Greetings.

Thank you for your less than friendly letter dated 5th August 2008 addressed to JANE A DOE and received 16th August 2008 by Principal.

Principal, on behalf of JANE A DOE, wishes to tender her sincere and humble apologies for this belated reply to your presentment, as a consequence of her journeys out of state until only last week Thursday 14th August 2008, and will endeavour to not permit such a dishonour to occur again. Please forgive Principal for this unintended dishonour and any others that may have occurred unbeknown to Principal.

From the tone of your presentment, it appears Citibank Pty Limited (hereinafter ‘Citibank’) has rejected Principal’s tender of payment by negotiable instrument presented on 30th July 2008.

Principal has no intent to dishonour any presentment and therefore hereby sincerely and honourably accepts for value and surrenders for value for full settlement and closure, on behalf of the alleged debtor JANE ANNE DOE, the following presentment:

· Letter of Demand from Vasudeva Rao employee of Citibank dated 5th August 2008 - duly endorsed accepted for value and surrendered for value – Exhibit A

Said document, deemed presentment, is labelled Exhibits A and is surrendered for value as attached hereto, taken in all sincerity as provided being a true, correct, complete, not just true and correct, not misleading and of personal knowledge, of complainant/s action(s) well plead claim, for the purpose of agreeing to fully cooperate by providing all responses necessary to facilitate settlement and closure of said claim, and requesting that LES MATHESON join in the mutual resolution of any and all real issues which may result after he conducts a full, complete and well-rounded investigation to determine the need for further investigation from Principal. Said document, now deemed your complete presentment, is labeled Exhibit A.

In addition, LES MATHESON is also requested to forward the attached Affidavit for All Complainants, refer Attachment B, making one copy available for each alleged ‘complainant’, although you may disallow/disregard any reports from parties who are:

(a) unwilling to place their full commercial liability on the line by signing said affidavit ;

(b) attempting to use ANY FEDERAL OR STATE COURT SYSTEM officers/employees to
exact misinformation, as a way to circumvent appropriate laws for this matter to be
appropriately/properly dealt with.

(c) inducing/influencing CROWN officers/agents or its nominees to generate harassing
procedures against Principal;

(d) do have first-hand-personal-knowledge of Principal’s intent, policies, practices,
or compliance with the appropriate laws.

Principal requests lastly that LES MATHESON assist her in order to identify all real issues from any unsubstantiated or vexatious claims and in order to save public resources.

A list of requests is necessary to be provided in response to this Letter of Request, before Principal can determine if the intent is to harass by generating ‘argument’, ‘controversy’, and ‘loss of honour’ and/or ‘good-will’, or to actually in fact resolve an injury or damage to a ‘genuine complainant’.

1. Do not argue any facts on the public side of the above matter on behalf of Principal. The well plead facts are all true therein and are not disputed.

2. Represent Principal only on the private side of the matter as per my directions herein and any subsequent directions

I request that LES MATHESON perform and investigate the following on behalf of Principal and sincerely thanks LES MATHESON for his prompt attention within the appropriate laws to ensure these matters are properly attended to:

Please provide the following particulars timely to Principal in order to show that:

1. Principal is same party as JANE A DOE

2. Principal’s intent is/was not to honourable settle and close the above account.

3. Principal did not ask Citibank to issue her timely a true bill duly endorsed showing the issuer’s name reflecting the outstanding balance of the account. in order to effectuate settlement and closure.

4. Principal did not state that should the instrument Citibank issued her was insufficient to effectuate offset of the debt to please issue her with one for her valuable autograph that would be sufficient to either waive the debt or offset it.

5. By failing to furnish Principal timely a bill of exchange or like type instrument for her valuable autograph is not evidence of the admission by Citibank the negotiable instrument tendered to JANE A DOE dated 9th July 2008, was sufficient to effectuate settlement and closure of the account by virtue its acceptance and subsequent surrender to Citibank for settlement and closure.

6. The maker of a bill of exchange does not bear primary liability for it unless it’s acceptance is dishonoured by a another/third party.

7. Principal or JANE A DOE did not accept for value said negotiable instrument and surrender it for value for settlement and closure to the maker, Citibank.

8. By virtue of the tone of Vasudeva Rao’s, on behalf of Citibank, presentment dated 5th August 2008, it is not Citibank’s admission to not accept and therefore to dishonour the tender of aforesaid negotiable instrument.

9. The debt is not now waived by virtue of ‘Banker’s acceptance’ and that primary liability is not now borne by Citibank as maker.

10. Should Citibank not furnish Principal a certified copy of the document that evidences a contract between Citibank and JANE A DOE, or any derivative name of the corporate fiction entity named as JANE A DOE or Principal in timely manner, that failure to produce aforesaid particulars is not evidence that there is no valid and lawful contract and that Citibank admits to all liability for its actions to solicit funds/monies it has failed to establish a claim for.

11. Vasudeva Rao and other employees/nominees of Citibank and Citibank accept all liability for any injuries the/it causes as a result of pursuing an unsubstantiated claim

12. Failure of Citibank to substantiate any claim by way of autographed affidavit or providing all the above particulars does not invalidate any and all Citibank’s claims.

Should you fail to furnish said particulars within the next seven days of the date of this Letter of Request, it shall be deemed by all parties that no such contract or particulars exist, that
your claims are irrelevant and that you are soliciting for business you are not entitled to.

Should you or nominees/employees of Citibank and Citibank fail to provide particulars via affidavit on a point for point basis against the points raised by Principal in order to verify your claim yet proceed with your attempts to recover monies from alleged debtor or Principal without their expressed permission, including but not limited to, any future solicitation via mail, it shall be deemed by all parties that you accept all liability and consent to paying JANE A DOE the following sums in lieu of injury:

1. Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) for each communication made to JANE A DOE, whether telephonically or in writing, which is not in affidavit form autographed under your(collectively) own unlimited commercial liability, regarding your unsubstantiated claim;

2. Three times the value of any property, the enjoyment and use of which by JANE A DOE or Principal is impaired as a result of you or nominees/employees of Citibank and Citibank’s actions without having first provided documentation verifying their claim;

3. The equivalent of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) for each transaction initiated by JANE A DOE where JANE A DOE’s commercial ability is impeded due to your or nominees/employees of Citibank and Citibank’s adverse credit reporting,

4. you or nominees/employees of Citibank and Citibank owes JANE A DOE the amount equivalent to Forty Five Thousand Three Hundred and Seventy Five Dollars and Sixty Seven Cents ($45,375.67) of your unsubstantiated claim and triple damages,

5. The equivalent of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) for each court appearance JANE A DOE or Principal makes in response to you or nominees/employees of Citibank and Citibank’s unsubstantiated claims; and you or nominee and you or nominees/employees of Citibank and Citibank also voluntarily agrees to:

6. Authorize Principal and JANE A DOE to record a UCC – 1 both on
you or nominees/employees of Citibank and Citibank and insert their name’s individually as debtors to secure the debt owed JANE A DOE; and

7. Prove your claim against the estate of JANE A DOE if you force the alleged debtor into involuntary bankruptcy.

8. The terms and conditions to the enclosed Notice of Written Communication

The matter is finally and totally settled.

This is a private communication to you in your individual capacity and is intended to effect
an out-of court settlement of this matter. Conduct yourself accordingly.

Any mail addressed in any way other than at the head of this Notice in the proper English language format will be returned to you without dishonour as undeliverable as addressed as will any mail not properly autographed and issuer contact name bearing their own commercial liability, and should verification of your claim not be submitted therein, will immediately incur an invoice issued to you for injuries pursuant to the above stipulations.
