Our PERSON has permanent residence here, but we want to now move to Perth in Australia and resettle here where we want to continue my work on the Freeman movement. I have contacted the wonderful Adam David of truthmovementaustralia to help but I believe he may be a tadd busy wit other projects. My question to you all - for the benifit of all - is this. How best can we craft a notice of understanding and intent and claim of right (indeed if this is the right way in the first instance) to claim the right to travel from NZ into AUS under common law as sovereign human beings and make this our place of abode whilst holding onto all our rights to trade and barter and exchange etc.
Although upon reading the different acts in Aus it is clear they all refer to the PERSON, however, getting past passport controll in the first instance, and then setting up home without being deported at some point is of great concern to me as I have a family.
Thomas: Anderson has suggested you can contract (ie licences) if you do it right and get the best of both worlds, though I am dubious of this, and believe we are either freemen or we are not. I understand his comments though, and maybe the only way currently is to use your PERSON.
Has anyone travelled internationally without their passport or correct VISAS? Has anyone written to whoever in another country and had theri claims of right to travel accepted etc? You guts get the drift.
Please help me with this as if we suceed it will open up the possobilities of fre movemnet for us all!!! All the best and look forward to all your comments. Freemanayres.

We are turning the Love for Life Quick User Guide http://loveforlife.com.au/node/6608 into a blog of all the main insights of our work since March 2005, whether through articles, videos, podcasts or discussions/debates.
As we do not have the time to compile everything we have written into a book, as many have suggested we do, compiling all our most important work into one area of the website is a way of providing easy access to this work so those interested are able to fully comprehend the big picture.

As amateurs and posted in the Quick User Guide below the Facebook links, we're currently creating and posting a series of videos called "The Dream Of Life" which covers the ground of all the Love For Life insights. We plan to have the videos completed by December 31st 2012. Once this is behind us, our intention is to create a 2 hour or so video covering the body of this work. We have started recording songs, with others, that express the themes of Love For Life. We have over 100 songs to record. A few rough demos have already been used as the soundtrack on the first "Dream of Life" video.
Also, everything we, the Cristian family, have gone through, from bank fraud and the theft of the family home to death threats and attempts on Arthur's life, is documented in the Quick User Guide too. If you, the reader, are prepared to put the effort in, you will comprehend the extent to which we have all been tricked into becoming slaves, giving up our uniqueness and our full-responsibility for life and destroying everything of life to the point where life is in danger of dying out completely. You will also comprehend the remedy to all this chaos; a remedy that requires only love for life and the determination to do what needs to be done. Though our focus is very strongly on the remedy that creates a world of freedom, truth, peace, joy, abundance and Do No Harm for all of life without loss of uniqueness or the need for slaves and rulers, we realise that it is vital to comprehend how to get there and what stops us from getting there. Obviously this is not our view because of what we have stated above. We do not hate anyone, whatever religion they follow. We are always open to talk to any religious leader or politician and meet with any judge, member of the Bar, experts, academics, educators etc to share the remedy we offer that heals all the divisions between MAN and MAN, and MAN and EARTH.
Today, a representative of the New South Wales Jewish Board of Deputies is threatening to close the website down, because they have decided it is anti - Jewish and that we promote racism. What has the New South Wales Jewish Board of Deputies done to end the suffering in the world? Can they show that they are concerned with the suffering of ALL men, women and children AND ARE SEEN TO BE DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT or are they only concerned with Jewish affairs? If so, they, along with all the other religions that only care for their own, are part of the problem, not part of the solution. The man who rang Arthur today was only concerned with Jewish affairs; he was not interested in our intentions or in anybody else, just as most Christians, Muslims, Sikhs, Catholics, etc, are only interested in their own. While we separate our lives into groups, dividing our lives from others with rules, regulations, rituals, procedures, conditions and contracts, we will never solve our problems.
No matter what we in the Western World Civilisation of Commerce have been promised by our politicians, religious leaders, scientists, educators, philosophers, etc, for the past two hundred years, all we have seen is ever-increasing destruction of men, women and children and Earth. None of the so-called experts and leaders we have been taught to rely on are coming up with a solution and none of them are taking full-responsibility for the fact that they can't handle the problem. All religious books talk about end times full of destruction and suffering but why do we have to follow this program when there is an alternative to hatred, mayhem and death? Why are our leaders following the program of destruction and death rather than exploring the do no harm alternatives? It seems that any mainstream politician, priest or academic are only interested in supporting the RULES OF THE DIVIDE, that maintain the haves and the have nots. For 200+ years, 99% of the world population have been so trained to pass on their responsibility for their lives, others and Earth, that the 1% of the population that make up the leaders of the rest of us are making all the decisions leading to the destruction of all of us and Earth. Let's not forget the education system that brainwashes the 99% of the population that we are free and have equal rights while, in fact, we are feathering the nests of those at the top.
At the root of all our problems is self-centredness, an unwillingness nurtured by the Establishment that keeps us concerned only with our own needs rather than the needs of others around us and Earth. Instead of creating and releasing acts of love for those around us as gifts to benefit them and Earth, we take, take and take, until there is nothing left. The whole point of the Love for Life website is to show people the root of all our problems and to share the remedy. If the New South Wales Jewish Board of Deputies can, after careful examination of our work, prove that anything we are saying is wrong, we will be happy to accept their proof. Also you should check the political facts regarding traveling regulations for the states.
Passport or Port Pass
It is my understanding that the Certificate of Live Birth (not to be confused with the Birth Certificate) is also referred to as the Port Pass and is sufficient in itself as a means of crossing borders. A certified copy of the Certificate of Live Birth can be obtained from the government by written request. Is anyone else able to verify this?

This is the first we have heard of this and we do not have any other information to confirm whether the information below is legitimate or not. We would be very interested to hear from anybody who has experience with or information about this. We have heard that there are people travelling without passports but do not know any details as to how they are doing so. Any information would be appreciated.

I am also new to this concept and heard of STRAWMAN only tonight (and I cant stop reading about it), but regarding travel I do seem to remember back in the 70's or early 80's the Christchurch 'Wizard' who was well known in the main square and a self declared free being not wanting to have any numbers etc nailed to him, decided he wanted to come to Australia for some specific purpose. Not having or wanting a passport I understood that he declared himself a 'work of art' and attempted to get himself over that way.
Unfortunately, I do not remember the outcome of this.

I have tried to contact Robert: Menard (but without success), concerning this:
Why can we not (as has Irene-Maus:Gravenhors) create an equivalent passport (port pass) template within the worl freeman society that rob menard has begun i order to achieve the following:
1) Let's face it, like it or not airports etc are run by well trained robots and they want documents in a format that they understand. So let's give them it!!
2) This world freeman pass port can correctly identify who we are as well as the PERSON and that we are the 3rd party authorised representative. It can also lay out within this document our notices of understanding and intents and claim of rights for free travel etc under common law.
3) it can also be used for ID without adjoining ourselves and could be either used or expanded into a driving license (yes I know we do not want to license but you understand).
For me this could achieve a welcome revenue into the movement and jobs for those that want to commit to the movement with relevant skills, as well as introduce into the public arena professional documentation that will present consistency into the public as well as bring greater awareness of the movement and the society. As we gain greater awareness then we must too begin to gain greater acceptance with this documentation etc.
Yes, I know it is open to abuse. But, we are responsible -as are all - for our actions, and if this is abused (as with any passport) then we are liable for our actions within common law etc. The fact is I believe a common document like this would allow many tthers to feel confidence in joining the movement and we can bring a massive awareness to the authorities by its issuance and usage!!

World Passport - Garry Davis World Government of World Citizens
I don't know if you've looked in to Garry Davis World Government of World Citizens. He was this first world citizen back in 1953 & created the first World Passport, now excepted in 174 counties. The link is to the World Passport on his site. It's about Sovereignty.

The "world passport" isn't "accepted" in 174 countries, it has just somehow managed to make its way through customs that many times, most likely due to unobservant customs staff. It doesn't mean it's officially accepted, or that you're terribly likely to get through customs if you try using it.
While that site doesn't give any statistics that I can see, I think it would be a safe bet those passports have been rejected far more often than they've been accepted.
The meaning of Passport
The legal meaning of passport is to be allowed admittance when two nations are having disagreements as an undeclared war of sorts. Now think about it! There are countries where no passports were/are needed between them, and countries where it is required with various stipulations of requiring a visa or not requiring one for entrance into some nations. The visa is just a tax or fee besides them wanting to know who is entering, and for how long they will allow.
Now government employees of any nation can and do violate the rights of travelers sometimes lawfully and at other times unlawfully. It is the duty of some nations' military to come to the aid when the sovereign people are in danger by such activities. Example: the United States Navy has the Constitutional authority to protect such people in foreign lands to go to their aid. Domestically in the fifty states this was the U.S. Secret Service's duty to protect under 18 USC 1116, which the language was changed in 2007 by the U.S. Congress, so they do not have to now when Americans such as myself discovered and used it before under 18 USC 112, as we each being a foreign state have immunity from prosecution according to 28 USC 1604. The legal meaning of People and State are interchangeable per Black's Law Dictionary Fourth Edition.
Other branches of the U.S. military operate with no Constitutional authority being mere corporate gangs of the de facto United States used by their foreign principles, as hired mercenaries; like the French Foreign Legion operates for example. As one of the sovereign people on the land an individual is not to be prosecuted by a judge or district attorney per the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure - Rule I. Applicability (b)(7), and 18 USC 18, which is violated everyday in America with high crimes being committed by barretry/barratry to move the courts forward with no legal authority per 18 USC 2383, 2381, 1583, 1581, 242, and 241, and RICO Statutes. Now these Statutes apply worldwide under the international judicial rules of comity and repugnancy, because of the Hohfeldian rights: that are to be observed by all judges, as their duty to uphold if one brings it up. The defendant also has the right of removal of the case against them per 28 USC 1453. So you can see the people everywhere are really sovereign. This is why government employees are called public servants, because of the Master and servant relationship. See Black's Law Dictionary.
Common citizens can be prosecuted under the common law, but the sovereign people being the source of the law over-stand it with immunity. Federal and state judges have no authority by not being in compliance with the Judiciary Act of 1789 - Sec. 34, as only state inhabitance can have a decision against them under the common law. Later judiciary acts passed by the De facto U.S. Congress only apply to corporate organization, which are fictious persons. An individual is not a person. What has happened is the foreign laws have been brought upon the land and the people people are being made the sureties for these organizations for the trusts when we are the beneficiaries of our own trust. The judges know this and are committing the crime of fraud to recognize the defendant as the trustee. You can set the record straight and appoint the judge as trustee of the trust. Then he/she will have to be under their "Oath of Office", which is their contract with you and duty to uphold the Constitution and all Statutes to protect you per your Hohfeldian rights. Then state a proper claim upon which relief should be granted, "All Sovereign Birth Rights, are
Exclusively Claimed and Retained." The judge has nowhere he can go, as you can also state that you will never willingly, and knowingly volunteer Subject Matter Jurisdiction, and In personam Jurisdiction to the court. If he tries to undermine what you have said the judge commits the crimes of insurrection and treason per 18 USC 2383, and 2381. Ask the bailiff to immediately arrest cuffing the insubordinate servant leading him off to jail or should the bailiff refuse to do so becomes a party to the crime called misprison of a felony per 18 USC 4.
Economically the current governments around the world will all eventially fail by bankruptcy by liberal over spending with the only type of government that has a true chance of long-term success is called Anarcho-capitalism. These governments want the people to think they are sovereign over them. When it is the people who are sovereign over the government. Example: read the Constitution preamble for communist Vietnam and you see even for a repressive regime they say so.
Government employees who violate the rights of an individual do so in their private capacity.

The Printing of Documentation - Common Law Right To Int Travel
Though I believe the best way would be to sail under one's own flag and simply ignore the checks, it would seem that there is a much simpler, though more convoluted manner in which to accomplish this, as freedom of travel is a right of God.
A simple declaration of sovereignty in combination with a recognizable seal for the Freeman would in effect create a body of Human Beings acting in voluntary contract as a veritable State. Under this non-incorporated State, all member beings would be given, without condition save personal responsibility for all actions and resulting effects, a simplified credential.
In essence, let those who would be free simply declare themselves sovereign by the abolition of ties to incorporated entities, and let a simple, open contract be drafted that these Freemen might act in commerce with other sovereign powers on equal footing.
Do not the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle us to this end?

Hi Freemanayres,
I don't have much to offer (i don't think). I have only recently just become aware of this world and to be honest and i am still quite overwhelmed. I do however love your idea of the port pass.. considering the normal reaction of many is to ask for ID of some sort. It could certainly create inquiry which would/could help to grow awareness of truth.
I have been reading Thomas Anderson which i obtained via Adam's site. I am very much in the learning phase.. Might i suggest you look-up mark mcmurtrie, if anybody knows the workings of Australia and its history, he does. He might be able to assist you in your quest to get to Perth.

Check this video by Rob Menard. Here he says you can just write a notice and Claim of right, or make an agreement directly with the foreign nation as a freeman or perhaps even use a family bible as they did in earlier times apparently!?
