This story below, to the best of my recollection, was explained to me by an old friend some years ago who was an international finance broker/merchant banker working out of the City Of London for many years. This is what I can remember of his story. It felt right back then and still feels right today. Apologies for my personal flavouring and lack of editing to describe some of his descriptions/outcomes. My personal interjections are in [ ]........

From the mid/late 1990's The Aust Fed Government politicians in collusion with the internationalised banksters and those of true-freemasonry arranged to borrow U.S. Fed fiat-notes at around 1.5% converted them to Aussie rates at around 3.5% and then on-sold this fiat to the finance markets at a rate of between 4.5% to 6.5% who then on-sold the fiat to the Aussie public from around 6% to 12%.

This fiat-nothing-money was also used by the Fed Govt. for its 1st home buyers incentive scheme of $14,000 (later $7,000) and covered the rebates to State Govt's for the reduction (shortfall) in Stamp Duty.

[These offers to struggling 1st home buyers ignited a scrub-fire that became an enormous out-of-control national bush-fire with roaring winds sweeping all over Gondwanaland as other monopolists joined in as willing devouring partners of a united capitalistic frenzy, eating the carcass like piranhas, not realising that the carcass was actually every man, woman and child who walks this land, including nature & earth.]

This fiat-nothing-money pretty much backed all the flood of fast easy-money credit/loan offers coming in the mail to most Australian's from banks like Citibank. Offers between $5k to $20k limits were available very quickly to many Australians and all they had to do was answer a few questions and sign a piece of paper and that's all. [This is true because I was a willing contributor to this fast easy money access over & over again between 1998 and 2002. Almost every week two or three offers came in the mail to my business for many years].

Over a period of a few years, somewhere around $600 billion U.S. fiat-nothing-money was injected into the Aust money supply which caused rapid escalation in real estate values both residential & commercial and was behind the surge of tens of thousands of new small-businesses that came on line and the multiculturalism immigrations. The massive inflation in real estate values was due to this fiat-nothing-money. Over this 10 year period it was not uncommon to see R/E values increase by more than 40%, often 50%, and even 100%+ was not uncommon either.

And so a huge "intentional" economic bubble was formed, backed by nothing (no solid foundation - bar our collective fruits of labour and the substance of land and what is within, upon and surrounds the land including all water/seas/oceans/lakes etc), and when this planned inflationary bubble bursts, due to the U.S Fed $ completely collapsing in the near future,.will cause much of Australia's land, R/E, mines/resources etc to be offered up to the U.S. Fed (European creditors/receivers) as loan repayments/security/surety etc.

This U.S. Fed Fiat-Nothing-Money was provided with the incentive that no money had to be paid back in installments by the Aust Fed Government/Crime Syndicate for around 10 years. [This 10 years lapse is somewhere between 2007 and 2009].

Due to this fiat-nothing-money corruption/collusion the Australian $ is now heavily pinned/backed by the U.S. $ and if the U.S. $ collapses as planed from long ago, the shock-waves will arrive here in Aussie very very quickly causing massive foreclosures, forced sales and will cause hundreds of thousands of mortgages, overdrafts, lines of credit, credit cards etc to be quickly called in. A domino effect will kick in that will effect every Aussie trapped/lost/brainwashed/hood-winked/deceived/manipulated into the fiction.

Don't be surprised that a depression will come about very quickly causing the politicians to instigate a military curfew/police state to maintain peace, law and order amongst the millions of Aussies panicking. They will panic because the banks will close their doors for up to 2 weeks, no one will access money, values will quickly crash everywhere by more than 50% (no buyers in the market with all sellers desperate to sell to cover their debts/financial obligations/wolves at their doors etc), and access to food, water and other essential services will become very hard to come by.

The inflationary events of pre-Germany 1933 and the 1920's depression in the U.S.A will come back to haunt all Australians who had not learnt the painful lessons of the Americans, Germans and the Australians who also suffered during and after the 1920's depression and the financial disasters of the late 1980's.

[More than $1 Trillion converted U.S./ Fiat-Nothing-Money is still circulating as debt in the Australian money supply today, much of it hidden/built into the fictional inflationary values of land, resources, etc, caused when R/E/land and shares on the stock market etc were being turned over regularly (houses/land being bought and sold once or twice within 2 years) by the capitalistic opportunists for big profits. Do not be surprised that this debt (when you add on all the outstanding accumulating/compounding collective interest) could get as close as $2 Trillion today. And also don't forget that internationalised private corporations already own almost everything on and around this land, and most profits go off-shore, so what is on the table with this final crunch are not the scraps but you, me and everyone we love and care for and the other 20 million breathing upon this land.]

My friend said that this engineered event is part of the strategic initiatives of the international crime syndicate that will cause the Australian population to quickly bend to their knees and force them to accept the microchip as a remedy.

[A remedy where much, if not all this debt, will be wavered/written off to a one world bank/one world government/one world currency/one world rule-of-law/one world this and that remedy, if everyone accepts the chip. - The global crime syndicate bad guys are going to come up smelling like roses looking good as the good guys but ahhhhhhh - the con-sequence (the sequence of this CON) of their global economic remedy "on offer" is massive indeed.

[Obviously there will be a carte-blanch of other reasons/excuses used as well (Hegelian Dialectics) by the Politicians/economic/financial experts to bring in the microchip like $100's of millions of $$$ owed to the State Govt's as outstanding revenue caused by very naughty/irresponsible/uncaring Aussies not paying their outstanding fines and other charges to the States.

Every bond issued or under administration by the corporation that is The Commonwealth Of Australia (around 20 million strawman bonds) was used as part of the stock holdings/equity which covered the $600 billion+ borrowings from the private corporations that are the United States & the United States Federal Reserve. The primary stock holders/controlling interest in these two corporations is "The Crown" based in the tiny 1km square City Of London.]

[The point raised in this discussion is that most Australians are oblivious of how closely tied/pegged the Aussie $ has become to the U.S. Fed $ since 1997. The consequences/ramifications of the U.S. $ collapsing for all Australian's lost to the fiction is HUGE and they will not be prepared (informed/educated) to rescue themselves out of the very fast all-consuming quicksand they will all find themselves suddenly within until its just too late. As far as I can see this information is almost completely ignored by all politicians, financial experts and the media to this day.

Its obvious Why!!!!!!! And its obvious what the word sheeple really means!!!

There are a thousand and one other economic red herrings "on offer" to the Aussie Sheeple so they never get close to fully realising the terrible sequence of events/con-sequences that will quickly unfold. I guess most Australian freedom-truth fighters are unaware of this circumstance as well. While anyone is still completely dependent on the daily sucking on the nipples of the private corporations for their supply of food, water, energy, transport, etc etc, they will be trapped in the D-Day quicksand, and for most, they will have very little choice but to accept the microchip if they want to continue sucking on these fictional nipples for their loved ones survival and for their own survival.

Have you ever really stopped to think things through until there final conclusion as to what effect this D-Day will have upon you and your family particularly if you are all still sucking on the nipples of the private corporations and you have no long-term alternatives in place????? Have you ever considered that all the freedom-truth work many of us are doing could just be a huge distraction, full of 1001 intentional red-herrings, so that we never get to co-create the one and only remedy that pulls us all out of this nightmare?????

And don't forget the establishment have planed a very well organised genocide/eugenics program that will cull millions of us during these next seven years or so if we allow D-Day to come about and allow the program to blossom until we all encounter its worst case scenario, without any community immunity in place to stop it. The worst case scenarios will unfold while many of us are focusing on surviving the D-Day nightmare program which only feeds the programed nightmare. The programed nightmare is what we are all focusing on and projecting (creating) for ourselves while love (the heartfelt program that is the creation of substance) has been completely ignored and forgotten about.

Its obvious that D-Day has turned the final bend and is now sprinting to the finish line. In reference to the fiction we all have very little time left.

Fiction is a program of destruction that runs all programs of destruction. We are presently surrounded by millions who are programmed to carry out the instructions of the destructive programs they were all brainwashed into believing in. We need to co-create a program of love (walk-the-talk) that will inspire the brainwashed sheeple robots into rebelling against the instructions of their destructive programming and join with us in co-creating a program of love where we all benefit by serving each other.

Imagine you live in a pristine world of abundant creation, the true Garden Of Eden. The mountains soar while the rivers run with clean, living water. The forests of majestic trees produce clean, living air and there is an abundance of clean, living food to be found in the fruit trees and the plants. Such nutrition rich food, combined with all the pollen floating in the air, means you do not need to eat much. Your health and vitality is supreme and you live peacefully with your fellow MAN and the animals. You do no harm and no harm is done to you.

With all your needs taken care of, you spend your time in joyful contemplation and creation. No cities, no concrete, no cars, no aeroplanes, no bitumen, no telephones, televisions or computers. No poverty, war, violence, abuse, robbery, greed, selfishness, hatred or disease. No money, mortgages, bills, fines, fees, registrations, rules, rituals or regulations. Just Man and nature with nothing in between.

One day, as you walk into a glade in the middle of a forest, you see a man sitting deep in meditation. In front of him a cauldron is bubbling, strange signs and sounds rising out of the steam. The man raises his head and smiles at you.

"Come," he says. "I've got something to show you."

THE FOUNDING FATHER

The man with the cauldron is the central character of our world today. The "civilisation" of which many of us are so proud, is his invention, conjured out of his imagination. First of all, we'd like to point out we predicted the crash and subsequent nationalization of the U.S.
banking "industry" more than two years ago. Call it a "kook-site" if you will--particularly you half-assed "journalists" who spends about 15 minutes researching a topic, then call it a "conspiracy theory web site"--who's dreaming now?

This site is dedicated to the good people of North America. We receive tons of virtual mail from Canada, Mexico and the U.S.

Most of the folks who send this mail are opposed to the concept of a North American union.

Technically, and geographically, we are already a Union. We are geographically attached to one another, we have NAFTA and all its offspring and, we believe, we care for each other on a citizen basis.

Recently, we received a comment from a U.S. railroad worker. He pointed out how much money has been committed to the bank/mortgage industry recovery--so far--and pointed out how much of that money could have been distributed to U.S. Taxpayers.

Figure $1-Trillion, by 300-Million citizens in the U.S. IF there were 300-million taxpayers, every one would receive--instead of Wall Street rip-offs getting it--about $3333, each, to pull themselves out of whatever mess they're in. If children were counted as "taxpayers" since their parents are taxpayers, a family of four would receive $13, 333. Since there are not 300-million taxpayers, these figures would be higher. Welfare recipients should receive no funds under such a plan, as they do not pay taxes and already benefit ongoing free money from taxpayers, frequently live in Section 8 Housing and get food stamps.

The 2007 IRS Data Book claims there are approximately 138-million taxpayers. Without counting children of taxpayers as "taxpayers," each of those 138-million citizens would receive $7246. A couple would get $14,493. The current bail-out is yet another example of the government demonstrating they know how to spend our money than we do--and THAT means giving OUR money to someone else. In this case, someone on record as professionally squandering other people's money. Go figure.

The most important thing to remember is, the powerful people who want to control/own you know, to get what they want--you have to ask for it. Everything you know and hold dear will, therefore, be manipulated and possibly destroyed, designed for you to DEMAND Change.

Amero Currency: One Union Under God? With Liberty?

This site is intended to make United States citizens aware of the advancement of the agenda to launch the nations of North America, including the U.S., into a continental union similar to the European Union.

The international work-in-progress, named the "Security and Prosperity Partnership Of North America
(SPP)," has a broad scope. The program goal, according to a release by the White House Office of the
Press Secretary, is"To enhance the competitive position of North American industries in the global
marketplace and to provide greater economic opportunity for all of our societies, while maintaining high standards of health and safety for our people, the United States, Mexico, and Canada will work together, and in consultation with stakeholders, to:"

* Improve Productivity
* Reduce the Costs of Trade
* Enhance the Quality of Life

Initially, these goals sound reasonable. However, upon inspection and understanding of the background of the movement, it becomes clear that, once fully implemented, the newly formed organization will usurp authority of the U.S., and redistribute power and wealth among the three North American nations.

The brain trusts behind the philosophies that laid the groundwork for the program, in its current and
future forms, elaborate a broader view of economics and "sovereignty" that also redistribute economic and legislative powers.

According to the web site of the U.S. Senate, Robert Pastor--a former U.S. National Security Council
director--discussing the SPP, testified:

NAFTA has failed to create a partnership because North American governments have not changed the
way they deal with one another. Dual bilateralism, driven by U.S. power, continue to govern and irritate.

Adding a third party to bilateral disputes vastly increases the chance that rules, not power, will resolve problems.

This trilateral approach should be institutionalized in a new North American Advisory Council. Unlike the sprawling and intrusive European Commission, the Commission or Council should be lean, independent, and advisory, composed of 15 distinguished individuals, 5 from each nation. Its principal purpose should be to prepare a North American agenda for leaders to consider at biannual summits and to monitor the implementation of the resulting agreements. It should be an advisor to the three leaders but also a public voice and symbol of North America. It should evaluate ways to facilitate economic integration, producing specific proposals on continental issues such as harmonizing environmental and labor standards and forging a competition policy.

The U.S. Congress should also merge the U.S.-Mexican and U.S.-Canadian interparliamentary groups
into a single “North American Parliamentary Group.”

Pastor goes further, suggesting (As the SPP defines) less emphasis on national border security:

"At the same time, our Task Force recommends that all three governments define and defend a
continental perimeter."

He also goes so far as to define:

"The North American Council should develop an integrated continental plan for transportation and
infrastructure that includes new North American highways and high-speed rail corridors. The United
States and Canada should each develop national standards on weight, safety, and configuration of
trucking and then negotiate with Mexico to establish a single set of standards."

Concluding his testimony Invited by the Subcommittee on the Western Hemisphere U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee," Pastor states:

"The time has come for us to define a true North American Community. Our security and prosperity
depend on it."

From the mindsets documented above, and more data available through this site, emerges the concept of the "Amero," an international currency whereby the American monetary system and our treasury system become homogeneous with those of Mexico and Canada.

"Sovereignty is not infinitely valuable"
Herb Grubel

These are the words of a Canadian advocate for the creation of a new currency for North American
countries. His theories seem to lead the pack of similar philosophers and economists.

In a foreword for Grubel's study on the prospect, Gordon Gibson characterizes the situation as such:

"Most fundamentally however, Mr. Grubel makes the sensible observation that "sovereignty is not infinitely valuable." Every nation in the world, even the mighty United States, has traded off elements of sovereignty to multi-national associations such as the WTO, NAFTA, and the United Nations. Canada has been in the forefront of encouraging every such development-- a natural policy for a middle power."

For a "middle power" whose economy is weak and exchange rate declining steadily, such a maneuver may be in the best interest. This is not the case when the strongest economy in the world, the United States of America, considers diluting its monetary system with Mexico, a third world, "developing" nation and Canada, a second socialist nation on our two land borders.

Further, U.S. sovereignty is, perhaps, our most precious facet, as defined in our Declaration of

New Union With Canada And Mexico: Open Borders For US

New Perimeter Border Around Three Nations To "Streamline Traffic" Into USA

The Security and Prosperity Partnership between Canada, Mexico and the U.S. is underway at this
moment. Why such a massive international cooperative trade program has not been promoted by our
government, may seem a mystery. It is touted as an arrangement to "increase security and enhance
prosperity" through "greater cooperation and information sharing."

Why so little fanfare if it's such a great thing? When studied, the program appears to be the United
States' official launch into socialism, recognizing the common thread, "the rich get richer."

The "program" was supposedly launched in March of 2005. The U.S. Department of Commerce
describes it as a "White House-driven initiative" and goes on to claim "The SPP recognizes that our
three great nations are bound by a shared belief in freedom, economic opportunity, and strong
democratic institutions."

Everyone paying attention, particularly Mexicans, understand the Mexican government and economic
system are utterly corrupt and bankrupt, respectively. Credible studies conservatively estimate payoffs and mordida amount to ten percent of the Mexican Gross Domestic Product. "Freedom" is unlikely one of the first things an average Mexican would list as a benefit of citizenship.

Canada is a bastion of socialism, largely controlled by the electorate in eastern, major metropolitan
areas. Canadian citizens in remote areas of the west are legislatively subdued by socialist liberals in
the big cities. For instance, the French-speaking body politic in French Canada have outlawed handguns nationwide. The English-speaking natives living in the primitive areas of British Columbia, replete with brown bears--the western hemisphere's most vicious and deadly wild animal--are prohibited from carrying a pistol on their hip while working in the bush.

Both the Mexican and Canadian economies rely, primarily, on the U.S. for trade and economic stability.
They are, according to the U.S. Government Energy Information Administration, our top suppliers of oil.

The population of the U.S. is approximately 298 million. The combined populations of Canada and
Mexico total approximately 129 million, not half that of the U.S. How will a union with two nations, one
morally bankrupt and each possessing poorly-performing currency systems, advance the U.S.?

It probably won't. Observers and experts predict this "union," or "partnership," will not only dissolve U.S. sovereignty, but destroy our domestic shipping industries, redistribute our middle-class wealth
and eliminate what we now consider border security.

A stated goal of the SPP is to:

3) Further streamline the secure movement of low-risk trafficacross our shared borders

* Develop and implement a border facilitation strategy to build capacity and improve the legitimate
flow of people and cargo at ports of entry within North America.

* Identify, develop, and deploy new technologies to advance our shared security goals and promote the legitimate flow of people and goods across our borders.

A strategic goal of the SPP is to ease restrictions on transport of goods. The U.S. being the primary consumer within the union, it is no mystery who the "goods" are headed for. The SPP intends to diminish, or eliminate, security at U.S. borders, preferring a "perimeter" around the three nations.

By eliminating U.S. border checkpoints, the SPP will "streamline" the flow of goods and human traffic by avoiding U.S. Ports Of Entry (ports)--thereby subverting U.S. homeland security--avoiding use of U.S. labor (Teamsters and Longshoremen's unions) and creating an ultra-highway system running from deep in Mexico, through the U.S., and well into Canada.

The initial leg of this highway system is already underway in South Texas. Cintra-Macquarie, a joint
venture between Spanish and Australian companies, has not only secured contracts to construct the U.S.-Mexico stretch of international tollway, but is actively acquiring billions of dollars and thousands of miles of toll roads throughout the U.S. The flow of traffic through the countries will not be controlled by the "union," but overseas organizations.

The map above delineates the current plan for the ultra structure. Wiith the creation of "Inland Ports" at Kelly USA in San Antonio, TX, Alliance, TX, Kansas City, KS and Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, the North American Inland Ports Network (NAIPN), a working group of North America's SuperCorridor Coalition (NASCO), intends to:

* "facilitate and process international trade through strategic investment in multi-modal transportation assets and by promoting value-added services as goods move through the supply chain."

* improve "...the efficiency of International Commerce throughout the Mid-Continent. NAIPN increases trade flow with the Asia-Pacific, Latin America, Russia, and Europe."

NAIPN describes Inland Ports as such:

* "An Inland Port is a site located away from traditional land, air and coastal borders with the vision to facilitate and process international trade through strategic investment in multi-modal transportation assets and by promoting value-added services as goods move through the supply chain."

The SPP, through NASCO and NAIPN, is redefining our transit, import, export, inspection and
distribution networks, at the hands of foreign interests. Goods will be flown into the U.S., directly into
the heartland, rather than being stopped and checked at our existing borders. Goods brought in via the "Mid-Continent Trade and Transportation Corridor" will not be checked as they enter the U.S. Rather, they will be "inspected" as they enter Mexican ports, then shipped overland within the prosperity union.

How will we all pay for this?

Whether it is called the Amero, the Dollar, the Nuevo-Nuevo Peso, or the man in the moon, some system will have to be in place to stabilize and standardize transactions. You can call it whatever you want.

For now, we'll call it AmeroCurrency.

THE TRANSPORTATION INFRASTRUCTURE CHALLENGE

An enormous national transportation infrastructure response is urgently needed to meet current and future U.S. population and economic growth and soaring international trade.

Huge Basic Sustenance, Maintenance Requirements and Costs

Construction Costs. Between 1993 and 2015 highway and transit construction costs will have increased 70 percent.

Highway Investment. In 2005, highway capital investment was $75 billion, $33 billion or 45 percent of the total in Federal assistance, and $42 billion from the state and local level.

Restore Purchasing Power. To restore the program’s purchasing power, Federal highway assistance will have to increase from $43 billion in 2009 to $73 billion in 2015, and transit assistance will have to increase from $10.3 billion to $17.3 billion.

Current Spending Falls Short. The $75 billion in annual spending by federal, state and local governments combined falls short of levels needed just to maintain U.S. existing transportation infrastructure in good repair.

Disappearing Revenue streams to maintain and expand U.S. Infrastructure

US Fuel Tax Unchanged since 1993. The federal gasoline tax, the main support to the U.S. Highway Trust Fund that pays for road and bridge maintenance, hasn’t been raised since 1993.

US Highway Trust Fund Drying Up. The combination of greater capacity demands, increased spending requirements, higher construction costs and stagnant fuel tax revenues threatens to empty the U.S. Highway Trust Fund in 2009.

Fuels Tax Money Buys Less. Highway maintenance and new construction doesn’t go nearly as far as it did . . . Between 1960 and 1965 America built 144,000 miles of new highway. Between 2000 and 2005 it added just 59,000 miles of new highway.” – The Economist of London, Aug. 9, 2007, “America’s creaking infrastructure: A BRIDGE TOO FAR GONE.”

Infrastructure is required to meet current and future U.S. population growth, economic growth and international trade growth

Population. By 2007, the U.S. population grew to 303 million, up 130 million from 1955, the year prior to the start of the U.S. Interstate Highway System. Over the next 50 years, it is expected to grow to 435 million, up by 140 million.

Vehicles. By 2007, our highways carried 246 million cars and trucks. In 1955, our highways carried 65 million cars and trucks. That number is expected to reach nearly 400 million by 2055.

Vehicle Miles Traveled. Highway travel in the U.S. measured in “vehicle miles traveled,” increased to 3 trillion in 2006, up from 600 billion in 1955. The Federal Highway Administration forecasts that it will grow by 2.07 percent per year through 2022. Travel may exceed 7 trillion vehicle miles by 2055.

Projections of ever greater growth of U.S. transportation for world trade by 2035

Truck Freight. The U.S. DOT forecasts truck tonnage is expected to increase 114 percent between 2004 and 2035. Trucks are expected to carry 79 percent of total tonnage.

Rail Freight. Rail tonnage is expected to grow by 63 percent by 2035. Rail is expected to carry 13 percent of total tonnage in 2035, down from 14 percent in 2004.

NASCO Solutions to Transportation Infrastructure Challenge

NASCO has assisted in the lobbying effort to bring hundreds of millions of dollars to the NASCO Corridor since 1994. The group’s efforts resulted in High Priority Corridor designated status for all 1,500 miles of I-35 from Laredo, Texas to Duluth, MN in 1995 and inclusion of same within the National Highway System under the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act (ISTEA).

NASCO later assisted in achieving the same designation and status for the key NASCO Corridor IH 35 branches, all of IH 29 from Kansas City, MO to the border with Canada at Manitoba Province, and for the key IH 35 branch connection with IH 94 to the Detroit/Windsor, Ontario border crossing with Canada in later U.S. transportation legislation.

Advantage of Designation as a Congressional High Priority Corridor

Funding was provided either directly or indirectly for these corridors in the current (SAFETEA-LU) and the two previous (ISTEA and TEA-21) multiyear surface transportation authorizations.

Funding - ISTEA

Section 1105(f) of ISTEA authorized funding for fiscal years 1992 through 1997 for some specific high priority corridor segments, and Section 1105(h) authorized some additional funding for high priority corridor feasibility and design studies. NHS, STP and Bridge Program funds authorized by ISTEA could be used to fund improvements to high priority corridors. In certain instances, Interstate Maintenance funds authorized by ISTEA may be used to fund improvements to some high priority corridor routes.

Funding - TEA-21

Section 1602 of TEA-21 authorized funding for fiscal years 1998 through 2003 for some specific high priority corridor segments. Also, formula funds for the NHS, STP, Bridge Program, and in certain instances, Interstate Maintenance authorized by TEA-21 were used to fund improvements to high priority corridors. In addition, beginning in FY 1999, the planning and development of high priority corridors was eligible for funding under the discretionary National Corridor Planning and Development Program.

Funding - SAFETEA-LU

Various sections for SAFETEA-LU provide funds for these high priority corridors. For example, formula funds for the NHS, STP, Bridge Program, the Coordinated Border Infrastructure Program and in certain instances, Interstate Maintenance may be used to fund improvements to high priority corridors. Also, some projects specifically identified under section 1301 (Projects of Regional and National Significance), 1302 (National Corridor Infrastructure Improvement program) and 1701 (High Priority Projects program) will support improvements to these corridors.

NASCO successfully assisted in lobbying for the creation of two new categories. Under the Transportation Act of the 21st Century (TEA-21) – these new transportation support and funding categories were the National Corridor Planning & Development Program and the Coordinated Border Infrastructure Program.
