We were almost one year ahead with an interest-only mortgage, when we were sued for being behind. We filed copies of receipts and loan statements (which admitted we were ahead) with our Defence, but we still lost the "Court case", because nobody looked at our evidence.

Our lender sued us for being behind with our mortgage payments while they also admitted that we were AHEAD with the same mortgage payments.

We were defrauded of two investment apartments. We repeatedly complained both verbally and in writing to government departments and then government ministers.
