The theory behind what you write and the practice all too often known to us are different things completely. Often in the UK, and in other countries do doubt are much the same.

Most of what I worked for in my twenty plus years of hard work has been stolen from me by force and substantial crime by those employees under the generally corrupt Crown. Queen Elizabeth II is an integral part of that crime. UK police, courts. official receivers, land registries, civil service etc., in other words the whole of the recognised UK establishment operates only under the authority of the UK Crown, presently Queen Elizabeth II.

The Judicial Oath of fairness sworn by all UK judges and magistrates only to the UK Crown, but not to the UK public is a massive fraud. That Oath is proved to have no meaning except probably as a further means to deceive the public. The Judicial Oath is a treason that the Crown is using against the UK public. I was one of its many victims.

I wrote to Queen Elizabeth II nearly six years ago asking her if she bore any responsibility to act when the Judicial Oath is breached by UK judges and magistrates. The letter of reply on her behalf came from the Lord Chancellors Department. The contents of that letter sent to me confirmed that the UK Crown won't act on matters concerning the Judicial Oath fraud. The reply letter also serves as confirmation that the UK people are being denied access to independent or impartial tribunals or authorities required under Article 6(1) of the European Human Rights Convention. This in itself is a very serious violation of the European Human Rights Convention. Like many others who tried to obtain justice via the European Court, I received the legal merry go round as a substitute for justice.

Recorder John Hugh Fryer-Spedding, since retired, of the Stately Home, "Mirehouse", Bassenthwaite, Cumbria, UK very blatantly perverted the course of justice in my civil cases which he unlawfully heard at the Newcastle County Court on October 1996. Then he carried out what were a catalogue of acts to pervert the course of justice in the cases. Speddings perverted judgement was instrumental in me having been ruled a bankrupt at the Durham County Court in 1999.

I refused to give up my home for the benefit of these Royal employed employees such as Spedding. Northumbria Police Special Squad officers then surrounded my home at Hetton-le-Hole, Tyne and Wear, UK and then laid siege to it for around three days. It was then early February 2003.

Less than two working days before the Royal employed Northumbria police mob laid siege to my home, my appeal against the possession of my home at Hetton-le-Hole, Tyne and Wear, UK, had been adjourned at the Middlesboro County Court, County Cleveland, UK when I was taken to hospital. That was on the 30th January 2003.

That court continues to ignore my adjourned appeal. In fact I had won my appeal without it having been ruled by members of the Royal employed criminals.

Lord Woolf and Bingham, alleged top authorities on UK law, ruled in my case that my concerns at Masonic influence in my Durham and Newcastle Country Court cases, DH5950, DH400898 and NE401650 had no relevance. These men were very wrong in their ruling on this matter. In fact where any concern about the independence of impartiality of any UK court or tribunal is raised, such authorities must address this matter as a priority before the case begins. I have the official ruling on this matter and will send a copy to those who might want it via e-mail wherever possible.

Woolf and Bingham were, very clearly to me, covering up for the UK Royal establishment which is nothing short of being infested with members of the Secret Society of Freemasonry. Queen Elizabeth II is the Patron head of the Secret Society of Freemasonry. Membership of Freemasonry by a substantial list of other Royals should be of concern to us all.

Following the illegal police siege of my home at Hetton-le-Hole, there were two attempts carried out on my life by Northumbria Police Special Squad officers. On the first night of the police siege there had been an attempt to shoot me by the police marksmen who had surrounded my home. I was not armed so had I been shot it would have amounted to an act of murder. Around three nights later, the Northumbria Police mob battered down the door of my home. Then police officers handcuffed me. They then tried to impale me on a sword that had previously decorated a room of my home. The sword had started to penetrate my chest before my life was saved by one of the other five or six Special Squad officers who stood by, watching this police attempt on my life.

The police attempts on my life in February 2003 were reported by letter to Queen Elizabeth II, Prime Minister Tony Blair, then Home Secretary David Blunkett and others holding UK authority. These people have ignored this matter. They are therefore held to be guilty at least of the crime of misconduct in public office. Attempted murder is included in my allegations against this Royal employed mob.

Over twenty years ago Houghton-le-Spring Magistrates Court conducted illegal proceedings after I was battered and then struck by a car, by the same man, who deliberately drove at me, a Mr Robert Willis Gardner Pringle. The single magistrate who heard the case at Houghton Le Spring had no qualifications to allow him to act alone. He dismissed the case. Later, a police inspector stated, that this case should nave been treated as an attempted murder on my life.

The Lord Chancellors Department was a party to that crime carried out against me. At the material time, there were two magistrates sitting on the Houghton-le-Spring Magistrates Court bench. When I later questioned one of the magistrates, who was a good social acquaintance of the man that had battered me and then struck me with his car, he, magistrate William Moseley, alleged that though he had been sitting on the court bench, he claimed that he had stood down from it? Moseley was in regular attendance at the Hatton-le-Hole Masonic Hall and in fact had been a friend of mine as well.

This story is very long and remains as proof that the UK establishment generally is as corrupt as any there is. It will be covered in more detail in a book that has been written by me. Having had several strokes, has caused me considerable problems, but this will not defeat me.

I also contributed to the House of Commons Home Affairs Select Committee Inquiry into Freemasonry within the UK police and judiciary in 1996. That Inquiry chaired by Lord Nolan, bore little relation to the truth of the UK situation. It was carried out by UK Crown authority. She is herself Patron Head of the Secret Society of UK Freemasonry.

In the circumstances, that Inquiry was never independent or impartial. There is evidence which suggests that only the UK Crown has Members of Parliament, not the UK people. Accepting the authority of criminals is playing their dirty game. I cannot do this and expect to pay the ultimate price for questioning the authority of these Royal employed criminals.

Several years ago I was told that unless I stopped exposing UK Freemasonry, I would suffer a fatal accident or simply disappear. There was a further attempt on my life in Mombassa, Kenya which clearly implicated a Member of the British High Commission. The evidence to help show that there had been an attempt on my life in Mombassa, was brought back to the UK by myself, but was seized by Northumbria Police Special Squad officers.

It is my intention to die at my home at Hetton-le-Hole, Tyne and Wear UK. It was stolen from me by various UK authorities, with the huge assistance of the Royal establishment, UK Mafia.

Arthur, as you said in your email 16th June 2007 to the Love For Life Campaign Network "Everything falls apart when members of the community start claiming personal ownership of the money and sought more and more money to appease their self-centredness. Instead of being in duty to all men and women at all times, they decided to be in duty ONLY to their personal self-serving interests.*"

The filthy rich including the generally corrupt UK Royal Establishment, are one of our biggest problems. The UK Royal Family clearly does have an unhealthy interst in wealth, and the power, that all too often goes with it. We no longer live in the middle ages but nothing much has changed since those times, except that the UK Crown, is richer than ever, without the work (hard labour) all too often attached with that. No one becomes rich unless others in community become poorer. This is the situation now found in many other countries. Its time to take action to stop this as soon as possible.

The UK Royal establishment employed mob, are still after my throat. I know that they will eventually get it.

The issue is simply the distinction between renting money (credit) to the community for a fee or providing money to be used for the community for FREE, so the community can simplify the exchange (barter) of their goods and services, without any strings attached. As you already know, what you rent you do not own and what is free is for the benefit of everyone, because no one in the community owns it.

Greed and selfishness born from the desire for power, control and show became the focus of their lives instead of caring for everyone around them. Private Corporations who create ALL the credit out of thin air and who charge a rental fee for providing their product/services to the community, also get the benefit of having all their rented products returned to them in full, just like renting a car and returning it to the hire company.

When we are in duty to community (all men, women, children and nature) there is peace, freedom and prosperity amongst community, but when we start being in duty to our opinions, our beliefs, our faiths etc, there is no longer peace, freedom and prosperity amongst community, but arrogance, ignorance, fear, secrets, lies, greed, selfishness, chaos, war, injustice, distrust, separation, isolation, loneliness, unhappiness, emptiness, despair, poverty, famine, hatred, anger, violence, crimes, deception, collusion, corruption, etc etc etc etc.

Should we not be focusing all our efforts every day on "Walking The Talk" by being in duty to each other and learn to let go of everything that stops us being in duty to each other? If each of us starts being in duty to each other, don't you think our world is already on the way to having a final everlasting peace, freedom and prosperity amongst all relationships, families and communities? As we change, the world changes. By caring for each other at all times we are rebuilding the bonds of real community life, but when we fail in our duty to each other, community begins to fall apart. The glue that binds community together is our duty to be in service to each other (community).

The way back home to heaven is paved with every stone we lay, born out of every action that benefits all of life. In fact, we are already in heaven while we are eternally paving the way through heaven with our love for all of life.

The challenge is to start re-creating real community life, first one, then two and a flow on effect takes place until there are thousands and thousands of them. There is no other way to fix ALL the problems of humanity. Are you ready and willing to give up everything you own and put into the ownership of real community life. While you hold on to what you own (self-centredness) community continues to fall apart until it is no more. Then what?
