This story is hilarious...I love it when stupid wankers who believe in this straw-man, free living, tree hugging-hippie crap get arrested as a result. Very similar story to yours hey Fiona haha. Keep on with the beliefs guys, id love to see how you all cope after getting sentenced to real jail time, which is coming quite soon by the sounds of it cause you all seem to be racking up quite long criminal histories lately. Lets see how the beliefs hold up then.

Hi folks. For the many people who have emailed Karen and I, and called Karen requesting the details surrounding my detainment and subsequent release, below is as brief a rundown of my most recent encounter with the Queensland police force.

I wish to extend my sincere thanks to so many supportive people that contributed their valuable time and energy in assisting with my release during my 11 days in detention. You all know who you are and I am very grateful for such a terrific team.

Rest assured the same support team is there should any else in the network be affronted with such a situation and wrongfully detained.

1. Karen and I were journeying home on the late afternoon – approx 5.38pm of 16.04.2009 from Beenleigh and as we exited a roundabout southbound on Exit 41 onto the Pacific Highway we almost collided with a fello in the middle of the road on the ramp, wildly directing us to pull over. Witches hats had blocked the road such that one could only pass into a stopping bay.

2. Once stopped a man appeared immediately at the door of the car and I asked him what it was that they wanted. The whole conversation within the car was recorded on Karen’s phone and lasted 51seconds. The man acting as a police man was aggressive from the beginning and from my first question, he commenced in an aggressive tone stating ‘if you don’t comply, you will be arrested’ and ‘do you understand’.

When I said ‘No I do not’ and tried to ask a question, he immediately unlawfully entered Karen’s car and switched off the ignition and when I stated he had now trespassed, which he naturally denied, I gave Karen my watch/recorder and instructed her to record the conversation (unaware she had already switched the phone recorder on). While I was instructing Karen. The front right door was opened and 2 police men dragged me out.

Despite repeatedly demanding them to stop assaulting me, the 2 men threw me against their car and handcuffed me before further trespassing my property – my body - searching my pockets for identification. As soon as I called out ‘why are you now raping me, pillaging and plundering me; both my wrists were pushed forwards towards my arms to the point they felt they were going to snap. Through my screaming pain I think I overheard one man behind me say ‘if you don’t shut up you’ll get more of the same’.

3. I was then man handled into their car and within minutes taken to Beenleigh Police Station for processing. At NO STAGE HAD I CONSENTED TO ANY CONTRACT, NOR PROVIDED CONSENT FOR THE ACTIONS THAT WERE TAKEN AGAINST ME, NOR PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION. Any questions directed at me or any directions made were either conditionally accepted or a simple statement made thanking them for their offer but I reserved the right to not accept it.

4. Upon releasing the handcuffs from my wrists at the Beenleigh Police Station main processing desk, I was directed to step on an orange line and photographs taken and then fingerprinting. As my finger prints and photos are my valuable and copyright property, should I accept the offer to provide them, am I not entitled to consideration from the other party to the contract if I provide consideration – my property? Therefore I declared I was happy to provide my property as consideration as long as the party requesting it also provided equal consideration which I claimed was a cheque for $50,000. (This was successful on a previous occasion and stopped them from raping me, that is ‘financial rape’).

5. Sergent Peter ? immediately came forward to stand on my left literally against me, while another fellow stood on my right. Peter said we are going to take your photo. My reply was fine, whom is providing the $50,000 cheque first.

6. Peter signalled to the other man and that man took hold of my hand and bent it forwards again until it felt as if it would snap off (same tactic as at the Police Car. Earlier that afternoon. Could this now be police ‘policy?’). As I collapsed to my knees with excruciating pain I heard Peter say that if I do not ‘comply’ right now I would receive more of the same treatment.

7. I was then ordered off the floor under immediate threat that if I did not, the pain would immediately resume.

8. I staggered and in sobs told him I was doing my best to get up and please let me focus so I could get up. I dragged up my right arm – the later photos I saw showing I was lopsided with my right should far lower than my left. I looked Peter in the eye and said ‘how can you do this to another man, are you proud of what you do’.

9. He was cold and stated something similar to ‘if you don’t comply, we will make you comply’

10. After this event I ‘complied’ with having my valuable photos and finger prints taken’.

11. The next hour was spent in Peter’s attempts to obtain information from me through a range of questions. Each time I thanked him for the offer but I do not accept the offer to contract or provide my valuable information and I shall reserve the right to do so. From memory I was again handcuffed during this ‘interrogation’.

12. All the documentation including charge sheets etc created by the members of the Beenleigh Police Station were prepared without my participation. When the charge sheets were completed Peter came forward and holding the folded up charge sheet in his hand, he touched my knees with the charge sheet and declared I had now examined them and been served. The first opportunity to examine all the charge sheets and other documentation was when I received a paper package containing this material when I arrived at Arthur Gorrie Correction Facility on Thursday morning 23rd April 2009.

13. Despite asking for a jumper and phone call to my girlfriend I did not obtain either during my seven long days stay at Beenleigh Police watch house. Air-conditioners are on full time and the thin blankets provided do not provide adequate warmth. Won’t say any more about conditions at that watch house but they are primitive. It is a difficult environment for the alleged offenders and also for the people that are employed there.

14. On Friday 17th April 2009 was my first hearing/mention. It was a most wrestless night. I was in pain from my right wrist as well as cold to the bone. The mattress is thin and hard and leads to back aches very quickly. No sleep was attained that night. Further I hadn’t eaten since 2pm the previous day. Despite the ordeal, I had thought I had been sufficiently prepared to address the court.

15. When asked by the magistrate whether I was Mr ............. or Mr ............. (I am told I replied with – as I cannot recall much that morning) no, I am not that person, you many address me by the name Mark .............. of the family ............ . I do recall stating I was the third party intervener and beneficiary to the Trust of that name.

16. Whereupon the magistrate said ‘we won’t have any more of that, you can stay in the watch house over the weekend, I cannot help you’. The hearing lasted about 2 minutes. I was so disappointed and embarrassed because my responses to the magistrate were so slow forth coming. It was only afterwards and upon reflection, I believe it was a result of shell shock and lack of sleep. I was disappointed for the supporters that had attended the hearing. Therefore I immediately endeavoured to attain rest and food so I would be far better mentally prepared for the Monday hearing.

17. Those attending Monday 22nd April 2009 (must have been 15 or 20 people – and again I express my sincere thanks for their attendance) will attest that I broke all presumptions to being either the person or surety for that person and I asked a number of times if I was not now free to go. Many laws were broken that day. The one point I was pleased to have in the court record was my apology for my poor performance on the Friday as a result of my lack of sleep due to the trauma of having been tortured at the Beenleigh Police Watch house the evening prior. The Magistrate looked alarmed at the man acting as Sergeant at my left side and said ‘Let’s not worry about that here, you can take that up in another action’ – or words to that effect

I finally accepted bail with severe conditions ‘under duress’ but did not eventually sign the bail form. I had to provide an address and when the Police investigated to confirm it, the party at the address, thank goodness, said I was not welcome there. That voided their offer of bail.

18. The next hearing commenced secretly on Tuesday 23rd April 2009. I was well prepared mentally but was shocked very briefly when I saw no supporters present in the courtroom, and realised no one had been notified of another hearing. I have since learned that several supporters had asked people at the Beenleigh Court and Beenleigh Police Station about any further hearings and were informed that there were none.

I had, as part of my strategy, planned to use my supporters as witnesses by having them attest to me being the living breathing life force spirit within the body of a man and NOT the person or surety for person. Nevertheless, I did get on the court record that there was no one at the hearing or elsewhere with a claim against me and requested the court order to be issued immediately to me.

The 2 men in blue costumes on my left and one on my right stood up and the one acting as sergeant looked me in the eye in an attempt to intimidate me into submission but I continued speaking in order to evidence into the court record that there was no claim against me. A number of times I asked ‘am I now free to go’ or ‘am I now not free to go’ after entering my own remedy into the court records but it appeared to matter little as the Magistrate ruled that as I refused to accept their offer for bail, that I would be sent to Arthur Gorrie Correction Centre until 30th June 2009 for the offender’s hearing.

19. I again thanked him for his offer but that I chose not to accept it and was I now free to go. All comments were ignored which leads me to conclude one of 2 things.

A. either the presumption of being a debtor cannot be broken from entering the court through a prison door, possibly because the one acting as police officer has informed the court that the offender is present at the court (here-say because I instructed the police officer that I was commonly called Mark ............ of the family .............. – which of course was NOT relayed to the court)

B. a decision had already been made to stop anyone escaping the system. Therefore due process was set aside in this matter.

20. On the early morning of Thursday 23rd April 2009 I was taken with 4 other men to Arthur Gorrie Correction Centre. There we were treated as people. Meals were also far superior.

21. Finally at about 3pm on Friday 24th April 2009 I was permitted to make a 10 minute phone call and contacted Karen. After assuring her I was fine, other than a kidney infection detected by the medicos at Arthur Gorrie - attained because of the cold conditions of the Beenleigh Watch house,

Karen provided a short coded brief of what was being done from the outside. I misunderstood Karen in believing a Habeas Corpus was to be lodged at the Brisbane Supreme Court on Monday 27th April 2009. My mental calculation determined a likely Friday 1st May 2009 hearing and I began to mentally prepare.

However the Habeas Corpus was lodged already Wednesday 22nd April 2009 for a MONDAY 27th April HEARING!

Had I interpreted our one communication correctly I would not have accepted the offer of bail at Beenleigh Court on Monday 27th April 2009.

22. At 7am on Monday 27th April 2009 I was informed by a man acting as prison officer that I would be immediately taken to Beenleigh Magistrates Court for a hearing. It is my belief that this hearing may have been called in response to the lodged Habeas Corpus at the Brisbane Supreme Court in an effort to circumvent the hearing there as a hearing there would lead to the exposure of the corruption and failure of due process experienced at Beenleigh Magistrates Court which could incriminate certain Police and Judges.

23. At 9.50am on Monday 27th April 2009 I entered Court 1 at Beenleigh Magistrates and when asked if I was either Mr Borleis or Mr Pytellek, I said ‘no, I am neither and please do not refer to me by those names as I am not the person, nor any person and I am not the surety for any person and as there is no contract am I not now free to go’.

The same magistrate said ‘we won’t go again through all the processes you have previously offered and we’ll talk about that in a moment’. After a few minutes reading and writing some notes he offered bail with no conditions. My usual reply would be to not accept because I reserve the right to leave on my own terms and could have again chosen not to accept the offer – realising that I would be likely out by the end of the week or early the next week through release by Habeas Corpus.

However I elected to accept the offer because I felt it was in my best interest to be released immediately to enable me to use time efficiently on a range of jobs including my claim for damages in the current matter.

24. Upon accepting the unconditional bail offer, I was released in approximately 30 – 40 minutes, a record time within my experience!

25. The bail application and charges sheets were all signed:

‘By ……………….. Agent

Reserving all rights, Under Duress. Therefore I have not relegated myself to the position and standing of ‘enemy of the state’ and any alleged claim to a contract is null and void by virtue of being signed ‘under duress’.

26. Upon release literally into the streets of Beenleigh I contacted a friend in order to attain some money as my personal belongings were retained at Arthur Gorrie, I was told that Karen and a group of supporters were right then at a hearing in the Brisbane Supreme Court over the Habeas Corpus. The hearing was subsequently withdrawn. Very curious is it not!

So there you have it. I am for the next few days working on my strategy to pursue all culprits in this matter and request respectfully, that casual calls or emails are not made for a week to enable me to urgently address some issues.

Again I wish to sincerely thank the many individual men and women that have provided both Karen and myself support over the last 11 days, particularly for Karen, who is relatively new to this sort of tyranny. It doesn’t phase me because of my thick hide (some say head) and only makes me more pro-active.

Because he did not give a person's name or fixed address (and there is no law that impels he has too) he has been incarcerated in the watch-house under the Beenleigh court house until he was transferred. In court on Monday 20th April 2009, his partner was not allowed to talk to him so he spoke out loudly before the magistrate that he was physically, emotionally and psychologically tortured by his interrogators. He indicated that he was forced to sit on his hands and knees for many many hours on Thursday night 16th April 2009. Apparently, he did not look very well, was pale and distressed.

To the Freedom-Truth networks..... We again remind everyone that paper work, administrative processes, man-made laws, statutes, rulings etc are sedatives,...... establishment medication designed to keep men and women in a state of hypnosis (distraction).

Paper work, administrative processes, man-made laws, statutes, rulings, private corporations & fictitious persons etc do not create the substance of consciousness.... that it is impossible for fictions to do so and therefore can never counteract the sublime arrogance (unconsciousness) of the establishment. The unconscious-living silhouettes of these figures begin to come clearly into view as the phantom fog of sedatives/medications wear thin, meaning they have to control by force, fear and trauma rather than hypnosis.

Free-man/free-women (Sovereignty) administrative processes are a complete waste of time. Mark Pytellek - Strawman Expert - Arrested and In Jail.

Please don't flip out when you read this,

The strawman information is important to understand, and could very well keep Mark out of trouble.

The reason Mark is in jail is due to not stating his name in the way the judge wants him to, so they can not get jurisdiction over him.

I'm sure he will be freed soon,

Here is the low down as I was told:

BEENLEIGH COMMUNITY WORKER HELD FOR 6 NIGHTS and counting...

A respected member of the Beenleigh community is being held without charge and has been seriously mistreated and tortured by police at the Beenleigh Watch House. (NO change of clothes, no phone calls in or out, looks like he hasnt had a shower, hasnt had a shave)

Mark Pytellek is involved in business and voluntary community work, helping men and women in trouble with debt and other problems.

Mark’s partner Karen says Mark was arrested without charge on Thursday night at on Exit 41 on the M1 at about 5.30pm when heading to the Gold Coast.

Karen wishes to make the following statement to the media:

I was in the car with Mark and we were stopped at a road block for breath testing and Mark gave notice to the police that they were trespassing on private property, my car.

They literally dragged Mark out of the car and assaulted him as he told them to stop assaulting him. I taped what happened with my phone. I just sat in car and then they started stealing the plates and removing other items from car. Then they tried to lift the bonnet and I again gave them notice that they were trespassing. They just ignored me and threatened to put me in the Watch House if i interfered

Mark was then taken to Beenleigh Watchhouse and was brought before Magistrate Joan E. White at 12.30 on Friday.

The hearing only lasted 2 minutes after the magistrate appeared to take offence when Mark identified himself as Mark Andrew of the family Pytellek without the title ‘Mr’, which has certain implications under law. Mark wasn’t charged with anything. and said the police had carried out torture on him overnight on Thursday, depriving him of sleep. (this was said on Monday hearing)

Mark is now in his sixth day in custody without charge (No ) Family members and friends have been frantic about him.

Then on Monday Mark told Magistrate McDougall that for the court record he wanted it to be known that he was tortured by police on Thursday night and apologised for the state of his appearance in the court. One of police next to him laughed. We have served documents on the police on Monday afternoon and expect this matter to be dealt with due process

it'l take more than a handful to change things permanently. What we need is a popular movement, like a majority of Aussies who are will to say enough is enough and cut off the beasts supply. If EVERYBODY refused to pay traffic fines and other taxes it would be a good way of non-violent revolution and they coudln't process and/or gaol the whole country.

What this does need is the story to be taken up by mainstream media. I imagine the likelihood of that happening would be slim, especially as the big PR machine would be countering any controversy that may decide to poke its head through the fence.

The problem I encounter on a daily basis is that people in general support the current 'road safety' theft programme, they have been brainwashed by a decade of gruesome tv commercials and the media exaggerating the effects of speed and alcohol on the average motorists driving abilities.

What shits me to high heaven are these RBTs everywhere which deny me of my God given liberty of freedom of movement, yet rarely do I find someone who shares my rage. I just get the usual apathetic responses..."So youre happy for drink drivers to go around killing people"...or..."What's the big deal, if you have nothing to hide..."...or..."It only takes a minute out of your day"...

...this is the level of apathy I find myself up against.

The memory of some poor kid's death and funeral on tv as a result of a 'reckless' drink driver or speeding driver has a powerful imprint on the masses minds. It fulls them with fear and anger. They would give up all their rights to avoid another death on the roads.
these people react emotionally, not rationally They will then demand the government does something about it!...

...They don't realise the government only knows hoe to respond in two ways...More rules and More taxes, usually a combination of the two.

A new point of view is needed. Time for some 'unwashed backyard philosophy' eh Hrydt... ;)

...A guy goes off to fight some pointless war...he is the bad guy(like the ANZACS), he gets killed, yet his life was somehow not wasted, he died for our freedon(somehow), he is a hero...that is the price of freedom.

...a guy(always some poor kid) is run over by a speeding or drunk motorist while cycling home from some place(always the old folks home where he helped out for free), this was the result of Change's near abolishment of road rules. Because the average driver has so many new freedoms, the guy who ran the kid over was not stopped by a now illegal RBT, because he also got to enjoy the new freedoms. This kids life was wasted...???

But...

...but it was because of the freedom enjoyed by the average motorist that the kid was killed(no RBTs means more drink drivers and more
freedom...win win) .the kid therefore is also a hero(like the soldier, but more so). Fascist road rules could have kept the drunk driver off the road and thus spared his life...so it comes down to this kids life and perhaps a few thousand more in exchange for freedom. Unacceptable!...But it is ok to send thousands of young men to die in pointless wars to die for freedom...their reasoning not mine....I think it is not just acceptable but also necessary.

It seems people need to be 'reeducated' on basic principles such as freedom and liberty and the concept of individualism.
Also, they need to understand that free people are also free to do stupid things which often result in unfortunate deaths. It's worth it if people get over the irrational fear(phobia) factor.

Freedom and safety run counter to each other...the safer your world the stricter the rules.
