is human in a world which is tried to dehumanize us all. When we're all dehumanized, we'll fight each other. Those people in the chant rooms I'm sure are experiencing that. I've never looked into them because I know why they're setup. I know what they do and there's more disinformation there and slandering of each other than anything else under the sun. It's dehumanizing and all the egos clash with egos. The same will happen in general society if we allow it.
We must reclaim that which we have the potential to be and which we once were and we have to start pointing out those deviants who are planning this whole world. We've got to point out too all the helpers they have right down to your local level, top to bottom. We've got to expose all of the secret societies that hide them because that's where they get their start and then the good ones are picked to go higher often to other degrees and other orders. It's a sifting mechanism -- freemasonry and the Eastern Star and all of the other branches they call themselves and hide under and they all know to start to get up there they've got to join these groups, then join the charities, get on the boards and start answering doors and make them little political helpers and maybe one day they become a politician, the psychopathic personality.

As time marches on and so does the preparation for the complete grand finale for the New World Order, and we see everything coming into place piece by piece the world over. We can see the ID card in European countries even being pushed through drama shows and soap operas where the little boys when they leave home to go out somewhere and the mother casually says to him, "remember, take your ID cards with you."
This is to get us all trained, all ready for this big totalitarian system that very powerful families and dynasties have helped bring into being with the aid of all their think tanks and the lesser psychopaths those who wished they had the finances but they're certainly well paid to bring all this to be.
When I first many moons ago as they say amongst the Indians in Canada many moons ago I read "The Next Million Years" by Charles Galton Darwin when this book was hailed as a breakthrough by the biggest newspapers in Britain and across the world at the time on behalf of the "dominant minority" as they call themselves or as the "Guardians" as Plato would call them who were getting worried about all of the masses of people the lesser types who were just breeding out of control and eventually would overtake the elite families. This is what they were worried about and they came up with all kinds of suggestions in Galton Darwin's books about how to contain this and how to even sterilize the public. This was a non-fiction book put out by a physicist in the 1950s how to even effeminize the males by introducing estrogen into their diet some how or else through inoculations and various other ways.
These fellows don't put out suggestions. It's almost a legality that they must tell at least to put out in publish form their agenda and it's true then historians down the road can look back and say, "well the public didn't complain. They went along with this. They accepted this." This is how it works.

Your local council in every country gets its orders filtered down through its organizations including the Freemasonic and Eastern Star organizations as to what's politically correct and they smell the wind and they know where to go with it and that's why it's all happening worldwide at the same time. There's nothing new in this except as on a global scale and perhaps the second part that's not new is the fact that for the first time the bulk of the population are oblivious as to what's really happening what's really going on. There's never been a time in history where pretty well all media gives you your thoughts. Give you what you will think. Your takes, your spin on items they present to you. In fact, they don't leave you with anything that have to ponder and come to your own conclusion. It's all wrapped up and ready-made for you. That's where your conclusions come from - from the mainstream media and it's packaged with bizarre surrealistic stories all attached to horrific ones until nothing is real or important anymore.
Psychological warfare techniques have been used for a long, long time. You can find information on Tavistock Institute initially a mental hospital in London that was transformed into a psychiatric investigative type clinic where they had all the rights to test even brain implants on people -- chip implants and wires they used in their brains. Aldous Huxley was a frequent visitor to observe this kind of phenomena. We've been trained for a long, long time with all the Pavlovian techniques of stimulus response and eventually conditioning.
I can remember when cars first came out with the little buzzer for your seatbelt. That was the stimulus -- primitive stimulus. They trained rats the same way. When they heard a buzzer they'd go and pull a leaver for their seed. That was the response to the sound and the public were trained the same way to strap on their belt and then the buzzer went off and the light went off as well. This is using machines to train you the same way as rats are trained and the public were oblivious to the science behind it.
We are conditioned in many, many ways in behavioral science and by behavioral scientists so that we ignore what should be self-evident and we don't see things for what they really are or where they're taking us. The world as I say is under tremendous changes that took years to prepare the public. It took years of negotiations, planning think tanks, cooperation between governments to bring a state of emergency or even to get it all on the books so they could go into action at the same time and 9/11 was just the excuse to get it underway. We never had this during the Cold War. We never had the mass of ID cards and spying on everyone and all the data collection on every single person during the Cold War and suddenly we have it now because the Muslims might attack us.

As I say the New Agers are in to denial. Be happy. Don't look at the negative. Many of them actually think it's going to be fantastic when they get their brain chip and they're all one -- one big borg yet they never even asked the question "who will be programming me" because it certainly won't be the individual themself. That's the kind of future we're looking at here. This is the future which has been discussed by heavily funded think tanks on behalf of the characters above mainly who wear suits and ties with their myriads of white-coated scientists behind them and professional people the world of experts as Bertrand Russell held it to be.

Alan: Well which we already know. They’ve already done it with a lot of people with all this technology that's going to be mentioned in this article. And this again is how you predict and program people.

Alan: Interesting. Procter & Gamble came out a few years ago. They were the ones who helped push the baby formulas way back in the '50s or whenever they came out with them and how bottle milk was much better for the -- scientifically prepared bottle milk was better than mommy's milk. You know how science is always better and better than nature apparently according to their propaganda and Procter & Gamble came out only a few years ago and just happened to have -- well they admitted they just happened to have been using all along to wash these little glass jars out they put all this mush baby food in and made an awful lot of money with. They washed out those jars to sterilize them before they filled them with the food with what just happens to turn out to be a synthetic form of estrogen. Oh, my, my. What a coincidence. What a coincidence. Big Procter & Gamble got into that. My goodness, after Charles Galton Darwin talked about ways to get estrogen into the food et cetera in order to effeminize the men.
But it's amazing. It's like winning the lotto. How many people win the lotto wherever you live yet these guys write things and low and behold things just happen and accidents just happen in their favor all the time. Accidents like 9/11. Well the same thing with artificial estrogen ends up in the baby formula. My, my, my, what luck.

They supposedly get virtue you see with the higher degrees and virtual is not quite you see, it's not quite real. It's virtually. So that's another little bit of predictive programming. Big corporations and foundations fund all of the big science fiction writers which give us our thoughts and enjoyment, entertainment fascinates us to death and programs us so that we will accept things which will happen in our life because the guys that planned these things to happen in your life also fund the authors and tell them "write a story about this. We want Joe Public to get use to the idea." That's how the real world works.
Alternate realities. The thing is they're trying to push this idea to children big time because it's the children who will have to really go through all the major changes and they want the children to want this kind of thing. Not just play the game. Be in the game. However, no individual you'll ever meet will be programming this little alternate reality for themselves. It will all be done for them by someone they'll never meet and what they're not telling them is someone will be programming you. What a thought. Brave new world, aye. What a thought.

Arthur C. Clarke, who I’ve mentioned a few times, wrote a sort of scenario out in allegorical form of this system, beginning for 2001 to kick it all off big-time, the next big push, 2010, for the completion of most of it. Then he takes you in his book, his last one; “3001,” through a journey into a future where they’re down to one billion people on the planet, and even then in the book one of the characters is complaining that’s too many. It is a chipped society. It also has the direct thought-to-thought control electronic equipment working, which we know was discussed at Loyola University with a brain implant for control purposes. These guys don’t make this stuff up. They’re given the facts of the plan and they write stories around them, which fascinate young people. Everyone is fascinated, when they’re young, in science-fiction. It’s predictive programming so that when it actually comes into being in your lifetime, because it’s familiar to you, you accept it without question, as a normal progression.
We are up against pretty well everything that we take for granted. All of the agencies and organisations, which you hear mentioned briefly on little news quips, are non-governmental organisations. Unelected people and representatives from these organisations run your lives, from all sources, mainly from media and marketing. Marketing is one of the biggest tools they must use in conjunction with television and all advertising. They market ideas to us continuously, all the time.
We also have secrecy, under the guise of national and international security, on advanced technologies, therefore the public are never told - never ever told - what they actually have, until 50-80 years later. Then it’s obsolete, in fact, when the public get to use to it. They’ve moved on to much more advanced technology by then. There are three levels of technology in use at all times. There’s a professorship down level, who believe everything they’re told, and the public believes everything they read in the science magazines - they’re just starting to work on something and maybe one day in the future they will be able to, and so on. Then there’s the CIA, Mossad, MI6 level, where they have advanced gadgetry. In the 1950’s, Nick Begich has shown us they had, the CIA had technology, which could put direct voice to skull information right into the middle of your head, from line of sight, and you could put the gadget in your pocket! It’s antique stuff by today’s standards. The whole flying saucer scenario covered up the government making the darn things by getting the media to go into action, and even fronting groups to start up the whole alien thing, “well, it must be from aliens, because we don’t have them”. That’s how easy it was to divert attention from black budget projects.
Remember, there’s always a good reason given to the public, then there’s the real reason, which they’re never told about. That’s how you manage the public. That’s what Francis Bacon, and Machiavelli, and other advisers to kings and queens, talked about. It’s best not to let the public know the real purpose behind laws, and institutions, and movements. As I say, you don’t want to frighten the children, and that’s how we’re looked upon. There are too many children, according to them, and we don’t have a function any more and we might get unruly in fact, if we don’t have enough bread and circuses, like what Mr. Huxley talked about.

Some years ago, a booklet appeared out of no-where, which was called "Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars." Whoever did write it - whether it was for a joke or a spoof or information, coupled perhaps with disinformation, or perhaps someone from inside trying to get something out anonymously - the documents certainly did contain information on what the U.S. Military, and other militaries across the world, were working on, with advanced technologies. What has been verified since, through different publications, little snippets coming out in magazines and newspapers over the years, is that great huge panels, international bodies of scientists, along with foundations that work alongside them, which again and is pyramidal and it truly is a pyramid structure. They’re all predicting the future, what they see coming along the road and how society will alter and adapt, or not adapt, to the changes, because the premise is, we must always adapt, man being the most adaptable species on the planet, supposedly.
We certainly do; we adapt to the technology that is presented to us. We adapt very quickly, especially when it's promoted to us and it becomes even a method for almost survival, in a system such as the electronic age, where computers are almost a necessity. They have to be a necessity, not for long term full goal, but as a part term project to get us used to being "all hooked up," basically, before we go towards the next step of virtual reality. Then it will be very simple to accept a chip in your head. We’re being trained to accept, step-by-step, the end product, which is already designed. Everything along the way is just another mouse-trap to get us further along into the big mouse-trap, the goal.

In 1987, out from the Attorney General's Conference on "Less-Than-Lethal Weapons" put out by Sheri Sweetman this appeared in the document:
"There is some evidence and a good deal of supposition that sustained extremely low frequency ELF radiation can produce nausea or disorientation. One researcher has subjected animals to ELF (electromagnetic radiation) through electrode implants and feels that similar results could be produced from afar without electrodes. Alan: They now call that "electro sleep."
This is published, you see, this sort of documentation. This is still low level, because whatever is published is lower level, still almost within security reach. In the higher levels, everything is always top secret. They're always way ahead of whatever is published, and you can be sure that in 1987 they'd already tried this on human participants, whether they knew it or not. They always test on the public.

You have to go into the history to find out how corporations started. Corporations and international corporations began publicly, at least in Britain, with the British East India Company, which really was an arm of government at the same time. Some of the largest companies in the U.S. in the fields of technology are actually CIA owned. You don't allow competition at the top. If you did allow competition at the top, you'd lose control of the direction you wished to take society, if your competitor came out with some kind of computer that could outpace anything that you produced, and run on an easy program, and was vastly superior. That's why they pick their favorites, their front men, like Bill Gates. The CIA decided long ago they needed one system for the world and all the doors opened for Bill Gates. He walks through door after door after door, and you think it's because of hard work and free enterprise and all that. That's nonsense.
You don't lose control of power by allowing competition. You'll find the same thing with the big companies that run the ID cards, and the companies that are going with the Digital Angel chip implant. They're all owned by the "supra-government" at the top, and they have access to the advanced technology because their department, which is the military-industrial-complex, is all part of it. They know advanced sciences, but they don't allow competition. That's the illusion that the public must believe in; that everything is separate and we're just evolving.

This next piece is from Parallel Normal, which I've read from before. Tuesday, May 22nd, 2007 and it's about the microchip.
It says here:

Alan: There's a picture of a microchip. It's actually a large one from the VeriChip company. They have them much, much smaller now, which they can inject by needle—much smaller, a fraction of that size. You'll see it in the picture on Parallel Normal website.
It says:
"This won't hurt a bit. (At least, you won’t remember.) An Alzheimer’s care facility in Florida will implant RFID tags into its patients, to help identify them in case they stray from “campus.” Of course, it’s unlikely anyone who finds these test subjects wandering along the road will even think to scan them. Still, ABC News lapped it up."
Alan: Well, abracadabra!
"Dozens of diabetics in Boston and Georgia have also been implanted with the subcutaneous RFID chips made by VeriChip. The ABC News piece reads: leading RFID opponent Katherine Albrecht."
Alan: I think Mark has already written—he tells you he's written about Albrecht for Wired News and the Boston Globe.
"Albrecht is an avowed Christian who believes that RFID tags (or arfids) may be a precursor to the Mark of the Beast described in the Book of Revelation. It’s an inconvenient angle for mainstream reporters, which, when the reporters quote her, invariably leave out of the story."
Alan: They can't. They can't connect the two, because if you connect the two, you have to start thinking off in different directions. Either Revelation was true, you see, predictions could be true, which means there's a God, and “oh, my goodness, you can't go there.” Or else, the other part of it, is the clique who control this world are following Revelations to the letter, which is a good ploy, because when you have millions of people convinced that if it's God's will, you can't do anything about it. Then, the more you hype that propaganda up, the more they will just sit back and do nothing, and say, "there's nothing you can do." It's good psychological warfare. One or the other, you can take your pick.
Then Mark goes on to talk about:
"His relationship with Albrecht became strained after a Wired News editor reworded certain passages in my write-up of Spychips, a book Albrecht co-authored, and which includes quotes from me. The Wired News editor wanted the piece to appear more skeptical of Albrecht’s book. He also tagged it as a review (under Mark's byline), which it was never intended to be."
Alan: In other words, he's telling you, yes, they will spin things and they will alter things which don't fit what they want the public to know. Or, they'll twist it to give you a different impression or lasting perception of something. That's to do with that. Therefore, they always go for the children first, and then the sick, eventually, and the elderly. The elderly, the ones who have the least power, is who they go for first, always.
The ones in the middle are too busy running after the big carrot and enjoying themselves, and having lot of sex, and sometimes drugs, or whatever else they happen to be into. They have lots of hobbies, lots of little things to pass the time, or sports. They don't care about the young or the elderly. That's the sad truth about society. That's why this can be done, generation after generation, until it's your turn to join the latter category of the elderly, and then they come and whack you, and there's no one to stand up for you. You wonder where all the safety nets are. You find there are no safety nets, really. You have only one “authority” over you; and bang!, in goes the chip and they have you where they want you, at their mercy, and that's really what that's about. You're at their mercy.

This article I'm about to read is from BBC News Technology. BBC.co.uk/navigation and it says: BBC News 24, May 21, 2007. I guess this is a new term they're using for the infrared system that runs the wireless Internet. It’s the stuff they're dosing cities with now, and making wireless in big cities and whole areas, which is really tied in with the coming ID card with the active chip, so you'll be traced everywhere you go, and then down the road it will be used for the chip implant. That's why the big push is on to make everything wireless everywhere. It’s constant tracking, wherever you are. That's the real purpose of it, down the road. It says here and they're calling it "wi-fi," very trendy, “wi-fi.” They love trendiness. It’s “wireless fidelity,” I guess; I have no idea. But anyway, it's infrared technology from the microwave systems.
"Wi-fi health fears are 'unproven' -- Scientists…"
Alan: Here’s that big conglomerate again, "scientists say." You know the faceless ones. God has spoken.
"Scientists have said there is no evidence to suggest a link between the use of wi-fi and damage to health."
Alan: There's your statement, right at the top, which will stay in your memory; after you read the rest of the stuff, it doesn't matter. It's the first part you'll retain. That's why it's at the top, and it's in bold at the top.

Alan: This is their investigative bunch; really, the top guys always work for MI5.

Alan: In another article they put out, they said it's actually the main beam of the mobile phone mast radiation. Perception is altered by the omission of that, "main beam."

Alan: I can remember too, when the microwaves hadn't been out for a few years. The same programs in Britain were doing investigations into secretaries, who had gone blind in the eye closest to their office microwave that had been put in. Both of them, in at least one of them, went blind in the eye nearest to them. Of course those microwaves, we’re told, were said to be very, very safe; and they were sold to the public. There was a big hullabaloo about that at the time; and that was hushed up by big industry, et cetera.
Plus, back in those days, they knew that down the road, they'd eventually put implants in people and track them with the cell phone technology, before they even heard the cell phones. It was all planned out, and they couldn't give microwave a bad image. It was essential for this tracking, and they’re not going to change their minds, no matter what evidence actually could come up, even if it was allowed into the public limelight. Yes, all military weaponry is designed to work on the vast majority of people; but since it’s cost-effective, they don’t go for everyone. Tamurile: Where does the brain chip come into play?
Alan: The brain chip will come in, again, for world peace. There are two methods to get it in. They’re always working, they bypass the older generation as they go for the young, to get the young to want it. That’s why all the superheroes now have brain chips.
Tamurile: Right, be a mutant, it’s superior.
Alan: Then you start at the other end of the spectrum. The young and the elderly, they’re always the first. They’ve already passed laws in Britain and California and different states to mandatorily put in chips. Now the chip, it’s just accepting it. Regardless of where they put it, you accept it first, but they want it put in people with Alzheimer’s [disease] in hospitals, in patients and so on. That’s the start of it, the elderly and the young, then they’ll make the system so difficult to get along without it, because all your registration in a cashless society will be from a chip. It will eventually go into your brain. That’s where they want it put. They had the meetings at Loyola University 4 or 5 years ago. I have the 600 pages they put up there. It was a world meeting of scientists, the top scientists and bioengineers and all the rest of it, and I got it pulled from the library before they pulled it down. I knew they would too. A guy from Japan talked, a specialist in this area, they created a plasmic-type chip. This chip is almost like a form of tissue.
Tamurile: So the body doesn’t reject it.
Alan: It won’t reject it, but it is also meant to integrate with your nervous system, directly into the neurons. Therefore, it will receive and transmit to the person its put into. He says, “This is ready to go. We already have the original supercomputers, which will then program and run the people.”—Because you can be programmed to do any task. He said, “The only problem you have, the only problem, is now to convince the public to accept it. This will be done partly through the promotion, through movies and fiction and novels and so on.” Again, through predictive programming, so we’ll think it’s quite natural.
Tamurile: I’m quite fearful of that being executed, simply by witnessing all the people lining up for flu shots.
Alan: --And even fighting each other.
Tamurile: Yeah! In the malls! It’s just baffling to me that everyone is just walking, completely willing, into the ‘gas chambers,’ so to speak.
Alan: Yes, they are; and that’s always been the way of it. For the people that swallow the complete, 6 o’clock news version of reality and the newspaper reality, never question.
Tamurile: You’ve got your work cut out for you, Alan.
Alan: I have, and we all do.
Tamurile: Yes, but you’re one of the front runners with regards to attempting to, in any way, shape, or form possible, relay this information to as many people as are willing to understand and listen. How would you recommend that we try to get the youth listening?
Alan: It truly is difficult. I always say it’s best to concentrate on those who are trying to wake up, at least ask questions, because they are confused. They’re at least asking the questions, they just don’t have the information. It’s the information you must impart to them, in the proper way that you don’t overload them and you don’t depress them.

True autism, prior to the '50’s was very rare. It was rare and it was generally noticeable from birth. The new autism, for the New World Order, starts two weeks after they get their inoculations at the age of two. This is known at the top. It's perfectly well known. The reason there's no outcry, is because it's meant to happen. As I say, you don't want a bright, intelligent, well-educated population existing while you take people through the greatest changes that have happened for thousands of years. The changes they're talking about, as I say, are so alien to even the present system, which is corrupt enough, the next society will be there to serve society, to serve the world state. There'll be no personal choice in anything.
Ultimately, there'll be brain chips and monitoring, and you won't be able to even think as a distinct, separate individual. This was stated at the Loyola University meeting in Louisiana, about five years ago. There was a world science meeting where they brought in all the top specialists, with various kinds of microchipping, surgeons and medical professionals, and they said they have a chip ready to go, which will, once embedded will integrate with your nervous system and you will receive and transmit messages; and then it will be impossible to even think of yourself as a separate individual. What a future, eh?

It's a time when people don't mind being taxed. The oldest trick in the book is that “we need all this money to defend you.” That's why they always need enemies; and in a time of a global government, they know that when you run out of enemies, you must create enemies within. Your neighbor, yourself or whomever, they'll do just fine. Therefore, the research and development and the sciences, you'll find have been lead by the military industrial complexes of the big countries of Europe and the United States combined together. You cannot keep secrets in a modern society. It's impossible. That goes, too, for little terrorist groups in the planet, all this stuff with Bin Laden hiding out in a cave is utter nonsense. The intent of this whole war was to change society, to change the world into the next phase of the New World Order. It's an ongoing process.
The sciences are not in competition. The companies are not in competition, at the top. You'll notice when even the XP, the computer (operating system) was phased out—it went out overnight, in most places, when the New Vista came in; and all the major brands were there equipped with it. They're all working in cooperation. The VeriChip implant that they want everyone to take. They're already giving it to youngsters in different countries to get into nightclubs. It's great how sex not only sells, they use the drives of the young to get them into the very hot nightclubs; and they don't mind getting a chip that can be programmed with so-much money, and it is deducted when you swipe your arm at the bar. That's how easy it is to induce young people into giving up more and more freedoms and rights.
The VeriChip company, you will find, if you dig in far enough, is a legitimate company, like most the big ones are, but they're also just fronts for the CIA and the NSA. To maintain power, you would not allow independent companies to go off in their own directions. Therefore, you make sure that you fund into existence the biggest companies and corporations. Therefore, they’re under the umbrella control of a central head, a central authority; and that's what science is all about. That's what the big scientific companies and all the electronic companies are all about.
Last week, I gave a talk on one of my cuttingthroughthematrix sites, and on this very topic. You find the companies like Hitachi and Sony and all the biggies, the ones you think are there to give you entertainment machines, are all cooperating down the line of the implants and brain chips. What a coincidence? It's only a coincidence to those who haven't been following their history, while they actually live through it; and that goes for most people.

They’re already spraying you with chemicals and I’m sure tranquilizers; and sure enough, it’s happened in some countries like Holland, they’ve admitted now, “yeah they’re spraying the skies”, on mainstream media; and which, I expected they’d say, “It’s to stop global warming”. There’s always a good reason and then a real reason. However, they won’t tell you the real reason. It’s odd that they were spraying the skies in the 1990’s before all the hype about global warming came up, before all the Kyoto stuff. Who would authorize it then, if that was the purpose or the case? —Because it takes “donkey’s years” for bureaucrats and big departments to get working on anything. They began in earnest in Ontario in 1998, daily, almost. How many years were they preparing for this spray? —Because they started spraying and have never let up on a worldwide basis. That’s a lot of stuff to store up and plan. This was not done for global warming; but it will be good enough for the TV addicts. After all, the television, like Brzezinski said, is there to do their reasoning for them.
That’s the real world that we’re living in. The only ones who are really suffering are those who understand. They say that ignorance is bliss, but those who are ignorant eventually go the way of the abattoir. We mustn’t do the predictable reaction in history that’s happened before—because that’s what they want. They are the masters of war. Our war must be of a different kind and it must take us off in another direction, not the one or planned synthesis from a general unregulated, uncoordinated rebellion. We must direct it off into something, which nobody really knows where it’s going to end up, but it will be different from the one planned, which is oblivion of the human mind; because brain implants and chips, as they’ve said themselves, will take away individuality. You’ll have no ability to recognize yourself or think of even the word “I”. You will know longer exist as such. You’ll be the Borg. That’s a fact, it’s published, it has been discussed in world science meetings. Where we must go is somewhere unplanned, where a humane system comes in, where the deviants and psychopaths are not in control, where the control freaks are not in control either. We must find a new way.

We know the elite are going to chip everyone eventually, a chip that will interface with your nervous system. Where they say themselves from their meetings at Loyola University, the World Science Meeting, once these are installed it will be impossible for an individual to even think of themselves as an individual. That will be gone. No ability to even do so. It will be the collective “we.” That is what one of these mirror images has planned. The interfacing with supercomputers which will interpret thoughts, pick up your “wrong-think” and send back signals to your mind to make sure that you are on the “right-think” path. You will have no decisions to make on anything. Your opinions will be given to you. Just a step beyond what we have today through mass media propaganda. “A better, more sophisticated form of slavery,” as Charles Galton Darwin called it in his book, “The Next Million Years”. The mirror of that one is paradoxically something which has some similarities, except it retains the right of individual thought.
The war has always been how people can handle being an individual. Can they handle being an individual? The United Nations declared war on the individual, blaming that for all of the world’s problems in the past. The United Nations is only a front group for the world’s wealthiest power groups to get their way, because the wealthiest power groups came to these conclusions a long time ago. They stated that if they had a world of individual thought, there would be chaos.
Most people today cannot handle being an individual. That’s why they get up in the morning with music or radio blaring. They drive to work with it blaring. They drive through noise blaring, crowds, cities. They hear noise all day at work or chatter. They drive home with noise and music or talk shows or whatever and they get home and watch television or play on the computer. Their heads are already full of other people’s information and chatter. They’d be terrified if they had to spend a week, or even a day in silence with their own thoughts. That would be a unique experience. Most people have given up the right to think for themselves already, without knowing it.

Charles Galton Darwin, amongst others, also wrote in his book that they would use hormonal alterations in the male and female to make them more docile and pliable. The males become more effeminate, the females more masculine. Look around you, folks. It’s in the food; it’s in the inoculations.
It all goes together. It’s a total war. Total means total. The concept of total war and eventually the power of the purse, which is economic warfare, is the big stick to make everyone comply to the bitter end in this system. It’s a war strategy, step by step. The collective society is supposed to emerge out of this morass with no individual qualities left except for the elite who have already said they will not chip themselves. They will not alter themselves because they must steer the ship of the planet earth. They must retain their defense, their survival capabilities, but they said that the public won’t need them because the state will be making all their decisions for them. Isn’t that nice? We can be perpetually boys and girls with Borg-speak. What a happy place. That’s the bad news, some of it.
We better get that though our skulls, quickly, to realize what we’re really up against here—massive planning, massive funding. They’re not stupid at the top. They guide the planet. They also guide the oppositions. It’s only through individual change, can this be conquered.

Alan: I'd always go back to one of the players in the early 1900’s, Colonel Mandell House, who was an advisor to different presidents. They used to call him "the park bench politician," because he never would talk to anyone unless it was out in the open, away from surveillance and any kind of recording. He said, "for everything that happens that the public are told, there's always a very good reason, and then there's the real reason." You see, we're never given a real reason, so it must be plausible; and the plausible is always given to the public. This time it's for surveillance, under the guise of anti-terrorism.
However, a long time ago, even before World War II, huge think tanks—that were employed by the wealthiest men on the planet—went over the world's histories and the peoples. They decided there were too many conflicts and conflicting interests, between groups and peoples and religions and so on, for the world to have any stability. They, therefore, implemented the next phase of planning the future. They decided that they would bring the world to its knees, through wars, if necessary, until it has a global government. In the meantime, they would use all techniques to make the public go along with it, because governments thrive in times of war or the threat of war. The people are taxed for research and development, which is used for top-secret weaponry and various kinds of high technologies, so they could advance very quickly to find methods of literally monitoring and watching everyone on the planet. That's where the money was really going during the whole Cold War; and the public didn't complain, because they believed the Cold War was real.
All this stuff we're seeing implemented today is the result of a phony cold war, where only those at the very, very top, on all sides, were in on the act. They all knew, at the very top, that it was phony, but the guys down below, including many of the departments of MI6 or the CIA, didn't know. Every one of the secret services is compartmentalized from the other. It's a need to know basis. However, during Ronald Reagan's era, they did great strides forward by putting the biggest budgets they'd ever done for the United States. He was the first one to put forth $1 trillion for warfare purposes, research and development and the Star Wars Project.
The Star Wars Project wasn't just to watch other countries. It was to put in advanced technology that would eventually monitor everyone on the planet; and they knew exactly how they were going to do it back then. They've had about 20 odd years to gradually work and implement it into existence, but they already had the satellites up there that were capable of monitoring each and everyone of us, via either a wearable chip or else an implanted chip. That's how far ahead they plan.
This whole guise of terrorism is phony. We know that because Britain tried to put an anti-terrorist omnibus bill through, in the late '90’s, before 9/11 happened, in the House of Commons; and there was a huge outcry about “they didn't want an ID card, because nothing was happening. The Cold War was over. What was all the fuss?” They tried to get it implemented in 1998. In Canada, at the same time, Allan Rock, who was a life-long sort of advisor type politician. He was always at the right places. He's been trained since childhood for his role. He was the minister in charge of law and order and all this kind of stuff. He single-handedly put through an omnibus crime bill, which was an anti-terrorist bill, in 1998-'99, and even the journalists were saying, "Wait a minute here. This is total marshal law they just put through." No one complained. No one objected. So they knew what was coming, you see. It was coming because it was planned that way, long before 9/11, including where they would go step-by-step and terrify the public.

Alan: You can't educate someone on a lot of information in a short space of time. In a sense, too, people do choose where they are in their own head-space and what they want to know. You can come up with plenty of evidence, written by big players in history, to do with the European Union; and it's not just a union. It's much, much more than just an economic union. It was a plan for a whole new way of living, beyond what we've been trained to think is normal now. Now we work Pavlovian-style for rewards. We reward ourselves, and we put our work and our time in, and we buy little trinkets of junk from China that generally breakdown very quickly and end up in the garbage. That's Pavlovian training. We think that's normal because we've been trained to think that's normal. That's what we think existence is all about—putting up with hardship and rewarding yourself every month.
The next system is to cut down on all resources; and they've said for the last 100 years, they would not allow us to go on consuming in this fashion. Therefore, the next step is actually to take over the mind of the individual, completely, because they said, even at the League of Nations, their war was on individuality. The masses of people were easy to control. It's the individuals that created the problems, because some individuals could see through the charade and know or be able to vocalize that the king had no clothes.
They decided long ago that they'd have to use science; and science would be the savior to bring peace to the world. They define peace as "the absence, basically, of individual thought" or the ability to have individual thought. Science would bring them to a stage where they could control the mind of every person. Even with the Loyola meetings in Louisiana they've had over the last few years (world science meetings), they say that the chip is ready to go; and once it's installed, the guy from Tokyo said, "think of it like a beehive.
