Love for Life

To wish for a so-called better future is a common dream for many people and makes complete sense (considering current global circumstances), however to proclaim that "Love" as a vision for the future being the solution is flawed by the very nature of the statement itself.

1. Love is but a word, commonly accepted as describing an emotion or feeling. It also happens to be a word so incredibly popular that it has almost completely lost its meaning and that the only way people can truly appreciate it is not by feeling it in the moment but by experiencing the effects of it through pain and anguish when we loose something they believe they loved. In fact the concept of "love" is so diverse that the more you break it down, the more ridiculous the word itself becomes, because the experience of being in love (truly in love) is entirely different to loving your previous partners, your parents or siblings... which again is experienced completely differently once more if you consider how you might love a life long best friend. "Love" is just a throwaway label in a modern society too lazy to really stop and ask themselves "what am i feeling in regards to this moment, right now?".... a question that should be asked with honesty and to answer it with description of the feeling, not the taught definitions or labels.

2. To live life with so-called "love" and pretend that we don't have other emotions is an idealistic impossibility based on the model of which our entire society operates on known as FEAR. Your concept of "love for life" is based on the idea that it would be the opposite of everything that is wrong, which would then mean if it were to come true that nothing would be wrong. My issue with this concept is that it still functions from a perspective of outward judgment.

Personally i don't believe any social concepts based on treating the effects of a broken society is going to be a solution to our way of life. For thousands of years we have celebrated intellectual achievement and ignored everything else. We have conditioned ourselves to believe that no matter what we think we know, its wrong. The noise in our minds have become so loud with all the information bombardment and our desperation for answers (as we make everything about ourselves out as wrong) that our simple ability to know the truth about something, ourselves, our environment, the moment right now, the people around us, etc.. has become completely lost.

To aspire to be something perceived as "better" than what we are right now is to say that there is something "wrong" with me, you, us right now. The world is in tatters at the moment not because people decided to go to the "dark side". The world is in tatters at the moment because people have lost the ability to feel the truth about themselves and with it the ability to create a path for themselves that is in accordance with truth about them. Everyone is so scared of everything & everyone that they desperately grab on to anything they can to alleviate the fear and pain they hold in their hearts. There is no "better or worse", there is only acceptance and forgiveness of self.

Once we can hear the truth in our heart as individuals, we can step forward into the moment, moment by moment, always responding from the knowing in our hearts and walk the path that is meant for each of us. Consciously aware that we are creating our own experiences and that rather than living at the effect of others we are living at the cause of our own experiences.

To say that "love for life" is a solution is just as logical as saying "hate for life" is a solution. We are human beings and capable of terrible as well as wonderful things. We are part of nature and solutions designed around cutting out aspects that come naturally cant be a long term solution. I believe that if each individual simply asked themselves "what am i feeling in regards to the experience i have just created right now?" in every moment, they will very quickly start to hear the truth in their hearts... The only question then remains whether they choose to break from their fears, throw out the rubbish they've created and start to follow the path they were intended follow.

"Standing is Winning"

For years, the "Judges" have been taking "Silent Judicial NOTICE" that the Government/Plaintiff is "Holder in Due Course" in their Courts.
In their "Commerce Jurisdiction", the definition of the "Holder in Due Course" is "the Party that takes the Instrument free from all claims and all defenses from all Parties". That Party has "Standing", - and in their commercial Court, he is KING! Any other Party, - "has failed to state a claim upon which relief can be granted". (Because they are NOT the "Holder in Due Course") No wonder we have been losing.
In order to defeat or overcome their "Presumption" (Silent Judicial NOTICE), we must have a "properly" drawn and "Perfected" "SECURITY AGREEMENT / INDEMNITY BOND / FINANCING STATEMENT" which has been correctly filed and Recorded, so that ours takes "Priority" over all other claims. The government's claims are never property filed or "Perfected" and can never take "Priority", - once we challenge by having the judge take "Judicial NOTICE" of our "Perfected" and "Priority" claims. Depending upon the Nature of the collateral described in the AGREEMENT, they must be "Filed / Recorded" in different places.
Evidently, people in 17 States, filed UCC-1 forms, which were refused, rejected, and retured as incorrect. Two State "Attorney's General" wrote "Attorney General Opinions" as to why the UCC-1's were deficient. Evidently, a UCC-1 is a "Flag" or "NOTICE OF" that there is a "Security Agreement" already on file somewhere. They were rejected because there was NO "back-up" or "validating" agreement on file.
The "Peoples Rights Research Group" obtained copies of these two "Opinions", and analyzed them to detect what the UCC-1 deficiencies were. They now have drawn-up a "SECURITY AGREEMENT" which incorporates an "Indemnity Bond" agreement. , - in which the ALL CAPITAL LETTER "nom-de-guerre", "TAXPAYER", "Straw man", "DEFENDANT", "DUMMY CORPORATION", (fictitious entity with similar name as yours), has to reimburse you (as former surety, co-signer, agent, guarantor) for any monies which you may have expended on it's behalf in the past (indemnify you / me). Now, (after this "Agreement / Indemnity Bond / Financing Statement" is properly filed / recorded), YOU, (the real live man / woman) are the "Holder in Due Course" because your "Claim" is "Perfected" and takes "Priority over ALL others". It is you, who are "KING" in their Court, and it is the other Party that "has failed to state a Claim upon which relief can be granted", because they are NOT the "Holder in Due Course".
This "Reverses" the "Standing" of the Parties. Now, YOU "Win" and the "Other Party" (government agencies) "Loses" - regardless if the issue is a "Traffic Ticket", IRS, Mortgage Foreclosure, or any "Debtor Behavior" Code Title and Section number, claim.
In one recent case, there was a "Bank Forclosure" action action in which this new "Security Agreement / Indemnity Bond / Financing Statement" was introduced, and the Judge was asked to "Read the Defendant's Exhibit", in which the Judge announced to the Bank, "This Case is Dismissed. Because (after reading this "Security Agreement"), the issue before the Court is now Title, (or True Title) this (Administrative) Court lacks "authority" (Jurisdiction). However, if the Plaintiff Bank wishes, it can re-file it's claim with the "State Supreme Court", which DOES have authority to adjudicate issues of "True Title" " . The bank immediately fired the two Veterans Administration Attorneys and it's own Attorney, in the Court, on the spot, on the Record.
