I'm posting this letter here as my email was returned from Cindy Sheehan's mail server. If anyone knows her. Please pass it on. This is in response to a newsletter I received from her site.

Dear Cindy,

In regard to your fight, and to Ryan, Jen and Brandon, and the general Court Appeal / War Resister, I feel I should explain some very important things to you.

I assure you is absolutely real.

THE STRAWMAN.

Cindy, whenever you deal with Courts, or Laws etc, you are dealing in the Public realm, not the Private realm. Allow me to explain.

The Strawman is the all capital letter fiction that the government and all corporations create and refer to you by. It is an invention, in itself, it is the method in which you, a flesh and blood being are turned into a digital entity / corporate sole.

Why is this so important?

Courts are dead energy. They cannot 'move" without you first giving them your "energy".

It's all based on three basic things, water, salt and electricity. You have Admiralty (sea) juristiction, circuit courts, charges and discharges, capacity, resistors, etc.

In order for there to be a hearing, there has to be a charge.

The Judge (banker) will then try to get jurisdiction over you. In the beginning he does not have it. Only you have the power.

He will do this by trickery, by either asking you to rise, asking your name, or other questions, which if you do or answer will be deemed to be the giving up of your rights and taking his orders from now on. Once this has happenned, he can do or say whatever he likes, regardless of any "rights" you think you might have, because you just gave them up...

But, you cannot dishonour the court either, so how do you stay in your power?

There are but 4 choices in this commercial world.

1. Silence (as in "you have the right to etc") - Dishonour
2. Arguement - (entry into the controversy) - Dishonour
3. Acceptance - Honour
4. Conditional Acceptance - Honour.

The last one is the one you want, as it basically allows you to remain in your power.

For example, if the Judge were to ask "please stand" you might reply "I shall stand your Honour, however I do not waive any common law rights, nor do I grant In-personam Jurisdiction".

Or, "State your name" - 'I shall give you name upon proof of claim that you have established Jurisdiction" or "Upon proof of claim there's a controversy before the court" and so on. There are many.

Now, let's get back to who we are, or at least who we've agreed to be.

Take a look at your "driver's licence". or credit card, phone bill, port-pass (passport).

Is it you?

Or is it an all capital letter fiction created to resemble you? Remember anything in all-caps is a corporation, an entity. Is it even your name or some strange reversal such as SMITH J for James Smith?

Either way, if you have used your negotiable instrument (signature) and signed for it, you have "enjoined" and become the strawman, instead of the agent for it.

There is a very big difference.

Even when you open your mail. Is it your mail or the strawman's mail. It's illegal to open another "persons" mail (a PERSONS is a corporation by the way) By opening it you create an enjoinder, and accept that you are the strawman, and become liable for the contents.

I personally send back all mail like that with "incorrectly addressed - mail fraud - return to sender" on the front.

Unfortunately, your son was just a number to them, human collateral, he had become the strawman, expendable, basically their property.

Why?

Because there is no money. Money is an invention. Try challenging a bank CEO to provide proof that there is any Lawful (not legal) money in circulation, backed by anything of value. They cannot.

Since there is no money, just zero's and ones, the governments know that the real wealth lies in it's "citizens", it's collateral.

We are the commodity with which it trades. All goods are 'pre-paid" by the labour of those who create it.

When you take your port-pass (passport) and go to a sea port or air port (all admiralty jurisdiction, all commercial) and board a commercial airline as self-loading baggage, you begin a foreign exchange with your strawman.

When you get a "licence" to drive a commercial vehicle to ferry or trans-port other strawmen around, it's a commercial activity, on a public road. when you go to a shopping (commerce) centre and buy goods and services, you are a consumer, all commercial activity. It all has rules, regulations and sometimes fees, charges, tarriffs, levy's etc.

When I learned this, I cancelled my licence, cancelled my "vehicle" registration, and registered it myself, no expiry.

I now journey in my private automobile, on the common ways of the land in peace. I do not drive, do not own a vehicle, and I stay in the private realm.

By using their terminology, (which by the way is copyrighted), including all laws (which only apply to corporations anyway) you are entering their controversy.

So how does this all relate?

You can easily become the agent for the strawman, rather than join, and be the strawman. It does take time and learning, but you will be free of their control and jurisdiction. Only force is left after that.

You would need to sign as the "agent" for the strawman.

I was recently stopped by the police (gangsters) and they were most surpriesd to see I had no licence or registration. After 30 mins of checking, they let me go...why? They had no jurisdiction.

You see everyone is born with rights. They are inalienable rights. Only if you give them up, or are co-erced into giving them up, do you become one of the sheeple.

Even the word Human (hue-man) means the color of a man. As you know all laws are colourable, being not exactly true.

Have you ever wondered why the government gives you money? They give money when you are poor (you become a ward of the state) when your child is born or berthed down the canal (they purchase an interest in the strawman) when you buy your first home (they buy an interest in your property) etc.

Do you think that's your car? No. You just have a licence to drive it.

So where is the money?

Gold has always been the standard, but it was removed from backing the dollar long ago. There is no longer enough gold to back all the pieces of paper floating around.

Even if you go out and buy some gold, what would you buy it with?

That's right, the private credit of the International Monetary Fund, that is on loan to you. it's not your money.

Think about that. If everything you think you own, was bought with someone else's money, who do you think owns it?

When the clock strikes, and the world banks declare the governments bankrupt, which they already are, they will turn on us to repay the debt with our labour.

I am sorry for the loss of your son. I have a son myself.

As we all know, wars are a banking exercise. Usually one group or bank funds both sides. We are the collateral they use to play their game.

Bush needs to be brought to Justice for his actions, but I fear no Court will do so, because he runs the courts. he put those people in office.

The only way to fight is not to fight, but to take away their power...which is only what we give them.

Remember arguement is dishonour. Any arguement presumes there is a controversy which by law can be presided over by a Judge. Stay away from arguement and silence.

Yes, I always wondered why you couldn't access your retirement money until age 55 or 60.

I figure that's when the investment matures, the govt having extracted all the interest from you, and you become an invalid pensioner (get it - in-valid)

You become no longer valid as a form of commercial instrument.

This is also why people in prison have a release date (maturity of the stock) as their bond is traded on the stock exchange, bundled with other in-mates, basically in a bonded warehouse, since they "enjoined" the strawman instead of being the agent for the all caps fiction, they themselves must sit out the time.

Their cusip number is based on either their social security number or similar, and if found, you could post another bond to replace them/it.

If we start to forget about the hue-man side of things and start looking at all life as a commercial activity it starts to make sense.

When you see an ambulance rushing through the streets to save someone, they are really rushing to save another strawman / commercial instrument.

Why do you get a fine for not wearing a seatbelt?

There's no injured party right?

Because you are en-dangering the strawman and the other strawpersons aboard the vessel.

Trans-port (transfer from one port to another) - you're not just going on a picnic with your friends anymore...

You're using a commercial vehicle, transporting goods and driving (putting into motion) which is all registered/commercialised/regulated/governed.

So, remember, if you want to be the Agent for the strawman, and not the strawman itself, you must:

1. Notify your bank of the change in status in writing/
2. Get your cards (all of them) to put the letter TM after your "name"
3. If asked why, tell them that you have a trademark which "looks" like your name" and so you need it for security purposes.
4. Cut up your "licence" and if you must have one, get a new one but sign like this:

ALL CAPS STRAWMAN TM

by

(your signature)
Authorised Agent
All Rights Reserved

5. Start with your library card and other simple easier to change things. When I did my passport, they took an hour, deliberating over it, and checking past signatures. The only reason i got it on my port-pass was because I was able to produce other cards supporting the signature. Whew!

Once you have made it clear to everyone that you are the agent for the strawman, you may even want to assign a third party as your agent, even more separating you from it's liability.

6. Now, start checking your mail properly. Watch for how it's addressed. Write letters to all your main suppliers and let them know that you are to be addressed properly, or mail will be returned, unopened.

To open mail is to join, i.e perfected service.

If the letter looks like a present (present-ment) don't open it, but rather send it back marked "incorrectly addressed - return to sender" or "refused for cause - mail fraud".

Fight the machine people. It's consuming us, and we didn't even know it.

The best place to hide is right out in the open, which is why this terminology is subtly changed or prefixed. It's right in front of you.

Re-serve, Re-source, Re-Legion, In-Valid, Re-tire, the list goes on.

BTW, if you're in Australia, a persons who runs a business by themselves is called a "sole (soul) trader".

When I looked up the meaning in the Corporations Act, it says "a member organisation of a securities exchange" - stock market.

ve read quite a bit on this aswell, and have actually tried to "cancell" my drivers licsence once i found out about this fraud. How did you go about achieving this. I would like exercise my right to travel, but ive already signed the contract (ID card)

Info on the straw man anybody!!!

Peace and Greetings to all who dedicate their time and energy to reading this. I am very informed when it comes to the esoteric, planetary changes, Egyptian History and Languages, origins of religions, and wholistic healing etc.

However, I am a relatively new student when it comes to this "straw man" and "UCC filing" stuff.

Here lies my problem: I received a ticket about two weeks ago for fraudulent car insurance. I wasn't even there, my Mother was driving. She received no tickets. Since then I have been studying the UCC and Admiralty and have even become (in my opinion) pretty well-versed in it. I'm just a little confused on how to respond to the judge because I've been hearing many different responses.

So can anyone tell me how to properly respond with regards to this matter?

I also need the step by step process on how to cancel my vehicle registration, tags, title, as well as info on receiving money back from my UCC1 filing and my IMF. (Personally, I hear a lot of people saying how to do it, including Dr. Phil Valentine, but I haven't met anyone or heard from anyone who actually did it properly and received money back).

Please help if you can.

I know if anyone has the correct info on this subject, it would have to be someone from this site. And I can honestly say that I have never joined a message board before, but when I read what ALL of you guys were writing, it actually gave me a wealth of knowledge and hope.

Thanks to a very open minded good hearted man who believed and researched what i had told him i got this back. most valuable info.
