I once read somewhere that Armageddon will not be televised, due to lack of interest.

However, there has been much controversy surrounding the idea that an unknown planet is due to pass Earth in the not too distant future, causing global catastrophe as it passes. It is believed to come around on a regular cycle of approximately 3,600 years, resulting in major earth changes such as increased earthquakes, volcanic activity, and tidal waves. But the most catastrophic change is believed by many to be a Pole Shift that will wipe out millions of people.

Many early civilizations made reference to such a planet, especially the Sumerians. It is known by many names, including: Nemeses; Nibiru; Marduk; the Winged Globe; the Blue Star; the Comet of Doom; the Fiery Messenger; the Red Star; the Tenth Planet; and it has even been called the Twelfth Planet; and also Wormwood. The Russians have done some research into Planet X in India, where they found another name - Raja Sun, (or Great Star); a web search for which might produce some fascinating results. But these days most people simply refer to it as Planet X.

However, some of the latest thinking is that it may be more of a Spiritual rather than a Physical idea. Personally, I also see Planet X on a Spiritual level. I see it as a trigger for Spiritual Evolution. I'm thinking along the lines of the idea of it being there to act as a catalyst for people to become more aware of their Spiritual side. By following the whole scenario, i.e. trying to fit all the disparate pieces together, those who don't just dismiss the idea out of hand have woken up to many of the wonders of the Universe.

Ancient prophecies from numerous cultures predict such a passing, and have left reports of the destruction previously caused by it. Today's seers and prophets seem to agree with those ancient prophecies. We all know that ‘prophecy’ is not ‘evidence of fact’. But, there is scientific verification for the theory, together with scientific hypothesis regarding what the present state of the Earth's geological upheavals might indicate - such as the breaking up of the Polar Ice Shelves, and rapidly changing climate, as well as more severe storms.

It is hard to discover what may happen during an earth crust and/or pole shift event as there are very few written records from early history. Yet, by looking at the Earth’s geological history, for example how the ocean floor looks today, we can find clues about what happened before. And here, in our own times, the Asian Earthquake/Tsunami has provided the scientists with a great deal of data about changes on the sea floor.

By way of geologic processes we can see the results, but we don’t always know the causes, especially when researching what happened thousands, or even millions, of years ago. After all, what is learned from past ages can be applied to the future, to say nothing of the present – and these events may be crucial to all forms of life on this planet.

We have also recently had a period of heightened solar and geomagnetic activity. Evidence now suggests that this has an affect upon the frequency and ferocity of our weather, volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, etc: There has been an increase in the number of tornadoes, higher magnitude earthquakes, increasing volcanism, ocean warming, glacial melting, and solar flare activity. So it would appear that Earth is in danger from earth changes, be they on a global or local scale. Because of this many now agree that there is nothing wrong with being prepared, having a plan, making preparations for if, or when, a disaster happens. However, it is important that earth change information is not presented in such a way that it causes fear or panic as that only makes the situation worse.

People are still joining Planet X and earth changes discussion groups and, even though some are also leaving, the membership numbers remain not just consistent but rising. Of course, as soon as there really is some natural, massive, global event those who left come running back seeking answers, and especially looking for any doomsday dates that they can prepare for.

What the genuine researchers are doing is presenting the evidence, especially the earth change evidence, and encouraging people to do their own research and then make their own decisions – which I would most strongly recommend. No creditable researcher is giving any date at all. And if you can spare the time to actually visit the sites, and read all the material, you will see for yourselves that no date is being given.

However, even if such a date were known, the Powers That Be (PTB) would not want it advertised in advance. They just keep insisting that such a global catastrophe has never happened in the past, at least not in ‘Human’ history. But that isn’t to say that it can’t, or won’t, happen at some time – maybe in the future, or maybe a lot sooner than we’d like to think. We only have to think of the Asian Earthquake/Tsunami on Boxing Day 2004 to see that these events do happen; even if not on a global scale.

There is a practice referred to as Decoy, Distract and Trash (DDT); and another called Imitative Communications Deception (ICD). These are specifically used by the personnel of The Powers That Be (PTB or TPTB) to monitor and work key Internet forums, groups, and message boards. It is worth keeping this in mind when visiting sites devoted to Planet X, or any other conspiracy oriented topics.

As previously stated, no single date can be predicted on which such an event is likely to happen. The only one who has the answer to that is the Creator of the Universe. It is all about watching the signs of change and being prepared for what might follow. We must also bear in mind that our governments have said they probably wouldn’t tell us of any impending disaster. They certainly wouldn’t be in a position to help us with ‘humanitarian aid’ if a global catastrophe occurred; to say nothing of the fear, panic, and anarchy that any such information would probably cause; or the worldwide meltdown of the money markets and economy. So even if one considers Planet X to be part of a disinformation campaign, intended to drive people away from believing in a cataclysmic end to much of life on Earth, then maybe what is really intended is that something ‘big’ is coming, but not necessarily Planet X. After all it’s the consequences, not the causes, that we need to worry about.

I shall end by reminding you of the old saying: “forewarned is forearmed.” After all, how can any of us say Planet X is a hoax unless we have examined all the evidence - for and against - for ourselves, instead of just taking somebody else’s word for it? We need to lift our hearts and minds above the purely physical, comfortable, material, level of life and seek our own truth about what we really believe is going on.

Many pictures have appeared on the web that seem to show large machines flying around the Sun, which some people have dubbed Sun Cruisers, and also of objects that look like "torpedoes" being fired into the Sun.
