There are some silver bullet insights I wish to share but firstly, have you already read this email doing the rounds of honour-dishonor networks & Admiralty Law/Freedom-Truth-Conspiracy networks????.......

Jose: van-Rooy had done much paperwork, including her set-off accounts, many returns for value, bonding, apologizing and withdrawing all her publically submitted paperwork off the record, etc, etc.

She stood strong for years now, she was holding exceptional ground in my eyes - all the way up to the Supreme Court where she was getting flipped back and forth between the masters court and the Supreme Court proper, twice each, because she would not testify in the slightest - even despite many despicable attempts to have her comply.

Jose has certainly proved that she can and has gone the distance. In Jose's district court matter, in the face of all the above paperwork and apologies, Jose asking "does the record not show..." etc, the Judge simply _totally_ ignored all her paperwork and her position, and proceeded.

I was of the mind up until the last day or two that the private administrative process would bear fruit.

I am no longer of this mind.

Here is my greatest concern with this process for fellow Australians:

We do not have the UCC (uniform commercial code) enacted as law in Australia. What we have instead, as far as I can tell, is the Trade Practices Act. This the TPA is the closest Australian legislation to the UCC that I have found. The TPA is a different beast, it has specific issues which it addresses, and despite some overlap, it is certainly not the UCC.

It may be that a private administrative process can yet be established in Australia. That would likely require certain research and additional court test cases (another Jose, since I don't think Jose will be desiring of running another such case go to woe, just for the fun of it, but I could be wrong :)

Up until this week, I have been encouraging those choosing to follow the private path, in the belief that it would bear fruit. No longer.

Where does this leave us?

In my opinion, with the common law and fundamental jurisdictional challenge which as many of us know, Malcolm McClure has taught to us for 10 years now, in the UPMART common law courses. I have personally witnessed a Magistrate striking himself from the bench. They _do_ want to keep their noses clean, at least to some _public_ degree.

Is it easy? Is there a silver bullet?

I feel that this is one of the great lessons for us Aussies in general - we've had it so comfortable and war-free in this country internally, that we are a little blaze about our rights and freedoms and liberties (as a generalization of course).

I do feel the heat will have to get turned up a few notches yet, before a significant number of Australians take to the freedoms endowed to us. But I'll be delighted if I'm proved wrong and freedom does take off sooner.

When we stop seeking that silver bullet, when we take full, personal, responsibility for our freedoms, when we work to set aside our differences and join on our principles, only then will we reap the real fruits of a real community living our inalienable rights under the blessing of Almighty God.

This is as codified by our very own forefathers, right here in the Australian Federal Constitution.

We've got it all right here already people. Let's start living it.

Zen is a sincere chappie I met by email just before leaving the UPMART group. He lives in or near Sydney, I think. Although not a professing believer, he has an open mind and heart.

I just rceived this one from him, and have opted, (trusting your wise discression), to leave the email adresses on it in case someone from the H/D group who knows some of the names of the despondants cares to contact anyone on the list.

I am of the belief that the real liberty which Yehowshua promised us may only be found within the pages of the Bible, being transferred to our hearts, which we will relate to others who seek to persecute us as we, (as a result), exercise those inherrant rights that we were created with.

It is called witnessing.

I understand from Bible prophecy, that persecution will get worse until Yehowshua returns again. Then we (witnesses) may be called into the Heavenly Tribunal to declare what we have seen and suffered for being faithful to the words and commands of our Heavenly Father.

We are now in the Kingdom of Grace, where Yehowshua, as Governer of the Earth, is seeking to live out His life within us.

His life, whilst on Earth ended with His own persecution and death. It is possible that many of us are unwilling to allow Him in because we know He may steer us to the same temporary fate as He suffered. Many of us do not have faith and confidence in the resurrection and are unwilling to lose this life.

John 12:24-25 Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit. He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal.

The point is, that a plant must die for the seed to spring up, and he who looses his life for the Kingdom of Heaven's sake shall gain it again in the resurrection.

After the resurrection, the Kingdom of Glory comes into effect.

What happens on the way, to various souls, is told in the parable and its meaning, in Mark 4:2-23, And he taught them many things by parables, and said unto them in his doctrine, Hearken; Behold, there went out a sower to sow: And it came to pass, as he sowed, some fell by the way side, and the fowls of the air came and devoured it up. And some fell on stony ground, where it had not much earth; and immediately it sprang up, because it had no depth of earth: But when the sun was up, it was scorched; and because it had no root, it withered away. And some fell among thorns, and the thorns grew up, and choked it, and it yielded no fruit. The "silver bullet", so often looked for is He who said He was the Way in John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Those who "seem" to be loosing their cases and their attempts to access their liberty will be blessed if they are found doing the will of Yehowshua when He returns.

Matthew 24:46 Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.

Some people in most groups like to criticize and ridicule another groups when their process appears to fail. The Common Law advocates, the Honour Dishonout advocates, the constitutioinal advocates, the patriots, civil libertarians all like to think the process they employ may have the silver bullet ;and, with the tongue begin having a shot at other souls whose process appears to fail them.

Matthew 24:48-51 But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming; And shall begin to smite his fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken; The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of, And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Jeremiah experienced this kind of lashing read in Jeremiah 18:18 Then said they, Come, and let us devise devices against Jeremiah; for the law shall not perish from the priest, nor counsel from the wise, nor the word from the prophet. Come, and let us smite him with the tongue, and let us not give heed to any of his words.

We can spend most of our time doing research, paperwork, attending meetings, spending money and etc.

We seek to escape persecution, whilst doing certain processes which evidence our desires for freedom, but persecution is inevitable when we are aiming at exercising the liberty we have been given through Yehowshua.

2 Timothy 3:12-15 Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived. But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them; And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.

I am thankful for what I have learned from those in the various groups, as they all had an input to my journey and my present conclusion.

Many of those who have tried one process or another and the many who still exercise the courage of their convictions, may, by human appearances and by human eyesight seem to be failing or to have failed, but this is not necessarily the case as Yhwh's ways are not our ways and He sees their heart's condition and its intentions and will bring them forth as finer vessels where He can dwell in them and be their Father and they will be His son's and daughters in spite of "apparent" failures. It is those who give up, or expect that "god will do it all for them" who are the ultimate loosers.

Mark 13:13 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. (redeemed)

The sooner we all come to the conclusion that Liberty may be only found in the pages of the Bible the sooner we will cease from man and the endless chasing of paperwork and the endless following of speakers who seem to have the silver bullet. We will have a unity that will bring about the appearing of our Redeemer. He is only looking for 144,000 of us.

But do we need to believe in a tree? or the air? or the water? Of course not! They exist (the heartfelt conscious-living information of their creation) whether we believe in them or not as they are part of conscious-living creation. Everything consciously-living, inanimate or not, maintains its own existence. It doesn't need knowledge (our belief in knowledge)

39. Wherever there is belief (lie) there is con-tract (ownership of career - careering - falling into knowledge)

39a. To believe (to lie) is being an administrator - add-minister - add a minister - add a DEMON of knowledge

39b Acting as a DEMON of knowledge requires ongoing maintenance (administration of knowledge) of your perpetual careering (career of/in knowledge), providing as surety (assure knowledge - maintaining the fantasy existence of knowledge), guaranteeing con-tinuation of your fall (falling and falling and falling into knowledge) into a STATE of unconsciousness from consciousness

39e. As a minister of knowledge, you are in the maintenance career (of knowledge) of your fall from consciousness. You are administering as the black minister of your black ministry of knowledge

Why do you think we were all dragged off to school/education (headucation)/university for so many years from such an early age??? Obviously, to gather the knowledge of demons. We have all been demonized by demons without ever being provided with conscious-living-full-disclosure so we could consciously choose to be demonized into a STATE OF UNCONSCIOUSNESS or not

45. A Demon of knowledge is governing (govern the i - the temple - the man/woman) the private affairs of the possessed. The belief in knowledge we were headucated with, possesses us. Its called Demonology. We have all been terrorised into accepting demons of knowledge and we con-tinue (the continuation of the con) being demonized (being possessed by demons) while we believe the lies of knowledge (of unconsciousness - of fiction - of the dead). A Demon is invented (invited into) by ones unconscious imagining, thus a Demon invited unto-themselves acts as minister, ad-minister-ing the affairs of hu-mans ministry (beliefs - lies)

46. When you negotiate/contract with a DEMON you invite the DEMON/S of knowledge into your space of love (consciousness) to destroy it. And worse than that is you invite the copy-right holder (the inventor) of all fiction SATAN with all its DEMONS of knowledge into your space of love (CONSCIOUSNESS) to change it into a non-living space without love (unconsciousness) = the phantom intellect - the phantom ego - THE STRAWMAN

47. All negative destructive emotions (shadows of conscious-living feelings) are DEMONS of knowledge. Going before any DEMON of knowledge (Magistrate) is inviting Demons (thought-forms - entities of knowledge) into your conscious space of love. The DEMONS of knowledge are unable to offer remedy (consciousness), instead they swarm unconscious DEMONS of knowledge into you as a fix, due to the electro-magnetic attraction of your beliefs (lies) in knowledge. The belief in knowledge is owned and acts as POSSESSION of knowledge and thus possession of DEMONS becomes of one who believes (owns) knowledge

47a. And thus they spend their unconscious/empty lives maintaining the lie as ministers add-ministering their ministry (belief - each belief is a ministry) of knowledge. They are stuck/lost in an electro-magnetic negatively charged vortex of never-ending swirling spirals of knowledge going down and down and down, around and around and around (hypnotic career - hypnotic careering of knowledge) into the bottomless pit of hell/unconsciousness

47b. Going to court (caught) is the act of the belief (the lie of knowledge) of being caught by Demons of knowledge who offer remedies (con-tracts) of knowledge, remedies that offer no relief to the victims of unconsciousness (believers in knowledge)

47c. A conscious-living MAN is always aware of the con (carrots - the knowledge of the con - they know the ledge of knowledge) refusing to con-tract with con's of knowledge offered by Demons of knowledge

48. Why would you want to be caught (court)??????

49. Why would you want to be caught with knowledge????

50. Being caught with knowledge is what happens to you when you believe the Supreme Court (any court building), when you believe in the Rule Of Law (any courts rule of law), when you believe honour-dishonour, when you believe Admiralty Law, when you believe The Bible, when you believe (con-tract) with any DEMON of Knowledge.

Haven't you worked it out yet that all forms of knowledge are the copy-right property of SATAN who charges a fee (a con-tract) to rent his beliefs (his lies)?????????????????????? That all representatives of Satan are Satan's 3rd party administrators (DEMONS) of his affairs (aff-air-s) air = nothing = NO SUBSTANCE = HELL = UNCONSCIOUSNESS. You are in his world when you contract with SATAN, WHEN YOU BELIEVE HIS KNOWLEDGE.

This is "THE SILVER BULLET".

How do you apply The Silver Bullet as remedy providing permanent relief?????

It is very very very simple..... here is just one example already stated here: http://loveforlife.com.au/node/4935 To go to court without being caught can only be done by ignoring all the demons (of knowledge) of court, ignoring all their false idol temples (of knowledge) and all their offers (con-tracts of knowledge), and going in with the conscious-living intent to pull out the living flesh and blood man/woman hiding from behind the demons (of knowledge) of their 3rd party titles (beliefs - lies of/in knowledge). To do this you have to reveal the demons of knowledge that plague them, that have them unconsciously seek to Do Harm to other living flesh and blood men, women and children and back it up with evidence if required. Documents of knowledge (orders, transcripts, judgements, affidavits, statements, etc) invented by 3rd party title demons of knowledge are incontrovertible evidence of Harm Doing which can be used against them. It is important to have your witnesses with you every time you go to the court of knowledge, preferably 12+. With witnesses (impartial members of your tribe/village/community), no living flesh and blood man or women of court plagued by demons of knowledge (Judges, Barristers, Lawyers etc), would ever admit that they blatantly seek to Do Harm to another living man, woman or child. There is a clearly defined method in all of this which will be revealed in the new booklet "Life Is For The Living - The True Steps Of Freedom"

A believer is not a creator while a creator is not a believer.

Do you need to believe in a tree or in the air or in the sun or in the bees for them to exist? Of course not. They exist (the information of their creation) regardless of your belief in them or not.

So why do you need to believe in God? or in any of God's supposed messengers?

All believers ACT as administrators of the knowledge they believe in while creators are the conscious-living information of their creation.

While a believer (administrator) passes the buck and acquiesces to the source of knowledge from where he/she derives their beliefs from, the creator creates everything of his/her creation, and as creators, they take full responsibility for everything they create. Belief (administration) doesn't even come into the question/equation for creators to create. Why would the creator need to depend upon belief in knowledge (administration) to be the creator when the creator already creates everything of creation, with the information of their creation always present, without any need for administration (belief)?

The Creator does not require the act of administration (belief) for the creator and the information of its creation to exist!

Belief cannot exist without knowledge....... for it is knowledge that provides the basis of all beliefs. And without belief in knowledge administrators cannot exist either.

Sacred Geometry is of knowledge and can't exist without believers. While birds, elephants and ants (including the information of their creation) exist regardless of our belief in them or not, Sacred Geometry is not of creation (has no information of creation as substance to offer as an equal exchange in value) and therefore can't exist (can't stand) without the support of believers (3rd party administrators) in its knowledge.

All believers are stupid dumbed-down unconscious-living flesh and blood men, women and children, ACTING as 3rd party administrators (believers) of the knowledge they believe in. All knowledge is derived from the invisible realms of thin air. Knowledge has nothing to do with creation or the creator bar the destruction of creation, starting with the destruction of the conscious-living flesh and blood men, women or children who have fallen from consciousness by believing in knowledge. Without believers in knowledge (3rd party administrators), knowledge remains where it has always resided, outside reality (creation) in the magical-mystical invisible realms of black-magic fiction, fantasy and illusion.

WARNING: You must become delusional before you can believe in (administer) knowledge or ACT as an administrator (believer) in/of knowledge.

The creator always destroys all administrators and their administrations.... WHY? The answer is very very simple........ The creator (including the information of the creator, detected by MANS conscious-living senses of creation - sight, sound, touch, taste, feel, smell) exists while the administrator (the believer) in knowledge, as well as the knowledge, does not exist. Knowledge never has existed and will never exist as it has no will. Knowledge is always invisible without substance.

Where is the incontrovertible evidence for the existence of money, be it gold standard, fiat, credit, promissory note, legal tender, bonds, certificates etc? There isn't any evidence because whatever evidence is offered up as exhibits are only the remains of destroyed (dead) conscious-living trees, minerals, rocks, soil, mountains etc.

Knowledge can never be engaged with MANS conscious-living senses of creation or be able to activate MANS conscious-living senses of creation. Knowledge always resides outside of reality (outside of creation) in the thin air of the invisible, where the fiction-fantasy phantom ego & intellect reside as well. Has anyone seen or found the ego or the intellect or knowledge yet?????? No, and they never will because they do not exist. Belief is a leap of faith, leaping from consciousness (as the creator) into a STATE of unconsciousness (acting as an administrator) on behalf of the invisible.

Believers who believe in the same knowledge ACT as 3rd party administrators to each other. As administrators, they maintain the presumed existence of knowledge (lies).

These offers of inducement/seduction (of knowledge) are the nets of knowledge being thrown into the oceans of hu-man minds (the fish who believe in knowledge), to gradually suck in huge schools of fish until all schools of fish on earth are completely trapped in the nets of knowledge.
