Starting on 15 of June 1992 Seven Principalities were formed by Proclamation, to Annexe the National Estate of Australia in accordance with British Law. Led by H.R.H. Prince Edward James Renton, the Prince Palatine of the Principality of Caledonia. They jointly Annexed everything including Local, State, and Commonwealth Government Departments of Australia and are holding it in trust for All the people of Australia. On the 15th June 1992 the First of the Documents were served on the Queen as the Head of ALL Australian and State Governments, advising her of the Annexation and the Abdication of the Existing Governments. The Queen had the Right to appeal this Annexation during the Next 7 years. She could only appeal on Points of British Law that were not correct.

On the 14th June 1999 there had been No attempts made to Appeal, so it has been Declared to be Correct and Proclaimed accordingly.

In 1993 CHOGM open address given by the Queen she stated… “ I wish the secessionist in Australia well” !!!!!

On the 31/12/2001 the Principality named Commonwealth of Australia was renamed to the Commonwealth of Caledonia Australis ®©

The Commonwealth of Caledonia Australis is the only Principality within all the Trustee Principalities that is Operating with Citizens.

H.M. Government of the commonwealth of Caledonia Australis is a peoples’ Government, and is the only legal and lawful government.

Did you know that this is the only government that does not enforce anything on its citizens…? As to enforce on anyone or to make a statement without proof is unlawful, You are “Innocent until proven guilty.”

Please don’t come to us and try to create another government that enforces on the people…….….
we have that now!!!

The role of the Government is to help all people govern themselves with the main focus on education, so that the people can have freedom from enforcement and take on the responsibilities that go with it in line with the following:
