Dear Admiral Mullen,

We People extend a warm hand of thanks to you and the courageous men and women serving our county under your command. Like you, many of us have served and are fully aware of the difficult job we have keeping our country safe. Sometimes it is difficult to let you know how much we love and appreciate every one of you.

Thank you.

We People also owe our veterans a deep and sincere apology. While the military has remained ever vigilant to the external threats facing our country and our freedom, those remaining at home have allowed the travesty of this current fiscal crisis to take place and We People accept full liability. On our watch professional politicians in federal and state governments have usurped powers to legislate the reduction or elimination of our fundamental liberties held inviolate by our Constitution.

These professional politicians have pledged their allegiance to corporations, banks, insurance organizations, investment companies and foreign unregistered agents whose overt objective is personal gain and unjust enrichments through the corrupt infestation of every aspect of our culture. Additionally they have diminished the entire court system to that of a mere private trading company hell bent on the destruction of our country and our families. The current events of this constructive fraud have become apparent to an oppressed populace who are tired of the complicity of these professional politicians and are organizing for restoration. Ninety-eight percent of these professional politicians in the District of Columbia are attorneys that have been left to their own devices showing their paramount objective is the control and plunder of our assets by voting on unread legislation not intended to mitigate these problems.

We People either out of urgency or neglect have felt helpless watching this democracy legislate absolute ruler-ship over us. This unlawful rule by man has been orchestrated by a small number of people loyal to the Federal Reserve System and its beneficiaries. Of interest and no small matter, the entire Federal Reserve System was never enacted by congress nor approved by the People. As a magician, they have orchestrated international problems designed to embroil and impassion the masses while re-focusing attention away from their usurpations.

It is paramount to remember that lawful Government is bound by the restrictions of our Constitution and has a sole function to serve the People and protect our tree of liberty as declared in our Unanimous Declaration of Independence A. D. 1776, endowed to us by the founders and fertilized by their blood. These professional politicians have forgotten that they serve We People solely at our pleasure and that the master/servant relationship has been misapplied. It is now time for action to correct this pretend government’s insistence that the people are the governed and not the governors. The beneficiaries of our noble action will include future generations of Americans deserving a better life than what is currently in store for them. We People will not allow a few corrupt professional politicians and attorneys to continue their assault on our liberties, our Constitution and our country. We People are fully liable for allowing these usurpations and We People of America will now mitigate these transgressions.

The call to arms is sounded in order for the enjoining of the masses in our fight for America. It is imperative for courageous, honorable and unbiased Judicial Officers in-fact, unencumbered by “titles of nobility,” to hear and render judgments based in Law on the Peoples indictments against those who would boldly usurp America’s Constitution, commit bank fraud, propose and enact deceptive legislation intent on abridging our God given liberties. Supreme Court Justice John Marshal decided in 1824 “that it was particularly necessary to recur” to a certain time when our country was on solid footing. We People NOW demand that usurpers masquerading as public servants disband while We People return our Government to such a time when our public servants subject to their oaths of office, knew the consequence of their misdeeds and corruption.

For cause shown, We People demand that these professional politicians stand down. We People demand that they cease and desist with their fear mongering, propaganda, and intimidation practices. We People will restore our country to the ideals of our Unanimous Declaration of Independence and our venerable Constitution.

We People need the established leadership and infrastructure of our armed forces to intervene in this internal struggle against America’s insidious pretend government, while We People undertake this restoration. It is of great importance during this restoration, that We People know where you stand.

We can only imagine how helpless our forefathers must have felt as evidenced by their band-aid 13th Amendment to our Constitution forbidding those with titles of nobility from holding any office of trust.

On the 10th day of March, A. D. 2009, I sent a sincere letter to you for which I am still awaiting a response. We People will no longer live under tyranny. We People demand justice and compliance to our Unanimous Declaration of Independence A. D. 1776. From our high ground of Truth, Liberty, Authority and Absolute Power, We People see a few options and consider your answer reasonable.

Do you intend to:

- Uphold your oaths to our Republican Form and Style of Governance and protect America from this foreign invading domestic enemy pursuant to UCMJ 99, 132, 134 (research) ?

- Disclose fully your intent to support the IMF, the private bank known as the Federal Reserve System and promote further acts of treason?

- Disclose fully your intent to remain neutral while We People lawfully restore our Republican Form and Style of Governance by removing those oppressive tyrants and prosecute those who continue in the overthrow of American by economic treason and other countless usurpation?

- We People are aware that honorable Men within the Joint Chiefs may be pursuing another lawful solution without our knowledge and that all oaths taken to the Constitution as amended A. D. 1791 including the 13th amendment restricting titles of nobilities, are now in full force and effect.

No bird will fall without our Father noticing and no nation will rise to greatness without His blessings.

With warmest regards to our military I quote: “In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.”

Obama Risks a Domestic Military 'Intervention'

There is a remote, although gaining, possibility America's military will intervene as a last resort to resolve the "Obama problem." Don't dismiss it as unrealistic.

America isn't the Third World. If a military coup does occur here it will be civilized. That it has never happened doesn't mean it won’t. Describing what may be afoot is not to advocate it. So, view the following through military eyes:

Officers swear to "support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic." Unlike enlisted personnel, they do not swear to "obey the orders of the president of the United States."

Top military officers can see the Constitution they are sworn to defend being trampled as American institutions and enterprises are nationalized.
They can see that Americans are increasingly alarmed that this nation, under President Barack Obama, may not even be recognizable as America by the 2012 election, in which he will surely seek continuation in office.

They can see that the economy ravaged by deficits, taxes, unemployment, and impending inflation is financially reliant on foreign lender governments.

They can see this president waging undeclared war on the intelligence community, without whose rigorous and independent functions the armed services are rendered blind in an ever-more hostile world overseas and at home.

They can see the dismantling of defenses against missiles targeted at this nation by avowed enemies, even as America's troop strength is allowed to sag.

They can see the horror of major warfare erupting simultaneously in two, and possibly three, far-flung theaters before America can react in time.

They can see the nation's safety and their own military establishments and honor placed in jeopardy as never before.

So, if you are one of those observant military professionals, what do you do?

Wait until this president bungles into losing the war in Afghanistan, and Pakistan's arsenal of nuclear bombs falls into the hands of militant Islam?

Wait until Israel is forced to launch air strikes on Iran's nuclear-bomb plants, and the Middle East explodes, destabilizing or subjugating the Free World?

What happens if the generals Obama sent to win the Afghan war are told by this president (who now says, "I'm not interested in victory") that they will be denied troops they must have to win? Do they follow orders they cannot carry out, consistent with their oath of duty? Do they resign en masse?

Or do they soldier on, hoping the 2010 congressional elections will reverse the situation?

Do they dare gamble the national survival on such political whims?

Anyone who imagines that those thoughts are not weighing heavily on the intellect and conscience of America's military leadership is lost in a fool's fog.

We Declare: “Oppress No One”
When the People fear their government, there is tyranny;
When the Government fears the People, there is liberty.

We People in this 233rd year of Our unanimous Declaration of Independence A. D. 1776, now understand that the US congress abandoned the original trust and has been meeting in committee under the Articles of Confederation in want of Our foundational Republican Form and Style of Governance.

Whereas, from A. D. 1791 until today, the purported federal congress committee has been in want of We People’s authority of, by and for the People in Assembly, to operate in representative capacity resulting in the totalitarian dictatorship We People witness today.

Whereas, these committee members have perpetrated the ongoing illusion that the People elected them to serve We People. In fact their fiduciary duty is as bailors of Our bailment, to the Federal Reserve System and interlocking directorates. Upon arrival to this committee in DC, these committee members established themselves as unruly rulers turning Our labor into the basis of money for their private non-governmental Federal Reserve System and debtor’s prisons. At Jekyll Island about one hundred years ago, private bankers intended to take Our gold, keep Our labor and make us slaves through their accounts at the Federal Reserve System, Social Security Administration, IRS and others for the personal gain and unjust enrichment of themselves and their foreign rulers.

Whereas this Federal Reserve System is owned and operated by the Rothschild banking cartel intent on perpetrating genocide upon the American elderly and billions of others, referring to these People as “worthless eaters.”

Whereas this Rothschild Federal Reserve System is a private bank without ties to America or Our Treasury, inserting private script into Our purported Monetary Supply solely intent upon the seditious overthrow of America by Economic Treason. It is well settled that the sole liability of this constructive trust and purported US debt belongs to the fiduciaries being all of the past and present US congressmen, state legislators, BAR members and purported judicial officers operating “within this state.” For edification, most state codes acknowledge “in this state” or “within this state” as a federal area within the exterior boundaries of their respective state. These esquires established private companies with EINs, masquerading as courts of law registered on Dunn & Bradstreet and Standard & Poors as “private trading companies.” These private trading companies create bonds for issuance into their fiat money supply whereby the Federal Reserve System, IMF, World Bank and others, manipulate debt for the enslavement of the People.

Whereas We People have not granted power of attorney nor pledged Our assets as surety to this constructive debt but are in fact the sole bailors and involuntary contributing beneficiaries to this constructive fraud/debt. We, an assembly, of by and for the people, have not granted this committee any authority to rule the Sovereign Flesh and Blood Free Man on the soil of Our Free and Independent States. We People have not granted this committee authority to assign their personal liability of their Federal Reserve Notes to Us or Our American Dollars. We People assign these fiduciaries to include but not limit to all past and present Rothschild(s), Federal Reserve System agents, IRS agents, Internal Revenue agents, US Treasury agents, US congressmen, state legislators, BAR members, purported judicial officers and all of their respective agents, heirs and/or assignees.

Whereas We People by disclosing fully Our laws to a candid world, have fully informed all people, countries, governments and others that any agreement with any party or agent of this democracy, US congress, US government and/or their agents, was entered into with the understanding that no obligation or debt whatsoever attached to the People, Our assets, American soil, the united States of America, Our Free and Independent States or Our titles for property, but said debt obligations remained forever that of the named fiduciaries of their trust Ex maleficio.

Whereas, this system was designed to fail, the People have become the money, creating a problem that cannot be fixed. Thomas Jefferson warned us about this at the inception of Our great nation:

“I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around the banks will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered.” Thomas Jefferson, 1802

Sir Josiah Stamp, president of the Bank of England and the second richest man in Britain in the 1920’s declared this in an address at the University of Texas in 1927:

“The modern banking system manufactures money out of nothing. The process is perhaps the most astounding piece of sleight of hand that was ever invented. Banking was conceived in inequity and born in sin… Bankers own the earth. Take it away from them but leave them the power to create money and, with a flick of a pen they will create enough money to buy it back again … Take this great power away from them and all great fortunes like mine will disappear, for then this would be a better and happier world to live in … But, if you want to continue to be the slaves of bankers and pay the cost of your own slavery, then let bankers continue to create money and control credit.” Sir Josiah Stamp, 1927

Whereas, this plot was conspired by the Rothschild’s Federal Reserve System as evidenced by Edward Mandell House in a private meeting with Woodrow Wilson, President 1913-1921.

"Every American will be forced to register or suffer not being able to work and earn a living. They will be our chattel, and we will hold the security interest over them forever, by operation of the law merchant under the scheme of secured transactions. Americans, by unknowingly or unwittingly delivering the bills of lading to us will be rendered bankrupt and insolvent, forever to remain economic slaves through taxation, secured by their pledges. They will be stripped of their rights and given a commercial value designed to make us a profit and they will be none the wiser, for not one man in a million could ever figure our plans and, if by accident one or two would figure it out, we have in our arsenal plausible deniability.

Whereas We People are with the knowledge that one of the subordinate fiduciaries and CEO for this constructive trust Barack-Hussein of the family Obama, is fully engaged in supporting these world money changers through the US corporate democracy. We People look on in amazement as he sits in Our White House without Constitutional capacity to hold the office of President. Obviously these same BAR judges are turning a blind eye to the evidence before them showing loyalty to their Federal Reserve System beneficiaries and Barack Hussein’s tireless domestic treason for the final destruction of America and fulfillment of the Marxist’s One World government.

Whereas We People understand that the Constitution as amended A. D. 1791 is both separated and distinct from the purported corporate US constitution containing the deceptive 14th Amendment establishing overseas beneficiaries within its numerous entanglements and deceptive grammar changes. We People acknowledge that We People are without any lawful Government and have the duty and absolute right to restore Our Republican Form and Style of Governance.

Whereas We People are with the knowledge that many People have felt helpless watching this sedition from within by silent weapons. The overwhelming truth concerning Our history shows that these acts of treason started immediately after Our unanimous Declaration of Independence A. D. 1776 and subsequent revolutionary war whereby these Jeffersonian Leopards immediately moved to create and convene this US congress committee.

Whereas over the next two decades it became apparent to these Crown Attorneys that the People were not going to sit quietly by and watch the overthrow of their new Republican Form and Style of Governance said evidence held in Washington DC. Further treason is suggested with the war of 1812 and the apparent unopposed British landing intent on the destruction of the principal documents supporting the rightful existence of Free People and the united States of America A. D. 1776. What boggles the mind is how a country so recent from armed conflict would leave its capital unprotected to a small invasion force which invaded Our capital and burned Our library without a shot. There had to be bribed traitors in command to allow this burning for the military never leaves its command post uncovered.

Whereas public record evidences that over the next two centuries these Crown Attorney orchestrated numerous usurpations without the Peoples knowledge or authority for the inducement of benefits and the creation of an un-Constitutional democracy.

Whereas the world has witnessed, history always repeats itself. Alexander Tyler, a Scottish history professor made the following observation:

“A democracy is always temporary in nature; it simply cannot exist as a permanent form of government.

A democracy will continue to exist up until the time that voters discover they can vote themselves generous gifts from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always vote for the candidates who promise the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that every democracy will finally collapse due to irresponsible fiscal policy, which is always followed by a dictatorship.

The average age of the world's greatest civilizations from the beginning of history, has been about 200 years. During those 200 years, those nations always progressed through the following sequence:

1. From bondage to spiritual faith;
2. From spiritual faith to great courage;
3. From courage to liberty;
4. From liberty to abundance;
5. From abundance to complacency;
6. From complacency to apathy;
7. From apathy to dependence;
8. From dependence back into bondage”

Whereas, the framers of the Articles of Confederation having just fought a revolutionary war freeing themselves from the bondage of oppressors and tyrants.

Whereas, this committee in DC filled with foreign unregistered agents under direct control of the British Accredited Registry (BAR) having infiltrated all three branches of purported government, knew how devastating these truths were to their foreign rulers.

Whereas, Our Fore Fathers intending to inhabit Our Free and Independent States, placed restrictions on titles of nobility.

Article VI of the Articles of Confederation: “No State without the consent of the United States in Congress assembled, shall send any embassy to, or receive any embassy from, or enter into any conference, agreement, alliance or treaty with any king, prince or state; nor shall any person holding any office of profit or trust under the United States, or any of them, accept of any present, emolument, office or title of any kind whatever from any king, prince or foreign state; nor shall the United States in Congress assembled, or any of them, grant any title of nobility.”

The 13th amendment to the purported constitution: “If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honor, or shall without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the Unites States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them.”

Therefore We People in Assembly Resolve and Declare that:

When in the Course of human events a grieving People seek redress against these tyrants, we must first accept full liability for Our transgressions. We have allowed Our own subsequent enslavement. We repent for any injury we may have caused Our oppressors while shirking Our duty.
It is for these usurpations and indifferences witnessed that the time has come for the People to finish the job Our Fore Fathers started 233 year ago when they served the unanimous Declaration of Independence A. D. 1776 upon an unruly British King.

We People in assembly of by and for the people are filling the servant offices of Our Governance, Republican in From and Style for Our Free and Independent States.

We put you on notice:

Our intent is to repent from the experiment in democracy and change Our ways in Law with the full restoration of Our Republican Form and Style of Governance. A lesser standard will not be tolerated for now is the time for action. These powers are not delegated to the united States of America nor to the States but reserved to the People.

Therefore be it solemnly published and declared, We People in assemblies on the several Free and Independent States, upon the Counties at large of by and for the People, convene in Assembly, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of Our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People, That these united Colonies are of Right, Restored to Free and Independent States guided by America’s unanimous Declaration of Independence A. D. 1776 Republican in Form and Style, bought by Our subsequent Revolution.

Anyone of the people without a title of nobility or a place of honor may join and help.

We are not arrogant and do not hate imperfection. A lesser standard will not be tolerated for now is the time for action. The world will be notified when we convene.

Warning: Do not interfere. Treason will be the only charge against you. Our labor is not at the disposal of any oppressor.

Whereas you worked by stealth and trickery to hide the People’s intent and absolute authority of Our Republican Form and Style of Governance, you coerced (different word?) We People without lawful authority, into a democracy whereby this newly purported government appearing to serve the People, created a constructive trust or trust Ex maleficio for the worlds money brokers who without giving value, are in want of authority to take value; and,

Whereas you have brought war upon we Men and Women who were born Free attempting to capture Our America by false titles to hold us in servitude to your false debt, making us slaves for the prevention of Our returning to the soil of Our respective state, county and property; and,

Whereas you acted under color of war by a purported grant of authority for the mass kidnapping of the People through changing Our names to those of commercial tokens held liable for a false debt and plunder of the decedent estate; and,

Whereas the Free Born Black Men and Women of Amistad had a right to take back their freedom from slave traders and kidnappers, you have received a purported grant of power to destroy Our Freedoms and the bearing of Arms while holding us as human chattel to your private script Federal Reserve Note currency; and,

Whereas you have received a purported grant of power to destroy Our Republican Form and Style of Governance, usurp Our laws and enslave the People; and,

Whereas you have received a purported grant of power coordinated with the David Rockefeller trust under Agenda 21, to create a pandemic for the Genocide of millions of elderly People receiving benefits owed by the Federal Reserve System; and,

Whereas by said purported grant you refuse every assent to Laws by the People and your purported Constitution as amended A. D. 1791, the most wholesome of which is to unburden and free the People from the violent nature of those holding title of nobility; and,

AS TO COUNT ELEVEN:

Whereas We People are with the firsthand conscious knowledge that your agents of US Inc are conspiring with foreign rulers to orchestrate the trespass upon Our national coastline for the taking of Our natural resources including but not limited to energy; That the purported law of the Sea Treaty (what else in this?) will give the UNITED NATIONS unlawful control over Our fresh water and ground water rights for your intentional mass genocide of our Fellow Countrymen. We People are with the understanding that there is no proof to the contrary and no such proof exists.

OPPORTUNITY TO CURE

Each and every third party defendants including but not limited to ALL respective agents named or unnamed, now known and unknown, directly or indirectly involved with the Federal Reserve System, US Inc and interlocking directorates, are granted 30 days to cure their dishonor by complying with the following terms and conditions:

CONDITION 1:

That any member/agent of any BAR associations shall within 90 days, peacefully leave Our America Soil; That this process shall begin on the first day of default and be completed within 90 days; That those remaining on Our soil after 90 days shall be deported by force if necessary; That they shall surrender ALL of their titled and untitled property to Our American Treasury A. D. 1776 prior to deportation; That those failing to leave Our American Soil within 90 days will be tried for Inland Piracy and High Treason against We People and the united States of America A. D. 1776; That All taxes that are claimed to be due by these agencies will be declared paid in full as of the first day of default; That the International Monetary Fund (IMF), World Bank, Internal Revenue, Internal Revenue Service, US Department of Treasury, Central Intelligence Agency, Federal Bureau of Investigation, National Security Agency, Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Agency, United States Shipping Board, Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency, Social Security Administration, Housing and Urban Development, Sally Mae, Jennie Mae, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac shall be immediately disbanded; That process shall begin upon the first day of default to be complete within ninety (90) days. Any officer, representative, or agent of the Federal Reserve System resisting shall be arrested and tried for Inland Piracy and High Treason against We People of America. Sentence will be carried out according to rules of common law. will be frozen upon the first day of default of this counterclaim. This freeze of funds will make all funding to these persons, agencies, or entities unavailable until the determination has been made whether these agencies have committed any injury to We People of America. This freeze will remain until the claim is settled.

CONDITION 3:

That the Federal Reserve System shall be closed with ALL assets held or claimed to be held by the Federal Reserve System including but not limited to ALL beneficiaries, fiduciaries, trustees, board members, officers, all prior and current members and participants, shall be remanded to Our American Treasury A. D. 1776; That said remand shall begin upon the first day of default. All participants stated herein shall exit Our American Soil within thirty (30) days with all assets surrendered to Our American Treasury A. D. 1776 prior to exiting Our America. Any member or Participant of the Federal Reserve who fails to exit the country within 30 days will be arrested and tried for Inland Piracy and High Treason against We People of America. Sentence will be carried out according to rules of common law.

CONDITION 4:

That Our American Soldiers and Sailors shall be restored to glory, dignity, loyalty, authority and respect; That the elected Federal Reserve System loyalists shall immediately cease instructing Our military leadership in running a war by politics; That Our military shall immediately be subject to Our American Civil Authority by We People A. D. 1776; That Our military shall immediately receive all of the salaries benefits promised by contract; That Our military shall immediately be allowed to keep their oath to Our Constitution and uphold the Republican Form and Style of Governance against enemies foreign and domestic; That Our military shall immediately return to the task of protecting the united States of America A. D. 1776; That Our military shall immediately cease protecting the Federal Reserve System and the New World Order or their interlocking directorates. Any and all officers and members of the military who wish to represent the New World Order government will be forced to exit the country within 30 days. That the purported US Inc. congress has been meeting solely as a committee for the last two hundred plus (200 +) years and shall immediately cease all operations and be terminated upon the first day of default; That all members of congress may be allowed to exit the Our American Soil peacefully for 90 days excluding those who for good cause shown and with approved proof, demonstrate by public records their direct, open and notorious record whereby they supported Our Republican Form and Style of Governance, We People in absolute authority of, by and for the People in Assembly, the People, denounced the Federal Reserve System and agents, but subject to the Repentance Clause contained herein; Any officer, agent, politician, representative, or elected official that interferes will be arrested and tried for High Treason and Inland Piracy. Sentence will be carried out according to the rules of common law.

CONDITION 7:

That all private armies including but not limited to US law enfjorcemnt org hardin montana. mercenaries, foreign military personnel, will be immediately dismissed and will exit the country of America within 30 days of the first day of default of this counterclaim. Our military leaders shall coordinate with We People for ORDERs stipulating who will be allowed to remain on Our American Soil. Any forces as mentioned above who refuse will be arrested by the United States military in cooperation of the American Militia and County Rangers. They will be tried in a military court for appropriate crimes and punishment will be determined by our military leaders.

CONDITION 8:

That all of Our Laws in Original Jurisdiction restricting Government, as declared in Our Articles of Confederation and Constitution A. D. 1791 as Amended to include Our Bill of Rights and Actual Thirteenth Amendment limiting titles of nobility, shall be understood as the paramount law of Our country; That We People will issue directives by written ORDER; That this will take effect immediately upon the first day of default; That We People in Assembly shall immediately take possession and control to supervise of Our entire Judicial branch of Governance free from Aggravated Legal Abuse; Any person, agent, representative, agency, or the like, who interferes will be arrested and tried for the appropriate crimes. Sentence will be carried out according to the rules of common law.

CONDITION 10:

That all local, county, state, federal and international law enforcement agencies linked to US Inc. or subsidiary thereof will be disbanded and disarmed with all funding arrested as of the first day of default; That We People’s local Assemblies will establish their desired law enforcement; That Our Militias and County Rangers will keep the peace until local law enforcement can be lawfully constituted; That any attempted coup to overthrow Our Governance Republican in Form and Style, will be suppressed by the Our Militia, County Rangers and American Military. Failure to pay the claim in full within 120 calendar days will incur a penalty of doubling the total amount due each calendar day, plus interest, as indicated above.

All claims are represented by US Dollars and not private script FRNs, which means for the purposes of this agreement that a US Dollar will be equal to a one ounce silver coin of .999 fine silver or the equivalent par value or the rate as set by the US Mint for a silver coin as described herein on the first day of default. If this claim is to be paid in negotiable instruments it must be approved by the claim owner and will only be accepted in certified funds at par value as indicated herein.

SUMMARY

REPENTANCE CLAUSE
