Dear Dr. Toben, it's always a pleasure to be of service to you and my many friends down-under! I caught the Bali Bombings in the early morning (here, in Texas) on 10/1, the date it happened. I've been rather busy editing the Ghost Troop BOBCUP Books (Battle-of-Baghdad-Cover-up), in preparation for their publication in January, if all goes well. If your readers want to enjoy them (at least in a preliminary, cyber-version), they can click www.ghosttroop.net, where a helpful note from my European editor/publisher will help them know whether the material and style will be of interest to them.

All of that above is said as much by way of apology as to awaken people to my work, since it explains why I've been so slow to reply to your notes. What I have to offer on the subject of the Bali Bombing will also be without the extent of link-referencing that I usually include in geostrategic or encryption analyses, such as the much-read stuff found by any search engine under "Ghost Troop Captain May."

Very well, to the matter of the bombings.

The first information is the most important in getting a good read on any of these arranged events, and this one seems arranged to me. The rough order of events as I recall them is:

A bombing is announced 10/01, the second since the "Australian 911" of 10/12/2001.

The country's anti-terror chief says it was terror, like the 10/12/2001 event.

The country's leader - prime minister - immediately departs his headquarters for the distant scene of the crime.

The announced death-count is 19.

The attacks were carried out in three seperate attacks, by three different suicide bombers.

10/02: The country's leaders announce that the bombing was the work of Al-Qaida.

The announced death-count is 22, including the three dead suicide bombers.

10/03: The suicide bombers' heads have been found, media reports.

Geostrategic analysis:

The Orwellian construct of 1984 has come into being as a result of the 911 Event, with the English Empire reunified (for purposes of imperial wars in the Middle East) as the heroic countries (us) doing the heretic countries (them) a big favor! Orwell called us "Oceania," but in the GWOT (Global War on Terror), the Oceania Pact isn't mentioned at all -- although the other side is called "The Axis of Evil." The reason we don't impolitely say that we're the Axis of Good (or Right or Democracy or whatever) is that the Anglo powers don't want to be exposed as aggressor nations with a pact between them. Still less do they want to admit that the influence of International Zionism is key to their pact, especially insofar as the chief media organs in the new Oceania are Zionist-controlled.

All of this means that they must continue to reinforce the pact by fueling its original idea of terror; they must constantly create new terror through new terror operations, called "false-flag" because they are conducted with an eye to blaming them on target groups -- such as Al-Qaida. All this was said in Orwell's 1984, incidentally, by Winston's girl-friend (forget her name), who tells him, the expert in media/propaganda, that she believes the very explosions and attacks levelled against (Orwellian) London are the work of Big Brother, and not enemies Eastasia or Eurasia at all!

Proximate English-speaking nations, not in the Oceanic Hierarchy of the US/UK/AU are also kept within the Oceanic orbit if not fold by the threat of terror. Those countries are the resistant Ireland (for the UK), Canada (for the US) and New Zealand (for Australia)!

Well, voila! I hate to be reduced to a footnote analysis, even if it is to a great writer, but there's no helping it! ORWELL WAS RIGHT!!!

If there were no Al-Qaida, the governments of Oceania would find it necessary to create one, would they not? Al-Qaida has become the palpable face of the demonic forces we must encounter, against whom we must mobilize, sacrifice, give up liberties our forbears fought for and, ultimately, erect a Big Brother! Well, call me a cynical cowboy, but I think Al-Qaida is so convenient a prop for propaganda that we in Ghost Troop (and elsewhere in the infowar) refer to it as "Al-CIA-Duh!"

As a result of this "second Aussie 911," threatening the south hemisphere of Oceania, the Oceanic Alliance will strengthen, especially in Australia. One could be more skeptical than Swift and say that the 7/7 bombings in London and the 10/01 bombings in Bali were the perfect ways for the UK and Australian governments to "ante up" by paying a few chips (in this case, chips being human beings...) to stay in the game of World Domination -- all for the betterment of the heretic by the heroic, of course!

The helpful folks of Indonesia responded in exactly the way that they had to, so as to warrant the pay they will no doubt receive -- and in a big way, for Indonesians! -- to serve as a support-crew to an Oceanic staged event!

Summing up the geostrategic: This was the right event at the right time to keep the alliance, wavering from the results of the Quicksand War in Iraq, vital. It did so by reinforcing the key motif of it all: Al-Qaida and other "Radical Islamist Terror Organizations" will come and kill us in our beds -- or at our night-clubs -- or in our tourist resorts -- if we don't turn over control to the Big Brothers in the government who keep telling us (through their little brothers in the Zionist media), that we need more national protection and international intervention.

Cryptoanalysis

Now for the cryptoanalysis, which requires a word of explanation: I had no clue about the existence of encrypted (hidden) messages in the media, or of the cult significance of numbers -- in dates, in statistics, in death-counts -- in everything, simply put, that can carry a string of numbers that mean nothing unless you're acquainted with the system.

It wasn't until the 3/11/2004 Madrid bombings that I began to "play the numbers" of the "Embedded Code" (so-named by Ghost Troop because the media had already called itself embedded as a tip-off to the savvy that embedding of code was the order of the day!). The key fact that tipped me off, incidentally, was the number of days from the 9/11/2001 event to the 3/11/2004 event: 911! From there it was easy to infer that 9/11 and 3/11 were really 11-series variants, with 9 being the sqare of 3, and 3 being the square-root of 9. In effect, they were mirroring bookends of the same event: 9/11=3/11. They occurred on opposite sides of the Atlantic, thereby achieving a kind of symmetry, too! The body counts were telling: the first Madrid count was 199 (911 inverted, math-wise); then it went to 191 (911 anagrammed), which was a dead (pardon the pun) give-away, since it meant that 8 folks who had been counted as dead in the morgue got up and left! Yep, it was a sure-enough code. The little New-World-Order gangsters were "signing," in the street parlance of inner-city Houston, where I learned more about cryptoanalysis than I ever learned in military intelligence!

Let's take two coded messages that will convince the unconvinced:

If you find a 187 scrawled across your car or apartment door, get out of town. The grafitti is a message: code 187 of the penal code is murder. In other words, a gang is "signing" your death warrant with a warning sign!

Now another, from my wayward teen years, alas: One teen calls another teen (both teens' moms standing nearby in those days of one-per-house telephones). Teen A says to Teen B that he has a couple of pages of health homework to do, and Teen B replies that he's going to have a whole chapter over the weekend. Teen A suggests that they get together for his homework now, and then he'll pay the favor back by joining Teen B for his health homework assignment over the weekend. Both moms beam loving glances at their assiduous scholars.

Neither one knows that the two teens have just made arrangements to share marijuana, with one page of "health homework" (aka, "pot" if you're in on the gag) being one joint, and a whole chapter being an ounce bag of marijuana! Teen A will help Teen B our (with smokeable!) tonight in exchange for some of Teen B's weekend bounty!

OK, so who doesn't believe in codes now? One more to make it glaring: Santa Clause! Yep, we talk around the reality of who it is who supplies our little folks with Christmas loot with a thousand cutsey, coded messages -- and Lord help the snitch who tries to clue the kids in!

Well, there is the relation of the rulers of our new Oceania, our new Big Brothers, to us, the children whose destinies they weigh and arrange. Now for the Bali Bombing code.

Take a look at the items that started my analysis above, extending from 10/01 to 10/03, just to refresh yourself with my points. I'll stick to them, so as to stay within the commonly-agreed frame of reference. I believe we can all remember them, as they're proximate in time.

The event dates are the give-away, along with the urging of the media to recall the "Australian 911" of three years previous. The most recent event is date-coded 10/01. Omit the zeroes and you get the "11" signature of the Illuminatist/Kabalist "Embedded Code." The 11 is their tell-tale number for the false-flag operations. The first event, by the way, has the 10/12 date-code, which means 112, which is a reversal of 211. The 11 is easy, and the 2 means the Aussie-code for the 11-series (with Madrid still to come -- next -- with a "3"11 date-code!). The Aussie "2" by the way, comes out in the official death-count from the 10/12 event: 202 (meaning 22, the result of the signature 11 (x 2!). By the way, it's the reason they're giving the combined death-count (victims and bombers) as 22, the same result of the same signature numbers!

The threes are quite interesting, too! There were 3 bombers (just as in London on 7/7 and 7/21!) -- and it has been 3 years since the last "Al-Qaida" attacks on the Aussies (or at any rate, the Aussie neighborhood). These are numeric clues, and while I can't identify their ultimate significance, I've seen them enough in various facets of infowar analysis of the Embedded Code to know that they're signature items.

...As, by the way, is the decaptiation fetish! Remember that on a couple of occasions at the outset of the Quicksand War in Iraq, King George ordered "decapitation strikes" against Saddam Hussein, presto-terrorist for the purposes of the GWOT! Anything referring to decapitation is involved in Illuminatist rituals and symbology -- I think in relation to the 9th degree of Freemasonry, though it may be the 7th. I invite those more industrious to look it up!

Today the US Media told us all day long that there were 20 dead (no survivors) from a boat capsizing in Lake George, New York (State), and that they all lay under 70 feet of water. As an explanation they offerred than another boat had capsized the boat with its wake. Well..., maybe..., but I think it's odd that there were NO survivors, when boats tend to have many, many flotation devices -- it seems like they were all killed to allow no witnesses. I think it odd that the number of deaths (20), juxtaposed against the number of feet of water, constantly given at 70, comes to 90 (meaning 9) when you add 20 and 70 (meaning 2 + 7). Is it a signature from the US, an affirmation from King George Bush via a Lake George staged disaster incident? It looks like it to me...

The two video events will no-doubt be used for training exercises, as was the video made after the Port Arthur Massacre - showing the gunman's bag, food plate items etc. which was never forensically investigated to see if the alleged killer's finger prints were on it. Bryant, the alleged killer, later confessed - and there was no coronial enquiry into the many deaths, as it should have been done when people from overseas are killed in Australia.

This event ties in with the whole 911 scenario that also ties in with Oklahoma, et al.

And your Baghdad worry is an excellent starter to tie together the events, which this particular mindset has created, and which is sold to the world as 'the war on terrorism and for freedom and democracy'.

The Jewish mindset/neocons is superstitious and thus needs cabalistic help, which code you are cracking with your work...

*Tourists hand over Bali photos*

Australian tourists returning home from Bali are being asked to turn over holiday photographs to the Australian Federal Police investigating three suicide attacks on the resort island.

Thousands of tourists continue to return home after the blasts killed 22 people, including at least two Australians, on the weekend.

At airports across Australia, holiday-makers are being greeted by Federal Police officers who are trying to piece together information about the attack.

Some passengers, like Norm Ferguson, have been asked to give up their holiday snapshots to help with the investigation.

Mr Ferguson, who arrived at Perth airport last night, took photos of one of the bomb sites just 20 minutes before the blast.

"They've taken the memory card from my camera because that was the street that we were in when we were having dinner and that was the street that the bomb went off in," he said.

Tourist John Brosnan also handed in photos.

"Believe it or not we didn't quite think we had any but we actually had one of the cafe scene on the night before the bombs went off, from a distance, from the restaurant where we had dinner at," he said.

"We didn't even realise we'd taken it. The kids must have been mucking around with the camera."

Those who were nearest to the blasts have been asked to turn over their clothes for forensic testing.

Many tourists returning to Australia have spoken of the chilling quiet that fell across Bali after the attacks.

Arriving in Perth last night, Tarnya Saunderson said there was also increased security.

"There's a police presence there," she said. "Last night we saw a couple of police guys walking around with machine guns, there's police vans."

*Bali injured enter crucial stage*

The Royal Darwin Hospital says the next 48 hours are crucial to the recovery of the five most critically injured patients brought to Darwin after the Bali bombings.

The triple suicide bombing in Bali on Saturday killed 22 people, including two Australians. Another Australian couple, Colin and Fiona Zwolinski, is missing and believed dead.

Twenty-three injured people were flown to Darwin for treatment yesterday.

Ten have been released and five are still in a critical condition.

The Territory's chief health officer, Tarun Weeramanthri, says some of the victims' shrapnel injuries may be hidden.

"What you have to look out for is possible deterioration in people's clinical states 48 to 72 hours after the initial impact," he said.

"So our clinical teams will be watching for that very closely because obviously some of the injuries can be hidden and we need to be on the ball for that."

The head of Royal Darwin Hospital says he is frustrated by the latest terrorist attacks and those who perpetrate such violence.

Len Notaras oversaw Darwin's medical response to the Bali bombings three years ago and says the weekend attacks have brought back haunting memories.

Dr Notaras says he feels frustrated by the waste and misery caused by the bombings.

"Having looked at it the last time and seen the sheer horror of the events, you do actually melt down yourself and worry for the people, for their families, for their loved ones," he said.

"That said, you worry also for the people of Bali in a community that was just building itself back up."

*Fears raised over JI's Australian wing*

A security analyst says two brothers linked to Jemaah Islamiah (JI) who fled Australia after the 2002 Bali bombings may still pose a threat.

Neil Fergus, chief executive officer of Intelligent Risks, has told AM he is concerned the Ayub twins, who were considered the leaders of JI's Australian wing, are still living freely in Indonesia.

He says the Indonesian-born brothers - Abdul Rahim and Abdul Rahman - pose a risk to Australia while they remain at large.

Mantiqi 4, JI's Australian wing, attracted close attention from authorities after the 2002 Bali bombings, attention which many security analysts suggest destroyed much of the terrorist potential harboured by the group.

But Mr Fergus says the brothers have had significant experience of living and working in Australia, and Mantiqi 4 still exists and may pose a threat.

"The real concern would be whether the Ayub brothers are planning other operations from within Indonesia against Australia and indeed perhaps encouraging some of their newer recruits to migrate or seek refugee status in Australia," he said.

"That means they could potentially create a cell here which is removed from the Jemaah Islamiah adherents that have previously come to security attention."

The Ayub twins came to Australia in the mid-1990s to establish Mantiqi 4. Its main purpose was to fundraise for JI.

Mr Fergus says the main problem from the Indonesian legal perspective is that the brothers have not broken laws there.

"And because our laws aren't retrospective, it's difficult for Australian authorities to put together a brief," he said.

"But certainly their involvement and their prior knowledge of a conspiracy by Jack Roche - who was convicted of planning terrorist attacks in Canberra, Sydney and Melbourne - might be prima facie [evidence] sufficient for a case to be put together which doesn't rely on trying to get an extradition on their membership of a proscribed group."

An Australian Federal Police (AFP) spokeswoman says the AFP is working with a range of international agencies in relation to the Ayub brothers but says she cannot comment further due to operational matters.

A spokesman for Foreign Affairs Minister Alexander Downer said he was unable to comment on operational matters but stressed that Australian and Indonesian authorities were working closely together to fight JI.
