Enclosed you will find information regarding the mass murder and genocide of millions of men, women, and children in eleven (11) different countries throughout the world including the U.S., Canada and Africa.

This mass murder and genocide was perpetrated by Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, Vince Forster, and Francis (Bud) Henderson with contaminated blood plasma containing the deadly Hepatitis “C” and AIDS Virus which was sold for profit by their Health Management Assn. operation at the Cummins Prison in Arkansas and Angola Prison in Louisiana from 1982 till 1992.

They were fully aware that the blood plasma was contaminated because the operation was shut down four (4) times by the Health Dept. only to be reopened again and aging by the Clintons. In 1987 it was shut down for good, only to be reopened in 1988 under a different name. We now see the horrifying pictures of the devastation brought on by the AIDS Virus in Africa, which was one of the recipients of the contaminated blood plasma. In Canada the entire Hemophiliac community was infected and to date, over 30,000 are dead with the final tally expected to be over 80,000.

It is your sworn oath of office and duty to uphold the law and bring these mass murderers to justice before the U.S. and World Court. If they are not brought to trial, convicted, and executed for their part in this mass murder and genocide, you will be held accountable by the American People and The World in the same manner as those who protected Hitler during the Holocaust.

To guarantee that you perform and uphold your sworn oath an duty under the Law and Constitution of The United States and World Treaties, I have sent a copy of this letter to Larry Klayman of Judicial Watch with a request that on behalf of the American People, if you do not bring the Clintons and their friends to justice, he and Judicial Watch will bring you up on charges of not only violating the law and your oath of office but entering into a conspiracy with others to protect those responsible for mass murder and genocide as well as any other applicable charges.

I have, also, enclosed a copy of a distribution list of prominent and highly influential people who have received this information and now have full knowledge of this atrocity. I doubt that you and the Clinton Secret Police ie. “Gestapo”, can get away with the elimination of all of them as the Clintons did with their death list.

Uphold the law and your sworn oath of office or go down in history along with those, who protected the mass murder and genocide of Lenin, Stalin, and Hitler.

As added information; in the latter part of 1998 and the beginning of 1999 Dr. Michael Galster, the prosthetics doctor at the Cummins Prison in Arkansas, who exposed the scandal in his book “Blood Trail” appeared as a guest on Radio Stations KIEV, George Putnam and The Ray Briem Talk Shows in Glendale, CA.,. Upon completion of the interview, the phone lines were opened up to callers. One caller asked Dr. Galster why he did not go to the U.S. Congress or Senate with the information. Dr. Galster said he did. He took all the information and evidence to Senator John McCain. The senator had knowledge and information of this mass murder and genocide by then President Clinton and the First Lady and he kept his mouth shut and said nothing. I suspect he tried to blackmail Clinton and Gore and ran for president.

I listened to you on the George Putnam and Ray Briem Shows on KIEV Radio Station now KRLA. I felt that you are the only one to trust in the entire Congress. Therefore, I have sent this information to you so that you will have a record of what was sent to Bush, Cheney, Ashcroft, and Powell. Someone has to bring the Clintons to justice for their atrocities of Mass Murder and Mass Genocide with the contaminated blood plasma. I am putting my life at risk, but with you and Larry Klayman having knowledge of what I have done, I might be safe. God Willing.

It has been 6 months since you were provided with information and knowledge of mass murder and mass genocide committed by Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, Vince Foster, Webster Hubbell, and Francis (Bud) Henderson with contaminated blood plasma harvested from prisoners at the Cummins prison in Arkansas and the Angola prison in Louisiana. The plasma was collected and sold for huge profit by Health Management Associates (HMA) set up by the Clintons and their friends.

As many as 1 to 1.5 million men, women, and children were directly infected with the deadly AIDS and Hepatitis “C” virus and as many as 10 to 15 million indirectly. This contaminated plasma was sent to 11 countries throughout the world including many countries in Africa from 1982 through 1992 and into 1994. We now see the millions dying in Africa from the Clintons genocidal operation.

It is beyond comprehension that you and those like you remain silent when everyday you condemn the corruption, criminality, treason, lies, hypocrisy of these people and their administration. Ever since you received this information, and lord knows all you had to do was to contact the Canadian Hemophiliac Society for the current body count for verification of this atrocity. But, you have kept your mouths shut in order to protect these mass murderers. What kind of sick warped, and perverted people are you?

It was my hope that you and those listed would expose, in unison, this mass murder and genocide and bring these criminals to justice. But your silence is no different than the Germans who stood by and said nothing when the black smoke belched out of the furnaces as another 1,000 Jews were incinerated. Some, in fact, cheered. You now join these same perverted peole who condoned, covered up, and with their silence encouraged mass murder and mass genocide.

The world must now know of your silence, protection, and condoning of this hideous and despicable crime by the Clintons and their accomplices. I have declassified the Confidential Distribution List and re-titled it as “The Quislings of the 21st. Century”.

This list will now be put up on the World Wide Web for all to see along with the information that you have had for 6 months but kept your mouths shut to protect the Clinton Administration,. Henceforth, from this time on throughout history, you will be referred to and known as “The Quislings of the 21st Century.

SUBJECT: The Impeachment of George W. Bush

Dear Congressmen,
Recently there has been a movement in both the House and the Senate to impeach President George w. Bush on charges of lying to the American People in order to pursue his war agenda against Saddam Hussein and Iraq. This attempt will be fool hearty due to the fact that the President has the Constitutional authority to do so and it was backed by authorization of both the House and the senate on two occasions.

Enclosed is a document that was sent to George Bush, Dick Cheney, Robert Ashcroft, and Colin Powell on September 1, 2001, with confirmation of receipt. This document outlined the mass murder and mass genocide committed by the Clintons and their associates, with a contaminated blood plasma operation from 1982 to 1992 at the Cummings Prison in Arkansas and the Angola Prison in Louisiana. This contaminated blood plasma, containing the hepatitis C and AIDS virus, which was shipped to 11 countries throughout the world, resulting in the deaths of millions.

Since President Bush and members of his cabinet were aware of this mass murder and mass genocide, that did nothing to expose and punish the individuals responsible. Therefore, they entered into a criminal conspiracy to protect those who were guilty of this atrocity. As responsible members of Congress with your oversight and authority, under the constitution, it is your duty to begin impeachment proceedings against George W. Bush for this criminal act.

To you who are new members of Congress you should know that your senior fellows have been aware of this heinous crime for over a decade and have protected these criminals with a stench of corruption that is so vile, even a vulture would be repulsed. This information is now being disseminated amongst the populace. For those of you who do not know your history, I suggest that you go back and look at what happened to Mussolini, his wife and the Ceausescu’s whenever their crimes were exposed.

Therefore it is incumbent upon you as your sworn oath of office to uphold the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America to impeach George W. Bush on charges of criminal conspiracy.
