Help, I am Facing Foreclosure.

Knock, knock came the noise from the front door. I gingerly opened the door to find my postman handing me an envelope requiring my signature. It was for certified mail.

It was a Notice of Default from my servicer. It felt as if someone had physically punched me in the gut and I felt like vomiting. Intellectually, I knew this moment would arrive, but yet I cannot help the way I feel.

I couldn’t even get myself to finish reading the rest of the document before tossing it on my desk and crawled into bed and cried.

As a grown man, I cannot recall when the last time I cried. I’ve been conditioned to “be a man” and not to break under pressure. But, despite it all, I cried. Somehow, I wish that someone would come and tell me everything is going to be OK, just like my mother did when I was a little boy. Unfortunately, no body could. Because nobody understands what I am going through. It’s hard to “keep it together” when your whole world is falling apart around you.

My name is Vince Khan. This is my story.

I made a lot of money around 2002-2004. I made enough money to retire for the rest of my life. With that money, I invested in a number of properties, partly as a way to park my money and partly as a way to make a little money investing in real estate.

In 2009 I started another business that required a lot of start up capital. Things didn’t turn out as I had planned. I had invested all my money into the venture but it was not enough. I needed more money. In 2010, I made a decision to stop paying the mortgage for 4 of my investment properties to feed my new start up, in the hopes that eventually, my startup would turn around and I would then have enough money to pay back the bank.

I was wrong. My startup failed. Not only had I lost everything, I was heavily in debt because I leveraged everything I had to fund my company.

So, like millions of people around the country, I was facing foreclosure.

Shortly after I stopped making payments, I started looking at my options. I could either do a short sale (meaning I could sell the property for what is owed) or just hold onto the properties for as long as possible before they foreclose on me. Or I could put up a fight.

I chose to fight.

To be honest, when I started this journey, I was just as ignorant as everyone else who was in going through a default. I borrowed the money. Now, for one reason or another, I can’t pay my mortgage. So, I was lead to believe that the bank was entitled to foreclose on my houses and repossess them.

I was wrong.

It was at that time that I started learning about bank fraud. At first, I was skeptical but I kept an open mind. As I dug deeper into this issue, it became clear that there was more than meets the eye. I started reading more and more instances of homeowners winning in court against banks. In fact, I discovered that banks have sold mortgages onto Wall Street as what’s called “mortgage backed securities” (MBS). At first, I did not know what that meant. My thoughts were, “so what?”

As I studied this issue deeper, I came to realize that banks were actually committing some very clever schemes to steal people’s home without the proper “Standing” to do so.

You see, once a bank have sold a promissory note as a MBS, it no longer owns the note. And if it does not own the note, it does not have the right (or Standing) to foreclose.

But they do this every single day, because they rely on our ignorance. They rely on your ignorance. They rely on the judge’s ignorance and they even rely on their own lawyer’s ignorance to pull this scheme off.

On one side, we have a growing population of people living in tent cities without running water, without toilets or other things you and I take for granted.

At the other end of the spectrum, we have bank executives getting multi-million dollar bonuses for how quickly they can foreclose people’s homes (without having any actual legal authority to do so).

Not only that, these bank executives have received TRILLIONS of taxpayer money from TARP (the Troubled Asset Relief Program) to pretty much do as they see fit. You know, buy up smaller banks, buy executive jets, go to the Bahamas for exotic retreats and other wonderful ways to spend the handouts from our government.

This got me mad.

But most frustrating of all, I discovered that as a homeowner, my choices were very limited.

Firstly, even if I took the time to learn about this fraud, so what? How does this have to do with me saving my houses from foreclosure? I am not a lawyer. I am too poor to afford one, and even if I had $25,000 to retain one, there was no assurance of success. (Access to the law is no longer affordable to the common man).

Secondly, I don’t know enough about the law to put up a viable defense. I’m just your average computer geek. I don’t know anything about the law. I don’t have the time or the mental energy to learn to be a lawyer to put up a defense.

Thirdly, there was very limited information available for homeowners to learn about this stuff. Even if one has the time, it would take a full time occupation to figure all this stuff out at the best of times (ie. When one is not suffering from crippling depression when one’s world is falling apart).

Fourthly, very few attorneys even know about this stuff. There wasn’t really anyone I could go to to learn this information.

The odds were just stacked against me.

Faced with insurmountable adversity, I was faced with a decision: To give up or to go down fighting.

My father told me a story about how Japan won so many battles in Asia (they took over almost all of Asia before America dropped the bombs). He said that unlike other armies, the Japanese doctrine was “death before dishonor”. The concept of surrender or retreat was the lowest of shame for a Japanese soldier. When they landed their troops into a battle, the Japanese would tell their soldiers that the only way they would go home was to either win, or return in a body bag. There was no retreat. As a result, the Japanese soldiers fought like their lives depended on it, because it literally was.

For me, this was the doctrine in which I lived my life. I either succeed in what I do or I die trying. As Master Yoda said in “The Empire Strikes Back”, “do or do not, there is a try.”

So, study I did.

I committed to doing whatever it takes to put up a fight and win.

I started to challenge the bank using the processes outlined in this book, and to cut a long story short, I managed to compel the bank to issue a Rescission of the Notice of Default on my property.

Essentially, this means that the bank can not foreclose on my house and it is currently in limbo.

As of the time of writing, I am in the process of filing a civil action called a “Quiet Title Action” to remove the lien on the house. You can read more about the progress of this on my website at

As I learned more about this subject, it occurred to me that millions of other people around the world were going through the same problems I was going through. The biggest issue faced by distressed homeowners was that there was no easy to understand, easy to follow materials available to the average homeowner to put up a fight against lender fraud.

With this in mind, I put together a blog online to help homeowners. All the sudden, my site got bombarded with so many people wanting to know more about what I’ve discovered. Everyone started to ask me questions; everyone wanted me to help them with their situation.

I quickly realized there were a number of problems with this situation.

1) I barely have enough headspace to deal with my own problems, let alone other people’s.

2) If I answered people’s questions openly, the BAR Association would love to put a stop to this by accusing me of “practicing law”. (Competition is bad for business after all.)

3) Helping people takes time, and everyone’s situation was different. I only have a limited amount of time in the day. I barely had time to pee, let alone help other people.

4) Helping people for free full time means I cannot spend that time to make a living for myself. It is a full time job just to keep up with all the research and reading to understand the strategies of foreclosure defense.

With these problems in mind, I decided to write this book. My goal is to give homeowners an easy to understand resource so that you can quickly grasp how the fraud is being perpetrated. Once they understand the fraud, to then teach them how to articulate a viable defense. I’ve written this book so that anyone can put together a viable strategy to defend their home from lender fraud and so they can keep their home for as long as possible.

Unlike other books, this book is written in a conversational tone using lots of stories and analogies so everyone can understand. I believe that often “less is more” when it comes to information. While other books are hundreds of pages long, this book by comparison is rather small. Too much information leads to overwhelm and “paralysis by analysis”. My goal is to make this handbook be a practical guide with real practical steps you can do right now to save your home, yet be easy enough to digest in one evening’s reading.

Please keep in mind, this whole scheme was created by the brightest minds in the banking industry. This is something banks don’t want the public to know. They have gone to great lengths to make sure people like you don’t know about their schemes. Court cases have been settled with conditions of a gag order are being done on a regular basis. In one instance, an expert witness I’ve interviewed have had his life threatened by banksters for the information he knows.

The information presented in this book is highly controversial. I truly believe that I am writing this book at great risk to my own personal safety. Thanks to the power of the Internet, my hope is that once this book is in the hands of enough people, that the banks will not feel the need to “silence me”.

I’ve always been inspired by the story of Jesus. In particular, his bravery for doing what’s right in the face of overwhelming adversity. Jesus was arrested for talking against the rabbis and was condemned to death. His jailer knew that Jesus was a good man and did not want to see him dead. The jailer deliberately left Jesus’ jail door open and made arrangements for Jesus to easily escape. Instead of running away, Jesus stayed in his cell and ended up dying on the Cross.

This is true bravery.

While I don’t want to be a martyr, I do feel strongly about helping homeowners despite the dangers to myself.

Group sees spike in subprime mortgage foreclosures

Nearly a fifth of consumers with bad credit who borrowed money to buy a house in the past two years will default on their mortgages and lose their homes, an industry survey projects.

A study released this week by the Center for Responsible Lending found subprime mortgage loans -- or loans to consumers with blemished or limited credit histories -- have become riskier due to a cooling housing market and relaxed lending standards.

CRL, a nonprofit research organization that fights predatory lending practices, predicted lenders will foreclose on 19% of the subprime mortgage loans issued in 2005 and the first three quarters of 2006.

Subprime mortgage lenders have little incentive to ensure the creditworthiness of borrowers, CRL said. Lenders pool home loans and sell them as mortgage-backed bonds, placing the risk of default with investors in the secondary market. Therefore, lenders' only incentive is to issue as many loans as possible.

Lenders accomplished this during the housing run-up by offering exotic mortgages with structures attractive to borrowers with bad credit, such as loans in which high payments don't kick in until a few years after the loan.

As housing prices skyrocketed over the past few years, many consumers borrowed beyond their means to buy a home. Lenders issued more than $900 billion in subprime mortgage loans during 2005 and the first three quarters of 2006, comprising a fourth of the mortgage market, according to the CRL.

When housing prices rise, borrowers having trouble with their mortgage payments can borrow against the value of their home to pay off the loan. As prices fall, distressed borrowers will no longer be able to refinance or sell their homes to avoid foreclosure, CRL said.

You know, part of me wishes that the sub-prime lending industry would be completely wiped out. On the other hand, $900 billion in (predatory) loans puts a lot of FRN's into circulation.

For those of us who had lost/surrendered our home, I hope we can one day have another home with a more conventional loan. I know if I can't go with a conventional loan, I'm not buying a house.

I knew there were a lot of "funny money" mortgages out there. But I had no idea nearly 25% of all mortgages issued in the last couple of years were these "interest only" or teaser rate loans. UNREAL.

We visited with family we haven't seen in years over the Holidays. Our family knows we filed. Some of what we went thru. I told my SIL I think we're just the beginning of a wave to come. When all these interest only loans start kicking in, a whole bunch of chickens are gonna come home to roost.

We always had conventional loans. The only irregularity about the refi we did several years ago was the Super Sized, inflated appraisal we got.

During the whole Foreclosure process, our Lender kept saying, "Depending on your Investor. Depending on your Investor." I even asked who our investor was, but they never would give me a straight answer.

Now that it's all said and done, in working on our Credit Reports, I find out our Investor was Fannie Mae!!

Foreclosure is the legal proceeding in which a bank or other secured creditor sells or repossesses a parcel of real property (immovable property) due to the owner's failure to comply with an agreement between the lender and borrower called a "mortgage" or "deed of trust". Commonly, the violation of the mortgage is a default in payment of a promissory note, secured by a lien on the property. When the process is complete, it is typically said that "the lender has foreclosed its mortgage or lien."

In the United States, there are two sorts of foreclosure in most common law states. Using a "deed in lieu of foreclosure," the bank claims the title and possession of the property back in full satisfaction of a debt, usually on contract. In the proceeding simply known as foreclosure (or, perhaps, distinguished as "judicial foreclosure"), the property is exposed to auction by the county sheriff or some other officer of the court. Many states require this latter sort of proceeding in some or all cases of foreclosure, in order to protect any equity the debtor may have in the property, in case the value of the debt being foreclosed on is substantially less than the market value of the immovable property (this also discourages strategic foreclosure). In this foreclosure, the sheriff then issues a deed to the winning bidder at auction. Banks and other institutional lenders typically bid in the amount of the owed debt at the sale, and if no other buyers step forward the lender receives title to the immovable property in return.

Other states have adopted non-judicial foreclosure procedures, in which the mortgagee, or more commonly the mortgagee's attorney or designated agent, gives the debtor a notice of default and the mortgagee's intent to sell the immovable property in a form prescribed by state statute. This type of foreclosure is commonly referred to as "statutory" or "non-judicial" foreclosure, as opposed to "judicial". With this "power-of-sale" type of foreclosure, if the debtor fails to cure the default, or use other lawful means (such as filing for bankruptcy which provides a temporary automatic stay to the foreclosure proceeding) to stop the sale, the mortgagee or its representative will conduct a public auction in a similar manner as the sheriff's auction described above. The highest bidder at the auction becomes the owner of the immovable property free and clear of any interest of the former owner but the property may be encumbered by any liens superior to the mortgage being foreclosed (e.g. a senior mortgage, unpaid property taxes etc). Further legal action, such as an eviction may be necessary to obtain possession of the premises.

"Strict foreclosure" is an equitable right available in some states. The strict foreclosure period arises after the foreclosure sale has taken place and is available to the foreclosure sale purchaser. The foreclosure sale purchaser must petition a court for a decree that will cut off any junior lienholder's rights to redeem the senior debt. If the junior lienholder fails to do so within the judicially established time frame, his lien is cancelled and the purchaser's title is cleared. This effect is the same as the strict foreclosure that occurred at common law in England's courts of equity as a response to the development of the equity of redemption.

In most jurisdictions it is customary for the foreclosing lender to obtain a title search of the immovable property and to notify all other persons who may have liens on the property, whether by judgment, by contract, or by statute or other law, so that they may appear and assert their interest in the foreclosure litigation. In all US jurisdictions a lender who conducts a foreclosure sale of immovable property which is the subject of a federal tax lien must give 25 days' notice of the sale to the Internal Revenue Service: failure to give notice to the IRS will result in the lien remaining attached to the immovable property after the sale. Therefore, it is imperative that the lender obtain a search of the local Federal Tax Liens so that if the persons or companies involved in the foreclosure have a federal tax lien filed against them, the proper notice to the IRS will be given. A Deed in lieu of foreclosure is a deed instrument in which a mortgagor (i.e., the borrower) conveys all interest in a real property to the mortgagee (i.e., the lender) to satisfy a loan that is in default and avoid foreclosure proceedings.

The deed in lieu of foreclosure offers several advantages to both the borrower and the lender. The principal advantage to the borrower is that it immediately releases him from most or all of the personal indebtedness associated with the defaulted loan. The borrower also avoids the public notoriety of a foreclosure proceeding and may receive more generous terms than he would in a formal foreclosure. Advantages to a lender include a reduction in the time and cost of a repossession, and additional advantages if the borrower subsequently files for bankruptcy.

In order to be considered a deed in lieu of foreclosure, the indebtedness must be secured by the real estate being transferred. Both sides must enter into the transaction voluntary and in good faith. The settlement agreement must have total consideration that is at least equal to the fair market value of the property being conveyed. Generally, the lender will not proceed with a deed in lieu of foreclosure if the current fair market value of the property exceeds the outstanding indebtedness of the borrower.

Because of the requirement that the instrument be voluntary, lenders will often not act upon a deed in lieu of foreclosure unless they receive a written offer of such a conveyance from the borrower that specifically states that the offer to enter into negotiations is being made voluntarily. This will enact the parol evidence rule and protect the lender from a possible subsequent claim that the lender acted in bad faith or pressured the borrower into the settlement. Both sides may then proceed with settlement negotiations.

Neither the borrower nor the lender is obliged to proceed with the deed in lieu of foreclosure until a final agreement is reached.

While a good deal of this information may apply to all homeowners in danger of losing their homes, not all of the foreclosure avoidance tools mentioned may be available to you if you have a VA or conventional loan. Q: What Happens When I Miss My Mortgage Payments?
Foreclosure may occur. This is the legal means that your lender can use to repossess (take over) your home. When this happens, you must move out of your house. If your property is worth less than the total amount you owe on your mortgage loan, a deficiency judgment could be pursued. If that happens, you not only lose your home, you also would owe HUD an additional amount.

Both foreclosures and deficiency judgments could seriously affect your ability to qualify for credit in the future. So you should avoid foreclosure if possible.

Q: What Should I Do?
DO NOT IGNORE THE LETTERS FROM YOUR LENDER. If you are having problems making your payments, call or write to your lender's Loss Mitigation Department without delay. Explain your situation. Be prepared to provide them with financial information, such as your monthly income and expenses. Without this information, they may not be able to help.
Stay in your home for now. You may not qualify for assistance if you abandon your property.
Contact a HUD-approved housing counseling agency. Call (800) 569-4287 or TDD (800) 877-8339 for the housing counseling agency nearest you. These agencies are valuable resources. They frequently have information on services and programs offered by Government agencies as well as private and community organizations that could help you. The housing counseling agency may also offer credit counseling. These services are usually free of charge.

Q: What Are My Alternatives?
You may be considered for the following:

Special Forbearance. Your lender may be able to arrange a repayment plan based on your financial situation and may even provide for a temporary reduction or suspension of your payments. You may qualify for this if you have recently experienced a reduction in income or an increase in living expenses. You must furnish information to your lender to show that you would be able to meet the requirements of the new payment plan.

Mortgage Modification. You may be able to refinance the debt and/or extend the term of your mortgage loan. This may help you catch up by reducing the monthly payments to a more affordable level. You may qualify if you have recovered from a financial problem and can afford the new payment amount.

Partial Claim. Your lender may be able to work with you to obtain a one-time payment from the FHA-Insurance fund to bring your mortgage current.

You may qualify if:
your loan is at least 4 months delinquent but no more than 12 months delinquent;
you are able to begin making full mortgage payments.

When your lender files a Partial Claim, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development will pay your lender the amount necessary to bring your mortgage current. You must execute a Promissory Note, and a Lien will be placed on your property until the Promissory Note is paid in full.

The Promissory Note is interest-free and is due when you pay off the first mortgage or when you sell the property.

Pre-foreclosure sale. This will allow you to avoid foreclosure by selling your property for an amount less than the amount necessary to pay off your mortgage loan.

You may qualify if:
the loan is at least 2 months delinquent;
you are able to sell your house within 3 to 5 months; and
a new appraisal (that your lender will obtain) shows that the value of your home meets HUD program guidelines.

Deed-in-lieu of foreclosure. As a last resort, you may be able to voluntarily "give back" your property to the lender. This won't save your house, but it is not as damaging to your credit rating as a foreclosure.

You may qualify if:
you are in default and don't qualify for any of the other options;
your attempts at selling the house before foreclosure were unsuccessful; and
you don't have another FHA mortgage in default.
Q: How Do I Know if I Qualify for Any of These Alternatives?
Your lender will determine if you qualify for any of the alternatives. A housing counseling agency can also help you determine which, if any, of these options may meet your needs and also assist you in interacting with your lender. Call (800) 569-4287 or TDD (800) 877-8339.

Q: Should I Be Aware of Anything Else?
Yes. Beware of scams! Solutions that sound too simple or too good to be true usually are. If you're selling your home without professional guidance, beware of buyers who try to rush you through the process. Unfortunately, there are people who may try to take advantage of your financial difficulty. Be especially alert to the following:

Equity skimming. In this type of scam, a "buyer" approaches you, offering to get you out of financial trouble by promising to pay off your mortgage or give you a sum of money when the property is sold. The "buyer" may suggest that you move out quickly and deed the property to him or her. The "buyer" then collects rent for a time, does not make any mortgage payments, and allows the lender to foreclose. Remember, signing over your deed to someone else does not necessarily relieve you of your obligation on your loan.

Phony counseling agencies. Some groups calling themselves "counseling agencies" may approach you and offer to perform certain services for a fee. These could well be services you could do for yourself for free, such as negotiating a new payment plan with your lender, or pursuing a pre-foreclosure sale. If you have any doubt about paying for such services, call a HUD-approved housing counseling agency at (800) 569-4287 or TDD (800) 877-8339. Do this before you pay anyone or sign anything.
Q: Are There Any Precautions I Can Take?
Here are several precautions that should help you avoid being "taken" by a scam artist:

Don't sign any papers you don't fully understand.
Make sure you get all "promises" in writing.
Beware of any contract of sale of loan assumption where you are not formally released from liability for your mortgage debt.
Check with a lawyer or your mortgage company before entering into any deal involving your home.
If you're selling the house yourself to avoid foreclosure, check to see if there are any complaints against the prospective buyer. You can contact your state's Attorney General, the State Real Estate Commission, or the local District Attorney's Consumer Fraud Unit for this type of information.
Q: What Are the Main Points I Should Remember?

Steps You Can Take to Avoid Foreclosure and Save Your Home
A loss of a job, medical expenses and other life-altering occurrences can happen to anyone, causing us to fall behind in our loan payments. If we neglect paying our credit cards it hurts our credit rating, but if we stop paying our home loan the situation is even worse, because the lender can foreclose, taking ownership the home.

Don't Be Embarrassed
You must put your pride on hold if you're truly serious about stopping the foreclosure process. Lenders do not want to foreclose, and will usually work with you to get you back on track.

Rule #1: Contact your lender as soon as you know your payments will be late.

Rule #2: Never ignore the lender's letters or phone calls. Ignoring the problem won't make it go away.

Rule #3: Never assume your situation is hopeless.

Solutions for Temporary Problems
Reinstatement might be possible when you are behind in your payments but can promise a lump sum to bring payments current by a specific date.

In forbearance, you are allowed to delay payments for a short period, with the understanding that another option will be used afterwards to bring the account current.

Stop Foreclosure
Lenders sometimes combine Forbearance with Reinstatement if you know you'll have the funds to bring your account current by a specific date.

A Repayment Plan
If your account is past due, but you can now make payments, the lender might agree to let you catch up by adding a portion of the past due amount to a certain number of monthly payments until your account is current.

Solutions for Longer-Term Problems
Mortgage Modification
If you can make your regular payment now, but cannot catch-up the past due amount, the lender might agree to modify your mortgage. One solution is to add the past due amount into your existing loan, financing it over a long term.

Modification might also be possible if you no longer have the ability to make payments at the former level. The lender can modify your mortgage to extend the length of your loan (or take other steps to reduce your payments).

Selling Your Home
If catching up is not a possibility, the lender might agree to put foreclosure on hold to give you some time to attempt to sell your home.

Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure
When the lender allows you to give-back your property--and forgives the debt. It does have a negative impact on your credit record, but not as much as a foreclosure.

The lender might require that you attempt to sell the house for a specific time period before agreeing to this option, and it might not be possible if there are other liens against the home.

For FHA Loans
The lender might be able to help you receive a one-time payment from the FHA Insurance fund. Your loan must be at least 4 months but no more than 12 months past due and you must show you are able to begin making full mortgage payments.

You must sign a promissory note which allows HUD to place a lien on your property for the amount received from the fund.
The note is interest free, but must eventually be repaid.
The note becomes due when you pay off the loan or when you sell the property.

For VA Loans
VA VA Regional Loan Centers offer financial counseling that's designed to help you avoid foreclosure. Call 1-800-827-1000 and ask for the phone number of the Loan Service Representative in your area.

Contact a HUD-Approved Counselor

If you don't want to talk with your lender first, contact a HUD-approved counseling agency. A counselor can help you determine which options might be available to you and negotiate with your lender to work out a repayment program. You can find an approved agency on the Web.

Put the Process in Motion
Your lender won't automatically put you into a program to bring your loan up-to-date. You must put the plan into motion and provide the lender with the documentation they require to analyze your financial situation.

Although lenders do not want to foreclose if it can be avoided, they do want to make sure you can follow-through on any promises you make to bring your account current.

Be prepared to share all details about your financial situation with your lender.

An explanation of your current financial circumstances.

Details about your current income.

A list of your household expenses.

10 things NOT to do if you want to stop foreclosure on your home

After working as an attorney saving people from foreclosure, it became clear that if more people knew how to stop a foreclosure and took the proper steps earlier, far fewer people would lose their home. I have outlined ten things not to do if you want to stop your home�s foreclosure in the order that they should be addressed in the foreclosure process. Some start before trouble appears on the horizon and some can occur just before the foreclosure auction. I hope this article helps stop your foreclosure before it starts and if not that it helps stop you from losing your home to a foreclosure that could have been prevented.

1. Do NOT fail to accrue savings for an emergency.Many wants and needs face each of us each day. Every dollar we earn seems to have its path determined before it comes to our hand. This often results in people putting aside little or no savings for a rainy day. Yet, rainy days do happen, that fact we know. I would love to see homeowners with six months of mortgage payments in savings. As a minimum people should have one to three months of mortgage payments as a reserve to help stop a foreclosure.

2. Do NOT get caught without a Home Equity Line of Credit in place.If something comes up forcing you to stop a foreclosure you will need money fast but the options may be gone by then. At least 90% of foreclosures could be prevented or delayed if home equity lines of credit were previously activated. Setting up an equity credit line can often be done for no cost and can lock in rates as low as 4%. In most cases you pay nothing each month if you do not access the line. No one ever expects sudden health problems, loss of a job or emergency requiring funds fast. By definition, these unforeseen events might prevent obtaining a loan once they occur. By setting up a home equity credit line before you ever miss a mortgage payment, you will have money when you really need it. No reason to fill out an application again, just write yourself a check. When things get back in order, pay back the line and then use it again the next time. Just be careful not to use the line for frivolous purposes and you will love your home equity credit line - especially if you never have to use it.

3. Do NOT miss a mortgage payment.This may seem like a �no-brainer�, but every foreclosure traces its origin to missing one mortgage payment. Keep these things in mind here:

Skipping a mortgage payment ranks as a far more serious issue than missing a utility or credit card payment. Consider not spending on non-essentials, ignoring a different bill or using savings before letting a mortgage obligation pass.

Once you have missed a mortgage payment you have started down a slippery slope and missing a second, third or forth payment becomes easier from a psychological point of view.

Once you have missed a mortgage payment, your credit suffers an immediate blow, which may stop you from getting the loan you need to save your house. While some foreclosure prevention loans remain options deep into the foreclosure process, how much you can borrow decreases with each corresponding decrease in your credit score. Often the difference between what you could have taken as proceeds from a foreclosure prevention loan or refinance before you miss your first mortgage payment and the loan available after missing several payments means the difference between keeping or losing your home.

4. Do NOT fail to ask for help.Some say, �A friend in need is a friend indeed� but when it comes to trying to stop a foreclosure pride must take a back seat. Fear, shame and embarrassment just touch the edge of the deep emotions that affect someone losing their home to foreclosure. The last thing someone in foreclosure wants to do is admit to a parent or sibling that they have gotten into such trouble. Yet no one other than a parent, sibling or close friend would stand by your side and help you through an experience as difficult as a foreclosure. Remember these items:

People will learn of your situation when it hits the papers or when you have to move out of the house, wouldn�t you rather they heard the news from you first?

Most people whom you care about will be more understanding than you expect and will not try to make you feel like a failure.

You may be surprised at what kind of help will be offered and the difference it can make in saving your home from foreclosure and making you feel better about the whole situation.

5. Do NOT ignore the lender.Somehow getting behind on a mortgage comes with a built in belief that phoning your lender constitutes a sin or that a call to a lender will result in their ripping your head off right through the chord. In truth, most lenders appreciate knowing why you are having trouble and like updates on how things are going, especially when your problems have justified reasons like heath issues or the loss of a job. Treat letters from your lender as wake up call from a concerned neighbor rather than a threat from a bully. Remember � banks want to help get you back on track, they want their payments not your house. If you do not think you can talk to them yourself about a plan there are professional foreclosure negotiators who can help if you have fallen behind.

6. Do NOT deny you have a problem.The technique most commonly employed to deal with a foreclosure or financial crisis remains the �ostrich� method of ignoring the problem. A related option involves reacting to the issues by losing hope and giving up. Following these paths will surely lead to never stopping the house foreclosure. From the time one evens thinks a payment will be late only a limited amount of time exists until the foreclosure auction and with each passing day more options become unavailable. 7. Do NOT think you have no options, Do NOT fail to take advantage of them.You may believe, or your lender may lead you to believe, that you must pay them in full or lose your home to foreclosure. In fact, many options exist which will allow you to keep your house and stop the foreclosure proceeding without paying all of your arrearage at once. Some choices may even reduce what you owe on your property by tens of thousands of dollars. Almost everyone has some options and the sooner you act the more options you have. As the foreclosure date gets closer, options continue to become unavailable until by the foreclosure date only payment in full or a bankruptcy filing remain. 8. Do NOT spend what money you have on other bills.After missing mortgage payments for 3 or 4 months a mortgage company may �call� or �accelerate� the home loan. Once this happens they no longer take a single monthly payment, instead insisting all back payments be made at once. While other options short of paying all arrearage may be negotiated, the biggest mistake people make at this time involves allocation of what little cash they do have. It almost seems natural since the mortgage company says they do not want your money, and the second mortgage company, credit cards and others call everyday demanding money, the proper thing to do it pay the others. If there are ten people calling, making nine happy means fewer calls for you and less headaches in the short run. In the bigger picture this represents a critical mistake. At some point you will need those funds to save the house. Many methods exist to stop a foreclosure but they will all require money. Ask yourself this, �Would you rather lose your credit cards or loose your house?� If you want to keep the house and you cannot pay what they want just save what you can, you will likely need it for whatever steps you might take to save your home. 9. Do NOT stop making payments.You�ve missed a mortgage payment. Now comes the second month and you get a bill for two payments. Part way thought the month you have the money for one payment, but the bill says you owe two so you do nothing. Think carefully before you fall into this trap. There will come a time when the bank will demand you pay all you owe them and they will take no less. Until the bank refuses to take your money consider making what payments you can. This will show the bank you intend to pay them and show them efforts are being made. More importantly if over four months you made only two payments you may be only 60 days behind, while that may not make the bank happy, it may not meet their criteria to start a foreclosure. Keeping in touch with the bank and making some payments can delay the start of foreclosure many months. Hopefully during that extra time you can solve the underlying problems and avoid ever having a foreclosure. On the other hand, if you have no hope of ever keeping the house anything you pay to stay longer should be viewed more like rent, which may or may not make sense depending on your personal circumstances.

10. Do NOT miss bankruptcy filing deadlines.Proper filing of a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy always stops a foreclosure in its tracks. When a Chapter 13 plan to pay back creditors meets approval from the court and the debtor pays all the payments under the plan the foreclosure never starts up again. Failure to make payments gives the creditor the option of restarting the foreclosure when it left off before the Chapter 13.

Points to remember:
You must file on time; failure to meet a filing deadline could result in loosing your home.
You must make all payments required under the plan; otherwise creditor can start the foreclosure back up.

How to Stop a Home Foreclosure Auction

The key to stopping foreclosure starts with the timing of the initial debtor action. It may seem like a ridiculous thing to even mention, but the most common cause of losing your home results from waiting too long to respond to a foreclosure notice or not reacting at all. Contrary to popular belief, there are dozens of ways to save a house from foreclosure.

When starting from prior to missing a mortgage payment all methods in this article may potentially save the home. As the foreclosure auction date comes closer, options continually become unavailable until only a bankruptcy remains. Below you will find many of the most common methods to avoid foreclosure. Most ways to stop a foreclosure come up as subcategories of these main groups:

Foreclosure WorkoutsLet�s broadly define a foreclosure workout as any arrangement negotiated with a creditor outside of the original terms of the loan. This method allows all parties to make the most of a bad situation and therefore it�s favored over the other options when possible. A foreclosure workout on property may take one of the following forms:

Short pay or Short refinance.
In most situations people accomplish this through a refinance of the property facing foreclosure. Example: The debtor owes $100,000 on their mortgage with another $15,000 in arrearage and legal fees. Someone negotiates for the loan to be settled for $80,000 and arranges a new loan for $85,000 to cover paying off the original bank and all associated transaction fees. The debtor has now avoided the foreclosure and eliminated $30,000 of debt. Sometimes a friend, relative or investor buys or pays off the mortgage from the creditor. Another way to make this work may be to negotiate as outlined here but instead of finding a foreclosure loan to cover both the settlement and the legal fees find the best loan you can and have friends or family make up the difference. at a discount

Modify the existing mortgage.
In simple terms, the creditor, usually a bank, agrees to change the terms of the loan. Most often the changes are temporary. Reducing the interest rate, principal portions of payments, or extending the amortization in an effort to reduce overall payment obligations, remain the changes most acceptable to creditors. Unless the delinquency remains small with a loan at a local bank or the debtor has a nasty hardship under a government program this can be a tough plan to get through the creditor�s guidelines. Often a professional foreclosure negotiator can get these plans approved even when the debtor cannot.

Repayment plan.
Easy to understand, easy for creditor acceptance. The debtor pays a portion of the arrearage and agrees to pay the rest in addition to the regular payment over a period of months. With proof of the income and the proper down payment, most lenders will accept this type of plan all day. Expect half of the arrearage plus its legal fees get paid up front with a promise to pay the rest of the arrearage in addition to the regular payment within six months. Plans with less down and paid over a longer period of time can be negotiated by loss mitigation professionals.

Deed in lieu of foreclosure.
Here the debtor gives the property back to the creditor usually in exchange for their forgiveness of potential deficiencies. Do not think this happens with some negotiation by you or a foreclosure professional. Even if you give the house back or the bank takes it at a foreclosure auction you may will owe the deficiency. This amount will be the difference between what the house sold for at the foreclosure sale and what you owe including the legal fees. While the deficiency can be settled without paying any of it, this must be agreed to and certainly does not happen automatically in most states.

Short Sale.
The property sells to a third party; the creditor accepts this price as full settlement of the debt if it is negotiated that way. Beware of the bank attempting to take a short sale and ask for a deficiency too. In cases where the owners being foreclosed on have many other assets there may be no way out of the foreclosure deficiency.

Friendly Foreclosure.
The creditor or a friendly third party that has bought the mortgage sells the property at foreclosure to clean the title of other lien holders. Later the property sells back to the debtor or another predetermined entity.

Repurchase after foreclosure.
Just as it says, buy back a foreclosed property after the auction.

In exchange for money or the debtor taking some other action (perhaps listing the property with a realtor or making repairs) the creditor agrees to temporarily cease legal actions.

I made up this term for a situation I sometimes see; it�s really a form of forbearance. A property owner, most times with investment property, cannot pay the mortgage. The bank does not want to take title to the property, probably because of environmental, management or other liabilities. The property owner keeps title and �baby-sits� the property until one party or the other can execute another option.

BankruptcyFiling for Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy protection sometimes paves the best path for debtors to retain their houses and deal with their creditors. Advantages of bankruptcy include the debtor�s ability to stop foreclosure without creditor acceptance and encompassing more than just the mortgage debt with a single action. If bankruptcy emerges as our first recommendation, your personal circumstances must be well suited for this option. In most cases bankruptcy comes as a last resort. While you may file bankruptcy on your own, you will almost always be better served to hire a qualified, experienced bankruptcy attorney.

In Chapter 7 all nonexempt assets are turned over to the bankruptcy trustee and debts discharged. Exemptions vary by state. In most cases the debtors possess so few assets that they may keep everything and have all of their debts wiped out completely. If a chapter 7 will not yield this result it may not be the best option. In Chapter 13 a plan outlines how the debtor will pay creditors over a three to five year period. Only a Chapter 13 can stop a creditor from foreclosing on a delinquent debtor over a period of years. Under a chapter 13 the court retains the right to scrutinize finances of the debtor for the life of the reorganization plan. Full Payoff RefinanceBorrow enough money on a new mortgage to pay off the balance on the old mortgage including arrearage and legal fees. This happens more often then one might guess. If the debtor has enough equity in the house, bad credit will not stop them from getting a new loan.
Full Re-instatementIt doesn�t get easier than this, find out how much arrearage is owed and pay it in full. If a debtor could do this they probably wouldn�t be reading this, but just in case, know it exists as an option. In fact, most state laws grant the home owner the absolute right to re-instate before the foreclosure and require that the bank accept the full re-instatement and stop the foreclosure. Unless a creditor gives a debtor a hard time, they should not need outside help on this option.

Give Up the PropertyToo often people refuse to examine this as an option. The problem may be that the homeowner cannot afford to stay where they are. If the debtor will not be able to keep the house in the long run it may not be advisable to throw a lot of money into a futile effort to save it from foreclosure just for the short run. Any cash available may serve them better if put towards a new place to live. If you owe more than the house is worth, look at a deed in lieu of foreclosure as described above.

Terms can be negotiated with the creditor for debtors to stay in the house as long as possible before moving. Where debtors have equity in the house, try to arrange preserving it by selling it prior to foreclosure. In some cases other equity preservation strategies may be used when foreclosure cannot be avoided.

We Stand For NO SYSTEM

Kindom (Do No Harm Communities) is the dream for freedom, but it is the dream for the freedom of those around us who also live the dream of freedom, because it is in living for the freedom of others that we get our freedom. When we live for the dreams of Kindom of those around us, we live life as a gift because we live for (dedicate our lives to) their dream of freedom, truth, peace, joy, abundance, etc, just as they live for our Kindom dreams too. This is true co-creation (cooperation) with no attack on the uniqueness of each of us. When we live this way, we have no need for any man-made system - everything/everyone has already been taken care of by our love for life.

Just as we do not have to jump 10 feet across the room to grab our next breath, neither do we have to worry about food, water and shelter because it has all been taken care of as we each co-create Kindoms/Kin-Domains for everyone. Now everybody and everything of the dream of life that is Kindom/Paradise is free (has been set free once again). The issue is greed and selfishness, power and control trips, arrogance, ignorance, being fed many many lies and being traumatised. The issue is not overpopulation - there is more than enough land available for every family to have a hectare (2.5 acres Kin-Domain) to care for. The land of Australia can provide a Kin-Domain for every family across Earth, each with a food forest, clean fresh drinking water and plenty of space for building natural do no harm habitats and with plenty of land left over.

Everyone must have the freedom to take full-responsibility for their lives, for the water they drink, the food they eat and for their shelter. Currently, "The System" forces everyone to give up taking full-responsibility so that we become grown up children accustomed to sucking on the nipples of "The System" corporations for everything, having to use money to get by and to follow the rules of money because we are not co-creating freedom, peace, truth, joy and abundance for each other. Money only leads to haves and have nots and all the abuse, manipulation and distractions that we are subjected to as slaves to money.

When we give up living for other's Kindom dreams, we start creating hell ("The System") all around us because we become self-centred - now it's all about "my freedom","my money", "my land", "my belief", "my saviour", "mine", "mine","mine", "i","i", "i", "own", "own", "own", etc. To protect what we claim we own requires a man-made system with FORCE to protect those self-centred claims. This is ALL trauma based and all story-telling (brainwashing/braindirtying).

Our true freedom comes when we set our thoughts of freedom into motion so that we live freedom rather than just talking and thinking about it while we still slave for "The System". Kindom will not happen while we meditate for hours in the bush or do yoga retreats or wait for Jesus or follow the processes of the OPPT (One People's Public Trust now called One People). This is not freedom because we are not living freedom because we are living the story-telling of Jesus or Zeitgeist or The Secret or Thrive or One Earth/Consciousness/People.

Living Kindom is very, very hard work as we set about repairing the damage to MAN/Earth/Nature that we are ALL responsible for but the burden becomes lighter the more of us put our life-energy into the dream of returning Earth to Paradise. Day-after-day, we all have to work our arses off until Kindom is all around us (MAN) once again. This is the price we pay to set each other free on a piece of land (Kin-Domain), so that no one is under the image-power (education/brainwashing/story-telling) of another MAN anymore and so that everyone can have their space of love to create and live their unique, do no harm dreams. This only happens once we have the Kindoms set up so that everyone is provided for.

Once we re-create the food forests, whether on land or in the suburbs, we can re-claim our freedom, breaking the strangle-hold of "The System" because we are no longer reliant on its services and benefits and no longer turning each other into slaves of "The System", cogs in the wheels of "The System" machine. If we don't put the effort in to set everyone and everything free all around us then we still live in HELL ("The System"). The key is to live for everyone else's freedom so that we can have it too.

Peaceful Transition Through Sacrifice And Service

We feel there is an essential peaceful do no harm transition required to get all of MAN back to standing on MANS feet without reliance upon another MAN for water, food, shelter. As it stands everyone in "The System" are highly dependent and reliant on the "group mind-set" that forms "The System" of slaves providing services and benefits for the emotionally addicted slaves to "The System" (and you can put us in the same basket too). The transition is to get MAN back to relying ONLY on nature without 3rd party interlopers, intermeddlers, interceders getting in the way. The transition is a team effort with the foresight for setting all of MAN free down-the-line so that MAN is no longer dependent on slaves and masters providing services, benefits, privileges and exclusivity while being bound to contracts, rituals, procedures, conditions, rules & regulations which compromises MAN severely.

This transition is all about shifting from limited liability/responsibility to full liability/responsibility. This full responsibility is all about caring for our health, nature all around us, clean uncorrupted (pure) water and food, partner/co-creator, children, shelter, animal-friends in partnership, etc. In "The System", we are already together destroying each other - we have to come together to create peace together so that we can all have peace. We cannot live peacefully when we are islands, not taking full responsibility for the lives of those around us until EVERYONE can take full responsibility for their life, which means that EVERYONE is healed of system trauma. In "The System", we all come together to make slaves of each other - now is the moment to come together to set each other free, to live for each other's freedom, peace, joy and abundance. Once we have set each other free, we are free.

We are turning the Love for Life Quick User Guide into a blog of all the main insights of our work since March 2005, whether through articles, videos, podcasts or discussions/debates.

As we do not have the time to compile everything we have written into a book, as many have suggested we do, compiling all our most important work into one area of the website is a way of providing easy access to this work so those interested are able to fully comprehend the big picture.

We plan to have the videos completed by December 31st 2012. Once this is behind us, our intention is to create a 2 hour or so video covering the body of this work. No Freedom Of Speech - No Freedom Of Thought

Love For Life does not support harm doing in any shape or form. However, we are supporters of free speech and post articles, documentaries, etc, that represent a wide cross section of ideas. See the Love For Life extensive research library where over 6000 documents, articles and videos are posted: We clearly see the evidence of the destruction to MAN and the earth that has been caused by ALL religions over the centuries and are therefore not supporters of religions, cults, sects or any group that demands conformity of thought, speech or action, or has rules, regulations or rituals that must be followed. Religions, nationalities and cultural "identities" are formed as a result of the brainwashing we receive from childhood. They are part of the tactics the Establishment uses to keep us all divided from one another and fighting one another.

All religions promote discrimination and division, leading to hatred and even violence and murder. None of them have yet to produce a remedy to all the suffering, poverty, unhappiness and discrimination in the world. If any religion truly had the remedy to all the suffering on earth, there would no longer be any suffering. What have Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism, Judaism, atheism and the New Age done to end the suffering in the world?

Since December 2006, there have been many attempts to take down the Love For Life website. Any attempts have been thwarted by Love For Life supporters inundating the harm-doers with emails, etc, objecting to them taking down the website for a variety of reasons. The trouble makers usually back off when they realise that they can post all their views, arguments, beliefs, etc, in the Love For Life website without censorship or restriction imposed. They get to see that even the Queen, Pope, Prime Minister, President of America, etc, can post all their views without hindrance or sabotage and that we support freedom of speech/thought which means we support the right of all sides to express their views.

Of note, there is a vast amount of information posted in the Love For Life website which we do not agree with but we leave it all up because we refuse to be biased, opinionated or self-centered/self-serving. Of the many thousands of comments posted over the years we have only removed posts containing secret links to commercial advertisements, terrible foul language, threats of violence and death, etc, and attacks on other people's characters that avoid the subject/debate at hand. Besides links to advertisements, we have taken down less than six comments due to the above. We usually leave everything up, all warts and all, even those posts threatening to do terrible things to Fiona, our children, our dogs, our friends, family & supporters, etc.

The Love For Life website has information from all sides on many subjects, whether about Islam, Judaism, Christianity, Law, health, psychology, mind control, vaccination, aspartame, MSG, Chemtrails etc. There are over 11,000 articles, documentaries etc on the website and they are so diverse that we are sure that everyone would be able to find something they loved and something they hated, if they took the time to search. If we removed all the articles hated by everyone, there would probably be nothing left! We are not anti anyone but freedom of speech is freedom of speech and no one should condemn the work of another without taking the time to research the subject themselves. Yes, there are articles by those who have a less-than-rosy-viewpoint of Judaism, but there are also articles on the dark side of Tibetan Buddhism (and it is very dark) for those who are interested in the truth: Tibet - Buddhism - Dalai Lama: Should the authors of these articles be abused and imprisoned for daring to challenge the widely conceived reputation of Buddhism as being the religion of peace and love and that of the Dalai Lama as a saint, or should those interested be allowed to study the work and come to their own conclusions? The same applies to all the articles, documentaries, etc, about Christianity, Islam, Freemasonry, New World Order, etc.

The Love for Life website also shows how the Rule of Law, the Bar, the Government, the Monarchy, the system of commerce, the local, national and multi/trans-national private corporations, all the courses and careers on offer from our universities, all the educators, scientists, academics and experts, the aristocrats and the Establishment bloodlines have also done NOTHING to end the suffering in the world. The website maps the insanity of a world where there is no help for those in need, just as there was no help available for us when we were victims of terrible bank fraud: "NSW Supreme Court Case - Macquarie Bank/Perpetual Limited vs Fiona Cristian - Victims Of Bank Fraud Condoned By Judges" (orchestrated, condoned and protected by an international crime syndicate/terrorist organisation of judges, barristers, registrars, lawyers, politicians, banksters, big business representatives, media moguls and other lackeys who, all together, put up a wall of silence despite our trying many, many avenues. After the family home was stolen and business destroyed we were left close to poverty and destitution caring for 4 young daughters. Three years later not much has changed regardless of all our efforts. Where were all the followers of all the religions to help us? Or do we have to be members of those religions to receive help from others involved in them?

The New South Wales Jewish Board of Deputies accused us of being anti - Jewish, see: and because we had posted an excerpt from James von Brun's book: Kill the Best Gentiles: in which he blames Jews for the problems of the world. Obviously this is not our view because of what we have stated above. We do not hate anyone, whatever religion they follow. We are always open to talk to any religious leader or politician and meet with any judge, member of the Bar, experts, academics, educators etc to share the remedy we offer that heals all the divisions between MAN and MAN, and MAN and the EARTH.

Today, a representative of the New South Wales Jewish Board of Deputies is threatening to close the website down, because they have decided it is anti - Jewish and that we promote racism. What has the New South Wales Jewish Board of Deputies done to end the suffering in the world? Can they show that they are concerned with the suffering of ALL men, women and children AND ARE SEEN TO BE DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT or are they only concerned with Jewish affairs? If so, they, along with all the other religions that only care for their own, are part of the problem, not part of the solution. The man who rang Arthur today was only concerned with Jewish affairs; he was not interested in our intentions or in anybody else, just as most Christians, Muslims, Sikhs, Catholics, etc, are only interested in their own. While we separate ourselves into groups, dividing ourselves from others with rules, regulations, rituals, procedures and conditions, we will never solve our problems.

No matter what we in the Western World Civilisation of Commerce have been promised by our politicians, religious leaders, scientists, educators, philosophers, etc, for the past two hundred years, all we have seen is ever-increasing destruction of men, women and children and the earth. None of the so-called experts and leaders we have been taught to rely on are coming up with a solution and none of them are taking full-responsibility for the fact that they can't handle the problem. All religious books talk about end times full of destruction and suffering but why do we have to follow this program when there is an alternative to hatred, mayhem and death? Why are our leaders following the program of destruction and death rather than exploring the alternatives? It seems that any mainstream politician, priest or academic are only interested in supporting the RULES OF THE DIVIDE, that maintain the haves and the have nots. For 200+ years, 99% of the world population have been so trained to pass on their responsibility for themselves, others and the earth, that the 1% of the population that make up the leaders of the rest of us are making all the decisions leading to the destruction of all of us and the earth. Let's not forget the education system that brainwashes the 99% of the population that we are free and have equal rights while, in fact, we are feathering the nests of those at the top.

At the root of all our problems is self-centredness, an unwillingness nurtured by the Establishment that keeps us concerned only with our own needs rather than the needs of others around us and the Earth. Instead of creating and releasing acts of love for those around us as gifts to benefit them and the earth, we take, take and take, until there is nothing left. The whole point of the Love for Life website is to show people the root of all our problems and to share the remedy. The extensive research library is there to attract browsers and to provide access to information not available through mainstream channels. If the New South Wales Jewish Board of Deputies can, after careful examination of our work, prove that anything we are saying is wrong, we will be happy to accept their proof. If they cannot, and they are still insistent on closing the website down, they will be showing themselves to be traitors to MAN because they are not interested in pursuing any avenue that can end the suffering in the world.

All religions, corporations and organisations that support and maintain the Western World Civilisation of Commerce are part of the problem because our civilisation is a world of haves and have nots, racism, violence, hatred, poverty, sickness, discrimination, abuse, starvation, homelessness, corruption, collusion, vindictiveness, social unrest, arrogance, ignorance, fear, war and chaos. Clarification Regarding Our Intentions
Behind The Use Of Donations

The Love For Life website is offered for free without a fee and without any conditions attached. If people are inspired to donate money, then we accept their gift and have provided an avenue for them to support the work we do through Fiona's Paypal or ANZ bank account There is no obligation whatsoever to donate and all are equally welcome to our work and to our "time", whether they donate or not. Over the last 9 years, all the Love For Life work has been put out for free and it has often been donations from supporters that have enabled us to renew the domain name, etc, to keep the website going. While some complain that we have an avenue for donations, others complained when we didn't! Either use it or don't - the choice is yours.

Since Love For Life started March 2005 and website December 2006, Arthur has worked 16 hours a day, 7 days a week unpaid for much of this period, putting together the website and sharing insights to wake people up to what has been done to them, whether through the 11,500+ individual articles, videos, podcasts, debates, discussions, pdf's, research documents, etc, found amongst the 8,500+ posts, as well as helping many, many men and women over the phone, and through email, website correspondence, Facebook and YouTube, and creating the Love For Life food forest vege garden and Love For Life music recording studio. This is our life is a gift commitment to serve MAN/Nature/Earth but we are still severely compromised by "The System" and still have to give to Caesar what is claimed to belong to Caesar, which is where the donations help us.
