Arthur received a phone call on the mobile late today from a representative of the NSW Jewish Board Of Deputies: The CEO Mr Vic Alhadeff (02 83531703 - 4.20pm - 24 minutes 57 seconds conversation), who has threatened to shut down the Love For Life website. He is accusing Fiona and Arthur of racism and hatred towards the Jews. He was not interested in the intent of the Love For Life website or the remedy it offers, his only concern being that someone could read an "anti" Jewish article like this one: The Six Ashkenazim Jewish Companies that Own 96% of the World's Media: http://loveforlife.com.au/node/3906 and decide the Jews are responsible for all our problems and go and murder a Jew. He was not interested in the fact that many Arabs feel they have "terrorist" tattooed across their foreheads just because they look like Arabs, or that women feel as though they are treated as sex objects because of the extremely suggestive marketing plastered everywhere, or that older single men feel they are looked upon as perverts and paedophiles etc.

Arthur also tried to explain: " Yes, it is obviously painful to have had loved ones die during the 2nd World War, but isn't it better to know the truth about what happened and whether the Holocaust really happened as it has been painted or whether the story has been twisted to suit Establishment agenda? Some of the "revisionists", as they are called, are themselves Jewish. Why all the secrecy over the Holocaust? Why is it illegal to question it in some countries? Why is there never any mention, no museums, no memorials, holidays, etc for the 60 million soviets (1920s - 1950s) and 60 million Chinese (1940s - recent times) murdered under tyranny? What about all the 100,000s of millions of men and women who have been murdered in genocides in South America, Africa, Australia, Asia, Europe, over the last 500 years?" He just didn't care about these holocausts, didn't want to talk about it or know about them.

Today, a representative of the New South Wales Jewish Board of Deputies is threatening to close the website down, because they have decided it is anti - Jewish and that we promote racism. What has the New South Wales Jewish Board of Deputies done to end the suffering in the world? Can they show that they are concerned with the suffering of ALL men, women and children AND ARE SEEN TO BE DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT or are they only concerned with Jewish affairs? If so, they, along with all the other religions that only care for their own, are part of the problem, not part of the solution. The man who rang Arthur today was only concerned with Jewish affairs; he was not interested in our intentions or in anybody else, just as most Christians, Muslims, Sikhs, Catholics, etc, are only interested in their own. While we separate ourselves into groups, dividing ourselves from others with rules, regulations, rituals, procedures and conditions, we will never solve our problems.

No matter what we in the Western World Civilisation of Commerce have been promised by our politicians, religious leaders, scientists, educators, philosophers, etc, for the past two hundred years, all we have seen is ever-increasing destruction of men, women and children and the earth. None of the so-called experts and leaders we have been taught to rely on are coming up with a solution and none of them are taking full-responsibility for the fact that they can't handle the problem. All religious books talk about end times full of destruction and suffering but why do we have to follow this program when there is an alternative to hatred, mayhem and death? Why are our leaders following the program of destruction and death rather than exploring the alternatives? It seems that any mainstream politician, priest or academic are only interested in supporting the RULES OF THE DIVIDE, that maintain the haves and the have nots. For 200+ years, 99% of the world population have been so trained to pass on their responsibility for themselves, others and the earth, that the 1% of the population that make up the leaders of the rest of us are making all the decisions leading to the destruction of all of us and the earth. Let's not forget the education system that brainwashes the 99% of the population that we are free and have equal rights while, in fact, we are feathering the nests of those at the top.

At the root of all our problems is self-centredness, an unwillingness nurtured by the Establishment that keeps us concerned only with our own needs rather than the needs of others around us and the Earth. Instead of creating and releasing acts of love for those around us as gifts to benefit them and the earth, we take, take and take, until there is nothing left. The whole point of the Love for Life website is to show people the root of all our problems and to share the remedy. If the New South Wales Jewish Board of Deputies can, after careful examination of our work, prove that anything we are saying is wrong, we will be happy to accept their proof. An 80+ year old walks calmy down a public street and into a Holoacust Museum with a .22 rifle in hand, where the armed Security gaurd on duty politely opens the door for him and allows him entry where Von Brunn shoots him dead with a .22 calibre bullet, Is this scenario even believable?

However in today’s world this has all changed.

We are told that we are no longer allowed to question ourselves or our world with impunity without being called racist, a bigot or a nutjob for doing so, even if we do so only with the determination to seek the truth.

We are are told that we are no longer allowed to question the fictional stories pumped out by the Media without being accused of "incitement".

We are are told that we are no longer allowed to print or re-print material which questions the official versions of some very obvious, blatant, official lies.

Why is this so?

The Newsprint and Radio industries, for years the backbone of the propaganda arm of the "system”, are no longer the primary sources of information for many people.

Since the explosion in popularity of the internet, millions of people online have come to the conclusion that mainstream television reporters are no longer reporters.

Investigative reporters in mainstream media are now a relic of the 20th century system and, as clear as day, today’s reporters have been exposed as "repeaters", repeating news-spin new-speak, catchy infotainment news lite™ catch blurbs, now with 65% less facts and 20% more filling.

Our collective digestive tracts have been clogged with this rubbish for so long that it has taken real news reports on the internet by real reporters committed to exposing the truth for the rubbish of the TV media to be exposed for what it really is. The era of the TV media being an influential power has dissipated and been drowned out by its own nightly news theme songs.

Consider that, for hundreds of years, the system of Governments that have been elected to govern have put in place guidelines, laws and rules to preserve their rule and to what total sum?

What exactly have they done to benefit us as a people?

Basically nothing but line their own pockets and screw it all up for the rest of us. Our water is poisoned, our animals are sick and dying and our food has become toxic and dangerous, full of cheap, nasty, untested chemicals. As a direct result cancer is more prevalent than ever before and has been on the increase since the creation of Government departments, committees and Ministers to deal with such things as food, air and water quality control.

Since Government "standards" have been introduced and enforced, things have slowly gotten considerably worse.

This leads a sane person to question what exactly they are governing. That’s easy to answer; they are governing the descent of mankind into chaos. They are governing the control of the awakening of the individual as a free and creative spirit essence on planet earth and, before the internet, they were doing a damn good job of it too.

The last few years have really shaken these media giants as a lot of information has seeped into the everyday existence of these once asleep people, although an equal amount of people have slipped into the waking slumber and refuse to listen to these "crackpot conspiracy truths", instead focusing on how to get the latest phone with double memory, twice the speed and better colour screen.

The desire for the pursuit of more trinkets has sadly been instilled in a lot of the newest generation. The biggest threat to the control over the minds of these young people who carry upon their shoulders the future direction of the planet, are the independent websites that are ever-increasing in readership and popularity.

The war for our minds is being won with truth rather than spin and, because of this very fact, Governments worldwide are freaking out about so much information leaking into the collective consciousness of us spiritual beings who are, on so many levels, connecting all the dots around us that have been hidden in plain sight for so long.

In Australia, this led to the inception of the "Internet Filter Plan", a plan so well thought out and devised by non-technical minds that its demise was written before it even began.

With that plan in tatters, along came plan B.

Plan B is to call these freedom of information sites "Incitement to hate" sites because of the damage they are doing to the plan to keep people dumbed down. This would be fine except for one thing; in claiming to be anti-racists and anti-haters, they in effect become exactly what they say they are against.

Take a case in point; the Canadian Govt. funding an Anti Racism campaigner called Alan Dutton from Vancouver. His site looks good enough - clear and precise against the white supremacists and KKK crowd. Such a great and honourable cause on the surface, but is that all he truly targets?

The High Court Of Australia ruled that a statutory body (i.e. a private corporation) that is not a court has no judicial authority and cannot act judicially. An example being that the SDRO, a statutory body of New South Wales (another statutory body) of the Commonwealth Of Australia (another statutory body), cannot impose any judgement or penalty or fines, which can only be done by a court. The SDRO is not a court, instead is a private corporation conducting business/commerce. So the cancelling of car licences and registrations at the direction of the SDRO to the RTA of New South Wales, Australia (another private corporation conducting business/commerce) is unlawful. So Says The Rules Of The High Court Of The Land, that's unless there is a twist and all Australia's courts be it common, admiralty, civil, equity, family, children, local, high, federal, supreme, etc, are statutory bodies and the people were not provided with full disclosure that the judges, magistrates, etc were actually conducting business/commerce.

We are always open to talk to any religious leader or politician and meet with any judge, member of the Bar, experts, academics, educators etc to share the remedy we offer that heals all the divisions between MAN and MAN, and MAN and the EARTH.

Today, a representative of the New South Wales Jewish Board of Deputies is threatening to close the website down, because they have decided it is anti - Jewish and that we promote racism. What has the New South Wales Jewish Board of Deputies done to end the suffering in the world? Can they show that they are concerned with the suffering of ALL men, women and children AND ARE SEEN TO BE DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT or are they only concerned with Jewish affairs? If so, they, along with all the other religions that only care for their own, are part of the problem, not part of the solution. The man who rang Arthur today was only concerned with Jewish affairs; he was not interested in our intentions or in anybody else, just as most Christians, Muslims, Sikhs, Catholics, etc, are only interested in their own. While we separate ourselves into groups, dividing ourselves from others with rules, regulations, rituals, procedures and conditions, we will never solve our problems.

No matter what we in the Western World Civilisation of Commerce have been promised by our politicians, religious leaders, scientists, educators, philosophers, etc, for the past two hundred years, all we have seen is ever-increasing destruction of men, women and children and the earth. None of the so-called experts and leaders we have been taught to rely on are coming up with a solution and none of them are taking full-responsibility for the fact that they can't handle the problem. All religious books talk about end times full of destruction and suffering but why do we have to follow this program when there is an alternative to hatred, mayhem and death? Why are our leaders following the program of destruction and death rather than exploring the alternatives? It seems that any mainstream politician, priest or academic are only interested in supporting the RULES OF THE DIVIDE, that maintain the haves and the have nots. For 200+ years, 99% of the world population have been so trained to pass on their responsibility for themselves, others and the earth, that the 1% of the population that make up the leaders of the rest of us are making all the decisions leading to the destruction of all of us and the earth. Let's not forget the education system that brainwashes the 99% of the population that we are free and have equal rights while, in fact, we are feathering the nests of those at the top.

At the root of all our problems is self-centredness, an unwillingness nurtured by the Establishment that keeps us concerned only with our own needs rather than the needs of others around us and the Earth. Instead of creating and releasing acts of love for those around us as gifts to benefit them and the earth, we take, take and take, until there is nothing left. The whole point of the Love for Life website is to show people the root of all our problems and to share the remedy. If the New South Wales Jewish Board of Deputies can, after careful examination of our work, prove that anything we are saying is wrong, we will be happy to accept their proof. How Can Putting Our Energy Into Paper Work/Administrative Processes Create Consciousness?
It Is Impossible So Why Do We Bother?
Should We Not Be Putting All Our Energy Into The Living (Consciousness - Creation)?

This posting is our response to the recent incarceration of a well-known Australian member of the Honour/Dishonour movement and our own experience of having our administrative processes completely ignored. Real freedom does not lie with hours and hours of paperwork or hours and hours fighting in the courts in ways that may or may not work and that do nothing to heal the isolation and separation we have all been conditioned into. We know that we have been promoting the honour/dishonour stuff but we really feel that to continue this work is to be going in the wrong direction. The only remedy comes from the creation of tribes where we are no longer isolated and easily picked off but where there are always large numbers of us available to stand up if the powers-that-be try to pick on anyone.

There is a fair amount of repetition below, which we have allowed because we find that most of us are still so bamboozled by the brainwashing of the fictional fairytale of the Western World Civilisation of Commerce that we continue fighting for it, despite lamenting its restrictions on our freedom and its cruelty. We want remedy and remedy can only be found OUTSIDE the Western World Civilisation of Commerce. Until we can clearly distinguish what is of the fairytale and what is of creation, we will never find remedy. Time (although it does not exist!) is of the essence, folks, and if we don't move fast we will find ourselves either trapped by the Establishment (the lost heading nowhere, offering no remedy) as they bring in martial law, pandemics, enforced vaccinations and chemical genocide or we will create a cleansing through the Earth's fever and who knows how many of us will survive that? How important will all the fiction we are hanging onto seem when there are soldiers in the streets or tsunamis rolling in? How important will our views and our cars and our holidays seem when there isn't any food in the shops and we haven't grown our gardens? What are we hanging onto? What could be more exciting, fulfilling and revolutionary than creating a little piece of paradise with our own hands and kissing the private corporations goodbye because we no longer need them?

Those within the system, promoting and maintaining the system whether for the benefits they receive or because they are too brainwashed to see an alternative, will only walk away from it when they can no longer ignore their consciences. When we demonstrate a way of life that does no harm, the constant harm being done in the fairytale will become more and more obvious until only the very hardened will wish to continue on the path of destruction. Until the cogs in the wheel listen to their consciences, their fears of not being able to provide for their families, of being ostracised by friends and family and of retribution from those still within the system will keep them in line. Paperwork and dealing with the establishment systems does not prick consciences. Only acts of love created and released freely prick consciences. Let's get on with it.

Found safe: Police are defending the scale of the search for Tim Holding, who spent two nights lost in the alpine region. (ABC Local Radio: Allison Jess)

Victoria Police Deputy Commissioner Kieran Walshe has refused to be drawn on media reports that a top-secret spy plane was used in the hunt for missing State Government minister Tim Holding.

Yesterday Premier John Brumby said he had expected Mr Holding to be found alive on Mt Feathertop because his torchlight and body heat had been spotted on the mountain on Monday night.

The lost bushwalker was eventually located by helicopter crews at around 10:00am on Tuesday.

Reports today say the Monday night sighting was made by a mystery plane equipped with either infra-red or thermal imaging equipment. Race against race, culture against culture, creed against creed, country against country, we pit ourselves against one another. But behind ALL the wars are the shadowy figures of the Establishment for whom wars between us serve several purposes; besides the obviously massive gains in wealth those at the top make everytime they send in their lackeys to sell arms to both sides, loan money to both sides and then move in to offer rebuilding, rehabilitation, more loans at extortionate interest rates, etc, etc etc, all at vast profit to themselves, they also get to try out all their latest technology, developed under the guise of defending us from the enemy, whether another country or the ever-dreaded terrorists, in preparation for their final war - the war against US.

Other reports we have read say that the microchips will be in the tip of the needles.

We open our mouths and swallow the remedy of consciousness which then goes after all the toxins of unconsciousness harboured in the deepest, darkest, most destroyed parts of fallen mans body. The toxins flee like vampires exposed to the brilliant glorious sunlight of truth. The curtains of arrogance have been drawn and the blinds of ignorance opened. With nowhere to hide from the awesome lightfelt power of truth in creation, ALL is consciousness. Without unexposed corners to escape to, the lost, in their fearful state of unconsciousness, are being transmuted back to the glorious heartfelt-light of their own doing.

This is the purpose of the Cristian Family's inspiration for the creation of the fictitious Love For Life website to promote our dream of DO NO HARM COMMUNITIES (The Remedy), and why a few of us are inspired to go deep into the most evil bowels of unconsciousness imaginable to confront it with our remedy, to transmute it with our remedy, and make it whole again with our remedy.

For those who wish to awaken from the fiction (a state of unconsciousness) and find the way out back to creation (consciousness - which is really just a shift in focus), we recommend reading the articles listed below. These articles are the result of us going outside the square and swimming around and around like a shark circling its prey getting ever closer until we were able to unravel the matrix that enslaves us and who is behind it.

When you realise what causes us to put our energy into the fiction and the consequences of maintaining it, it is easy to see how we have come to the remedy we offer of KINDOM. We have not come across any other remedy that takes MAN back to where we were before we fell from consciousness; all other supposed remedies out there maintain our state of unconsciousness and, while we are unconscious, we do harm.

Only when we cease to do harm will we have lives of true freedom, peace, joy and abundance. THE TERM KIN DOMAINS

The term "kin's domain" refers to a two and a half acre plot of land that each family will design and create for the purpose of restoring the land, feeding and nurturing themselves and selling or sharing excess food with others. They will start off using a specific organic growing model (Anastasia's model) that is easier than farming and even easier than most gardening done today. The model produces plants that are more nutritious and life supporting than any sold in stores today, including organic.

TRIAL BY JURY, ie: "When the Government fears the People...."

Dear Fellow Freedom Fighters,

Today in the Parramatta Local Court, the BANKS and the JUDGES, ie: our thieving, killing, destructive and treasonous self-appointed Government proved how scared they are of the PEOPLE.....how much they FEAR TRIAL BY JURY.

Thomas Jefferson once said, "When the People fear the Government, you have TYRANNY. When the Government fear the People, you have LIBERTY".

In the Parramatta Local Court, there are three charges against me which are inescapably (even under their contrived and sinister "Criminal Procedure Act 1986") to be tried by a Jury because I, as the accuse, so "elect".

Because, the BANKS and JUDGES know that I will tell the TRUTH, the whole TRUTH and nothing but the TRUTH that will expose BANK FRAUD and TREASON by the JUDGES, that is documented on my website (http://www.rightsandwrong.com.au ), this afternoon "Magistrate" Marsden told me that the D.P.P. (Director of Public Prosecutions ...a particular person named Nicholas Cowdrey) will send in his team of saboteurs to oust the NSW POLICE FORCE Prosecutor "to decide if they will drop the charges", ie: ABORT / PERVERT THE COURSE OF JUSTICE.

I have made it abundantly clear that I have been trying to get TRIAL BY JURY for the last 13+ years.

The D.P.P. perverted the Course of Justice in exactly the same way in 1997 when BANKSTER OPERATIVE Nicholas Cowdrey intervened in 1997 in the Downing Centre Local Court to prevent TRIAL BY JURY when he directed the NSW POLICE FORCE Prosecutor to withdraw 2 counts of a charge under section 326 of the Crimes Act 1900 against me when I said I was going to subpoena 3 High Court Judges and 4 Supreme Court Judges and question them in the witness box. Cowdrey then had the "Prothonotary" of the NSW Supreme Court charge me with "Contempt of Court" ....for which I also demanded TRIAL BY JURY (as is any FREEMAN'S inalienable RIGHT that was confirmed in the 1988 Referendum when the PEOPLE said "NO" to a proposed alteration to the Australian Constitution to exclude Contempt of Court and Courts Martial from TRIAL BY JURY). Appeals against the "JUDGES" denying me TRIAL BY JURY went right through to the High Court where the "JUDGES" there also OVERRULED the WILL of the PEOPLE....and, on 9 November 1999, a "false Judge in a false Court established by false Laws" (as I accused "Chief Judge at Common Law" - what a sick joke that title is - Woods) "convicted" and sentence me to "Two years without parole"....I was released after 3 months and 3 weeks and 3 days on 29 February 2000.

How frightened these BANKSTERS and JUDGES are of JUSTICE.

"Magistrate" Marsden told me to come back there tomorrow (Thursday 15th October) when the D.P.P. will take over as Prosecutor. BUT I will NOT WAIVE my RIGHT to a COMMITTAL HEARING and "Magistrate" Marsden is going to (if he kowtows to the D.P.P.) rule that the charges on indictment be dropped...thereby, being the BANKSTERS' lap-dog to stop a JURY from administering JUSTICE.

"Magistrate" Marsden will be committing PERJURY by doing so. He swore an OATH "to do right to all manner of people without fear or favour affection or ill-will".

I know that "Magistrate" Marsden suffered an earth-shattering blow when he read my CHALLENGE TO HE JURISDICTION OF THE COURT document and he judged in his own cause against all the facts and laws set out therein .....but now he is going to compound his felony by conducted another TRAVESTY tomorrow.... "What does it profit a man to gain the whole world and lost his own soul?"

Speaking of the Scriptures, David Stewart, in another of his incisive emails, quoted 2 Timothy 3:13, in referring to "in the last days perilous times will come", that "evil men and impostors will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived" and said to read the whole Chapter. IT'S ALL HAPPENING.

The five good People who came to witness events today stayed to the close-of-play and even after that because "Magistrate" Marsden got aggro with Mick (Gallagher). After the "Magistrate" told me to leave, Mick said, "This man and I are both Vietnam Veterans and we didn't serve our country to put up with this crap.". "Magistrate" Marsden shouted at Mick to leave the Court and for the Sheriffs to take his name and not let him return to the Court tomorrow. Mick said, "I'm leaving, anyway." The Sheriffs chased after Mick and detained him to ask his name - which Mick, at first, refused to do - soon after there were a total of 5 Sheriffs and 3 Police Officers on the scene. We all kept our cool as we discussed various points of law with these not-too-intelligent Officers. After about 40 minutes we all departed ....they had to open the glass doors for us, as everyone else had gone. We adjourned to a pub on the other side of the road, had a beer and agreed that our beloved country ain't what it ought to be.

These morons in uniforms and black gowns are probably the same in England and the U.S. .... in fact, these morons have probably plagued mankind since Adam was a boy..... but in spite of all that, it's as Louis Armstrong sang "It's a wonderful world".

What is mind-blowingly shocking is that these Judges and Police Officers and Lawyers are our fellow human beings and they actually scheme and conspire to hurt us, to steal from us, and destroy us ... THAT'S WEIRD. We offer to help them and they say, "I DON'T WANT ANY HELP FROM YOU"...... it's obviously a MENTAL DISORDER....and there are so many of them...... alas and alack.

So, what will "Magistrate" Marsden do tomorrow? He appears to be so much under the control of his evil masters that it is quite on the cards that he will imprison me, using their wholly invalid "laws" (see: "Challenging the Jurisdiction of the Court", etc., sections of my website).

Dr John Wilson Is In Silverwater Jail!!!!!!

I visited John in Silverwater Jail on Friday 24-7-09 and he asked that I let every one know what is happening,

Police came to arrest him on Thursday 16-7-09.

The first officer went away on John asking for a warrant and telling him he was trespassing.

Reply by police -We don't need a warrant we are the police.

A couple of hours later they came back in force. As John was videoing all these goings on, they started on the screen door with a crowbar. After damaging the screen door and going to start on the main door, John said to them to hold off and he would open the door. He put the camera down and opened the door whereupon they proceeded to attack him They had him on the ground, one had him in a head lock, another jumped on his back and had his knees compressing his chest so he could hardly breath. John said that he thought that he was going to die, the copper that was on top of him said "That will teach you".

All this without a warrant and no charge.

They are apparently acting under a new law, the mental health Act.

He was taken to Castle Hill Police Station. Normally he would be taken to the local court at Hornsby, but as the magistrate keeps running out of court every time John appears, they took him to Parramatta Local court, so they put him in Silverwater jail.

The hearing is set down for the 26-8-09 at Parramatta Local Court, and to keep him out of circulation they are going to hear it via a camera link up with Silverwater jail. They won't let him have anything in paperwork to defend himself in court.

How is that for a totalitarian police State!!!

John has applied for bail, but he thinks that since they want him out of harms way the chances of getting bail are slim. Beside the fact that the Police are acting like terrorists breaking every law that you can think of.... Trespass, Break and Enter, Trespass on John, Assault, Robbery - they stole his camera with all the evidence.

John asked me to get this email out to all his list, but since I am not too good with computers and typing, it will take a bit of time.

Since John will be out of action until at least the 26-8-09, for any updated re John email me at siksua @ hotmail.com and I will try and keep everyone informed, Also John has asked me to try and organise a peaceful protest at Parramatta Local Court on 26-8-09, all carrying the Australian flag, and wearing tee shirts with "Trial by Jury is Democracy" or any other slogan, now this is our last chance to fight for our Rights.

Update On John Wilson

John Bauskis and myself (Anthony son of John Wilson), visited Dad today, in Parramatta Jail - after waiting almost an hour. Firstly, the Prison Officers’ asked us to sit some distance from their desk, then we were directed to change seats to directly in front of the guards, they made Dad sit facing them. When he first eventually appeared looking disheveled and noticeably thinner, in fact he told us that he had lost 8 kilos (nearly 1 stone) within 2 weeks!

Dad has been placed in ‘solitary confinement’, he spends his time sitting in a small cell on his own, without TV, books, pen or paper and not even allowed out for exercise or into sunlight. Dad has been medicated on ‘warferon’, he seems somewhat ‘absent’ and speaking very quietly. He has not been allowed to have a shower for over a week, no soap and not even a comb to brush his hair!!!

Dad has no opportunity to prepare his defence or any legal provisions that he is entitled, he has been accused of the following 4 charges:

1. AVO from Kamill Issa
2. Break and enter
3. Malicious damage
4. Assault Police Officer

John has been incarcerated without trial and is being punished before judgment by his equals (trial by jury) or the Law of the land and is being denied his right/s to defend himself. The charges as listed above are erroneous. This is not justice, it is abuse and denial of human rights in its worst form.

John Bauskis and myself then made our way directly to the office of Wayne Merton MP (State Member for Baulkham Hills), and informed staff of Dads’ present situation. Mr Mertons’ staff acted upon this immediately. I have since received word from the Federal member for Mitchell’s office (Alex Hawke MP) and Mr Mertons’ executive PA regarding the abuse and neglect that my father is receiving in Parramatta Correctional Facility. Furthermore, to add insult to injury Centrelink has stopped payment of his Age Pension.

When I receive notification, in writing from our elected officials and their staff, I will inform you all as to the results. I am very concerned for my fathers’ physical and psychological well – being. The above treatment that is being inflicted upon my father is unfair and wrong!!!

What a fiasco!!

We had a Peaceful Protest at Parramatta Local Court Wednesday. Didn't get any info from the court as to what was going on with Johns video hook up, so left parramatta around 12.30 PM

Today, Thursday, went to the Supreme Court For 10AM. We had John Walsh of Brannagh, Barrister at Law, representing John, the first Judge would not hear the bail application, his excuse was that John had upset him previously and that he would be bias, therefore he stood down, that caused a problem for us, as John Walsh had to be back in Melbourne this evening, so to get another Judge to hear the case?

We went to the Registrar to obtain a duty Judge, eventually we got one for 2PM.

Back to court 2PM, everything was going well, John was on the screen and it was progressing well, that is until John dropped the bomb shell!!!

THAT HE HAD BEEN GIVEN BAIL AT THE LOCAL COURT YESTERDAY.

Well everything went into panic mode, the court didn't know what to do, the lower court had not informed the Supreme court of this decision (so now the lower court have embarrassed the 2 Supreme Court Judges) by there own stupidity. They adjourned the court for 15 min. to get the latest information.

John Walsh than asked me to go to Parramatta Court and sign John Wilson's surety for bail. Mick Gallagher and myself left for Parramatta at 3PM as they close at 4PM. We arrived at Parramatta at 3.45PM.Guess what??? they could not find the file. Eventually we got the file. Now to process same. That took over an hour. They sent the bail form to Silverwater. It came back with new conditions which I signed again (now who can alter a bail application?? Only a court, but in this case Silverwater did it). No matter I signed it anyway. We will fight that later

As well as keeping John locked up for an extra day.

Went to Silverwater Jail around 6.15 PM (It will take some time to process John they said ). They have only had a whole day to do this!!!

Waited to 8.15 PM before John came out, than took him home for a good cup of coffee.

What a day.

Also, in answer to one of the hundreds of well-wishing emails that were waiting for me, on returning to my email station:-

Dear Frank,

Thanks for the email. Yep, the Banksters steal and kill and destroy ( as the Bible says thieves only come to do) and the Judges conceal the fraud, ie: variable interest rates render a contract void for uncertainty and obtaining money by fraud is stealing, The denial of our right to trial by jury is necessary to the protection of the thieves.....as my website, http://www.rightsandwrong.com.au ,provides the proof thereof ie: with fair dinkum law and court transcripts and judgments....judgments only ever by judge without jurisdiction, ie; without consent from both parties to be without a jury, the court has no jurisdiction to proceed summarily. The media are controlled by the Banksters....and the People are given the "Mushroom Treatment".

I got bail on Wednesday and they reluctantly released me from prison on Thursday night after 43 days of unlawful imprisonment (ie: imprisoned by another so-called "magistrate")....and the next day in courts 16 September. Banks and judges fear juries like nothing else on Earth .....so, we'll see what acts of wickedness they'll try then. The charges are "Indictable"....so, hopefully, this is the beginning of the end for the thieving banks and traitorous judges. Of course, a freeman has the right to the lawful judgment of his equals in any action in any court.

The startling thing is that the "magistrate" who gave me bail was the same fellow who imprisoned my on 17 July. When he offered to step aside (because I had challenged his jurisdiction on 17 July), I said to him, "No. I believe you have a conscience and all I want is Justice".... to which he said something like 'I don't want to hear that' .....and then he went ahead and gave me bail, in spite of strong objections from the Police Prosecutor.....a truly amazing event! As John Bauskis said: "We don't know what is happening behind the scene. There's got to be something". AND NOW, with barrister John Walsh's arrival into the fray (acting pro bono).......perhaps there is light at the end of this long, long tunnel.

John Wilson is a dentist from Sydney who has repeatedly challenged the removal by the NSW Government of the right to trial by jury for its citizens. I first received emails concerning this man's fight some years ago (I have saved many of them to a folder if anybody wants more information.)

I have tried to get the local newspaper (Sunshine Coast "Daily") to investigate and report on his plight; without success. He has been stripped of his business, his tools of profession and had his patient's files confiscated. He was evicted from and his home has been confiscated and sold. He was repeatedly arrested, each time challenging the court's validity to try him without a jury.

His present situation seems to be as a direct result of his stubborn refusal to bow to a system that he believes to be illegal. His story reads like something out of communist China or North Korea, instead of Australia. Nobody seems to be able to help him in spite of efforts by his family and friends. I hope my circulating the following email something can be started by somebody. I would certainly hope so if it was me.
